The venue is small but it fits. The country music was spot on. The place is more for the mature crowd but it doesn’t mean the younger crowd doesn’t enjoy the scene. I have to say this one thing…the air conditioning system is the best. For all the people in the establishment you feel very comfortable, regardless if your sitting or standing. It’s a good place to hangout.
The music was decent, but thats not the draw. The drinks were good & reasonably priced, but thats not the main draw either. The mural of Country Music Legends on the outside wall of this bar hint at the specialness & history inside. The record albums on the walls inside suggest the owner spent A LOT of time at Tower records. But when you see that many of them are autographed, you realize that these artists have been here. As you head upstairs to use the restrooms, the other memorabilia on the walls, the 3 large jukeboxes filled with songs, the cardboard cutouts of stars, make you understand how much of a music afficiando the owner truly is. The bartender told me that his private collection in his office was even more amazing. Legends Bar definitely lived up to its name.
This is a little gem for great music and drinks. A little cheaper drinks than at the musician owned bars. There was no wait staff so you have to go to the bar to get your drinks. The bartender gal working was great fast service. The band was awesome. The gal playing fiddle was really good. It’s a smaller place so make sure you tip the band as that’s how they get paid. Will definitely go back and also try more smaller places for music.
Visited on a random Tuesday night. Great band and some of the coldest Heineken beer I’ve ever had. Equally impressive was the bartender. She was super sweet and kept the fun going. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Nashville!
It’s was a party for sure! Great Band sang some great covers. The band took every request with no hesitation and sang all of them. The bar was empty but they had some good music so pulled in. All the bars on the strip have music so when something stands out you have to give it a try. Would definitely come to legends corner again!
First and foremost, shoutout to the bartender Shelby! She was awesome and personable prior to us leaving our card. To top it off, she was honest and kept our card safe until we recognized what had happened. The bars bathrooms are the cleanest I experienced anywhere in the downtown area. We were here for a week and enjoy cocktails and look for great atmospheres as well. Atmosphere, live music and the service were all 10/10. Highly recommend! Thank you Shelby and the rest of the staff for your hospitality!
Amazing experience. Bartender was able to convince the live band (who was amazing) to let my girlfriend on stage and sing with them. Better drink prices than any other bar on the strip. Great service at the bar.
Great bands! It’s packed! So be prepared for a crowd. Shots are just as expensive as a mixed drink, which seems a little crazy. Cool be to be a part of the crowd & experience it. Two bars. Second bar wasn’t nearly as packed. I was ID’d twice, which seemed weird because they stamp your hand when they ID you at the door. Neat experience. Wouldn’t recommend drinking a lot here, it’ll burn through your wallet. But fun to check out the live music.
I was in Nashville the last week of June Legends Corner is the best! Jules and Shelby are the best on Broadway! If you want personable and friendly attention this is the only place you will find it! Highly recommended!
Its a cool place enjoyed the memorabilia and overall ambience. Really chill. The band while we were there was great! They played requests and their personal favorites. I wasnt a huge fan of the bartender. Not very attentive and kinda short. The place wasnt packed but she was the only server in the place. Granted, it was like 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday. It really just felt like any other novelty bar. It was still cool, mind you. Theyre definitely plenty of cool places with live music on that strip. Theyre just kinda the first one you run into.
I think its interesting that bartenders in a popular area for tourism have zero clue how to read out of state IDs. One of the bartenders attempted to illegally confiscate multiple drivers licenses from a group of friends out of town. The bartender was extremely rude and hostile when being informed she was wrong and proceeded to say shes not dumb. The bartender was extremely ignorant, belligerent, and clearly under trained. I would strongly advise against this bar if you are visiting out of state.
Always a good time at Legends Corner. They have some of the best music any time and any day of the week. The vibe here is more laid back than other honky tonks. The decor is awesome, we try to sit in a different spot everytime just to take it all in. Drinks are less expensive here and the bartenders always friendly.*If you sit on the stools or stand in the back next to the stairs, be ready to move out of the way if certain house bands are setting up since they store their equipment there.
