This place is the best. I had such an awesome experience. The guys that work there are so knowledgeable on all the products and I feel like I walked away with exactly what I wanted. When choosing the flavor....they allow you to sit there and try them all out so you get exactly what you like. Our of a 10 I give them an 11.....and will never go to another store. You guys have my business😛 I dealt with Austin and Dennis on Sunday and then went back Tuesday(today)because I thought maybe it was not working right, so I met Curtis and he schooled me even more on the whole vaporizing thing. Quit smoking cigarettes on Jan 1st and went to black and milds for a few weeks. Now that I experienced vaporizing I will NEVER go back to smoking. Great store...Great Staff...cant wait to go back!!!!! Will recommend your store to everyone I know. I live in Cedar Grove and never knew it was there..Thanks so much to everyone. Cant wait to go back!!!!!

Its funny, I keep hearing about this rude staff worker, but i think i know who are they taking about. If you was at a store that hardly has visitors and only get ones that just look or get scared away from prices, you would understand how human he is. Anyways, the guy was cool to take his time to explain. He told me how to take my 1000G Blue Tribe CBD and I enjoyed it. The only thing was the price was $20 more compared to different places. In conclusion, service was human, but was helpful and product was great! Thank you!

Came into the shop inexperienced. Melody helped me understand everything about my vap and how to use it. Customer service was excellent, sometimes you get nervous walking into these shops because youre embarrassed about how much you do not know. Melody made me feel extremely comfortable about approaching the concerns I had and the environment is relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended people to come here and Ill definitely be back.

Very personable staff, my husband and I had a good time all the while trying different vape flavors. Curtis walked us through everything and kept us in great spirits and laughing. We had a great overall experience here and will definitely be back!

Had a great shopping experience here last night. Granted parking is chore, a cheap parking lot is right around the corner and only charges a dollar an hour. The staff here is very friendly and professional. I was helped by Austin, who took his time with me and explained all I needed to know about getting into vaping. He let me try all the flavors I wanted, and never rushed me. I ended up buying a nice little starter set with a liquid that taste like Fruit Loops! The store is neat, clean, and has plenty of space. Will be coming here again!

Stopped in from out of town to pick up some supplies. Ended up staying for like 3 hours chatting with the staff here. Very friendly, very welcoming environment with high-quality products and devices. The staff are all very knowledgeable as well, and theyre happy to help you out with any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience. Being a newbie user I was walked through the whole process in a no pressure manner. I didnt know what I wanted but they gauged my needs perfectly I was recommended a setup that Im in love with. Ill recommend it to anybody who wants a genuinely pleasurable retail experience.

Fantastic experience! My sister and I were new to e-cigarettes. We knew absolutely nothing. The staff was so helpful. They stayed a half hour after their closing time explaining everything to us, letting us try the different liquids, and setting us up with the right price and comfort match. Being new, I still couldnt figure a few things out so I called them the next day and they guided me through the phone until everything was in perfect working condition. To the peeps reading this and on the fence about whether to take up e-cigs to quit smoking or not, go here and talk to them. Theyll honestly tell you everything you need to know in non-propaganda language and then you can make your decision. I couldnt be happier with mine.

Sunday morning. Went in to buy a pen. The guy at the register was very rude and seemed like he didn’t want to bother. I purchased the pen but I doubt I’ll be back. Store and selection was nice and well kept. But the customer service just wasn’t that great.I’m editing my post cuz for some reason I can’t reply owner of this business. Now I never said it was today. Just seen the nasty pos who attended to me that day today and it reminded me to write this review cuz he looked miserable today. Now I have a life and I see how the owner is responding to a review. Now I see why the kid was miserable attending to me. I’ll definitely keep letting ppl know how your business is. Came in to get some more info on CBD and left educated, satisfied and feeling like I’ve found my CBD place.I was a little apprehensive about this place based on the last few reviews but I think the staff is phenomenal knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to interact with and prices looked just fine to me.Will 100% recommend this to everyone.

This is by far the best vape store I have been to. The selection of juices is great, and you can actually try all their flavors before you buy. The staff is so patient and helpful, its obvious they love what they do. Thanks Melody and Curtis, my wife and I will be back soon.

