I have bought vapes, coils & juice from these people and its all awful. If you find a juice you liked they wont have it the next time. If you buy coils from them the coils are bad & dont last. They stand behind nothing they sell and wont make anything right. Learned my lesson. Shop elsewhere folks. Heres your sign

Literally just walking out of this store. I will never come back. Customer service SUCKS!!!. Was not greeted upon entering then the guy working couldnt wait on us properly for being on his phone. We had to tell him several times which vape we wanted bc he was to into his phone to remember..

Tiny little store. Good selection of Juice. Very friendly staff. Place is located in sort of a tiny counter culture strip mall full of tatoo shops and a head shop.

Tony was awesome!! I had a crisis situation going on with a broken glass piece! He hooked me up as soon as I walked in the store. Saved the day like Superman!!

I seriously drive 2- 3 hours (one way) to get my e-liquids here...

I quit smoking in September, and that’s when I wandered into this vape shop. Jason B. has been extremely helpful and friendly every time I’ve been in. I loved it when he had his dog Luke there with him! Luke is just as friendly, and it always made my day to see him. Great employees, great variety, and great deals! I won’t go anywhere else.

I had the best experience at this vape shop. Tony went above and beyond to help me he was patient he explained things to me. I wont go to any other vape shop he is just amazing. The staff is always awesome. I forget to ask their names everytime though... I go here almost exclusively. Their loyalty program is probably my favorite thing about the shop. Very informative guys and gals! I know I talked one staff members head off about the saltnic stuff one day and had nothing but patience with me and super knowledgeable. Even told me other good stories in the area that had a brand I wanted to try. Their saltnic selection, while great, is small sadly. Their prices are freaking great, products are quality, and staff friendly, chill, and helpful. Before coming here I was paying almost 3 times the price for less ejuice. Really love this shop!

To correct my review, and to apologize to the employee I spoke to he other day. Im giving this place 5 stars because I feel I had them confused with purple haze on hwy 707. Vavavape has always given me reliable service. My sincerest apologies.

I am new to vaping so I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help. Kelly was super helpful and patient with me as I picked out a good device & juice. He also was very knowledgeable about all the products. Will definitely be back! Also, they have the best juice flavors!

Came a month ago to get vape pen and e juice. Austin helped me then. He answered a million questions. He went out of his way to explain everything to me. Back tonight and justin just helped me. I had a bunch of questions about e juice, taste, strength, difference between brands, etc. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!! The customer service here is outstanding!! Prices are great and products awesome. They have deals most or all days of the week. Will be a loyal customer. Staff is just amazing and friendly and thats really important to me!!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The shop itself is on the small side, however it is very organized and clean. They have a large selection of juices, ranging in size from 10ml to 100ml as well as a large range of strength from 0mg to 50mg. Needless to say, they will probably have what you are looking for.

We came from Ky and my husband need a new head for his battery, the young man in the store was very helpful. Latercwhen my husband Call with a question another young man walked him right through the process. Great customer service and big selection. 👍🏻

Stopped by in March 2015. Large selection of house blends. I didnt bother trying anything because it seemed more like a shop for beginners with ego pens everywhere and I didnt see a National juice line anywhere.Probably a good shop if youre a beginner, but for others probably not. I was unimpressed with everything but their location.

I knew almost nothing going in, Emily took the time to listen to what I wanted and got me set up with products that met my needs. Highly recommend to everyone. Great prices, quality products and excellent customer service.

Great business. They hooked a noob up with everything I needed (and left out the padded purchases I didnt). Their juice selection is very large and I was able to sample them all!! Will definitely get my return business.

This must be the real haunted attraction of MyrtleBeach!! =[The guy in the store has a blank / zero personality... I made multiple attempts of conversation with him and got nothing in return........ Super lame / Super Natural......

Only thing holding this place back is the girl with glasses. Horrible customer service...she acts like she is being bothered with any and all questions. Other salesman are pleasant and actually want you to spend time in the store.

