I had the best experience here. Julia was my aesthetician and Allison was my massage therapist. They were both incredible! So attentive to my needs and very skilled in their profession. All the staff members I interacted with were so kind and helpful. The lounge area was SO relaxing and they provided trail mix, water, and mimosas. The bathroom/womens locker room was so clean and had anything you might want or need. The robes and shoes they gave were high quality and so comfortable. I think I have found my forever spa in the Charleston area! 😌💕

Watch your bill! My wife and I had a great couples massage yesterday. But when it came to paying the bill they asked us if we wanted to tip the standard 20% on a $240 couples massage, (which would be $48) my wife said yes. When it was all said and done they charged use 40%. ($96)

The woman I have been going to for waxing for a year has moved away and I heard wonderful reviews about Woodhouse Spa and booked a waxing appointment. Chelsea was amazing! My eyebrows grow funky and she was determined to make them perfect……..and she did. Finally after 50 years someone was artistic enough to take the time and work with I have. The other areas she waxed are perfect! Not 1 ingrown hair and she knew how to make the “sting” minimal. I’m so happy I found Chelsea as she is now my go to gal. Thank you, Chelsea😎

A couple weekends ago, I had an amazing spa day with friends at Woodhouse Mt. Pleasant! The ambience was very relaxing from the minute I slipped my robe on. We were so cozy, we could’ve stayed all day. I especially enjoyed my microdermabrasion facial with Faye. I was so relaxed, I’m pretty sure I almost fell asleep 3 times! She also set aside a product that she recommended for my skin which was waiting on me at checkout in case I wanted to add it to my skincare routine at home. It was a great day! Honest review from an out-of-towner… I have visited a few of the Woodhouse spas in Texas, and wasn’t disappointed at all with this Charleston-area location. Allison was so sweet and highly skilled, I encourage you to request her! And definitely ask for a warm neck pillow in the relaxation room while you enjoy your mimosa too!

I had a spa day scheduled this past week however I got sick throwing up and couldnt make it. I do understand they have a 24 hour cancellation policy however I thought maybe they would have been a little more understanding and have at least charged only half. Over the phone I was told our couples massage would be $240 plus $20 for the hot stones. They charged $300 to my credit card so not only did they charge for the massage but they charged for the hot stones plus $40 more. Tax should not be that much... and how can you charge for an enhancement I was not able to receive? I had heard good things from this spa place from a friend who used them however its upsetting knowing they couldnt just charge the $240 or even half being that I was so sick. Did they want me to show up sick? What if I got everyone else sick? So I am just leaving this review to make others aware. Make sure you dont get sick at all and have to cancel because they will charge you more than what you should owe it seems.

Went with a group of coworkers for a spa day and had a wonderful experience. The massages and facials were raved about by everyone in our group. The entire team at Woodhouse was spectacular with a special shout out to Brandon for his assistance with coordinating.

I spent the day at Woodhouse with a group of friends. We each enjoyed different treatments and time in the private lounge together. I was treated to the Hydrafacial and I am still glowing... 4 days later. Peyten was extremely knowledgeable about skin care and gave me lasting tips to help keep my skin firm and youthful. The staff was accommodating to our groups needs and truly treated us like royalty! I have now been to Woodhouse with a group and solo and both experiences were outstanding.

I totally recommend Woodhouse Spa in Mt Pleasant. Allison was great - she was professional and my massage was so relaxing! Loved the mimosas in the relaxation room. I will definitely be going back!

We got a couples massage and it was one of our best spa experiences. It’s really nice how they have a quiet room for you to relax in and there’s no rush to get you out of the door when you’re done with your treatment. I can’t wait to go back.

I am in love with my nails and the lady who did them was amazing ( I didn’t catch her name) she made me feel so comfortable and was really easy to talk to. I had a last minute appointment and they got me in right away

My masseuse was Thelma and she was excellent! I’ve been to so many massage places and never had such a wonderful experience.