We didnt have food, the bar was busy and the music was amazing, Morgan Alexander u rock. The bar has cheaper bottles than the bigger places owned by the Stars. This bar though is wonderful
Legends corner has truly legend Band. Amazing performance on two nights we were here. Band keeps up with music and keep the atmosphere lively throughout the performance. Ben Johnson was a great performer on Christmas eve. His voice and Guitar made our night memorable.Must visit place if you are in vicinity.
Love it here! Great deals on buckets of beer and the bands are almost always great! I stop in almost everytime I’m on Broadway bar hopping.
This was the first Honkey Tonk we went into when we arrived in Nashville. The music was great, the service was wonderful. Good vibes all around
By far the best bar on broadway. Yall came take a sit, have a cold one, and listen to some great artists. Hands down 5 stars.
We loved Legends and the live music was excellent. It wasnt as crazy busy as some other bars and left some decent space in the back by the bar. Bonus points the bathrooms were clean!
We love this place, the best atmosphere on the strip. With reasonable price beer to.
We went to see the mural on the side of the building. Apparently, Taylor Swift used to be on it, but she was replaced. However, you can still see some of her hair. My girls wanted to see it. I dropped them off and circled the block a couple of times. They were excited to see it, though.
Fantastic spot. One of the last old school bars. Class vinyl covers all over the walls. We always start our Broadway wander here with a shot. Many legends have played here.
I didnt eat here, only had drinks. If you like country music, this is your place. Great entertainment, very talented musicians.
Door guy IDs everyone. Clearly, the senior citizens were above age. But it was a turn off ...so they didnt even bother...
This place was packed after the Press game but Im sure its busy normally. 2 good bands back to back, lots of classic country of course and some 80s mixed in. $5.50 for Coors light or bud light is a little steep. There are no draft choices, which is my preference at a bar. The stage is right at the entrance as is the bar so everyone entering and leaving has to push through.
I regret not having a late night pizza here. They were a hot commodity! Great service and the staff was fun! I would absolutely stop again!
Not too packed, great music, lots of history, not $10 beer
I absolutely LOVED LEGENDS CORNER!!,In fact, we went back 3 or 4 times while we were in Nashville for 5 days! The bands, service, doorman with the beard, bartend that can dance! The memorabilia hanging on the walls! It was the whole package that said Nashville in one place!!
This business has a huge problem with the brunette bartender. She was accusing nice couples of causing trouble. From the yelp reviewsI see this is an issue that is reoccurring. The reat of the staff kept apologizing and the band apologized for her behavior to those guests there.
Very cool bar, definitely would go back again. Great band, all of them from Tennessee which is hard to find, believe it or not. Ashley was tending bar that day and she was awesome, very friendly and great service. Just drinks this day. No food
First time visiting Nashville! Out of all the bars, Legends was our absolute favorite! The blonde bartender Brooke greeted us with the most contagious smile making us feel very welcomed. We loved hearing her Nashville accent haha And she gave us all wonderful service! We definitely felt at home. Next time we visit, Legends will be our first stop!!
We were there for a Fourth of July, band was really good played a variety of music. However the little man bouncer from Nashville. Likes to push girls around, then after being confronted. Runs to the Police and then hides behind a pregnant girl. After reading quite a few reviews it seems to be a common occurrence. With so many good bars in that area, I would definitely give this place a pass.
My new favorite bartenders Jules and her partner Shelby are a pair of gems on Broadway!! great spot highly recommend!!
I came to Nashville for exactly this and it didnt disappoint. It was everything I expected and more. The band yesterday was amazing. The singer could sing anything. He was so engaging, talented, and entertaining. He really knew how to get everyone dancing and singing. I just loved the entire vibe and history.
Great Broadway bar with really good music. I liked it was a little less crazy and good space around the bar. Bathrooms cleaned and best location.
Classic spot. Dont expect anything fancy and that is just fine with me.
Great fun in what I consider a great bar for country music, It sets a standard for all others to match since its the first on the left heading down Broadway!
The epitome of a Nashville honky tonk. Raucous, and fun. The tall young lady tending bar is excellent at keeping track of everything going on and making sure there everyone is taken care of. Excellent organizational skills in a fast place.