My wife purchased two batteries about a month ago......both batteries will just come apart exposing the wires. This is when the ecig is in my pocket.... This is a very cheaply made product and I would advise others to look else where......Also had another incident where the battery stopped working altogether after two months. But hey - at least they have a 14 day warranty - best in the business........go elsewhere

Visited today October 23rd on the tail end of my honeymoon around 7:30ish for some juice. Guy behind the counter(hate I didnt get his name) answered all my questions and had some awesome suggestions. Wished they had more people like you around my part of Florida! If we are ever back in the area ill be sure to swing by! ALSO! grab the house juices before they cant sell them anymore!

Have had great service up untill now after purchasing a new tank. Went to both stores on 30th ave. and Seaboard reguarding a leaking issue. The response I got was very confusing because it didnt make since. i felt like the people running the stores the day I went back to both of them were not concerned. We ( my husband & I) have been customers for a good while and have spend good money there by the way. I ended up losing a lg. bottle of juice over it as well. Being a brand new tank, it didnt make sense. So, my husband and myself are very dissatisfied with that part of your service. A tank costing $30 plus tax is alot of money to put out there, plus the juice that I lost. We do however like your juice and the rewards...However, we will be hesitant about buying other products.

First time shopping there, the ladies were very nice and helpful with all my questions and needs. And best of all they have testers so you can test several different juices before you buy. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks VaVaVape!

It was time to stop smoking cigarettes so to help me wean myself off of tobacco I turned to vaping. I was walked through the various levels of nicotine delivery, made my choice and I was on my way. The initial cost for me was a little more than a carton of cigarettes. I purchased the smallest device available. The gentleman that helped me (I never asked his name) was very helpful, knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me. Ill be back there for my supplies until the day when I no longer need them.

Its ok, guy working there was great. Could not get to my normal shop before i went on vaca. Stoped here to grab some juice. The juice is very low quaility from what i am use too. Dont think im gona use it, got blackberry lemonade and it honestly taste like Hair spray... shop was ok just not big on the juice!!!

I will never return..... the customer service was horrible ... the girl was rude...short....and I am a people person......when I cant vibe with someone......something is wrong cause there arent many people I cant........ when I spend money somewhere I dont like to feel as if me being in their shop is a burden.....maybe she was just having an off day...we all do. Or maybe I just interrupted her movie she was watching.

Accidentally dropped my tank and cracked the glass on my vacation. Found this store online and went to see if they sold the replacement glass. Lady behind the counter was very snobby. Said she didnt have the glass to replace it with.. So I inquired about just buying a new tank. She said the cost was 65.00 bucks for a TFV4 mini, which is way overpriced. Her response was Welcome to Myrtle Beach which was very rude in my opinion. Then I asked her what other tanks she might recommend for my 200 watt mod and her response was A tank is a tank, it doesnt matter. Any body who seriously vapes knows better, and she should as well if she is going to work behind the counter at a vape shop. So, I found Ivape just a block away and bought the same tank for 29.99 and also experienced great customer service. I do not recommend visiting this store, try Ivape instead.

Very rude. Lady behind the counter with glasses. The first thing she said to us was. Do you guys have ids? So I left to get my id coming back in, my boyfriend decided not to buy anything. And told me she was saying all these stupid stuff. Saying she can turn us in because my boyfriend has his two ids. Which one is valid and and the other was his permit. I dont know why shes going to act like that if they need to make profit? Went to ivape instead and had better customer service. Dont go to vavavape.

I called there today for an emergency fix on my vape I broke a glass for my smok V12 they were half mile from where we were staying the gentleman to counter was very helpful very kind help me clean my vape gave me a free tank of juice had all the parts I needed it was very courteous and helpful and even recommended the juice that I actually like a lot so thank you VA VA vape ... Terrible store that sells junk vapes for 4 times as much online. I bought a vape have returned it 3 times buy on amazon or ebay way cheaper better warranty vavavape sells junk not authentic as they advertise all from China or Japan stick to ebay a 15 dollar vape on ebay same exact vape is 40 in the store a complete rip off

Everything I need Ive been able to find but not on the Bob wow babe side but on the Up in Smoke side Up in Smoke sells a bunch of tobacco bowls and many other things please check them out theyre located right next to VaVaVape thats why its picking me up