We had the couples massage. Thelma was exceptional, the best massage I’ve ever had. My boyfriend was with Lynn who sounded to be equally as exceptional. We’ll definitely be going back!

I enjoyed the body balance massage! The staff was very nice and made sure that me, my sister, and mother were taking care of. Allison is great, so I will definitely book with her again.

Had a wonderful facial experience! I was having trouble deciding between the different signature facials offered. I called the front desk and they chatted through the different options and also mentioned I could change it once there. Even though I booked the Soothe & Hydrate, my aesthetician thought the Illuminate would be better (both were 50 min facials). I didn’t add anything on but felt like the facial included the standard steps including manual extractions and masks. They also have a lovely waiting room that I hope to spend some more time in next time!

Had the most amazing experience at the Woodhouse Spa! Relaxing atmosphere, coziest robes, friendliest workers! I got a custom facial and it was everything I needed! Definitely coming back soon!

Worst customer service I’ve ever heard of. If you’re sick, they would rather you come in and expose everyone to whatever germs you have, instead of allowing you to reschedule. I understand having a 24 hour policy but there are exceptions to every rule and some things are truly out of our control. This happened to my sister today at the Mt Pleasant location and the $300 gift card they basically “stole” from her was purchased by her 12 year old daughter when we had a death in the family a couple years ago. My sister finally had a moment to do something for herself, and, as luck would have it, she caught a stomach bug Sunday night that her husband was sick with all weekend. She called today to reschedule because she was physically ill, however, The manager would not budge and only cared about the money. We are all living in some really hard times and I truly don’t understand how some people can treat others this way. She was more than willing to reschedule at a later time this week with the same employees that she was scheduled with today, but they didn’t give her that option. It’s very discouraging but this place will never get my business again. If the manager had been in the position of my sister, she would understand and common sense would hopefully tell her not to expose others.

I have had wonderful massages here but recently had my first facial...which needs to be called something else as it is far more than just a facial. Arm, hand shoulder massage, almost an energy cleanser. Just an amazing experience...and my face, pores, neck, décolletage still look amazing almost a week out. Hydrated, smooth, noticeable change.

I came to Mt pleasant in desperate need of relaxation and peace. I booked a massage at Woodhouse and could not have felt more welcome. I had scheduled my appointment with special requests that were accommodated above and beyond. The staff are so friendly and the experience between my appointment and quiet atmosphere in the relaxation room pumped the breaks on the chaos of life. I have been searching for a day spa in the area that I truly love and I’ve finally found it!The front desk staff is welcoming and polite. The quiet room is beautiful and tranquil. My manicure and pedicure service was fantastic. I felt completely pampered and enjoyed talking with Amanda as we were the only two people in the room. My massage service was very relaxing. My massage therapist was calming, friendly, and very professional. She listened to where I said I needed extra attention and when I asked for pressure changes, and she made sure to check in on my comfort levels during the massage. I had never had a facial before and was thankful to have the treatment process explained clearly and professionally, but still friendly. The treatment was wonderful and my skin is glowing and soft.I highly recommend The Woodhouse Day Spa and am already looking forward to booking my next visit.

If youre thinking of visiting, think no more!! I have patronized this location twice so far this year and will be back before the year is over! I went for a sisters day in April and chose the Black Sand Rejuvenation service with the vichy shower!! It was AMAZING!! Bethy was AMAZING as well! I had such a great experience that I just had to share it with my mom in June. This time I selected the Deep Tissue Massage with Joe and let my mom experience the vichy shower with the AMAZING Bethy!! Again I was pleased with service received. My mother thoroughly enjoyed herself and has plans of visiting again. I cant wait for my next vist

Very disappointing experience. My husband brought me a giftcard for Christmas to do a package, and give me a few hours away from the house and our toddler. He had a horrible time trying to get the appointment scheduled and then when I arrived they stated they attempted to call me because one of the services was unavailable for that day. I was up at 6am with my toddler, never received a phone call and neither did my husband. I should have just left, but decided to stay for the other services. The facial was nice but the massage was a terrible experience. Upon setting up the appointment my husband specifically scheduled and asked for a female tech, so imagine my surprise when my massage was done by a male tech. If a customer asks for a female tech there should be at least a heads up about a change like that. After that experience, Ill never refer my friends or anyone else to this unprofessional spa.

