I’ve been to several smoke shops ever since I moved to FL. But none like this before, the staff were the coolest and most helpful ever, not only I got some pretty cool recommendations and I got to try products I never used before, but the store itself was amazing, they have this art section that takes the store to a whole another level. No one is playing like this ppl!PS: Tobacco humidors are the coolest I’ve seen.

Stopped to get some pizza & wings at my go-to pizza shop in Mt Dora when I stumbled upon this gem next door. The store is super well organized, clean with a modern feel. All I can say about the selection is WOW!! I was like a kid in a candy store, they have flavors and products I never knew even existed LOL!! Super friendly and helpful staff. I Highly recommend you give them a visit! My new favorite smoke shop!

I have been buying stuff from this location for years and today. I purchased a vape. I asked the guy behind the counter (confirmed on phone call it was the owner) if he had a different brand since they had just changed designs he said no that’s all they had. I have been buying the new design from him for the last month so, I don’t know what the problem was. Maybe he wanted to get rid of some old product. Well, he did my vape does not work. It’s only $22 but the principle of the fact is I contacted the owner Tomi and all he could do was state facts about the state of Florida, and no returns. Could care less. Terrible customer service. I’ll definitely be driving a little further to the other vape shop in Tavares that actually cares about their customers.

Omar was a great help in helping me figure out what my needs were. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and I ended up getting 4 items when I was only considering one. Great inventory line up. Since my first visit I have been back twice and he has never failed me. Big shoutout to Omar and the owners of the establishment.

Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, they have a great selection, and better prices than other shops in the area. They also have a loyalty program so you can save even more if you sign up for the points. I definitely recommend it!

Manager is very helpful and courteous. If you are looking for something in particular and he does not have it, he will attempt to get it for you. I wont Go anywhere but there. 😎👍

The place is just amazing it’s a big store compared to the area so it has a huge selection of brands I didn’t see anywhere. Amine the guy working there is very helpful he took the time to show everything I put my hands on. I highly recommend this place and I’ll come back very soon.

I went to this smoke shop and the gentleman that took care of me didn’t want to serve me , he was very rude only because I asked him questions about the merchandise and he said he only works there and don’t know about the merchandise , he really got offended , I believe employees that are hired in a store should know of their merchandise , well just a little further I went to another vape shop and got treated the way a costumer should be treated, with respect, friendly and to my satisfaction
