Coastal Holistics - Aesthetics and Wellness

1st of all i wanna say i love Coastal Holistics and as a local, it is my go to spa. Had Cate as my massage therapist today. Id give her massage a 7/10. She missed my whole lower back and kept changing the music throughout the whole massage. Very distracting. I love Coastal Holistics and have had multiple great massage therapists through the years. Maybe this is just a retraining opportunity.

Great local spot that we hit while down at MB on vacation. Nice location. Had a massage by Shayna today and she was very professional and friendly.

I always go to Larissa, she is amazing at what she does! Very very professional for reasonable prices. I’m a continuous customer and have never gone home unsatisfied. I’ve genuinely gotten hooked since the first time I went to her!

I can’t speak of the services here but for more than a few times have I had to ask my kids to go sit in my truck so they didn’t have to hear the conversations coming from employees of this establishment outside while smoking. The Language being used is less than professional and I had to answer questions from my 6 year old about what certain words meant that she heard…. Not a post about the services offered here but maybe a conversion to be had about employees being a representative of your business

Shayna is my massage therapist and she gives the best massages! She knows how to work each muscle in a way that eases pain which is difficult when dealing with chronic pain. All of the staff from the receptionist to the owner Nancy are fabulous. They truly make coming here a pleasure. I’ve been going for several years due to chronic pain and will not go anywhere else♥️ They all are amazing!

Larissa is the most talented nail artist I have ever been to! Her prices are so reasonable compared to the skill level and quality of her work. I have left every one of my appointments with her 100% happy and satisfied with my manicures! I highly highly recommend Larissa to anyone looking to get a good quality manicure that is worth their money. Pictures of her work are on her instagram at Nailnerd88.

This is the place to rejuvenate your skin, that you have been looking for! If you are reading this, you know you need to look or feel better. This group can help you get there. Exceptional service and knowledge. I highly recommend.

Had an incredible one hour deep tissue massage today with Helen! She asked where my main points of focus were and covered those extremely well along with the rest of my body. I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed with a ton of relief in my muscles! The environment is calm, relaxing, and very clean. It was clear that Helen was very knowledgeable when it came to the deep tissue massage process and she really made me feel great! Will most definitely be back and highly recommend.

Helen!!! Please look no further than this place! Quiet, clean and she KNOWS exactly why she is doing. I’m a hairstylist of 23yrs! With only my 30min appointment, she touched every place that was bothering me without me even telling her! I was there for my neck and she did NOT disappoint!!! I received an amazing massage from Helen after I gave birth to my son. She was very kind & caring & really took the time to pay attention to my trouble areas.

This is the ONLY place I will go down here. Had severe plantar facetious and nothing was working. Had deep tissue massage with Helen... 98% pain free after walking out of there. Everyone Ive had a massage with has been masterful. ***Note Well... Gift Certificates have an expiration date. Found out the hard way, but Nancy graciously helped me out

The best experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly. Dr. Solomon spent the time to explain to me and give me all the details about fillers and what my options were. He wasnt in a hurry and really took his time. I left feeling confident and overall so happy. My lips looked natural and super plump! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I just had an amazing deep tissue massage with Nancy F. I work as a dentist (and I’m not proud of my posture) and carry around a two year old when I am home, so my back and neck have been feeling like rocks lately. The tension causes headaches and stiffness. Nancy did an amazing job of helping me to relax and releasing the muscles. She has a great touch. I’ll be back.

Had a massage last week from Helen, including some neuromuscular work. She really got rid of some knots in my neck and shoulders. The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean and beautiful.

I never really knew a good massage until today. Just want to thank Helen Austin for a great refreshing experience. Highly recommended!💕

I’ve had numerous massages but Megan, by far, is the BEST! She asked what was going own with my body and listened! She’s great at adjusting pressure as needed. I have finally found my massage therapist!

I’ve always gone here to see Nancy for massages and Dr. grant for adjustments (on Wednesdays) because they are the best but I just recently went to see Dr. Solomon for Botox and I absolutely love the result! Their skincare products are also out of this world. I’m currently using a glycolic acid face wash I got there that has been fixing my skin like nothing I’ve ever tried before! Highly recommended! Also.. very very affordable. If price is what has been keeping you from trying it, go in for a consult. I promise you’ll leave with whatever you went in to ask about. Also, I had zero bruising and I bruise VERY easily.Lastly, very beautiful and very clean! All around 5 stars! Been a patient since 2013 💞Go go go!!!!

I had been dealing with arm and hand tingling and numbness for a few weeks. I reached out to Amanda at Coastal Holistics for help. Not only did she respond quickly, she was able to see me the same day! After talking with me for a few minutes, Amanda was able to locate a few trouble spots and started working her magic! Because of her, I was able to get my first sound sleep in weeks. It hasnt been quite 24 hours yet, but the tingling and numbness has subsided immensely! Amanda Ellis is amazing and if you have any type of muscle issues, I highly recommend that you start with her on your journey of healing and recovery!

First time there and was awesome experience. Got Amanda Ellis to work on my back that has been in pain for some time now and noticed some immediate relief. Very comfortable surroundings. Scheduled another appointment as I was leaving.

This is coming from a guy that said never to a facial. The experience was out of this world. Jessica the wonderful girl that gave me the facial was out of this world. Had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Meridith! Have had other massages at different places. Meridith applied just the right amount of pressure and can do deeper massage as well.

Beth Frey was awesome! I went in there with severe lower back pain and she took the time and worked on my lower back. She explained what she was doing and was probably one of the best massages I have had in a long time.

Price was awesome for my pregnancy massage. Very relaxing expierence. Super friendly staff and cant wait to come back!
