Maybe it was because it was early but the vibe here during Monday lunch was - we dont want you here.The barkeep was not friendly, in fact our interaction was below minimal. Once the food was delivered, there was no how was your food... which I will get to in a minute.She did not ask if we wanted a refill, just filled the water and soda. My son was halfway through his meal and she asked if I wanted the check, I looked at his plate and answered no.Another gentleman sat down beside us and after a few minutes he asked me if someone was working ... as the bartender frequently went upstairs, leaving the few patrons downstairs alone.The security guy at the door also double duties as the mechanical bull operator, which meant he actually stopped a rider mid ride to cars someone coming in.The food- the fried green tomatoes had zero flavor. The pimento cheese topping was less than stellar. I made a quick dipping sauce with hot sauce, Mayo and a splash of ranch to make them palatable. The fries and chicken tenders were fair, nothing special. All in all we had an overpriced app and lunch meal, where the atmosphere was promising, and ungracious service.

Stopped in to check out the music and view. Decided to have lunch as it started to rain, and they have a covered area on the rooftop lounge. Great views of the river, park, and Broadway. Top floor was understaffed. Our server was doing her best...food was pretty tasty for a quick bite.

This is my second time here and I love their ring of fire chicken wings. It is HOT but the oil and the spices mix so well together and is so flavorful. There are bunch of other drinks, a bowling place, games etc for kids to enjoy while you grab a drink and food. Must recommend

So here is the deal. I was at the 2024 CMA Fest for a couple of days. Besides the obvious scheduled performers on the various stages, there were performers in all the bars/restaurants on Broadway. I was in the Underground on the second floors to see and listen to a wide variety of artists from all over the United States. The atmosphere at the Underground was fantastic. Prices were right for all the food and drink I and my group consumed. One of the best groups that performed was songstress jo and the familiar. They were electric. I am familiar with the group, and their choice of covers was spot on. They even played a few of their originals which were fantastic.I loved the Underground. If you are ever in Nashville and want something untraditional, check out the performers on the second floor. You will be glad you did.

An awesome place to take a small step away from the utter chaos of Broadway! The food is fantastic, but do not mess around with the spicy chicken sandwiches if youre not prepared to take the heat!Would recommend!!

Just had our 2023 company holiday here and everything was fantastic! The director of events Jeremy P. was who I worked with and he was of course instrumental in making sure the event was perfect. We rented out the 3rd floor of NU and it couldn’t have been a more perfect set up for our 60 person party. We had our own private bar with 2 bartenders that took amazing care of us. There is regulation bowling lanes AND duckpin bowling, plus all of my favorite arcade games! Lots of TV’s, music playing. We had our own private bathrooms. The dinner we selected was delicious and came out in a timely manner served buffet style. Everyone had so much fun and we had 0 complaints. BOOK YOUR NEXT EVENT OR PARTY HERE!! You won’t regret it.

We had a really good time here. Theres games and bowling. The rooftop has a phenomenal view of Broadway and the river.

BUYER BEWARE!The bartender stole from me on 5.18.24. He was a black male wearing a black shirt on the rooftop bar location. He billed me 99 for 1 beer, 1 cranberry vodka, 2 Red Bull vodka and one red bull whisky. I asked for no top shelf liquor. When I asked how much the drinks were he said “I don’t know” I asked for my itemized bill since the bill he gave me only stated the full amount. And he said he couldn’t give me that.Later my cousin bought a cranberry vodka, asked for a receipt & it was only 9.50! AND it was itemized!Super sketchy to deny an itemized bill!! I’m suspecting he overcharged and that’s why he refused to give the itemized receipt.

This place is low key fire!Walk a few black away from the crazy Broadway and you got this some what hidden gem. The food was actually really really good and the staff was very chill and on point.We where well taken care of and accommodated.Plenty of room to roam free and enjoy, the main floor had bull riding and games and more, the upstairs has more seating and dinner tables and plenty of space to enjoy with friends.I’d def come back.

Enjoyed our brunch this morning. Had some hiccups in the kitchen, but staff and management make quick and appropriate remedies. The food was very good! Waffles were amazing and thats not usually my go-to. Great view on rooftop bar, and it was shaded until about 11:30 am. All of the staff were friendly with big smiles. Enjoyed our morning here

Here’s a picture of my $18 hot chicken sandwich! Truly unreal. The patty was soooooo thin. So if you don’t like chicken but enjoy buns, this is a great spot for you. Can’t help but laugh.

