Both the ladies who massaged my mother and I were very nice and gave great massages. I was nervous because it was my first time ever but they were great. Really helped with the tension in my shoulders. Super clean space, friendly staff, safe environment, and great price! 10 out of 10 experience!!!!!

Decided to check out a reflexology spot after hearing about the benefits from a friend. While it was great for my ankles and feet, I didnt really experience much benefit for the rest of my body. It was more transactional in nature vs a relaxing experience. I recommend either sticking to just the feet or opting for a full massage.Edit: Despite trying to communicate to the therapist about my mild discomfort (I had items in my pockets), they were more focused on the process and ensured it was fine. During a transition, I stopped to empty my pockets to avoid having my items pressed into my legs. The rest of the session was more pleasant.

Id been recommended along with acupuncture. My spine is deteriorating and my body is so stiff. They know how to help to bring relief, which can later allow for hopefully more healing. Make sure to ask for stones, they actually use them to massage as well the back, just Amazing.