Dear woodhouse or Craphouse spa.Thank you for taking a gift to my wife or rest and relaxation and turning it into a stress filled event.This is the 2nd and last time i will ever buy anything from your spa due to the poor customer service.1st time she called to setup an appointment to come in it took her actually hanging up on the girl that answered the phone and calling back to get someone else on the phone who was equally inept at being able to help her out. Finally making an appointment for her and a friend for 4 weeks out from when calling.Finally the day arrives when they can enjoy the spa day that was booked they show up and were treated equally as poor by reception as the ladies on the phone.Luckily they had a mildly enjoyable day overall but were both stressed out about your poor staff.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT booking with The Mt Pleasant South Carolina location if you can avoid it.God forbid you book and had this as a gift. You will be treated as a lower class citizen.Oh and this was for over $500.00 so not chump change.Good luck to anyone who decides to go in here. Plenty of other options in Charleston

I’ve gotten two prenatal massages from Drew. Both were wonderful, everyone here is lovely and helps you relax before and after your appointment. I love that they offer a heated neck pillow!

I hate leaving negative reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. I had a 50 minute facial booked on New Years Eve at 12:30. I arrived around 12:15 and was called back to my facial around 12:30. The environment was great and super relaxing, nothing to complain about there! However, I got back to the quiet room around 1:05, my facial only lasted about 30 minutes and felt as though my esthetician rushed through it and did not really give me a good facial. I left feeling like I did not get the proper treatment that I deserved for the money that I spent. Again I hate to complain but feel like this needed to be brought up.

Very beautiful and clean Woodhouse location. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They provided hot neck pillows, high quality snacks, and cucumber water. My family agreed that these were some of the best facials and messages we have ever had! 10/10!

My first visit for a massage was fantastic. While there, in July, I booked a mother/daughter massage facial for the weekend after thanksgiving. Both Friday and Saturday were open. I booked 1:00 massages and 2:00 facials. Imagine my surprise when I called two weeks before arrival to discover my massage had been rescheduled to 11:00 while my daughter was still 1:00. I cancelled mine as they would not admit or accommodate their booking mistake. Frustrating as mother-daughter experience was blown

My husband and I drove down to Charleston for the day for our wedding anniversary. Our first stop, after breakfast, was Woodhouse Day Spa. To say it was excellent would be an understatement. We were treated so well, everyone knew our name, and everyone said happy anniversary. It was just amazing. Our goal was to relax and we did just that. Due to COVID we could not have a couples massage but we both enjoyed our massages. We loved their robes 😍 (literally the softest thing you’ll ever put your body in). The mimosas were awesome as well. Thank you team for making us feel so special on our special day!!!

I visited Woodhouse for both the meditative soak (dry brush, scrub and light massage followed by a hot bath) and the shirodhara treatment (scalp massage wtih warm oil followed by full body massage). It was just incredible. Shellie performed both treatments and she went above and beyond (from working out knots in my muscles to making sure I was comfortable at every point of the process). She was a true professional plus shes a nice person, too! I cant wait to go back.

I was lucky enough to have the all day Woodhouse Experience and it was amazing.Relaxing, invigorating and professional. The facial and massage were the best I have ever had in Charleston. As is most cases, it was a great experience. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, the relaxation room was not over flowing where guests had to stand between treatments (my experience last time), the one time guests also seemed to be more respectful of others rather than a party atmosphere (which only makes you regular guests start to look elsewhere). Chelsea is truly an asset and does a fantastic job with facials. Joy as well did an amazing massage. It was unfortunate the jets did not work on the pedicure station however. Also, the front desk looked less cluttered and much for customer friendly.

