I had the full body massage and it was the best that I have ever had. I am saying goodbye to Ritz Carlton Spa! My body has truly been renewed. I scheduled another appointment before I left because I know that I want this feeling again soon.

I had a fantastic experience at NuBody Spa and Sculpting. Recently, Ive been dealing with medical issues causing edema, so I opted for a manual lymphatic drainage massage. Ive had mixed results with this therapy before, so I wasnt overly optimistic. However, the treatment I received at NuBody Spa and Sculpting surpassed my expectations. I noticed a significant reduction in my edema the very next day, which was a delightful surprise.During my last two sessions, I was fortunate to work with Kari, who was absolutely wonderful. She demonstrated remarkable expertise and skill, and she took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process. In my latest session, an Integrative massage, Kari effectively targeted and alleviated some particularly tense areas. I wholeheartedly recommend Karis services and look forward to my next appointment with her.

LaShea is skilled, knowledgeable & very gifted in releasing tight muscles, trigger points etc. In a 45-minute appointment, she helped relieve the tension in my back and neck. She most certainly raised the bar for any other massage or bodywork services I have ever received. Her approach was unique, but really effective and tailored to what my body needed!The setting is peaceful, inviting and relaxing. I will make a return trip to Mt. Pleasant just to book more services with LaShea!

I’m obsessed with everyone at NuBody! I’ve been seeing LaShea for lymphatic drainage massages for a while now and she’s amazing! I also started seeing Kari recently who is also fantastic! NuBody is THE place to go. All staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting area is so comfortable and I personally love the tea and snacks set up! From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed, not to mention the results… undeniable even after just one session!

This is the most effective lymphatic drainage massage you will ever have! LaShea is amazing. She works so incredibly hard to get results for you, and you will be able to feel the difference. Trust me. I woke up not feeling well prior to one of the sessions and she was able to recognize that my lymph nodes were swollen and work on the area-I always leave feeling better and lighter.

I am NOT a Spa Girl. The experience typically does not rank very high for me as an activity to indulge in or spend my money on. That said, I have EAGERLY gone to Nubody and seen LaShea twice in a month! The lymphatic and facial massages Ive had have been so helpful. Not only do LaShea and her team know what they are doing, but I also feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walk in. I love this place and I loooove LaShea - I’ve been coming to her for close to 15 years and this was my first time at her new location. She’s so knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves helping people with her work. I’ve had dermabrasion, facials, massages and just recently a sculpting massage to help me fit in a dress for a formal event. They were all fantastic. The services I received at NuBody were one of the best ever! She paid special attention to my swollen knee, but eased my back and shoulders as well. I’ve had two massages now at NuBody and both experiences have been incredible. Highly professional, accommodating, and very relaxing. I’m a long distance runner and LaShea knows exactly how to make me feel rejuvenated and stronger. Amazing!! My first service was the nu-waist and I was able to start seeing results right after my appointment. LaShea’s lymphatic massages were exactly what I was looking for! I’m sure the Vodder technique is great in the right circumstances. Although, the type of lymphatic drainage massages that she gives are exactly the type of massages my plastic surgeon instructed me to get. They have a lot more pressure, and I can visibly tell and feel the difference after each massage! LaShea has an amazing personality and it’s so easy to chat with her! I have already bought a few of her packages and I look forward to every session I have! I went to Lashae who is the owner of Nubody. When I say she is the the BEST I mean exactly that. I have been to 3 other people here in the Charleston area and nobody can top her. She is so professional, caring, knowledgeable, and she has the touch. Im so happy I found her and this will forever be my go to person when I need a lymphatic or just a regular massage. Where to start, so many good things to say about Lashea and Nubody. First off, she is an absolutely amazing person. A beautiful soul like no other, so it was easy to become close with her after just a few visits.On top of that, she is by far the most knowledgeable person in her industry and she hones her craft with pride. She offers a wide array of services and its clear she doesnt do so just to make money but she actually knows how to execute each and every one of her services with precision and experience.I have been getting massages for close to two decades at this point and Lashea is by far the best. I lift weights 4-5 days a week and tear myself down and thankfully I have Lashea to put me back together. She has the perfect balance of deep pressure, relaxation and some good stretching, that helps drastically increase mobility and reduce recovery time. If I could, I would see her once a week. To take it to the next level, she works in a multitude of different tools, including cupping, throughout the massage. She might make you cry when she does your IT band but its a good hurt!My wife also loves her and sees her for similar massages, as well as lymphatic massages. She can do it all!If you are serious about your health and well being, you have to work Nubody into your bi-weekly or monthly maintenance program. Otherwise you will just fall apart or sell yourself short, leaving progress on the table!

I had a 1 hour lymphatic massage with LaShea. It was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and communicated exactly what to expect since it was my first lymphatic massage. it was relaxing and therapeutic, leaving my body in an extremely relaxed state. When I woke up that day I was on the 1st latch of my faja. After the massage I was on the 4th. Not only that I was on the 4th comfortably. She told me go ahead and bring th next size down in my faja which is a large to my next appointment.I am 13 Days Post Op Surgery and I am so glad I found this young lady. She truly has a passion for what she does and you can actually feel and see the results during and after the session. I pulled out the Navy Fed and said, gone head and take all my money now lol. As a Bikini competitor/physique athlete and chef-nutritionist who deals primarily with womens hormones and gut health, digestion is a big focus of mine but also for my competitions, having a tight midsection is kinda a must! Even though I am lean, I always had a distention in my lower abdomen, and struggled with bladder retention, and digestion. It impacted my mindset and how I looked on stage. Plus, if I worked my abs too hard, I would be constipated or ill for a week after. Working with Lashea, she was able to break up fascia that was wrapped around my colon from my own health hurdles and trauma, having my body develop holding patterns which eventually results in physical manifestations. Same for my bladder (poor thing was probably shaped like a peanut). She does not just pet you so fair warning, this lady works HARD, which is needed for these sort of changes, so be prepared. I felt like I was about to have an accident on her table, then just like that had relief. My midsection is also now flatter and I am much more aware of abdominal muscles I wasnt activating prior (and can actually work them now), and for the first time in a long time I am not walking around aware of a pain in my side. If you feel like youve turned over all the supplement, dietary, or treatment stones it could be time to look at bodywork a a means of addressing not just your toxin load, but your digestive health as well, to allow your body to physically do what it is intended to doo-doo. ;)
