This place yet again provides the epitome of excellent service. Timothy was very helpful in deciding what flavors he carried that best suits me. I had his full attention the entire time and my needs were met! Professional, but very relaxed feel inside. Very nice selection, might I add! Thanks again for the help. Ecig Charleston will be my go to for all my vape needs! Dont even question this place, just go in and thank me later!

Tim is the man! Hes extremely knowledgeable of all the products in store and is always quick with recommendations when I tell him what Im lookin for. Ill continue to use these guys and would for sure recommend em to anybody else

Wonderful store. The staff are exceptional and the options are great. Plus prices are extremely fair. It is not the closest store of its kind to my house but it is the only one I go to when I need juice or edibles.

The employee who helped me (I think her name was Andrea? Maybe Jess? I cant remember) was absolutely incredible. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She spent at least 45 minutes with me educating me on every aspect for using the products. It was a pleasure to do business with her. Definitely would recommend for others.

I was in South Carolina visiting family for Thanksgiving, and ran out of vape juice. The employees were knowledgeable about the products and offered suggestions based on what I like at my usual place back home, which I really appreciate. And they have juice with 18 nicotine, which can be hard to find. Definitely glad I stopped!

Staff is great but product is lacking. Bought 3 batteries from them and within 90 days all died. Supposedly they offer a warranty within 30 days and the manager denied it. Will never return.

I just started vaping again after serveal years and went in the Mount Pleasant store. The associate I talked with was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me pick out the perfect vape for me. Thursday November 4th around 2pm. Best vape shop still in the area. Im very satisfied. 🙂👍

Good place too buy vape supplies just one of the staff shouldn’t be demanding for ID checks I’m 22 and I’m a paying customer there and a member! But overall good service nice people good prices!

Very over priced and i knew way more than the person behind the counter. I spent a few minutes looking around and heard the clerk BSing his way through a convo with a customer and then had to pay almost $60 for 2 60ml bottles

Jess was a rock star. Practiced Social Distancing- Wore gloves and then guided me through the best flavor match I have ever had. Very hands on and valuable. TY

Friendliest and most helpful staff. Average prices without being more expensive than similar business in the area.

Friendly staff, but selling coils one at a time is a joke. If you sell a tank, stock every coil that goes with it, not just one type. Terrible about reordering replacement stock. It sometimes takes months.

I go back again and again because of the staff. Very knowledgable. Some of the juices are a little pricey but all their mods and equipment are good quality.

Friendly staff always happy to help, they know their stuff. Im a new vapor and dont know a whole lot so its a big help to have someone who knows the products and can point you in the right direction. Thanks EcigCharleston 👍🏾

My husband and I just left the store. We were in there for maybe one minute because the sales person did not help us in any way. We were asking questions and trying to engage her in conversation, and she just seemed very put out that we were even there. She was not helpful at all, and we will take our business elsewhere.

Nice friendly staff. Limited selection of tanks and mods but not juice flavors. Quality products, not knockoffs that die in 2 days.

Woman in the store was helpful. Bought a new device though and she opened it, put a pod in and tested it for some reason. Took away from the unboxing experience of a new device.

E Liquids are cheap and taste bad. Burned out my coil. The staff doesn’t care. They were no help and actually stared at me as I was trying to make a decision on liquids offering no advice, only making me feel uncomfortable.

The lady that helped me was very rude and impatient. She was also very rude to my friend by telling her to shut up because she thought she was under age when really shes 19. I brought my ID in and told me I would never be able to buy from there again because I didnt look exactly like I did in the ID. I will never be back.

Wanted $32 for a bottle of juice that is $20 at my home vape shop in GA

Great staff that know their stuff, always friendly and willing to take the time to explain the use and function of their merchandise.

Had mod for 4 days, took it back for loose battery door. Was told the mod is damaged and thats why it doesnt work (even though its a known issue for these mods). They will not return my money or let me exchange. Pic of damage attached.
