Let you buy the item, then you cant return it after purchase. Such a scam.

The Gentleman that runs this place is extremely informative.. He is definitely not trying to sell you just anything like most places. There is so much to look at in this store so dont think your just going to run in and back out. Something is definitely going to catch your eye. Also its very well organized and not cluttered like most places that you cant even turn around in with bumping into something...

This place has it all! I was blown away by their selection and the store was incredibly clean and organized.I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager T, who was incredibly nice. I also liked how T had me take everything I had purchased out of their boxes and try them BEFORE I left, to make sure it all worked. This was a nice touch, rather than have me walk out with unusable items.

Decent selection but be careful for sneaky upcharges. Seems they charge whatever they want if they think you’re foolish enough, no reason a raw clipper lighter and a 6 pack of 1 1/4 OCBs should ever come out to $12.20. Especially when the sticker on the lighter said 4.99. Was the fool today and will never be so foolish again with such great competition around.

Had been to this exact location many years ago, from NC, and hoping it was still there and BAM.....sooooo happy and Kris, the associate working today, deserves a raise for sure! So nice, attentive, helpful, cool to talk to....everything! She was great and definitely will be going back for holiday goodies! Best selection and prices on top of having very cool people work there!

I was visiting from Texas and bought 4 for $20 vapes they had at the counter and none of them worked so i caught a second Uber and the Manager just stated sorry you have to test before you leave. How tf would I know that and I had to buy another vape so total was $50. I don’t recommend this place to no one and all I asked for was a swap out!

Both women were rude over the phone and in person. We asked questions about the products we were buying and they didn’t even know what they were selling. They literally said they had other customers to get through even though they weren’t busy. They seemed like they were on drugs. They had the WORST customer service. Don’t come here.

Went to three different shops in town to find what I was looking for and this place had BY FAR the best selection and great customer service. I did not catch his name but the gentleman with the shaved head (seemed like the owner) was very knowledgable and took his time to make sure we got what we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Everything you need they have I had zero issue finding things my only issue was when to stop buying things 😂 great experience, great staff, great products! I used to come here about once a month. I havent been back in about two years. The employee was nice. I didnt expect super high service from a place like this (chill atmosphere). But the price for 50g of shisha tobacco is almost $8. By far the most I have ever spent anywhere for that product. If youre looking for shisha I might look elsewhere.

I love this store!! The absolute best shop around the beach!! So many different kinds of pipes, CBD product, Local Artists Work, All Natural Herbal Oil for Pain and Arthritis, lots of Unique Items that cant found elsewhere. Even if you dont smoke or vape its a great place to visit and see the different things in the shop and relish in the awe of arwork thats one of a kind!!!

So I go in regularly and purchase many items, normally I’m a morning shopper today I stopped by in the evening not very happy I feel like I have been robbed. I normally spend $120 that’s with tax for a bottle of oil today that bottle was $200! How is that even possible I’m a local and a business owner here on the Grand Strand and I send a lot of business to that establishment correction I did send a lot of business there is someone new working there and he’s uneducated on CBD Oil and the store in general to have that much of a markup in such a short period of time is crazy to have a jerk running your store is just bad business. Go somewhere else or order off line I promise it will be better that the price and service I received... NOT COOL TO TREAT YOUR REGULAR LOCALS SO RUDELY

Larger store huge selection and some high end products.The costs of the items is way over priced, they probably have 100-200% mark up, know this from retail experience.Among the huge selection staff will attempt to sell highly over priced poor quality items.The staff made me feel as I should have been armed.

I was pleased with Hookah Heaven.I found the store to be clean, logical, and inviting. Likewise, the man who waited on me was friendly and attentive, and patiently answered my questions. I visited to take advantage of the sample-sized CBD doses, and I found this to be a valuable service for someone looking to just try a single dose to evaluate its effects. (For anyone wondering: As of writing, the cheapest such dose offered is $10, which is highly expensive on a per-dose level, but compared to investing a full $50 for a bottle when you dont know whether the substance agrees with you or not, the sample deal is attractive.)Much thanks to everyone at this shop. Worst head shop in myrtle. Everything is overpriced by 125%. The store clerk, shorty, tried to convince me that K-2 was a good buy and had no health side effects. Shorty has a game at her shop where you guess a number between 1-100 for 5$/play. There hasnt been a winner yet . Nothing is price marked , she come up with the price on her own and knocks 45cents off if youre paying cash. I would highly recommend NOT spending your dollars at this POS store.