Went here for a Live broadcast of Fox & Friends tv. Appreciate the food service this early before the place opens. Had the vegetable omelet & blueberry pancake. Really loved the Nash hash. Everything was cooked to order. And the blueberries were really. 👍to the cook. Extremely happy with the excellent service by server: Jada.

It was an ok experience. We made 630 dinner reservations because we thought it would be packed but when we got there no one would seat us. They told us to pick a table but all of the tables had reservation#s on them. We asked if one was ours but after 15 mins nobody came back to answer so we went to every floor (there are 4) until we found a place to sit. Its pricey to have drinks (high noon $10 a can) and the food was just so so. Probably wont go back. There are to many other options on Broadway.

We had such a wonderful time with a large group party of 30 people this week. Good food and good drink selection. Communication with the VIP team was great and we enjoyed the extra amenities like mini bowling.

Service was excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere was fun. Very family friendly and you can ride the mechanical bull. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich (yes its HOT) and the Chicken Flat Bread, both were delicious.

Very understaffed. Bright the wrong food 3 times. ;(

I cant make any comment on the food or service because we just went for the mechanical bull, which was fun. They seemed to have many activities. The guy working the door was very nice, he was able to answer our questions about the city and give us suggestions on nearby attractions

Service wasnt great. We made reservations, although it wasnt crowded, we were at in a corner away from everyone. No direction where to go upon arrival. Finally made it to the second floor where a female bartender told us to go sit shed be with us when she could. We waited at the table for 25 minutes, and asked if shed be coming soon. She said when I get there. We ended up leaving as we were all hungry. I do not recommend this place at all.

The service was fantastic, whenever my group of 20 were unable to all be in the top room they offered to open the second floor for us.Then the Chicken and Waffles I ordered were to die for! The chicken was tender and juicy, the waffles were light and fluffy, and they used pure maple syrup! I highly recommend for a night out or a great meal!

Stopped in with my family sons both ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich with fries, I ordered the Hot Chicken Wrap, and another ordered the Classic Burger. We also ordered Fried Green Tomatoes as an appetizer. The food was great and the service matched. Pictured below is my plate and the tomatoes. Cool atmosphere right across from the stadium.

This place is amazing. This is a great spot for families. They have some arcade style games and mini-bowling, which is a mix between bowling and ski-ball. They also have a mechanical bull, which is amazing. They have a full menu of BBQ deliciousness. Great choices of beers and drinks. Service was great. Definitely would recommend this place.

I saw The Music City Gents show at Nashville Underground and had a lot of fun. It was pretty hot inside on the second floor, Im not sure the AC was working. (Or maybe that was on purpose to make the gents all sweaty - 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣).

Had lunch on the top floor. The chicken and waffles and the three meat bbq sandwich were excellent. The manager gave us some collard greens to taste also excellent. Bartender/ waiter made a fantastic margarita. Great place to a cocktail and meal.

Stopped in for lunch (we had reservations, but not sure they were required). Food and drinks were good and views are great!We walked so parking wasnt an issue. Crazy number of people out on a Friday afternoon!Service was OK as they were understaffed. Very friendly and did their best! Bring your patience with you in these semi-post pandemic times!

Down the road from the maib section of Broadway but awesome nonetheless! Ended up getting their hot Nashville chicken sandwich which was served quickly but was damn good! Really really good flavor, a ton of fries served with it and delicious sauces with it too to help cut the heat just a little bit. Definitely recommend!

Our first time here! Staff was amazing! Best service weve had on our long vacation! Very fun place, great view from the roof top! The music was ❤️‍🔥. We got the pulled pork fries...so good!Bathrooms were very clean!I highly recommend coming here!

The chicken was cold and legit tasted like nothing but salt. Took two bites. The bored waitress asked if it was too hot to handle. Negative. The bartender made no attempt to replace or redo the food. Just handed me a ticket to pay...... It had no flavor. Just straight salt. I the potato salad was gross. Straight from the store and made with zero love. It was gross too. Its a cool place. They just need better kitchen staff and bartenders with a better attitude if they are gonna be located there. I left and went straight to Hattie Bs. Now that had some flavor. Not the best. But overall a better experience.