Great drinks, great music, great time. Drinks were $11ish per person for cocktails - not bad for the area. Even at 10am, the band was good.
I love this bar! Went twice during my week vacation and this was the most fun both times. I would definitely return.
Such an awesome bar! The bartenders are quick and attentive. The bouncers were super nice and actually remembered us, which is wild for how many people they see in a day. The ambiance is fantastic. I love the option they have to either hang in the back and listen to music from a distance or choose to be right next to the stage. This place is such a chill bar.
The staff here was very rude, ignorant, and incompetent. I was very excited to be in Nashville for the first time. I sat down with a group of friends and colleagues. A waitress asked to see my ID, which I happily obliged, as I just turned 21 years old on April 12th. However, I am from Italy, and do not have an American drivers license or ID. Therefore my ID reads, 12/04/02 ( the European way of writing April 12th, 2002). However, the waitress mistook this as saying “December 4th, 2002”, therefore making me 20 years old instead on 21. The waitress did not give me any opportunity to explain that I was in fact of age. Instead, she rudely snatched my drink out of my hand, causing me to spill on my lap. She did not give me a refund on my drink nor the generous tip I had left earlier. A few moments later, another staff member asked my entire party to leave the establishment, saying they had violated the law for enabling an underaged person to consume alcohol.I was not given a chance to explain, and my entire group of colleagues had to leave the bar. This was very embarrassing for me as I had done nothing wrong and was with a group of colleagues that I admire and respect. Ultimately, I never got my money back. I would describe this establishment as xenophobic and ignorant. I felt very discriminated against as a foreigner. After reading other reviews, I have come to learn that other minorities have faced similar discrimination. I am very disappointed in the staff here and there attitude towards other nationalities.
Without question my favorite bar on Broadway. Usually my first and last stop when I hit the strip. I prefer it in the late morning early afternoon. You can’t go wrong if Lefty Furguson is on stage. Bartenders and security are always professional. I could spend a day studying the walls.
Great atmosphere, bartender on Sunday was absolutely terrible. Couldnt make change, and was short when I tried to correct her. Could understand on a busy night, but the place wasnt busy, at all. Sad it dampened our great weekend experience in Nashville.
Loved loved loved my time here after SummerSlam! They actually have somewhere to charge your phone up here, and the staff is super friendly. Not to mention the band was pretty good! It was busy enough, but not too busy, and I felt comfortable the entire time.
Classic dive bar (called a honky tonk in BNA). Music was outstanding. Service and beer selection were great.
Went to Nashville for the first time this past weekend. Legends was the first bar we went to. Had a great time there during the day on Friday. Saturday we started making our rounds and decided to go back to legends that night. We went to the bar and ordered shots. My mother in law paid for the shots on her credit card and asked her sister for cash to put in the tip jar. Before her sister could get cash out, the bartender picked the receipt up and saw that the space for a tip was blank. While this is going on, cash is deposited into the tip jar. She shows the other bartender the receipt and immediately starts on my mother in law, flipping her off and slapping her hand against her chest at her, making the gesture of mocking a mentally disabled person. We asked what the problem was and the brunette bartender said “this isn’t a one way street” and seeing as how we put cash in the tip jar, we had no idea what she was talking about. She continued to go on about it before we decided we’re not giving this place any more of our money. As we left, they continued to flip us off and scream “bye!” If I weren’t even involved in the situation, seeing this girl make the gesture that she did, I would have left immediately. These girls need to realize, sometimes people pay with a card and still tip with cash. I always thought tipping with cash is best, but apparently not to these girls. Will not give this establishment my money ever again. Isn’t worth the trouble when you’re spending $50 on 4 shots, would rather give it to one of the other hundreds of bars.
In my opinion, most original Broadway bar available. Great music, fun establishment. Lefty keep playing brah! My family voted this place best on Broadway.