I looked at google and they say the store closes at 11 so I go to the shop around 10:15 and the lady says can I help you and we say no thanks just looking and the lady says “ well we are about to close so can I help you find something in particular “ so I ask her about vapes and the prices of one. The store has a sign that says 1/2 off vapes and when I looked up the vape online, it retails for around $25 at most. When I asked her the price she said $120. I then asked her what time they close and she said we are in the middle of it and I asked “you don’t have a set time?” She said something along the lines of it’s whenever we want to close. I really don’t understand why any business wouldn’t practice basic customer service skills. I live in the area and probably won’t be back.

Im from Massachusetts and I have to admit this is one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever been too. They have pretty much anything you are looking for and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. IT WOULD BE HUGE IF THEY OPENED A LOCATION NEAR COASTAL CAROLINA!

Great service. Decent selection. Unbelievably high prices. Like crazy high. I bought two 50 gram pouches of shisha there and it cost me $34!! Should have been less than half that! Also asked about a brand that i always get back home in athens ga. I pay $11 every time but here it was $40 for the same amount. Absolutely unreal!

Has so many unique items and local artists work for sale, CBD, Kratom, Herbal Arthritis Relief Oil (amazing..instant relief of pain couldnt believe it), the most interesting glass peices amd the guy who runs the store CHRIS...He is so knowledgeable and keeps up-to-date on new products and how to help his customers make the right selection. Keep up the good work!! Its a place you really shouldnt pass by when your in the Myrtle Beach area. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS PLACE! THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE CHINESE AND TAIWAN KNOCK-OFFS AND THEY SUCK! My wife bought an elaborate grinder from Hookah Haven 3 weeks ago for my birthday, $50! On a trip to the beach...were not locals but local enough that we visit quite often.Long story short, through regular useage, only 3 weeks after purchase, the handle fell apart into 8 pieces! Im fairly mechanically inclined but I nor a few of my friends could figure it out so I went to the source for assistance. I go to return it this morning, or at least get some help fixing it. And I am threatened physically! I mean, the guy with black hair thats there all the time, according to him anyway, threatening to slap me for calling him a name after he less than politely told me to leave tge store and kick rocks! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HOPE THIS WARNING HELPS OTHERS CAUSE I WOULDVE HEEDED IF I SAW A WARNING LIKE THIS! BUYER BE-VERY-WARE! This place shouldnt be called hookah heaven. This place should be called Hookah Morons! I went there a few days ago to buy some shisha. So I bought strikingly fresh and end up being the wrong one. A day later I went to exchange it because Im on vacation. I spent $20 on it (I know, way more then what it cost normally) and went to exchange it and he told me that he doesnt sell it for $20, but that he sells it for $10. I was like really? He said I could look for an exchange of some for $10. Well, I went right over to where the fumari tobacco is and looked on the back and all of them said on sale $20 per pack. I got so mad that I just left with what I had. Id highly not recommend this place at all. Stay away these Morons and go to a place another place. Ive checked out other shops that were way cheaper this this. This guy is like 50% higher then your normal tobacco store. I wont ever return!

You will pay $50 dollars for kratom the EXACT SAME AMOUNT and BRAND that you can get for $20.00 at Cloud 9 which is right down the street from this place. They rip you off completely. I usually go to the hooka smoke shop on 6th south. They happened to be closed one day so I tried hooka heaven. I buy Kratom. Have been buying it for roughly 6 months. I got my usual order and the guy charged me double what I pay at hooka smoke shop. When I asked him why he claimed the prices went up because of the recent lift of the dea ban on Kratom. He also said he owned the other location and they also raised the price. Well today I just left my usual shop and got the same price as usual at half the cost! I told the nice lady behind the counter what happened at the other store and her exact words were damn, thats just wrong. Needless to say I will never go back to this place. Price gouging and straight up lying is one thing I dont stand for.
