David,Justin and Terry thank you so much for amazing customer service. Very helpful and informative. They didn’t try to sell you things you didn’t need. Very good selection of items and did I mention how friendly and helpful they are. Highly recommend this smoke shop for your vape or other smoking needs. Check them out ,I approve this smoke shop.

Would come here in a pinch if my normal place wouldn’t have anything. I purchased a fruit monster salt nic juice 24mg and it tasted foul and the color was way darker than normal. So then I looked at the batch date it was from June 2023. I went back and explained my concerns and a lady was telling me these have a 5 year shelf life and this color is normal and she’s seen darker.… research shows that’s wrong. Anyways I would highly recommend checking color and batch dates prior to leaving the store. I failed to do that since the bottle is in a little box and I didn’t need it right that second. Took some back and forth For her to then say that she would swap it this one time but the others she had were even older and the same color. Wouldn’t have wrote this review if it wasn’t for them making me feel like I’m in the wrong and spreading false info about expiration times and clarity issues and seeming hostile about me complaining while telling me I’m wrong. I’ve included a few pictures.

This is the place. Best Vape shop in town. I have lived in the area for 30 years and only go here.Nicely located, very nice people, Good selection of goods. Comfy atmosphere.5/5 if you dont like this place then chances are that youre the problem 😅

Everyone at Gator Vapes has always been more than accommodating and helpful within the years I’ve been going there. The owner is knowledgeable and best ever- she is amazing and can answer pretty much any question(s) that you have- and Dave has always been incredibly wonderful as well. They remember your name and what you are usually looking for and customer service is impeccable. Been to other vape shops and never had the quality of service or seen any other shop go above and beyond to try to help with whatever you need. Wonderful shop and love the staff!!

Honestly what a fantastic experience it was finally being able to make it into this shop. Tons of juice selection, knowledgeable and beyond friendly staff who build a fantastic rapport with customers. I felt right at home, the young lady at the front was amazing. She let me know all about what the shop has to offer and they even have a rewards system for purchases. I will forever come back so long as theyre here. 10/10. Prices are just right too!

This place is amazing, talking about making fell welcome and customer service! WOW incredible. Mr. David help me get the juices I wanted, he make sure I was getting the flavor I liked, very knowledgeable and super friendly, they try their best to get me the best price and or deals available. Ms. Shery was amazing too, making me fell like we like Im home. We had a great place to buy try new products. Why I didnt shop here sooner. Believe me give them a try you wont be disappointed.

I been a customer for a very long time, since around the time they opened. I have checked out other stores and nothing beats Gator Vapes. Never going anywhere else.....EVER.

For 50 salt nic there the cheapest around by a few dollars .. good people work there.. friendly staff .. they need to get Green Diamond products back in stock though

The owner and the staff are not only very knowledgeable, but also very friendly.Every time I go in, it always feels like they are looking out for my best interests. You really don’t get that from any retail store let alone a vape shop. I’ve been recommending this place to all my friends and family and the few that have actually gone in will say the same thing.Plus the prices are very competitive with other vape shops in this area.

Not very knowledgeable about any of our questions that we had. One guy with an FSU tattoo on his right calf was very rude and spoke condescendingly to another employee that was trying to help us. Not very impressed with the customer service at this establishment. Seemed like Mr. FSU was more interested in the Owen Wilson military movie that was playing. The other guy was super nice and tried to help us as much as possible.

Just stopped in from Michigan; incredibly friendly folks who know their products! More than happy to stop in on my next trip down! I wish I could rate higher!

Customer service is out of this world. I was planning on paying a high price for convenience and they did everything in their power to save me a bunch of money. There’s really no reason to go to any other vape store in the area.

This store never ceases. Great juice. So much yummiest im in this shop probably once a week getting one thing or another. Teri, David, Trinity, Mary. They all take good care of me. And also fix my screw up. Im hard on devices.

After looking and looking and looking for a good vape shop I finally found one, Gator Vapes. Very happy with the quality of merchandise as well as Superior Service that was given to me as I no longer have to look for a vape shop. You got to try them. Highly recommended. They even teach you how to build your own.

The people that run this store are very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping whether it’s a all included pen or a mod and tank or mod and dripped. I love the atmosphere so very friendly and sincere it’s like going to see family every time I go in there. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

Worse vapes around old nicotine and dont hit right. Rude owners 😒. Why would I lie about a vape when I payed 27 bucks 2nd time I got crape vape Im done with this store.

First went to this store when my brother and mother came to visit me from overseas. Since they are both smokers I took them to this store to purchase Electronic cigarettes as i really dislike cigarettes and had used an E - cig to stop smoking myself over 5yrs ago. I purchased my mom a starter kit - Aspire K1 . This was a decent model but unfortunately the glass was broken accidently by us. So we returned to shop and bought an upgrade Kanga geni tank . Right from the beginning we had issues with this product. The tank continuously leaked juice and after much searching online we discovered this is not a highly rated product. So after some communication with the store owner and her sales lady, I took it back. The owner tried to insinuate that we had done something to the e-cig and let me know that she would try to fix it , but definitely was NOT giving me a replacement article or a refund. ( I have spent well over $300 in this store since February ) . While she was fixing it she used a wrench ( I was standing right there in front of her) to put a replacement coil in ( since our other one was already burnt out) , she screwed it in and used various batteries to try and smoke the kanga. She took a few puffs and let me know it was okay. Since I am not a vapor user I took her word for it and left the store with the Kanga geni. When I returned home my mom wanted to fill the tank and she saw that the coil was wedged in the tank where you fill it with juice and the tank was bent. So of course we took it back to the store where the sales lady herself was unable to remove the coil as it was wedged in so tight! Since the owner was not there at the time we left the article there and my mom emailed her to inform her we had left Kanga at her shop and what the issue is. She replied by stating that we must have put the coil in to the wrong place , and moreover that it had obviously been tampered with!! Yes , because she had tampered with it! She refuses to give us our money back or a replacement. I will certainly not be recommending her shop to anyone who values decent customer service particularly when customer has already spent a lot of money on purchases at store!!Today I had the pleasure of visiting Vaporoo at 4080 Co Rd 19A , Where I will continue to make any further purchases.

The few times Ive been there and I got to say the atmosphere is warming the staff are Superb just super friendly. I always go with questions and they always have answers.

I moved from Orlando to Mt.Dora 6 months ago..I found Gator Vapes as I was going to Walmarts ..Stopped in and I was SO AMAZED! This will definitely be my place to go.. should be everyones place to go..