This spa was truly amazing! If you are looking for a truly indulgent experience, look no further. The atmosphere is calm and serene. The facility is super-clean and follows all precautions for safety. Abby was my massage therapist and she is excellent! Listened to my needs and accommodated me perfectly. So happy I planned a visit here. I will return!

Everything about your experience at The Woodhouse spa is luxurious! From the moment you walk in until you are checking out you are treated like a princess. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. You wont want to take the robes off or give back the warm neck warmers they are constantly keeping fresh. They give you a complimentary drink with your service, which I really enjoy! Wonderful, just wonderful! I especially recommend this spa over your other options when going with other friends or family, definitely worth it!

I have been a client at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Charleston 3 times over the past year. Each time I enjoy and appreciate the atmosphere and service. The robes, the relaxation room with a fire and the well-appointed therapy rooms are icing on the cake. Each time I have had an excellent massage experience and each time leave thinking that the masseuse I just had is my favorite! How nice - 3 favorites!

I booked a lazy days renewal and organic facial. It was my first time at this spa. I enjoyed the relaxation and mimosa before my sessions. The bathroom is lovely. It is equipped with everything you need - shower, soap, shampoo and some extra touches. I thoroughly enjoyed the lazy day session. It was relaxing and refreshing. Joy did an excellent job. The facial was not my cup of tea. It seemed more focused on massaging my face than doing anything to treat my skin. There was not any recommendation or explanation of products. The actual application of product felt rushed. For the price, I expected more. It wasnt horrible, but I definitely wouldnt pay $120 again for basically a face massage with a few products. Overall, the atmosphere and experience was nice.

I just spent $600+ at this spa today on a facial and massage. The facial/massage was a great experience. However I couldn’t believe that this place uses 1-ply toilet paper. I thought I was being pranked until I went to each stalls.This place is a luxury spa and they save their money on toilet paper lol.One of the ladies restrooms door was broken so it wouldn’t lock. This place isn’t huge so you’d think that something like this would be fixed and checked regularly on their walk arounds.The quiet room isn’t so quiet since the spa needs the door track fixed/replaced. Any time the door opened it was as if someone was placing their nails on a chalkboard. So try and go when it’s not busyFor the price and experience overall I feel like it was a 3 star.

It was my first experience at Woodhouse Day Spa in Charleston. If you are in the Charleston area, I highly recommend this place. By far the best day spa I’ve ever been too. From the gorgeous green doors on the exterior to the beautiful ambiance inside, it as just simply stunning. I got a hydrafacial by Annie. She was absolutely thorough with explaining the entire process with me since it was my first time. I definitely will be back!

I had gone to Woodhouse a few years ago, spent a lot of money and time, left feeling like meh . I avoided going back, but I got a gift card and decided to give it a second try. I am SO glad I did! Mark was outstanding. The seasonal massage and additional scalp treatment (both reasonably priced I might add) was outstanding. Will come back again and you should too!

Very well decorated facility. The desk staff were very cordial and pleasant. Had a nice tour, and was encouraged to sample the drinks bar. Had not seen mimosas on the bar before! The cucumber water was tasty. My pedicure was very thorough and relaxing. Would recommend Nikki very highly.

My experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa-Charleston was a real treat. Inside the spa felt like I was in Downtown Charleston. The staff was friendly and approachable. I received an 80 min massage and a 80 min facial. Trust me, you will be glad your service does not end after only 50 mins.

The Woodhouse Day Spa is by far the best spa experience I have ever had and will return as often as possible. As a thank you treat, I organized a spa day for friends and clients with almost a full day of pampering with a private party room and food and beverages provided. We were able to enjoy our various treatments without being rushed and had plenty of time for visiting and enjoying the beautiful facility. The staff was excellent, attending to our needs without being intrusive as we relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

I get a massage ay least every other month, and I’ve done so for the past 20 years all over the world. my last massage at Woodhouse was one of the worst massages I’ve ever received in my life. it breaks my heart to complain and leave negative reviews, but I was so disappointed and upset that I almost got up and left. A friend of mine just had a similar experience - hers was with a female technician though. I send everyone I know to Woodhouse and now I just can’t in good conscience. Mark was their absolute best massage technician and he no longer works there. If anyone knows where he went, please let me know 😭😭😭😭.