We started our night here. We had a beer tower which was a good start for a group of guys. The Predators were playing a playoff game just down the street. They had it on every TV which was great but rather than playing the game audio or even just music, they played what sounded like an infomercial for 30 minutes. Quite the vibe!Many of the arcade games were out of order. Some were marked so you knew not to play them but they had several games that just took your money first and then didn’t work. They need to focus on the details if they want to be competitive with other bars on the strip.

My wife and I were looking for a place to have lunch, we ended up here, our waitress was very good and the food we had wasnt bad.

Food was good. Drinks were better at the bar than they were at the table for sure. Really good atmosphere though — there’s a mini arcade and a mechanical bull which is super fun. The music is loud and lively but not so much you can’t hear each other.

I will update this if we end up visiting. If you are tying to plan an event with Nashville Underground… forget it. I filled out forms on their website, called and left messages, and even tried an open table reservation (sending messages thru that) and did not receive any communication back. So we ditched the plan to hold our event here. To be clear each attempt in communication were weeks apart.

First of all we were told while were in Nashville to see the Chiefs/Titans game to stop by this place because this is where a lot of Chiefs fans hang out. We ordered Whiskey Sours and I dont know if the bartender forgot us. Another bartender asked if we had been helped. I said yeah, but never got our drinks and told her nevermind and walked out. I understand being busy but this is ridiculous. We waited at the bar, too.

The place was a vibe all its own. The mechanical bull was definitely an experience. Food was delicious n the portions were big.

Another reason to love Nashville! Food was amazing, service was great and the live music was superb! Food, beer, music, all of my favorite things in a weekend! Will come back soon.

We got the chicken strip with lemon pepper and bourbon jalapeño sauces. The 6th floor was a great quite escape from the street heat and bustle. Staff was friendly, food fresh and their green roof was lovely with a perfect view. Brad up top deserves a raise for manning the sauna bar up there! 😄 recommend

Nashville Underground is a wonderful bar on Broadway Avenue! I visited for the first time last week and had a great experience. The bartenders were patient, kind, and helpful with recommendations... especially Keeley (hopefully I spelled that correctly). The drinks were very well made. My friends had fun riding the mechanical bull as well. The bathroom was clean, and I loved the floral flooring! I had a great time at Nashville Underground!

Food was good. Experience was great. Great views. Modern club dj music. Food is pricey. Watch out! They tax you 15% and auto add gratuity of 20%. I realized too late after adding more tip on top of that.

We recently visited the Nashville Underground to view the Ohio State Buckeye football game. Upon arrival (early) we explained to the manager that there would be about 30 people in our group to watch the game and we asked where it was recommended we sit. He promptly took us to the 2nd floor and we had an entire section for our group - and he assigned us our own server who was AWESOME! Not only was she a wonderful server, but she provided a fun banter making our experience perfect. Thanks to all who had any part in making it a great experience!

Not a bad place to go check out. It has great views up on my the roof, see my picture I uploaded. But has kind of a touristy club feel if that makes sense. Cool to check out but wears off quick if that makes sense. Check it out once at least, thats worth it.

First impression is still a big factor, despite what restaurants claim.This restaurant recently opened and I was excited to try breakfast for the first time. We were greeted warmly with excitement and our server was sweet, kind-hearted, and attentive. Thats the extent of our positive experience.Unfortunately, the food was sub par. The eggs and meat were overcooked and the entrees were bland with no presentation skills at all. An over-medium egg should have some liquid yolk left in the middle; not hard and rubbery.I was skittish about the cook because he kept leaving the kitchen to chat and horse around by the lobby. Picking up boxes, trash, eating, messing with his hair, and runs back and forth to the kitchen to cook. I doubt he even washed his hands during the back and forth.The manager was in and out of the restaurant and was letting his dog roam free all around the restaurant. I love dogs but they are not supposed to be inside the restaurant. It is a health code violation.Anyway, I think these are learning curves for a new restaurant and I hope things get better in time. I will give them another chance.

