The Green Room - Montclair

In June 2023 I purchased a sleep aid that came packaged in thin straps. I opened it when I got home. The strip fell apart. I then noticed a year old expiration date on package that I hadnt noticed in store. Returned package the next day and was told All Sales Final. The sales person pointed to a thin strip of paper on back of cash register that read All Sales Final. Consumer Affairs states business policies must be conspicuously displayed. I left the store with no refund or exchange.I mailed the package back to store addressed to Darak, the owner, with explanation of my dissatisfaction and loss. The Sales person told me it was received and that he would give it to Darak. I have waited nearly 4 months for a reply. My home address was on the envelope to receive a reply. Public postings arent my thing. Would rather present a complaint directly to a business owner. I waited and waited for a reply, none came. So heres my complaint about what I consider a slap in the face. 2 stars for the salesperson.

The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I knew very little about CBD before walking in but the staff was extremely knowledgeable and so patient as they answered my many questions. I left feeling confident about the benefits of cbd and have really enjoyed the relief cream. I highly recommend it!! I will for sure be coming back.

This place is awesome. Katherine was so patient and provided a lot of guidance before I decided on my purchase. She’s also gave me a sample of their cbd rub which immediately I felt a difference when placed on my shoulders. I’ll def be back!

I originally visited the store as it is the first of its kind in Montclair. I was browsing the wide selection of products when the owner, Darek, recommended the Relief Cream. My father had arthritis pain in his foot and I myself was dealing with on and off soreness from my active lifestyle. I bought the cream and it has worked wonders. My dad now has little to no pain in his foot and I recommend the cream to everyone. The store is also very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful.

I visited The Green Room today in Montclair. It was my first time at the store not my first cbd experience though. But this one was different. I was greeted by Katherine as soon as I walked in and we exchanged a quick chuckle about something. She was very welcoming very inviting and really knows her stuff. She asked me what brought me in and I explained. I wanted something for sleep and a daytime strained. She explained every single strained they had and what it was for and how it made you feel. That made me feel like I made a good choice coming here. She already picked out one strained for me telling me she knows that will help with my insomnia. I like that. I like the professional taking control and using their expertise to give me the best product for me. Then I picked two other strains that she suggested. And she answered all my questions. I already told my friend who lives down the street, he has to stop by. I will be going back. This is now my CBD home. No more trying random cbd joints. I’m sold! Thanks Katherine!!!

There is nothing more special than a salesman man-splaining the differences between vapors and smoke.He seemed uninterested in helping me try to find a CBD product specifically for sleep. He told me that everything in the store will eventually make me sleep. I was like, what the heck?Its not the same Green Room salesman! Im going somewhere else!The 2 stars is generous btw...

I ordered stuff online about an hour before they closed and got a text a few minutes later for derrick who was in montclair; he told me I could swing in to just pick up my order instead of having it shipped.Super cool place, nice staff, hope they thrive in Montclair

Derek and staff are super knowledgeable on CBD and their plethora of products. Great welcoming environment for newcomers like myself to CBD that have heard of the awesome benefits. My faves are the Trainwreck OG oil and sour patch watermelons. Def give this place a shot if you’re in the area or their Hoboken location!

A great place to go for a wide variety of different CBD products. Friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help. My favorite are the pre-rolled joints. The CBD is good quality compared to other companies. Paradise OG puts me right to sleep. :)