My afternoon at the Woodhouse Spa was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked thru the door. Debbie greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, and showed me to the spotless locker room. I changed and met her in the relaxation room, where I enjoyed a cool glass of delicious champagne.I had a Volcanic Hot Stone massage with Jennifer, and drifted off into a blissful sleep.Then the Hydro-Facial with Clarice. This gentle and comfortable facial left my face clean and glowing.I cant wait for my next Spa Day at Woodhouse.

This was our first time visiting Woodhouse and well definitely be back! Unbeknownst to us, we went on a Sunday, which was Mimosa day! We went for a couples massage, facial, and pedicure.Everyone there was kind and friendly. My massage therapist was Joy and she worked wonders! As with most, I carry stress in my neck and back. She worked out some major knots I had in my back. Ive had many massages, but I can say this was truly the best massage Ive ever had! Thanks Joy!

I love going to Woodhouse because the staff are so perceptive and excellent at what they do. I enjoyed the mimosa bar that was set up on Mothers day and the delicious smelling deep steep products in the locker room. My only concern is that the shower area tile is in need of some deep cleaning or repair. The white grout (unfortunately) shows everything. However the staff are excellent and I still feel its the best spa in Charleston.

I always have a pleasant experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. This is one of the only true spa experiences Ive found in Charleston (especially Mount Pleasant), and I love their beautiful space. The relaxation rooms are welcoming and calming, and the front desk service is always very friendly. The therapy rooms are also nice, and always feel clean and calming. As for the therapists, it is often hit or miss. My last visit was fantastic. My therapist Christy really paid attention to my problem areas and was the most knowledgable therapist Ive seen at Woodhouse. I will absolutely be requesting her every visit. And as always, I do highly recommend Woodhouse, if you know which therapist to ask for.

The spa, staff and quiet rooms are all very nice. I think a miss is the offering of trail mix and almonds by the quiet room. That may sound odd but when people bring their little cup of trail mix, or almonds into the quiet room all you can hear is the crunching! It completely ruined the mood, the beautiful room, soft music, low lights, attentive staff, and crunching! I had to leave and go to the other room. Luckily no one was snacking in there!Having said that, the deep tissue massage with Amanda was amazing! Thank you!

Woodhouse provides the ultimate spa experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing and pampering and the service is top notch. You relax immediately upon entering the door and are transported to a very peaceful place where you are well taken care of. The comfy robes and neck wraps set the tone for a wonderful experience and its total indulgence to enjoy a glass of wine or champagne while you relax before your service. I highly recommend the entire Woodhouse experience!

Wonderful, relaxing spa. I had the Swedish massage and it was amazing! I have been to many spas and this was one of the best messages. The atmosphere is so calming and the staff is very attentive. I was celebrating my 50th Birthday and they brought me fresh strawberries and mini brownies to snack on in the relaxation room prior to my treatment. They provide warm neck wraps before and after your treatment and have any beverage you could think of along with snacks. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect experience! I have sort of unrealistic standards when it comes to spas, and Woodhouse exceeded them. Everything from the ambience to the service itself were terrific. Mimosa bar was inviting, as was the relaxation room. Customer service was also so very professional and respectful. I can’t wait to go back.

Hands down the best spa experience in the Charleston area, even better than Charleston Place which is lovely. The waiting rooms are as comfortable as you are ever likely to find (chaises with plush blankets!) and the locker room is organized and spotless. And who doesnt love a mimosa and/or beer while waiting? Run, dont walk to see Leslie and get a hot towel facial, she is exceptionally good at what she does. Morgan and Lily are a true pleasure to work with up front, too. You just cant beat the experience at The Woodhouse.