Music was basic too 40s from the 2000s. NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! thats the reason I gave 3 stars it is Nashville the most humid city this time of year. Alcohol and heat dont mix well!!!

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries. Delicious! The guy waiting on my friend and I was on top of things and kept our glasses full.

If I could get 0 stars for customer service, I would. Not only was the general atmosphere deflated and lacking enthusiasm, the security guard was the most petty and rude individual I’ve experienced. Not only did he lack the the absolute minimum qualifications for a low-waged customer service position, he was making unprovoked sexist and racist remarks towards white women. I will never return to this bar and will never recommend to anyone. Stay away if you’re looking for a fun and drama free time.

Elevator wasnt working, four flights of stairs, not fun. Drinks were ok, enjoyed the skylight. A little bit of dancing, but not much.

I was here for an AORN Surgical Conference, and they always throw us a party. This year, it was here. I enjoyed this place. Its 6 floors with each floor offering you something different like (1) bull riding, (2) bowling, (3) dance floor with the DJ that you can hear on each level, and (4) cornhole. There was more. I just cant remember. It was fun. I truly enjoyed it and thank Steris for being the sponsor of the party. The only thing that wouldve made it better was some live music, but I was very happy. The DJ played to the diversity of the crowd. No vulgar language or racial slurs were used in the songs he played. He did some hip hop and country line dance songs. He did well. I enjoyed it all. The drinks were good. I am not sure if they served food or not. I didnt order any, nor did I see anyone with food. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating to all of us. I would definitely come here again.

Recently took my regional sales team to Nashville for training. We hosted our evening event at Nashville Underground. Jeremy Porter was our host and he treated us with great care and attention. His team of servers and bartenders were great. I will definitely use them again.

Fun, happening place on Broadway and the electric bull riding makes for laughing moments whether you know the rider or not. Nashville Hot chicken here is also pretty darn good!

Good food and atmosphere. Games for kids and stuff. My wife got chicken wrap and I got the hot chicken sandwich. Waiter was a little meh but we had six tables so he was busy but I shouldnt have to go to the bar for a refill.

The “Ring of Fire” wings are painfully hot. It’s not one of those places where the wait staff says the wings are hot but you assume they probably don’t understand what you think is hot. These are universally painfully hot and you don’t want them except for a joke to play on a friend. The “hot” wings are still super super hot but bearable. The “Nashville hot” fall in that sweet spot for me of flavor and spice. The ranch dressing was amazing and you can’t pass up the fries because they are the best. Don’t order the “Ring of Fire” Wings unless you want your night and the next day ruined. I have warned you. Sit in the roof because it’s beautiful up there.

The food was absolutely garbage. I ordered the double stack burger and it was the worst burger I’ve ever had. It tasted like plastic and other people I was with had the same complaints about their chicken.

Not gonna lie, I was kind of skeptical that this place was going to be all that and a bag of chips. Those chicken tenders blew my socks off. Lemon pepper with bleu cheese, and fries (no hot added). Probably the best chicken tenders Ive ever had. The flatbread pizza was also pretty good too. The upstairs area feels secluded with a great view of the downtown nightlight.

This is the best bar in downtown Nashville to just sit back and chill out. Everything from the main level to the 2nd floor, 4th floor, and rooftop are all great to hang out with friends and enjoy great music and good private spaces where you can sit and chill out. I would go back here every day if I could and spend my time on their roof.

I am really sad to write this review just because of my waiter, Amanda you are a warrior. The employees in general were ok. Buuut besides that I am so mad of me for wasted my last night in Nashville in this place. The food description in the menu is not accurate at all, so I ordered something and when it came it was completely different than in the description, so after they almost tried to charged me for the food twice if I wanted a new one, I have to wait until I get another one, which was not good at all, The restrooms are probably the worse that I ever saw before and the cherry on top it was, the charged you 20% of gratuity, which is ok... it’s in the menu, in the very small letter, but when the give you your check they don’t list the items that you consume so you just get a more expensive check without knowing what you are actually being charging for.

