Jared was amazing. We stopped in for a few items and he sold us some things we didn’t even knew we needed and explained to us how to use a few items we already had. Great customer service and a large variety of products. Would definitely come back.

Store is great and convenient, and employees are always super friendly. But, they are overpriced when it comes to specific items.They sell Lost Mary disposables for $24 a piece. If you go down the road about 5 minutes, the gas station sells it for $13 with a much larger selection. Do your research before you go, and you’ll be good.* was a 3 star rating, but lowered based on owner’s response to mine and others comments.PSA: Any business owner that responds like this one did to me and other customers such as below, does not deserve your business. Everybody is out here trying to make a living. You getting called out on, and then trying to ruin another’s business, is disgusting. Says everything you need to know about them, and the business they run.

Last 4 times I’ve tried to come here the door has been locked at different days of the week and at different times. Hard to buy from a business that keeps posting signs that say be back in 5 min.

Hi. Nice little shop. Great Employees.I started going four years ago, because they had White Pain Out brand Kratom (Maeng Da). The white one, allowed me to replace all other medications I needed for 20 years because of back disc injury.After trying the wide selection of brands, I decided this was the best for me. Bought the biggest bag and didnt need to go back for awhile.When I started checking back (actually, after 20 years of suffering, the severity of the back problem went away (PAIN OUT brand - White)), I been looking for single serve Delta 8 Indica gummies or other non-smokables (yes, I am looking for non-smoking things at smoke shops).They always have really nice employees. Kind of like youd expect at non just tobacco smoke shops.I think sometimes I go just to say hi to them.But they are totally attentive. Answer my endless questions and honestly (i mean, they dont make pretend if they dont know something). They are quick to sell but, with zero pressure.And sometimes have discounts on clearance items. Or if when I am frequent regular customer. (I go through phases)Good location. They are between Subway and Japanese restaurant, across from Wendys, a Chinese place is in the same shopping center, pet shop and biggest gym there also, and Beautiful Key Foods Market across the street.Gas station across the main road. And just behind that is Lowes, Publix, CVS. And there are car parts places and a Goodwill.So you can do a lot and pick something up here also.... Whole wall of awesome smelling tobacco singles products, making me glad I dont smoke anymore, because its an endless supply of stuff to try.They also always have some COLD drinks versions of some of the things they sell.

I feel bad as I should have asked their name, but the associate with glasses and long hair working morning of 11/3 was PHENOMENAL. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Love that this place does military discount as well.

Pretty good usually when I go and a good selection of glass…but I just went in there for some wraps and was told I can only buy four packs of each wrap per customer? The associate was nice so I don’t blame him. In fact, the staff here are always very helpful. He simply told me they have to drive to Orlando to restock because of the shortage. Sorry, management but that’s sort of the price of doing business. I will go to the gas stations to buy 20 packs of the wraps I want to buy and it is no issue there, no limits. I like to support local so I try to shop local. Seems to me like management needs to figure this one out - find a better supplier or deal with the drive, sorry. I will be buying my wraps elsewhere. This seems like poor business practice and judging by the owner replying to people’s reviews with “grow up” really goes to show a lot about this place. I don’t think I will be back. Ironic because there is a sign on the door in big bold letters that say “WE WILL EARN YOUR BUSINESS”.Edit: I originally gave them two stars but judging by the owner’s response of “wow”, I’ll go ahead and lower that to one star. You earned it! Congratulations!! 👍🏻

Im new to the area, it was late and they were the only place around me that advertised ecig oil and were still open and Im REALLY glad I stopped in. The manager was amazing, she walked me through everything they had in, was really sweet about everything, patient and honestly just a good experience. They also have a really great glass and cigar selection. 10/10 would come here and will come here again!