Id recommend this vapor shop to everyone reading. Very appealing place. Staff was excellent and very knowledgable. They ask a lot of questions (which in my books is a very big plus) and understand your needs before suggesting anything. Their house juices are prolly the best ones in this area at very attractive prices and it feels good to know that theyre not making juices behind some curtain in the back of the shop. Today I saw artis at the Montclair spot and he was awesome. He went above and beyond and really made my day. I cant thank the guy enough. Came here as Id left my usual equipment at home in NYC and am on an extended stay in NJ. Very friendly and knowledgable staff who helped me figure out some new juices to try and were very knowledgeable about their products. Certainly a place Id recommend to anyone in the area, with great service and a fantastic store.

Nice shop, friendly staff but the prices are market up significantly. I understand rent must not be cheap with the location they have but adding a 20-30 bucks on top of MSRP juice is a joke . With all the other shops in less than a 20 minute drive away I wont be returning anytime soon.

Ive been coming here for almost 4 years now and have never gotten such terrible service. The man seving me (long red beard) was not interested in selling me any vapes and did not help me with any recommendations.I told him i wanted to just buy a bottle of juice and he would not sell it to me without a photo ID even though my name is in the system showing im 21+. When my father wanted to purchase it he denied him as well and told him he knew he was buying it for me.I love this place but i will not be back. The guy working there obviously did not care to keep me as a customer nor did he want to do any business. Will never be returning here after the treatment i got.

The guy who helped us (I wish I got his name) had the patience of a saint. We stayed for at least an hour browsing their goods. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about vaping, answering our questions in great detail. My fiance got the vape pen she wanted, I figured out what replacement coils I needed, I learned a great deal about the pros and cons of different batteries, coils, etc. All in all, we left happy and with what we were looking for.

One of the shops I used to go to when I first started vaping.Pros: Most likely you’ll get somebody who is helpful there Melody and Curtis in particular.A few others are kind of short, seem unamused, definitely not friendly. The location and environment is great and it does really help to be able to try the juice before you buy. The only reason I stop back in from time to time is for their longhorn collection I can’t get anywhere else. Ends up being $28 for a 60ml after tax. Which sucks but I bite the bullet to get Lonestar.Cons: Too much $$$$$$$$$$Unfortunately their prices are insulting at this point. There was no 60ml juice in the store that you could get for around $20-25.In 2017?Prices have dropped everywhere, seems like they go up at Artisan. 100ml bottles were $38 and up before tax and even their own line is expensive and not particularly great. To put that in perspective, at Good Guy Vapes, you can get 2 100ml bottles for about $40 when they have happy hour. Which is twice a week. No happy hour at Artisan I believe . If they do have one I’m sure it comes with restrictions. Restrictions involving their juice- No other store pushes their own line like these guys, and I’m not really sure why they still do. I like few options from their line but would be much more willing to buy if they weren’t over $20 for 40ml’s stuffed into a 30ml’s bottle.** In conclusion, I really hate to say it, because I like the idea of this store, but I hope another shop buys them out. Good Guys Vapes literally does everything better and their prices are amazing. I’m not a GGV employee or sponsor, I just don’t want other people paying 30%-50% more for juice and mods than almost anywhere else. Even their coils are twice the amount you can pay online.At this point, Artisan prices are not just disappointing, they’re a deal breaker. **

Awhile ago I gave this place a really unfair review. Gave it another chance and wasnt disappointed. The staff here work super incredibly hard, and are super polite / informative.Walked me through options and were very helpful. Havent smoked a cig in my apartment for 3 months now.

So... I walked in. I was intimidated a bit as I never bought a real vape device before but wanted to set up 99% CBD isolate juice for medicinal purposes with a home recipe from some friends. They patiently showed me 100% how to use the vape correctly & politely, despite a few gaffes on my part. They explained everything with no judgment whatsoever. These guys know their product inside/out and upside/down. If youre anxious about pretty much everything like I am to the point where people ask you are you okay? on a regular basis, I highly recommend going here. Theyre well trained and very easy to deal with. The prices also werent off the wall like Ive seen in other places. I will happily return.

I went to Artisan Vapor Co. (Vape Shop) to purchase a vaporizer and came out knowing everything about the product and some. The sales rep Dennis did an excellent job teaching me the different ways to use the vape as well as advise me on apps to use to make sure I am not burning or ruining my newly bought vape. He was very helpful and very intelligent when it came down to the products the shop had. Also, this place has the coolest culture inside with lounge chairs and a variety of different flavored oils. I highly recommend coming here for all your vape needs as well as stopping by just to learn about the products. I wish I can give this place and Dennis a 10 star review because they truly deserve it!Thank you!!

