This store is a rip off..They sell fake and counterfeit products and if you try to exchange the fake ones they sell for something else that’s not fake they won’t exchange or give you your money back.. Beware of buying cheap fake knock off products from this business that definitely doesn’t put its customers first…

Mason was cleaning the bowls and pipes better than a serial killer cleaning a crime scene of his incriminating evidence, very good work!

The girl behind the counter was super nice and very helpful. They didnt have exactly what my husband and I were looking for but gave us other options that were similar and in some ways better. Def sold us as we left with a few new things from there. Definitely going back

There is a quiet exquisite young man working there, I believe his name is mason. He is so informative about the products that he is selling to the point I have thought about buying every delta 10 thx product you have. He tells me that the delta 10s get you higher than any weed you will ever come across, very cute as well! 👍🏽

Went in on Saturday that just passed, there was a younger girl working and she helped me with buying 2 Fume vapes. Well after realizing they had a deal going on and the girl working explaining that the owner was going to stop selling Fume I decided to buy 2 more.. well I pull off get onto 17 open one and it’s a FAKE. I instantly opened another .. also fake. Be careful where you spend your money.

( came back a day later to exchange the other)Came by here a few days before to pick up the Ooze Duplex vaporizer as well, will keep coming back to this store.

Great shop I had pulled over because my car had died and an employee had jump-started me right before closing. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I think he might have been a doctor. Sooo smart. He knows everything about everything in the shop. #5stars

I purchased 4 vapes the disposable ones. I have purchased a lot of the disposable vapes here with no complaints. This particular purchase when I bought the 4 disposable vapes two of them right out of the box didn’t work at all. It was impossible to suck any air or anything else from the two vapes completely defective straight out of the box. The other two worked for five minutes tops. When returning to try and exchange them was told that they have a no exchange policy and there was nothing they could do. Also told that if I would have returned them the same day maybe they could have done something. I purchased them close to closing time and who would go through 4 vapes in one day to discover two were completely inoperative. It is very disappointing that nothing would be done to replace the two defective vapes because now I will never shop there again after being a regular customer and not just vapes other merchandise as well. Poor customer service!

The best experience Ive ever had at a smoke shop. I met with Jordan and she was incredibly informative and happy to help me out. They have the best prices and this is the only shop Ill be going to anymore. They have an amazing selection, and I highly recommend them.

This is a pretty cool spot. They do carry kratom at reasonable prices, but know what you need before you go in (dont rely on employees, who may or may not be pretending to know what they are talking about, at least off-season). The label wont tell you what youre getting, as I believe they package locally. IIRC the owner is local. Nicely kept, cool place to pop in and take a look around, great location.

The Happy Glass Company is a top-tier smoke shop with every type of product a smoker may desire, and then some. As a versatile smoker, I have never been unable to find exactly what I need. The staff is friendly, well-educated on their products, and always happy to help me make the right purchase. Id say that this stores the best smoke shop in town, but I wouldnt know, considering theyve never given me a reason to shop anywhere else.

So as I arrived to Happy Glass today an elderly customer was having issues understanding his change because he was sick star was doing a great job explaining but the customer still got very angry she handled the situation very professionally got the customer taken care of turned to me with a brand new smile a perky beautiful attitude and took care of all my needs all always go there better prices on there water pipes Up n Smoke! I have bought 4 so far.Thanks star you rock girl keep it up and she deserves a raise!!!

Bought the dabrigz rig with the thermal banger and the percolator, on Saturday. The woman helping me was very helpful. She had all the answers and made it a very smooth deal. I was sold a broken vape that they would not allow to be returned, tried to exchange and they exchanged with another broken product, that was put together in front of them. The product was broken before even leaving and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager wouldnt answer the phone. Horrible customer service, horrible product, do not waste your time and money here.