The Woodhouse Spa is THE RETREAT for all of your skincare and relaxation needs. The spa is beautiful and soothing, with warm earth tones, incredible music, and a retail space filled with goodies exclusive to Woodhouse in this area. The front desk is helpful, cheerful and well-trained. The technicians are professional. Certainly there has never been any pressure to buy any of the fabulous products lines offered here, but they are suggested if a client is interested. I use Woodhouse for my Sunday relaxation with my best friend. We enter the private suite, cocoon ourselves in cozy wraps, enjoy the lavender neck warmer and then enjoy our therapies. Its the perfect end to autumn weekends in the Lowcountry.

I had the pleasure of experiencing this spa during one of their $75 specials. You could choose between a 50 min Swedish massage or a 50 min Organic Discovery Facial. I went with the facial and I am so pleased that I did!! The atmosphere was so pleasant as soon as you enter. The staff is so attentive and welcoming that I spent the majority of my afternoon there relaxing without hesitation! I highly recommend this location and I have raved about it ever since to all of my friends/colleagues! I will be back sooner than later!

My massage was wonderful! The only issue I had was that it was very busy around my appointment time, and there weren’t any chaises available in the relaxation room after my massage. (I like to relax with some spa water or a mimosa after my treatment.) So, I had to sit in a regular chair, which wasn’t very comfortable. After a few minutes, I just left.

I love the Woodhouse Spa- The safety measures they have taken makes me feel even more comfortable. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Today I had a mission to buy myself a toner and a few gifts and they nailed it, plus some! Thank you for always being my go to place.

This place was amazing. I never visited a spa before and got my first massage/facial. The staff was extremely professional and helpful the entire time. They gave me some great tips for skin care, which I really needed! I was so relaxed after my services and felt like I was on cloud 9. Thank you so much mark and Chelsea!

I was super excited to gift my Mom and Daughter a manicure and pedicure at your spa. I gave them gift certificates for Christmas and we finally found time over the weekend to use them. I myself also had one so we could all enjoy together. I signed up for the 50 minute manicure massage and other features for us all. There was barely any massage at all and our service was over in 35-40 minutes at best. For $60 a pop I will not go back because not what I expected at all. Very disappointing :(

Our first and last time. The services were decent, the retail section was nice but the customer service was appalling. My husband purchased treatment packages to be used on my birthday. The pedicure was changed to be in the middle of services instead of at the end. The managers accommodation when we checked-in was to reschedule, which we should have. The pedicure room was painfully bright after a dark room massage to the point where our eyes never adjusted. The relaxation rooms were overcrowded so we moved from room to room trying to find a seat in our robes between treatments. The manager offered a cheese plate to make it right which we never received. We sent a note to the general manager afterwards who defended the spa and staff and that’s where it ended. Spas are to rejuvenate and release stress, not add to it. Sadly, Woodhouse is not for us.

I absolutely love this spa! They are very friendly and are very interested in making sure your experience is the best it can be. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is planning on being in the Charleston area. I will definitely be back! The past couple of years we have had ladies day at the spa while our husbands play golf. We plan on making this spa a tradition every year!

Is there an option to give 10 stars?!? This was the most amazing spa experience ever. Branwens technique was superb and she made me feel very comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and help create a relaxing environment before and after your service. I definitely will be returning!

The Woodhouse Spa is an oasis in a busy life. Walk through the doors and you’re greeted by relaxing lighting, a beautiful setting, and a feeling of calm. From the peaceful ‘waiting’ room; sitting quietly, robe on and relaxing with soothing hot tea (or a mimosa:)- to the chosen treatments- there is no sense of rushing or a need to move fast. I actually lost track of what time it was and just enjoyed the afternoon . Everyone there is professional and caring- with your comfort and satisfaction as the goal- and the treatments are wonderful! I love Woodhouse Day Spa! Recently went in for the Hydra Facial and had a great experience. I have very dry skin, and after the facial my face was so smooth and hydrated. The whole experience (whatever the service youre going in for) is wonderfully relaxing and restorative.