We were traveling on Christmas and planned ahead to stop for a nice Christmas dinner. This place had decent reviews, a menu that fit for our family of 6, and an open reservation that fit us, so we chose this place based on that criteria.We were unaware there was a limited Christmas menu, and the only meal option was a $35 plate of HEAPING cured ham.Well... there were 3 COLD pieces of ham. In fact the entire $35 plate was Room Temperature at best, but actually Cold. We asked to see the manager at the time the cold ates were delivered and never did get to see anyone.AVOID THIS ACE

They have the best bar food! It was hot and fresh. 5 floors of things to do here. With the fist level having a game room and mechanical bull to the roof top club. Just be mindful when taking selfies on the top level that the people below can see you.

Omg so totally loved the vibe of the place. We came in the morning a little bit after they opened just because as the day progresses the crowds come in and it gets super busy. We ordered the fried green tomatoes and some chicken and waffles which were amazing. The decor of the place was really cool as well. I couldnt belive they had a big bull riding ride as soon as you walked in. Which looked very fun if you come for drinks later in the day. We got to watch a few ladies on a Bachelorette party try the bull out. It was definitely entertaining. Absolutely highly recommend this establishment TRY THE FRIED GREEN TOMATOES!!!!

Unbelievable location and great food. The Nashville Hot is amazing! Rooftop overlooks the river and Broadway. Kids were welcome.

We had so much fun here. We were told it was an Ohio State Buckeye Backers Bar to watch the game. We loved it! So many people rooting for our home team. It did not disappoint. The food was good. The service was great considering how packed it was for the game.

One of my favorite bars on broadway. The rooftop is the tallest in Nashville and has some good remix throwback EDM songs. There’s also a mechanical Bull in the front. I’m not a big country guy so this was my spot. Drinks were pricey but that’s normal for Broadway…

I made a reservation on Open Table for 7 people at 8pm. Our table was ready right away. We had a good view of the live music, which was good. My steak salad was great, but our food took nearly an hour to come out. The bushwhacker drink wasn’t that great. A manager gave my sister (a bachelorette) a free drink which was nice. I’d go back!

Went for 4th of July and bought a $200 ticket to have rooftop view of the stage to which Brad Paisley would be playing on. Everyone was allowed up until 5pm and then only those who bought a ticket could stay. Staff was asked if this would be the view for ticket holders and they said yes just but your ticket. Imagine our surprise when we were all sent downstairs at 5pm so they could “reset” and then we’d be allowed back up at 6pm with our tickets only to see that they roped off the view we had earlier for 4 VIP areas. View went from first picture to second. Talk about your major bait and switch!! EVERYONE WAS DUPED!! I’d give 0 stars if possible. I feel sorry for the staff who had to deal with the angry mob. Picture 1 was expected view of stage and picture 2 was reality.

QR code menu was out of date so ordering a beer was not easy. Tried to order food but no bbq available because of a large party??? Disappointed in our visit

Excellent place to stay in Memphis walking distance to many fun clubs, shops and eateries this is a hostel do be ready to share a bathroom and possibly a bunk bed if traveling alone if you have a group of 4 you can get the same room together which can help if you dont enjoy meeting new people

Had to give this place a 5/5. The french toast was delicious. The syrup is so good.

Best. Chicken tenders. Ever. My brother took us here to try the chicken and it did not disappoint! I got the mild hot chicken and it was perfect. They apparently bread the chicken to order and its just the freshest tenders you can imagine. The Mac and french fries are also really good too! Worth stopping in!

Apparently the Nashville Underground are allowing their security to wear their logos security shirts out at other bars off duty. Not a good look with what has happened the last few year down on Broadway.

Great venue for OSU football watch party. The waitresses go all in and dress up in Buckeye scarlett and gray. The have many TVs - all of them tuned into the game - with volume turned way up. 😊My family and I were in town for a weekend and were able to celebrate an OSU victory over UX with our fellow buckeyes. The bar took excellent care of us.

We were in town to celebrate a big birthday, and our first stop of the weekend was Nashville Underground. We made a reservation for 11 on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I was concerned about some recent reviews noting a staffing shortage so I reached out ahead of time to make sure we were all on the same page. Not only did Charlee respond immediately, but she and her team made sure we had a great table on the rooftop. The group felt like we were stars, service was that good. The food was good, with huge portions. The drinks were cold, the views were amazing, and we had a great time. It was a great start to a great weekend. I recommend them without hesitation.