I got put out because someone complained I was too touchy with my date, they dont like interracial couples in there. Then security ganged me after they pushed me to the ground! Id give 0 stars if I could fcthatbar *update police report filed and pursuing a LAWSUIT! Hope them bouncers are licensed
I have been to Legends corner several times before while visiting Nashville. I was there over the weekend for my 50th bday and wanted to introduce this great bar to the group of 10 I was with. We went to the back of the bar and grabbed a table. There was a pair of sunglass on the table we grabbed. We all got a cocktail and was listening to the music. One of the bouncers came up to me, LASHED out at me and accused me of stealing his sunglass. We explained that they were sitting there and planned to turn them in on our way out. HE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE!!! we explained that they were sitting there and planned to turn them in on our way out. Another bouncer came over and KICKED US OUT! I was SHOCKED! we had done NOTHING WRONG. I will never go to this bar again. The treatment was something I have never experienced in my lifetime. Very very disappointed.
Iconic Nashville music row haunt. Has a lot of old school traditional type country music basically 24/7. Many choices on tap, but dont expect anything fancy.
Brilliant spot class music 🎶 🎵 👌 👍
Great music and constant rotating talent
Always a fun time with great music!
We spent our NYE on Broadway. This bar is where we spent the majority of our night and ended our night here. I love the setup, with the back of the building being an outside sitting area. We enjoyed the live music & the great people we met. I recommend!
Great bar. Was pretty busy. Family friendly until 6pm. The artist paid close attention to kids which made them feel special!
I was in town visiting friends, and they took me to all the over hyped bars on Broadway just to be good tour guides. This is the place where we spent most of our time, however and we settled in on a table and watched the excellent band that was playing. If youre looking for legit, unpretentious and a nostalgic, authentic feeling place to hang out on Broadway.... this is your place!
Great bands, historical atmosphere, fast service at the bar, service members do provide good care of customers.Packed like crazy on Fridays and weekends, its much nicer during early in the week.Air Conditioner works Monday thru Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays turns into sauna with cold drinks and live music. 30 minutes, youll sweat your azz and bail out. They need to keep that AC on all times, or otherwise place becomes horrible especially the smell!
Definitely found this place by accident and really glad I did. Our bartender (Kelly, I think) gave amazing pours and was really fun to chat with. The bands were amazing!! The small town vibe was super welcoming and warm. We closed it out our last night in town and so glad we chose to come back. Everyone was super friendly and chill, definitely a good closer for any night out.
Best live music. Always enough room to dance. Bar tenders are awesome and bands are top notch.
The bouncer/security ALEX!!! I have a review for ya! he is so cute and awesome!!! so nice and great!!! Hell yeah! Thank you for being nice to us ❤️ he definitely should get a raise 😂#FirstTimeInNash #WeWillBeBack #Legends
My wifes favorite bar on Broadway. They always have COLD beer and good entertainment.
Totally awesome little place. Drinking were a little pricey as far as cocktails go being $6 for a dirty Shirley, but thats expected in such a large city. Nevertheless, the band John Karl preformed and did a wonderful job. The band is so close to the audience that it really allowed for an excellent experience. All of the staff was extremely nice and all were really working hard the entire time we were there. It is clear that the staff care a lot about their work and their customers. The drinks were great and consistent in taste which was nice. The crowd this place draws in really ranges in age as I saw people in their 20s and people well into (or beyond) their 60s. Great hideout! Would return without hesitation!
The name says it!! The band was amazing!! This was my 3rd stop and one place the band was bad enough we left before we could order a drink. Great city great place to stop in and the drinks were actually a couple dollars cheaper here and the music was awesome!! In my opinion a must stop if you are in Nashville !!
Great atmosphere, great music. Just be careful not to block the bar entrance otherwise the staff will get rightfully stroppy. Often very busy on the ground level, with a lot of free space on the second level, so if you prefer not to be in someones armpit, make your way up there. They also have an ATM which is great!
This was a fun little place. The band we saw in there was incredible. Really great musicians. The beer was cold and reasonable. The staff was nice. This is exactly what you expect to experience when you are on Broadway in Nashville.
Although the music is great and the staff is friendly it is sad to say that the clientele that come here primarily are extremely bigoted. I attended this place with my spouse who is half asian and with a friend who is Dominican American and when we interacted with others at the bar we were accosted by these patrons and yet the bouncers although even though they were black hustled us out of the bar because their normal clientele hastened it. To me this is very sad and I dont understand why the diversity of other patrons should not be recognized so please think twice before you visit here.