Prices have gotten steadily higher to the point theyre (directly contrary to their signage)one of the highest priced shops around besides Kissimmee area(highest in central FL did to tourist flow)However, the people that work here are genuine and good people and although tony has completely cleaned house over the past 6 months, he chose the right people for it. Always smiling and friendly, always willing to chat if wanted and if you become a regular they will do you a solid on $Opening more locations in Tampa and other areas, Ive been a customer since this was shop 1 and tony ran it himselfCheers mate

Good selection of items for a smoke shop! Friendly service, and pretty helpful when we had some questions. I loved that they had kava and kratom available, and in multiple sizes for first timers. Prices are pretty decent. We saw a couple of mods that were priced the same as online retailers, which is rare. Ill definitely be back.

Ive been in here a few times. Never disappointed except when they run out of green malay powder kratom (only happened once). Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Don. Good products and decent prices.

I dont usually do reviews but I have to for Outer Limits. This is by far the best smoke shop around. They have GREAT prices and will beat a competitors price. The owner is the best. He is so kind, understanding and always willing to answer any questions. He sells quality items. You will NOT find counterfiet, knock-off junk here. Everything is high quality and the real deal. I have never met a company with better customer service. I havent had a bad experience yet. He has gone out of his way to take care of his regular customers. While some items may be cheaper online, I will always give Outer Limits my business because of the good man that owns the store. (Example) I bought a Nexus Vape and it worked fine for about 3 weeks. I took it back in to see if it were user error and he replaced it free of charge. I could have mailed it back to the manufacturer but he took care of it. That speaks volumes! I will never support another Vape/Smoke shop as long as im within the Orlando/Clermont/MtDora area. Even if we moved further, I would still purchase through them and have my order shipped . They have my business for life. Thank you for being the best in this business. I highly recommend the Kratom, CBD, Ejuice (we love Gentlemens Draw) and they have high quality Vapes. HIGHLY recommend. I only use Delta 8 from these smokeshops and the price here is astronomically higher. NOT COMPETITIVE. Do yourself a favor and look up the next closest shop. A cart for 37$ can easily be found for 25$ elsewhere. 3.5 grams of flower 37$ is crazy when you can find 10 grams for 30$ this area 51 smoke shop needs to take down the sign outside saying they are the cheapest around. Just aint true.

This smoke shop is great! Ive never been in here other than twice now but the first time I walked in the employees were extremely friendly and helpful and could answer all youre questions! They also sell multiple different juul kids at this location as well as vaping products and tobacco pipes bowls bongs, screens, etc youd be surprised to see some of the fantastic Merchandise they have to offer!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here on various diff things including Rigs, Nails, butane, wax holders, carb caps, treats and more. Purchased a torch from them a week and a half later the thing fell apart. They wouldn’t help me at all, I was told to call the manufacture and see if I could return it. They wouldn’t even exchange it for one of lesser value. Loyal customer lost.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Small smoke shop but what is not on the shelf can be ordered for you. I needed a replacement charger for my trulieve pen and Outer Limits, the shop had it. 5 minutes later I was on my way.

Rip off, purchased whip cream cartridges and almost all we defective, store refused any return or credit so probably they are buying cheap defects and selling at regular price at Mt Dora location

They have a very small selection. The person working the counter was not helpful. I pointed out two glass pipes with large cracks. He laughed and put the pieces right back in the displays. I will not be going back

This is my go to vape shop. I visit almost weekly for liquid. They even remember what liquid and coil i use. If theyre out of the liquid I get, its usually in stock again within a fay or two. Not to mention great prices. Definetly recommend to anyone.

It is twice now; Bailey has helped me find solutions to issues with my vape products. I was surprised when I walked into the store. I saw that I could get some of the products I purchase, elsewhere, here for quite the difference. Ive had nothing but excellent service at this shop.

I bought a vape two days ago days ago I have barely hit it and it is already out the third day I paid almost $16 for it and I feel like it was a complete waste of money I tried to call and see if I can get it exchanged or if there was something we can do but they just swore they couldn’t because there was no receipt seeing as I told them to keep it because I’ve bought from there before it and it has never happened

Prices are fire for around here and considering prices in my home city St. Augustine and Trevor was good with his products and wherewithall within the shop! Would go back!

First time I was here the item i purchesed was 5$ came back for the same item 2 more times and was charged 10.97 both times do not understand the price difference of double! Otherwise a good shop
