Nancy did such a great job with scalp massage today. She is so skillful! I have been to different massage places but she is the only one massage my neck without hurting me but still giving the right pressure to the right spot! Definitely coming back to Nancy!

I truly love this massage place. Mark is always working Front Desk and is the absolute friendliest. This place is clean, quiet and gives off a relaxing ambiance. I always feel like a million bucks after the 60 minute combo massage. The hot stone massage is wonderful too Ive done both!!! They accommodate same day walk ins and appointments, but appointments are best because they literally wait for your arrival. 5 star place! I go every other week! Grab a coupon stamp card at the Front Desk if youre going to be a regular... love love love this place!

This place is a joke, first on doors and windows they have hand written signs advertising $50 for 1 hour massage but when I walked in he said $70 for 60 minutes. I was confused to say the least. We had purchased massage certificate from one of the local coupon sites in December of last year and it had 5 months time for use. I had scheduled an appointment prior on expiration date and came to my appointment only to be told that they no longer accept this certificate. When I showed on voucher the expiration date as still listed valid, the guy showed me his phone with a message stating that on their website it says they no longer accept this certificate since January 1st and if I wanted a message I had to pay additional $28. I would not spend a penny in this place, it seams very poorly ran business. I wish I had a massage here so I could leave a review for the actual therapy instead I will spend my money on other massage places that I actually had much better experience.

Clean, friendly, prosfessional Great massage me and my hubby had a couples massage. was a deal I found on Groupon for a good deal! We got the deal for couples swedish massage 60 min and 30 min sauna. The massage was good but felt more like a deep tissue, and they worked on the pressure points. Overall it was a nice experience. A little advice they dont speak English very well but understand ok. Also if you do not want certain areas on your body worked on please tell the person thats massaging you. (Jenny was good she did my massage).

Please ask them to refund the services you purchased from local flavor. We have not received any fees from them, so we are not responsible for the services they sold.

Amy gave me a massage and Katie gave my boyfriend a massage for a couples massage, both of us agreed they did a wonderful job. I asked for a deep tissue massage and Amy did wonderful at working out some of the knots I have in my shoulder blades and neck. The man at the front desk, Mark, was very kind and personable, he also gave us a water bottle each when we were finished with our massages. 10/10 we will definitely be coming back! Thank you.

My husband and I couple’s massage was rushed; we literally waited almost 25 mins for them to come into the room, when the gentlemen said someone would be in the room in 10 mins to allow us to to get undressed. The lady that gave my husband a massage thought he was still sleep after dozing off for a split second while she was trying to keep up with the lady who did my massage…she literally skipped his entire leg thinking he wouldn’t notice. At the end of the massage they are eager for a tip as well, rightfully so because we do tip but something changed about this place and we’ve been here a couple of times and will not be going back.

My daughter and I had a couples massage as part of our weekend together...self care, journey to self-love.We had a great experience. We had no problem scheduling for our limited availability and customer service was great. The women who massaged us didnt speak English well, but we worked it out together when needed.I highly recommend the hot stones!!We will be back!

One of the best massages Ive had in a very long time. She left no stone unturned. I felt like going to sleep afterwards. Im definitely recommending this place and will be going back. You should try it out and bring a friend.

Amazing experience! The place was super clean and everyone was incredibly professional. From the moment we walked in for our couples massage, we were made to feel comfortable. The massage was perfect and the gentleman at the front was super friendly and informative. I was also surprised to be given a complimentary hand cream upon exit. I cannot wait to get massaged here again. Thank you all for your hard work!!

Not a very nice place at all. Rather sketchy if you ask me. Also, they sell Local Flavor Coupons but will not honor them. I would avoid this place at all cost. Better to just go to an actual reputable place than this nasty place!

My husband and I came today July 23, 2022 for a couples massage we liked the massage but they were a little tough on my body. I don’t know if I would come back because when we were leaving it felt like we were being forced to give a tip. I’m a great tipper but I have never experienced treatment like this. No company or place of business should force tipping on nobody. This is not professional at all and very unacceptable. The owner should should look into this because this is not the first review explaining about this tipping issue. Y’all need to stop this immediately

Good experience. Its really hard for me to fit in appointments in my daily changing schedule. I like I can call when Im free to get a massage and get in within a short time the same day. Ive had 2 different people for massages so far. Both helped my back and neck a lot!

Today me and my boyfriend went for the couples massage, unfortunately we won’t be coming back. It’s like they force you to tip even tho i have no problem w tipping, don’t try and force me to tip you. they stood at the door waiting for us and i guess he didn’t like the tip i left and rolled his eyes at me. don’t recommend

Great massage!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👇The front desk receptionist was very unprofessional and stood in the door way demanding a tip. I informed him, I left a $10.00 tip on the table, he stated that was not enough.He became very hostle, and aggressive attempting to force me to give more stating its mandatory for me to tip $20.00 minimal. I paid cash, and was a walk in. I informed him, although I was just in the area, I would have come back, but his actions just lost him a return customer.FYI,A tip is optional and to mandate/force a tip amount is ILLEGAL. Change your tactics it may cost you legal trouble.I will forward my concerns to the proper authorities.

My husband and I experienced individual Swedish massages with Judy and Wendy today; we love massage and have had conservatively thirty experiences at various spas across the country. Todays experience was hands down top of the line for each of us - knowledgeable masseuses, perfect pressure, plenty of warm-not-hot lotion to prevent friction burns, included hot-towel treatment - we cant say enough about these wonderful massages. This is not the type of place where you spend the afternoon and relax with cucumber water in a post-treatment area - but if you are all about the massage itself, in a perfectly appointed treatment room, with calming ambience and aromas - this is the spa for you. Also - the price is crazy good - $100 for 90 minutes. We will be back!