Service was slow, waitress couldnt even keep tickets for our table straight, had to go over bill with her, was over charged etc drinks were weak, food flavor was ok, but serving sizes for price... Awful. We wont be back.... Maybe it was a bad day, low servers whatever, but as a first experience, I wouldnt recommend, but make that decision for yourself. Otherwise the view and location rock and are 5 stars!!!

Great place with a little arcade and some great food. Chicken was quite large and hot and spicy. Good prices and great selection of local beers.

It was cool for a mid evening experience I suppose. The food was alright and the mini bowling was off caliber.

Awesome place! Staff was knowledgable and willing to go extra mile (or upstairs to get draft beer not on this floor). Band was excellent and having fun. Try the Cajun boiled peanuts.

My wife and I went in here because it wasnt packed like the other bars around. Then we found out why. It was the band. The girl shrieking on stage literally hurt my ears. I pounded our weak $12 drink and left asap. There was a reason this place was dead.

I came here to celebrate my friends birthday and it was a horrible first time experience her salad was too spicy to eat and the server Maddie B could not help her with it because she said it was above her pay grade, and kept saying it multiple times about the well done ribs, and the honey tacos that my friend didn’t want and she also said that was above her pay grade.

Food and service were quite good. Music was great, and you get a great view of the performance no matter where you sit downstairs. We had a great time!

My family had a blast at Nashville Underground last night! I (20 yrs old) went with my parents and two siblings (aged 15 & 11) and everyone had a good time! Its the place to be if you are traveling with family - they allow kids until 9pm which was a nice change for us. Great spot for parents to get a drink while kids are entertained. Fun atmosphere and great arcade games as well! Friendly staff, bathroom attendant was a nice surprise - she was so kind and helpful! Overall, a must stop if you are visiting Music City 🎶

This is where the best Nashville hot chicken is! Tried other local spots and good did not fare as delicious as this place.Service during busy times, which are during every evening, is at par typical to any bar. Fun, lively atmosphere. Definitely a go to place!

This place has an excellent duet while I was there. The venue is excellent. Clean friendly inviting facilities at end of Broadway.I am only giving it 2 stars because management needs quick action. Unfortunately the redish hair young woman bartender is not on top of her game. Either she needs training or better behavior to catch all patrons needs in timely manner.I noticed that as a 2nd bartender arrived, cleaned the bar, arranged the set up and and provided better service to those who were just arriving.On top I got charged for 2 beers when I only got one, it took a while to get one! No big deal, their pricing is good. But management needs to check other places and notice how fast people get served, how friendly and proactive bartenders are and then benchmark here. This place has potential to be top notch.Manager asked if all was ok...ok yes, not great. I could already see something was off that Thursday afternoon as other places were busy and this one was not. Make those changes and it will be another amazing place on Broadway.

Decent enough as a bar but the food is atrocious. Had the worst brisket I’ve ever had in my life here. Not smoked, grey, BBQ sauce (only one flavor that I didn’t care for, just a tiny squirt applied originally) was a hassle to get, and the only hot sauce they had was a greasy buffalo sauce mix.

I got the burger slider during burger week but dont think they have it usually. The hot chicken inside was amazing so might have to go back and try that another day. I also loved the fries, and they had a lot of flavor.

On Broadway this was by far the best place to be. I dont recall who was tending the bar, but she was amazing.

Visited this place today. Sat on a table and 2 bartenders/Waiters never went to our table. I went to the bar and asked if we had to order at the bar and one of them answered yes (as people kept showing up, the other waiter went to the tables to take the order). So I ordered and one of my orders was very specific (nothing spicy due to health reasons) asked for a chicken sandwich repeated a few times to please not make it spicy. When the plate came the moment I saw the chicken I knew it was spicy and tasted it, and it was spicy. Went to the bar to tell the blond waiter and she said it wasnt spicy (with attitude) and I told her it was and that my girlfriend couldnt eat spicy food that was the reason I repeated making the order that please dont make it spicy. She then told me that if I didnt want it spicy then I had to have the grilled chicken (she shouldve told me that from the start). When I asked for my check, she gave me one were it wasnt telling me what they were charging me. So I asked again and when she gave me the check she was charging me for the plate that I returned. I asked for it to be removed, but they already had charged me for $106. When they did the void they charged me for $102 which made no sense since the plate was $16.99. Ended up noticing that the waiter decided to add a 20% tip. I am a waiter and you dont do that at all. The service was horrible for us. If I dont recieve the refund for that voided bill I will open an investigation towards the restaurant even if I have to involve legal parties.