Walked in on a beautiful night and found a couple bar seats to grab drink and take in the band playing. Decent service, but no signs posted to say to order at the bar (no table service) overall a nice joint though so check it out!
Ordered a bucket of domestic beer, but was rudely told Yuengling isnt domestic. Weird considering they have a sign on the wall highlighting the fact that Yuengling is the oldest brewery in America. We finished our bucket and left promptly after. Its an okay location, but the live music was the worst I heard on my trip (it wasnt bad, just not as nice as some others).
Heard some really good bands in Legends, and we certainly enjoyed the vibe! It can get very busy though, and we had to leave earlier than we would have liked a number of times as it got too over-crowded for our personal taste.Time it right though and its got plenty to keep you happy!
We walked in here at 2pm on a Saturday and this place was packed. Plus, an awesome band was playing! We enjoyed our return visit here and we were not disappointed. We will return when were in the area.
Music great, staff awesome. Drinks were terrible!
Very friendly staff with live music. They invited me and my dog in which was great! Food isnt served on site although you can buy bags of chips at the bottom bar. The location is great: Downtown in close proximity to many of the citys other notable (and sometimes historic) bars.
Denied entry because the entry giy though I was 2 inches shorter than on my ID like he had a measuring tool. Ik whats the real issue. I am brown and thats the issue. Remember that if youre a person of color before heading to this bar.
Absolutely one of the best places for good ole music and not crazy hype
Great music, great drinks, and great Nashville feel. We were here on a Monday and it was pretty packed - I can only imagine how would and crazy things get on the weekends! I definitely recommend checking this place out if youre heading downtown.
We went twice to legends on our trip. They have the best country music on Broadway that we heard. If you want actual country music and not pop music like most other bars, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, on our last visit, the singer was making political statements that were unnecessary. I hope legends takes note and addresses this with their artists.
Band tonight at 11pm on 1/29/22 really sucked. They spent an hour “setting up” and taking off and putting back on their guitars several times. We waited around thinking we were going to get good music, as we LOVE coming to Legends listening to the normally FANTASTIC bands. This band; however, sucked. No one goes to Legends to listen to Funk genre. That type of music sucks. The band didn’t even play the Funk that well either. So it wasn’t actually FUNK it was subpar Funk.
Oh, yeah!! We happened to stop at Legends on a Friday afternoon while Buck McCoy and his band were on stage. We loved it. He is so entertaining! His sidekick (Jim may have been his name) kept a running dialog and special-effect sound track that left us laughing throughout the whole set. Great music, good entertainment, just plain fun!! Well definitely go back next time we visit Lower Broadway!
Came from out of town like most. Initially liked the bar. Had been 2 times prior but just recently on my last visit after I returned home and was going through my card statement, I had been triple charged the first one was for $40 which was correct. $34 for the 5 drinks and a $6 dollar tip. Then there were 2 more. One for $12.30 & $15.02. Tried several times to call and even messaged on Facebook to speak with someone in regards to this matter. Maybe I was the one missing something. Never could get through to anyone. Finally found the receipt for the $34 & $6. Says my servers name was Colby. It was a female. I disputed them on my chase app. And have been reimbursed for both fraudulent charges. Watch your cards and your banking apps. On an end note my girlfriend requested a Johnny cash song and the band did not know it. Besides the overcharge, I love the environment and everyone was very friendly.
I go to this bar everytime I go to Nashville. The bands are always great. I love seeing the classic album covers hanging on the wall. On weekend nights, get there early because it fills up fast!
Awesome place, truly! Our Honky Tonk places landed us unexpected here. Well worth the visit!! Yes, Id do it again in a heartbeat. Music, entertainment, bar staff, and atmosphere is local country vibe.
Complete joke. I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette, and the bouncers dragged out a few young kids. The kids then gave one of the bouncers a beating. I was ready to leave after watching this and walked back to the door to get my wife, only to find the scared bouncer had locked the door. My wife saw me and came to the door. When my wife unlocked the door to exit the bouncer pushed her and tried to slam the door. If you are into trashy places where bouncers push girls around, and lock exits with a packed house, this is the place for you.
