I’ve been getting massages for years and Mystic Body has to be the best by far. The shop is gorgeous and so relaxing. I had Christine Tate 10 out of 10.

Was trying to get a appointment booked called and texted, no answer I received a call back she had said to give her 2 minutes to check the availability no answer, I received a texted we discussed times and the date that they suggested after I said I couldn’t do a certain time. I agreed. They asked for my name and the service I needed no answer about confirmation I texted a day before asking if it was confirmed no answer, I called and they said to do Saturday instead, even though they had said Friday. The communication was not there at all. Very disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful! I literally felt like a different person leaving! Tate was massage therapist she is amazing. She focused on all my knots and tense areas. Im definitely going to be a regular. Thank you again!

The spa is so relaxing, Lyn and her team are professional and caring. There is always a great selection of stones, books and candles-I look forward to going often

I had a massage done here by Erica. The entire place is extremely well maintained and you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. At one point I fell asleep during my massage I’ve never been able to sleep at any point during the day but I was so relaxed. I highly recommend getting massages by Erica she is incredible. I had the combo massage

Emma is excellent; she gets a 20/5 star—one of my best massages. And go figure was a prenatal massage; however, Ive had other massages, and she knows the pressure to use. I 100% recommend her.6/22 - 2nd prenatal massage. Emma does not disappoint. She finds knots and works on them until they are gone. She puts on a nice hot towel after working that area, making that part of your body more at ease. When I think of her, two words come to mind- angel hands. Seriously, amazing work.Overall the vibe of the place is pretty welcoming. They give you water upon the completion of the service.

Booked with Lyn for my boyfriend and he loved it! She reached out a few days after to see how I was and how he liked his massage! She’s wonderful! Very professional and absolutely a great person. I completely recommend!!

This place is a joke.Update: I am actually lowering the star review after the owners response to my previous two star review :(OWNER LYN: You offer a deep tissue massage as one of your services and that is not what I got PERIOD. This should be your ONLY focal point if you are in fact looking to make things right. To blame me as the customer or pitch it as though I dont know what a deep tissue massage is adds insult to injury.I am a healthy 38-year-old active, athletic woman who has had hundreds of massages over my life. To insinuate that I asked or requested somebody to do something dangerous is preposterous. Had you not included all that and just invited me to return I probably wouldve considered coming back in. But why now would I come back when you have clearly stated that what I was asking for was not appropriate to the situation? A deep tissue massage not appropriate for my body type? Ridiculous!Had I been an fragile elderly woman in poor health I could understand your position!This was not only the worst massage experience Ive ever had but the worst customer experience as well!If you are looking for a deep tissue massage do not go here.I have been going through a lot of professional stress lately and have a lot of body tension. I have to say I just left my massage feeling worse than when I went in.I called about an hour before and asked explicitly if I was able to get a deep tissue massage. I was told by the receptionist on the phone that I would. I stated before I hung up that I needed somebody strong and was used to deep tissue massage. She assured me that there was somebody available for what I was asking.When I arrived I asked about upgrades to the massage, as I had read about them on another yelp review. I dont remember the massage therapist name but she did not seem interested in telling me about the upgrades. What?I shouldve taken that as the que to leave.First thing first, if someone calls asking for a specific massage, be honest. If a massage therapist is not available for that specific request just say so on the phone. Why risk putting one of your therapist in a situation where they are not able to provide the service being asked for and why risk giving a new client something other than what they want? Who wins in this scenario especially when it reflects negatively on you in a yelp review?The therapist told me that she would ask me a few minutes into the massage how the pressure was, she never did. That put me in an awkward position of having to address it during the massage. I did so and her pressure did increase slightly. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being no pressure and 10 being full pressure she started out at a 2 and increased to a 4 after I requested more pressure but it still was nowhere enough. It was a Swedish massage and I had I known it was going to be like that I would have passed this place up.The space is beautiful. The linens are nice, the music is nice and the aromatherapy is nice. That is why I am leaving two stars rather than one. It is nothing against the massage therapist. She just was not able to provide the service that I requested. She wasnt strong and she didnt seem to really understand what deep tissue was. This is on the owner.Please do not offer something that you are not able to deliver. After tip I am out $140 and leave feeling worse than when I arrived. I would say that there is definitely some issues that need to be addressed at this place.

Honestly I took my elderly mother here because of the Groupon deal hoping for the best, we like to gift her massages and why not take advantage of a good deal. I was very pleased to hear her rave about her experience with Megan, Ive never had her express such contentedness after a massage. I do believe Ive found a place for her to become a regular.

Seriously one of the best massages I’ve had in this area! The masseuse did not rush, applied just the right amount of pressure, worked out small knots in my back. She just took her time and paid attention to detail, which really helped me relax. I felt no muscle tension and I wasn’t super sore afterward. Going back again soon!

I feel like I received a calm soothing treatment just by looking at their web site! This company is awesome! Humble and very kind! Know their profession and remain professional with a kind heart! I absolutely love mystic body and soul. I have fibromyalgia migraines and anxiety.... when i go to get a massage i am able to fully relax. I have been fit in when i have been in the middle of a horrific migraine and when i left i was relaxed and my migraine was waaay less than i went in with and i was able to go home and sleep with a loose leaf tea that Lyn made herself. Every massage i have had hear has been amazing and they always cater to my many different pressure needs in different areas. I used to get cheap massages.... mystic is very much worth the price for the relaxation massage and especially the genuine care me and my family get from the staff when we go in. I cant even put in to words how much better my life is since going to mystic. My migraines are less my fibromyalgia is more manageable and my anxiety is so much better i do not have to take my daily antianxiety medications.❤❤❤