Excellent experience. I was traveling from out of town and ran out of juice and this was the closest place Google maps suggested. Quality of juice and prices are very competitive and among the best. I wish vapor stores closer to me could learn something from them, and elevate their standards.

Worst Vape Shop In NJ:I went in the other day to get a drip tip. They had two types which the guy behind the counter was hesitant to even show me because he IMMEDIATELY tried to up-sell me a new tank and talked a whole bunch of nonsense about the quality of the tank I have , and how it leaks etc. Its never leaked or done any of the things he mentioned in the 5 YEARS that Ive had it. When he saw I was not interested, he finally showed me the trashiest drip tip Ive ever seen. Literally, the one he showed me was absolute garbage. Plastic with an aluminum ring around it. Now, at FULL PRICE, decent quality drip tips cost anywhere from $.50 to $.99 on-line and other brick and mortar places. This was a $.25 drip tip and the guy quoted me around five bucks. Who the hell quotes prices like this? Completely unprofessional from the jump.I know youre thinking who cares about a drip tip but I provide this ONE encounter to point out the ridiculous pricing of the establishment and the predatory nature of some of the staff. I imagine the rest of them are exactly the same. Every time Ive gone in there, out of necessity mind you, I left with a horrible experience.I read a couple of reviews about how nice the staff is and how knowledgeable and helpful they are. Guess what, this type of behavior is necessary to successfully slide the knife into your back.Yes a business is primarily there to profit and yes its hard for brick and mortar stores to compete with internet based businesses. But you dont have to rip people off to be profitable. There is no need for me to mention other stores that have figured this out because others in the comments have done it for me.tl;dr :Want to get unsolicited text messages and e-mail from a business without being told about it before you give them your details? Want to pay 60%-90% more for juice and gear than any other brick and mortar vape shop in NJ? Want constant up-sell attempts and get bad service when you dont drop a bunch of cash at a business? Do you want all of this with a SMILE and a few pointers (if you need them)? Well This Place Is For You!

That convince store was closed with a brb message on the door and as I was disgruntltly walking past a gentleman smoking away on his vape. We talked a bit and my Im not interested right now turned into me sitting at his bar of flavors testing them out. It was great! They are the new age tobaccoist. Futuristic smoking with class and elegance. Love the new vape I bought from them and will have my business for the long term.

If you live or are driving through Montclair, NJ and you vape, you have to stop by this shop!!! I was driving through to visit family and Im always on the lookout for good vape shops so I decided to google some shops in the area. I found Artisan Vapor Company and immediately thought, I thought those guys were only in Texas? I thought they couldnt be the same company. And anyone serious about vaping has heard of Artisan Vapor Company, Hell these guys own the vaping industry in Texas so of course I had to see for myself. I pull up to the shop and notice that it is the same company. Wow these guys expand fast. I walk into the shop and greeted right away by the staff. I was so taken by the absolute beauty of the shop I ask the staff to repeat what they said because I didnt hear them...lol. I go up to the bar, because thats exactly what it looks like and ask for a beer. Joking of course, I began chatting with the young lady working because like any man I of course was drawn to the pretty female. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable I couldnt ask for anything more. I started sampling so flavors and came across a line of premium liquid that they have called The Breakfast Club. And Im here to tell you folks thats exactly what it is...3 different liquids and all cereal flavors. Im not just talking like eating a bowl of cereal but eating a bowl of cereal and drinking the milk. Folks this shop has everything you could possibly want for vaping. From starter kits to high end mods, and probably 80 liquids to try. Of course because its NJ I had to go outside to try them but I just left my drivers license and car keys with them inside and stepped out to sample. So if your looking for a new shop or just passing through like me you MUST stop by here. From the customer service to the high end ambience, you will not be disappointed. And when, not if you stop by, say hi to Melody and the gang. Would give 20 stars if I could...CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MAX!!!!!

Staff is somewhat friendly but their in house vape juices arent great quality for the prices which everything including hardware is more expensive then most other places, but they are open until 10pm which is convenient.
