Im pretty sure the carts I purchased are fake. I have been buying the Modus (formerly known as medusa) brand carts for years from their direct website. I didnt want to pay shipping so I noticed this shop sells the brand. Right away I knew something was different. It taste awful and had a weird smell. It also gave me a headache and was nothing like any of their carts I bought before. I even got the same terp flavor as I usually get online so it should have been exactly the same. These did not feel or taste the same at all. They are bot cheap either so now Im out $. Lesson learned. Ill just keep buying from the direct website again from now on.

Great service, friendly staff, and a very comfortable environment.Once the shop opened, I got a hold of a punchcard, and i have been satisfied with every visit! Every time I come in, they always have what i need, from disposables, to cartridges and coils, to rolling papers and rolling trays, and so much more!Definitely a smoke shop you want to stop at first before going anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed. 😁

Ali is great and this place has been my go to spot since it opened.Everyone else around is either hella expensive or just trying to cheat your money. Ali has always taken care of me has always been fair and knew and remembered me after the first visit! Thats customer service. Highly recommend.

Great smoke shop, a lot of selections and great customer service

I come here all the time to buy tobacco and smoking products. This time the package of leafs were crumbled I came back and nicely and calmly asked to exchange the broken pack since I. Opulent use them and I just spent money on them and the guy gives me a nasty attitude and gets rude with me saying he can’t do that and he not going to and after asking to exchange the pack for a cheaper different brand he agreed but to never again! I’m supposed to have my money wasted ? I come here all the time and he gives me a problem about a broken pack of leafs ? That’s messed up! I miss the other guy his brother when he coming back !? If you say my review is fake then ima pull up because not everybody review fake

This is by far the best vape shop I have been to. The man behind thr counter was very nice and informative! Ill definitely be going back! The store was clean and they have a HUGE selection!

At frist I gave a good review until the owner yelled at me that he thought I left a bad review I even showed my I’d to prove it wasn’t me. So he was rude and disrespectful and I spent over two hundred dollars here and the disrespect I got was unprofessional and I’ll never go here again! He lost me as a customer period!

Bought a vape fume there last night cotton candy hit it twice when I got home and it didn’t taste right new guy did not give me a receipt and I tried to call this morning to see if I can exchange it or get a refund but no one answers sad about this

Everytime you come to the store the guy charges more and more. Started off paying 10$ for an item when I started coming then it was 12$ now he’s trying to charge 14$. 0 stars if I could.