First evening we dropped in, a cover band with a female lead was playing. They did a great job covering female featured Rock & Roll and Country. The next day they featured a Modern Country Cover Band. Not my speed, but there were lots of people in the bar who seemed to enjoy them. The reason for the 4 Star instead of 5 Star rating is that the mens restroom was not very clean... but then again, what mens restroom, in a bar, on the weekend is?
We visited on New Years Eve. Had a great time. Lots of drunks, but great music, good bar, and fantastic people watching. Right in the heart of Nashville with bars, music and great food in every direction. We stayed sober and rented a room about 20 miles from city center and saved a bundle.
I personally did not enjoy my experience at Legends. I thought that it was crowded well above comfortable capacity. People were shoved together like cattle to the point that I could barely raise up my arms to drink. However the band was excellent. The bar tenders were as attentive as they could be given the crowd. If the front door would be able to get a rough count to maintain a comfortable level then this place would be worth while.
Our favorite bar we went to on broadway. The first night was great the music was good and had a great atmosphere. The second night we went back and the music was ok. The lead singer was a douche and was checking his phone during songs. Other than that it was a good time.
Two stories with two bands playing through open windows. Cool corner spot. Absolutely rockin’
One of my favorite stops on Broadway St. Its worth the walk down to the corner of the block. Cold beers, friendly customers and lively atmosphere with multiple floors of bars and at times multiple live bands. Its where legends are made!
This place used to be great but since the new owners it has gone down BAD. Absolutely terrible drinks/food, the service is so slow (dont go here unless you like waiting 45 minutes to an hour). The worst part is the complete lack of covid restrictions, I went here last week and the day after, I tested positive and it has been the worst week of my life to put it lightly. Save your time, money, and health.
GO DURING THE DAY! Live music from like noon and on was awesome. We hit broadway on Friday night and it was absolutely insane, so if that’s not your scene, come here in the afternoon and you’ll love every bit of history and country music without the craziness.
Awful experience. The bouncer was incredibly rude. The bouncer denied me access to the bar based on the fact that I was from Pennsylvania. Would not recommend this dive especially being so far out from the 400 other bars on Broadway.
I lost my jacket at the bar and when i tried to go back in the bouncer would not let me back in and was very unreasonable. With this I was very upset and put a poor review on before this post. Then Management from the bar reached out to me shortly after this and they found my jacket and mailed it back to me which I really appreciate. Management was very kind and helpful through email. I will say that the bouncer was opposite of that and was not easy to work with at all. With this I still would recommend go in to the bar because it was very fun and very enjoyable music.
I went there during Christmas Eve which is a very bad time of the year to visit. Despite all of that, I still had good experience. People there are very welcoming and down to have fun and good time. They sang mix of good old country music and the new one.
One of the better Honky Tonks. Big spot. 2 levels. Big clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Generally very good cover band. If you find yourself surrounded by AHoles, remember they arent from here and will leave soon.
This was always our go to when people came to visit because it gave us a reprieve from the chaos of other Broadway bars. Since we are a bit older we hate being in the heart of it, but the last two visits here have been horrible. We were in the other night and out of nowhere at 2:23 a bouncer started shouting and cussing at us to get the *expletive* out. We had drinks, there was no last call, we were by no means being your typical tourist as this has been our home for a decade. His hostility was completely uncalled for and other people from other groups were also discussing how confused they were about how it was abruptly shutting down with no warning and how rude the people were. Worst experience I have ever had in Nashville, I have never been cussed at in a location where I was feeding them money.
First time in Nashville, went to all the big Rooftop Bars, I only foud this place because I couldnt find the Bar i was looking for. Hands down best bar in Nashville. Great music, cheap beer, and excellent atmosphere. Dont leave Nashville without going to Legends.
Best music we heard was the Saturday morning band. Dont think you have to squeeze in for a late night headliner for great music. The bloody Marys were really good.