Hot chicken was not very good. Fries were decent. Meal said it came with coleslaw but I didn’t get any. Ordered one $5 draft beer but on my tab I was charged for 2 more expensive beers. Their solution was to give me half of a beer for free. 🤣 Never got refills on water. Avoid this spot.

The greetings from the door Guardian were welcoming. Immediately the vibe of the atmosphere was pulling in all directions mechanical bull, bowling, and the service. Everything is on point. Had a great time and plan on returning very soon. Thank you.

Great big place with 3 floors and different music on everyone. Its the only place (i think) with contemporary music, and not just country .We enjoyed it very much! Bull riding was very fun

While most everyone was at the different artist themed restaurants, we got a chance to break away from the heavy crowds, yet still enjoy great music, food & atmosphere - and find a seat! There are arcade style games, and the staff are great.

Best brisket! There was no one there when we went, so it was pretty quiet. But it would probably be fun if it were busier. Theres a bowling alley on the 3rd floor, and some games on the 1st.

Better for entertainment, than for food. Service wasnt top shelf, food was so-so. Views from the roof are great, several floors for dancing, bands, or mechanical bull riding.

80% of the games didnt work and the associate was very rude when we asked for the bowling to be fixed. Blamed us and said we broke it but it worked after he reset it.

I love this place! Haven’t had the food but I hear it’s amazing! Drinks are good. A little pricey but worth it. The staff is very friendly especially Karen & Curtis and Nick & Keith!I love playing the games! Basketball is my favorite! My son and I both love playing the Jurassic park game together too!

Went here and was charged 12 dollars for a 12 oz can of beer. I do NOT recommend going here.

Someone came over to my table, called me a “haji” and they kicked me out, not the person that yelled a racial slur at me. When the bouncer came over, they told me to behave or that they’d kick me out. Very fitting for a racist organization, I wouldn’t expect anything else from these people. Very pitiful, I really liked this bar but I feel like I can’t go back.

Arcade games that you cannot cash in for tickets with no sign. If it’s “for the kids” then have a sign at the ticket window saying that you cannot cash them in. Just post it somewhere so people don’t feel taken advantage of. Such a scam!!!

Great food, nice ambiance, amazing rooftop views.

We are older so we were told to go upstairs because it was quieter. We went upstairs where there was plenty of servers but no customers. The music was piped in and very loud and obnoxious that would appeal to the younger crowd only. I ordered a medium hamburger that came out well done and tasteless. My husband ordered a bowl of chili and it was so bland he had to add a ton of pepper. The waitress was nice and thats the only good thing I can see.

This place is great! Basically an arcade bar with miniature bowling. I had an issue with my gaming card and the manager fixed it quickly and professionally.

This place has good food and a nice choice of beer. Ordered the pulled pork with coleslaw and cornbread. The cornbread was pressed as a waffle which was kinda cool, thought they gave me the wrong side at first.

Food on point, hot chicken was cooked to perfection. Good selection of beer and other mixed drinks. Live music all day everyday.

Great rooftop with a nice Nashville vibe and good song selection. You also get beautiful views of Broadway and downtown Nashville.

We had a company event on the 2nd floor that was loads of fun! Nashville chicken sliders and the fries were tasty, and they had a nice range of beer on draft. SUPER loud inside, and the outside bar/smoking balcony was in a secluded alley that made conversations much easier to hear.

I liked the ribs but the brisket was a bit disappointing. The cheesecake was by far the best part, it was really good.

Huge portions of delicious food at a reasonable price. Had a gut busting good time. Definitely will hit this restaurant again next time Im in Nashville.

Monday evening, place was not busy at all. Cool atmosphere. We wanted bbq. Ordered the Tennessee platter with Ribs and Brisket. Hardly any flavor at all, Looked like the Brisket was microwaved. Everything was super dry. Soggy old frys. The mac n cheese was the best part of the whole meal. We wont be back for food.