I had an excellent experience. Latora and Julia were my ladies for the 2 services I booked and they couldn’t have been better. The entire staff was so attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. I can’t wait to go back :)

My massage was relaxing and enjoyable but not to the level of expectation. I had scheduled an 80 min deep tissue massage and discussed upper back areas that needed extra attention with my therapist prior to starting. I received a light rub down with little attention to my tense shoulders. I was also uncomfortable with staff asking if I’d like add gratuity prior to my service, which is not too professional.

My friends and I celebrated a friends special birthday here!! It was amazing from beginning to end. Our whole party raved about the services we received! The whole spa is very tranquil and relaxing! They have a great setup for group events!

Karen was great! She listened to my concerns about the knot in my shoulder and areas to avoid and worked out the pain.The experience overall was very relaxing. The only issue I have is that the Woodhouse spa doesn’t keep track of gift certificates any more. Luckily, they were able to do a little research and find it.I sent my husband for a massage with Karen today!

I absolutely love the Woodhouse Day Spa! Every single time that I have a spa service, I am always greeted quickly, shown to the relaxation room/restroom/lockers, etc. The heated towel placed around my neck, feet propped up and covered with a comfy blanket is just heavenly. The glass of wine is a bonus. Thank you for pampering me!

Extremely accommodating and professional. Offered plush bathrobes and warm neck wraps while you wait. Beautifully decorated. Went for a pedicure. Was very happy with the outcome of my pedicure. My appointment was at 12 noon and they began exactly on time.

I had my first microderm abrasion facial with Chelsea. The entire atmosphere was relaxing. I loved the time before the facial as well - robe, slippers, warm neck wrap, and wine. Chelsea did a wonderful job explaining everything she was doing. She also gave me great advice for maintenance of my skin at home. I plan to go back!

I went to the Woodhouse for the first time today and it was fantastic! The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. I got a deep tissue massage from Joy and it was glorious. I dont know the last time my body felt so relaxed. I would absolutely tell my friends and Ill definitely be going back.

I brought my dear friend here for her birthday. We chose the organic renew spa experience. It started with the sea weed wrap and Vichy shower. Amazing and sooo relaxing. Mark was absolutely one of the most knowledgeable massage therapists I’ve ever been to. I have TMJ issues and he was able to educate me. First visit to Woodhouse and first prenantal massage - both WONDERFUL experience! Even with Covid, their precautions and checkin/out process was flawless and easy! My massage was perfect! I did the 50 minute Mellow Mama massage and it was better than I anticipated! I am now making this a monthly occurrence until the baby comes, and plan on doing the Mellow Momma spa day as well!

Because of tightness in my hips and my back I regularly get massages. I just finished a round of golf at Wild Dunes and needed a shower and a massage before traveling down to Edisto Island. I called the Woodhouse Day Spa and truly, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Make sure you ask for Dana she is unbelievable. Whenever I am back in this area this is where I will come.

Great services and professional staff. Relaxation room is phenomenal. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get changed, and settle in the relaxation room with the heated neck wrap. They offer a little drink and nuts while you get rested for your appointment.

I had an amazing anniversary here. I received a gift card from my husband on my birthday,and decided to use it while he was working anyway. What a perfect day. Its very clean inside and the front doors are adorable. I was given a robe and sandals and shown to the locker room which was immaculate. They have such beautiful wood furnishings and little soaps and scrub for your hands. When I got into the big fluffy robe I walked into the relaxation area which was so beautiful. I felt like I was in the Masters chair in Beauty and the Beast. My tea was sitting there waiting for me and a big fluffy UGG blanket. I didnt even know they made those?! I was given a heated neck wrap and had the place all to myself for most of the time. Lesley came to get me and was so sweet. Lesley gave one of the most thorough massages Ive had, and though I wasnt referred to her,( I was asked this multiple times,) I am referring her now to all of you Googlers! She didnt talk, just checked in,and was so professional. I have never been to a spa where I could just be. The therapists love to ask me questions if the know I used to be an LMT, but this time I tried to keep it secret. I would return to Lesley next time I visit! Youre in good hands, literally!