I was treated to a wonderful massage at this location.Have to say I’ve had very good massage, I’ve had many throughout my life.The masseuse targeted all my trouble areas.So relaxed afterwards.I highly recommend this location.Only one small problem was the lack of communication for a first timer if not familiar with procedures of using the sauna.People with health issues need to be aware before entering a very hot sauna.Post signs and limit time .

Just a little advice when doing a couples massage tell the workers not to be talking to each other during the massage we are there to relax and have peace and quiet. I think that is just common sense they should know better. Also tell them not to chase your customers when in the lobby asking for more money. Not speaking good English very hard to understand and the lady at the desk had to tell us they were asking for tip money 😢 very unprofessional. Over all the foot part of the massage was great 👍 they were a little rough on the body

This was my first time coming here and unfortunately I wont be coming back. I purchased a deal on Groupon to receive a couples hot stone massage and called the establishment to set an appointment. The first sign was the haggling me to cancel my Groupon and re-charge my card to purchase directly from them. I wasnt comfortable with this because I would be losing money for a short period of time but they insisted and went back and forth with me for 5 minutes. Days later I show up to the appointment and Im asked for payment. I place my phone on the stand to show the Groupon and he is clearly annoyed when he realizes this. He proceeds to touch my phone without my permission to go throughout the app and try to find a way to cancel it. I get my massage which was okay, however, I wasnt asked once about pain points or intensity which I found odd but I got over it. As I am leaving he announces that they accept tips via cash, cash app or Venmo. I didnt have cash so I did Venmo because I appreciated the masseuses time and when I said okay I did it, he says Can I see it? I almost lost it at this moment because tips are completely OPTIONAL and I personally felt like I was being harassed for money from the second I stepped in the door. I was hoping to have the experience everyone else did but unfortunately I did not. I wont be returning.

I agree with Annette Hiller about asking for Tips. I came in Friday Nov. 6, 2020 for Body Massage & Foot Massage. I had to tell my Masseuse several times she was too rough. They are NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AS MASSEUSES. The place itself was not as represented Online & on their pamphlets. When I walked in the back for my Massage I was a bit taken back by the appearance of the rooms. I have had Massages in many places during my travels. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! When I am pleased with what I ask for & most definitely PAYING FOR > YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO ASK ME TO TIP YOU OR YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I HATE BEING ASKED TO TIP! And, I AM A GOOD TIPPER.

My husband and I received a couples massage it was really great they literally get evvvry part of your body place is very clean and comfy. I was turned off alot little at the very end on our way out. It felt as if we were being forced to give a tip and I didnt really like that. We said we wouldnt be giving a tip at the time and it turned into a back n forth stare down the whole vibe was pretty much thrown off after that.

My fiancé and I tried this place a few months ago . We were both extremely pleased with our reflexology and massage. We returned today again and it was fabulous once more. We will continue to go monthly.

Well at first I was leery I had an appointment for 12. And was asked the day of my appointment to come in at 12:30 1:00pm because of being backed up. I told her sure but I was celebrating a special occasion so not much later.She mentioned they would make up for the inconvenience and the occasion And BOY!!! DID THEY !!!!! I got a great massage!!! AND..........Will be going back.

First , This place was VIP foot , I was a member , I bought 10hours services form them, right now still have 5 hours left , I could never purchase massage place gift card no more , because you never know when the closed business.Second , after two or three month this place change business name :” aroma beauty center “, I was go back try, looks like they got the new owner , but not happy with my first time at Aroma Spa , when I arrived 13min early , the door was locked, at my apt time , while she let me in , wait other 10min to start the service, the masseuse rubbed my manhood and was like “Yes or no ?“Aside from being inappropriate and illegal, it was also very uncomfortable to be touched inappropriately during a massage .never come back again .

Massages were done well, masseuses were both professional and courteous. They worked knots out for both of us. Felt relaxed when we left. Would return for another.

My son received a Combo Massage Groupon for his birthday, we called to make the appointment and the woman who answered, (said she was the owner) refused to honor the Groupon HER business offers because she doesnt make any money I told her it was a current offer that was just bought a week ago and she STILL refused. When I asked why she still had it advertised on Groupon she stated we should have called me 1st? Not only is this false advertising, its very unprofessional.

Terrible place. Don’t waste your money. Unless you like massage technician who answers phone calls during your massage, in a middle of massage invites another tech to practice on you without even asking your permission and all the time talks their own language. Massage was very unprofessional ,and they don’t even know basic skills. Be aware of this place!

You pay for a deep tissue massage but you really dont get a deep tissue its more of a simple massage. Try explaining that to the massage therapist and she doesnt understand English what do you do in a situation like this?... Only giving this place 2 stars because they are very nice but you dont get what you pay for.

I love this place I go here on the regular and get a deep tissue hot stone massage and it’s amazing but when they say deep tissue it’s deep tissue so watch what you ask for Mark is very nice at check in and he never let’s me down and Juny and Amy is amazing with the hands

Its my first time ,and My therapist had absolutely no plan or idea about what she was doing. I dont think she has done any training or even talent. It was just pressing on random spots, not even trying to do the same on my left and right side of the body.

This is not a fancy traditional spa. I would highly recommend for athletes, recovery massage or a quick relax session. Bring your own water and wear casual clothes that can be flexible.