We didnt realize this was a bar pub when we made reservations. You have to go through the bottom floor bar to get to this second floor eatery. Very casual, seating at bar or at tables with chairs. Lots of big screens showing sports. Food was average. Service was below average. An order was wrong, I had to finally get someone to fix it. Refills nonexistent. (Possibly because we didnt order alcohol.) It was not crowded in there but the bar below was packed.

Dined here for my husbands birthday on May 12. The food was good and the view was nice from the rooftop but I can not recommend this place to anyone. Our server charged my husbands credit card for the bill while also taking our cash for payment for the bill, hence double charging us. We didn’t want my husband to pay the bill as it was his birthday so myself and my sister gave cash for the bill all while the server still ran his cc. She kept our 255 meant for the bill as her tip. I’ve been trying to rectify this situation with management but it’s been 3 weeks and still it’s unresolved. It’s very dishonest for an establishment to do business like this.

We stopped by just to play games and drink a little. The drinks seemed incredibly watered down. The bowling was fun. Was very quiet on a labor day weekend.

First time ever at this bar, I had a great time until security (specifically a big out of shape white guy) laid his hands on a woman. He’s lucky he even has a job because he tossed 2 girls into an elevator for absolute no reason. Don’t check this place out unless you want assaulted for battery. They’re lucky I can’t afford a lawyer because they deserve a lawsuit for the nonsense that happened from the security guard.

I brought my family to visit, and when we got there, we were greeted with awful customer service. It was not open for the third-floor as it said it was online. And the pictures online are definitely not what we seen when we walked in. We will not be back you lost a customer and I hope you lose others by them reading this review. “We received so much attitude even for asking questions like when is your third floor going to be open?”

Updated review. This place has really upgraded in the last few months with the enhancements of the rooftop patios. Really worth a shot.

Made a reservation and they did not accommodate us. Were told to find our own table....we had several folks over 80 in our party and their elevators were out of order and they did not even bother offering assistance. Had folks climb 6 flights of stairs only to be told by our server that there was a service elevator we could use. Server was great but the 2 managers, bar tender, security guard, and host were completely unhelpful. Finally got sat but refuse to give them my money now.

I am so annoyed that I am leaving a review. It is truly unreal that $71 was the price of four drinks. $15 a piece for small, watered down cocktails, and $12 for HIGH NOON! I have NEVER paid that, even on broadway. The bartender was a douche, it was EMPTY, and there was someone using a DRILL to build something in the middle of the bar. It’s not “broadway prices” it’s just nashville underground prices. Go elsewhere.

We were looking for something to do in Nashvile that didnt require us to be drinking and found this place and we had SO MUCH FUN! The little bowling alleys were a blast. We played all the games and hung out for a couple hours. Didnt try the food. Only thing I can say is the staff seemed sort of apathetic, except the woman at the entrance. She was ON and ready to promote the place. No service beyond the bar while we were there. Still had a great time!

I loved it here!!! Quick service right before the concert at Ascend. Waitstaff was extremely hospitable and the food was delicious. Great value and atmosphere was great. I wish there were spots like this where I live back home. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area again.

Great place for a large group to meet for lunch. The 2nd floor had tons of room for multiple large families. The staff was awesome and keeping all of our orders (15 families) straight was a breeze for the staff. Food came out about as fast as we could order it and everything was delicious.

Food is very overpriced for the quality! $28.50 for a two meats and two sides. The meat was a 4/5 but the sides were a 2/5 and the drinks were flavorless and stale. Not saying dont eat here, but its a rip off for the quality you get! Even by Nashville standards.

Brisket was great, pulled pork and hit chicken was not. Fried green tomatoes had a lot of batter and covered the flavor of the tomatoes. Atmosphere and service was great for families.

Location was great as it is right on the strip. Food was ok but you have wait awhile for it to get to your table. The first floor has all the games. The second floor is for reservations only with no games. The service unfortunately was poor. They added 20% gratuity for a party of 7 and in my opinion they took advantage of this. By the time we received our plates and silverware for the appetizers we were already done with our food.

Went in for dinner before the concert we were going to and were seated right away. The food was amazing and was very timely considering we had a table of 6. Highly recommend and will be returning.