The services were great! I did a microderm facial and lazy days renewal. I was so relaxed! The only issue was scheduling. I scheduled my services for 11a and 12p, but they were actually scheduled for 12p and 1p. it wasnt a huge deal (although I was meeting with a friend). The day before, I received a call that they had double-booked one of the treatments rooms and I needed to choose a new service or have an hour+ window in between services. As I mentioned before, I was already starting later than planned. I was a little disappointed that these were the options presented to me with no offer of apology or attempt to resolve the issue otherwise- with 24 hours notice. :( The friend I was going with had some issues scheduling too so that was definitely disappointing for us first-timers here celebrating!Otherwise, the services were so relaxing and I really enjoyed my day here! I would definitely return for another facial. I appreciated the advice from the esthetician on skin-care solutions without feeling like I needed to buy the products there.

80 minute Swedish massage with Trevior - amazing - he worked the trouble spots and was very thorough. Kim Powell and her crew are amazing - they have not missed a beat since their opening day. Check out the Mt. Pleasant location and soon to be open Downtown location on the corner of Lockwood Blvd.. You will not be disappointed and it is money well spent!

From the moment you pass the fountain and open the door you are transported to zen. It is a wonderful place to get away for a few hours or catch up with friends over a pedicure. I received a facial yesterday and overall it was subpar compared to the 100s i have had in my lifetime and it was also one of the more expensive I have ever had. I left after my facial and while I did ask for extractions I am bruised in two places on my face from where she kept pressing so hard. It is painful. The facial seemed short and did not include very many steps either. Seemed very rushed. While the relaxation room is nice and they provide a complimentary glass of wine or tea, they dont have any other amenities that you are paying extra for which is a real shame.

I go to the woodhouse usually 3-4 times a year. This year has been a little different because of Covid. I went with 2 friends yesterday and the service was absolutely awful. First of all, I’ve had 3 friends that have received gift cards from there as gifts and then when they get to the checkout to pay, the receptionist tells them nothing is on it. This happened to me and another friend yesterday. If this has happened to 3 of MY friends in the past, I can’t imagine how much this happens regularly. This place has gone downhill. The staff is very rude. Not friendly at all anymore. I won’t go back again. I will spend my $ elsewhere and I will definitely not ever buy another giftcard from there. Massages aren’t good enough to put up with rude people working there. Awful experience.Response to your response... we talked to management (or what we thought was management) when all this happened and nothing was done. But thank you for the the reply. I’ve had multiple friends who have had issues. Maybe it’s just during covid and because we bought our previous gift cards the year before? Not sure?

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I called ahead to pick up $350 gift card. My Uber was running late. I called and they said I could still purchase if someone was there after closing. When I arrived at 6:04 there were 3 people inside and refused to open the door and said they wouldnt ring me up. India was super snobby!

Not impressed by the facial, very fast and technician didnt seem to be experienced although she said she had been in the field for 6 years, not enough product on her hands so felt alot of pulling instead of smooth relaxing strokes. I have done several treatments at this Woodhouse Spa and really enjoyed it and special kudos to the Waxing Treatments via Jessica and she is outstanding By far one of the best Woodhouses around, one in Cleveland, Ohio is mediocre and will not visit again.

Beautiful, tranquil spa that offers services that are both beneficial and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of products and gift options at the front of the business; it was nice to browse after having a relaxing massage.

Two massages in 7 days with Amanda. I had a tennis tournament and she got me loose for it with a deep tissue and then had a recovery swedish massage after. Amanda is the best.

Nice relaxing place, and they are so professional, if u ask any questions they will answer you right away, when u sitting in the relaxing room, they are just come to you and asking you need the hot pillow for ur neck and ask u want some hot tea, very nice service in the town, highly recommended, I will coming back, I promise!

My hydrafacial was good except when the magnifying lamp smacked me in the face, lol…. Really not funny paying $245 with tip.