Im 66yrs. Old, and was not able to get in bar without an ID, so we moved on. I guess they make to much money here!
Always a good time. My bride drags my very non-reluctant self here for my birthday once a year, and we have never been disappointed at Legends Corner.
We went on a Thursday night. Not sure why it was filled so full down below with people just standing around for cover songs....doesnt anyone dance? Drinks were meh, got alternates next door and food.
Legends Corner is the best bar on Broadway! From singing happy birthday to a girl in our party to having great bartenders always showing us a good time, they made our trip down to Nashville so much fun! Plus they all have the sweetest and most attractive bouncers!
What to say about legends. Amazing. I didn’t eat there but the atmosphere alone was enough to make my day. So many happy people and good music and history. This was my favorite thing we did in the entire city
Great experience- friendly bartender good band and not crowded on a busy day - there’s a window seat on broadway and Roman on the other side. Great place!
Good food. Wonderful atmosphere!
Legends is the best bar on Broadway, definitely more fun and laid back than any of the bars run by individual singers and their decor is packed with cool memoribilia. Everyones on the same level and everyone hears the same band. Should be your #1 stop as a tourist in Nashville if youre checking out Broadway
Amazing. Live music starting at 1030am. No cover but TIP THE BAND! hah . Both acts we saw could sing better than most people Ive seen live that are famous
The bartender was rude and nasty. She was a short white giro that was hateful and unpleasant to us. Several h oh is later, a bouncer came up to me snd my friend a f find ya “the bartender says you have to go, so you have to go!”. She had waited on us an hour earlier! Weird! Who runs this place?
Fantastic place to meet new people, and the bands are always great! Plus the staff are all really cool and laid back. One of my new favorite spots!
Was there four nights ago and they had the most insulting rude bully of a singer. Pregnant Suzanne on the fiddle was great but copped a fair share of his insults. Didnt sing anything anyone requested and was just a jerk! Much better bands at tootsies and Rippys
The music was fantastic. One of the bartenders was VERY rude, and didnt get our drinks right!!
Nice to look at but I was done before my first beer was finished. The live cover band put a bad taste in my mouth. I dont know if the bar restricts bands from being themselves or if it was just the band themselves. When asking a member if the band had original music we were told they had all just met that night. That was bull. Ive been told bands on broadway are kept from playing original music, some are even given a list of the music they are expected to play. Either way, Im not sure how a flat lie would have been better than any truth in this situation.
A great place to stop in at when you are downtown Nashville. Good music, drinks, and environment. Its always busy but not to the point you cant walk around.
My favorite bar on Broadway! Always great music and a nice dance area in front of stage!! Staff has always been super friendly as well. See you there!
Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. The band sounded great when they played, but they talked too much! Was gonna visit again on Saturday but saw the same band through the window and walked right on by.
I would not recommend this place. Some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Went to the Second level bar that’s adjacent to the main street barSecond level bar that’s adjacent to the main . And the girl absolutely ignored the fact that we were patrons. Second the lower staff seems to be more concerned about hanging out to then to make sure we don’t need Anything or if we were doing good.then to make sure we don’t need anything or doing good!! The place itself is awesome. But the customer service is horrible.
Seems like we always find ourselves coming here for a good drink and good entrainment. We saw Thompson Square here about 15 years ago before they hit it big. Great classic venue.
Awesome, as others have said. We saw an incredible band, late afternoon, had a few beers, very good bar service.
My favorite place on Broadway!
Love coming here. Band are the Best on the strip. However over priced drinks. Watress who think they deserve 3.50 tip on a beer and soda order really
Great bar & music ,probably my favorite
Amazing place. Great staff, great music. Plus it has the best air con on Broadway!
Hey dumb ass , there are people with Parkinsons that come in.... you need to realize their symptoms and know they are just hanging out . When we tell you that I have Parkinsons you should make a better determination. We are regulars at your bar. Complete dumb ass at the door tonight!
How could you visit Nashville without checking out Legends? Ive been to Nashville on two separate occasions, about 6 years apart and both trips ended the night at Legends. Great music, dancing, drinks, atmosphere. Fun place to hit up with your bachelorette party.
