Have been using them for years and cannot express how helpful the folks here are! All of the staff has been consistently friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a fantastic rewards program that can land you some pretty sweet deals 😎Any problem I’ve had with products (very very little of the time, it’s just part of any business), they have promptly solved any issue. The best Vapor Store in all of Nashville hands down! I couldn’t recommend it more!!

I went to buy something and it was the wrong item. one of the coworkers that starts with a R helped me resolve the issue. he was very sincere and corrected the issue. I would highly recommend this place to get your e-cig supplies at. :)

Nice store, but I was charged $25 for a Lost Mary disposable vape that is widely available for $17.99 almost anywhere else including right down the street. That’s just ridiculous. AND I had to pay cash because their credit card system wasn’t working.

One of the chillest vape shops Ive ever been to, good deals and good prices. Plus they have pretty much everything youd be looking for and more. Definitely recommend checking this shop out if youre in the area

I like this store . I don’t get overwhelmed w too many juices and the guy sees me my device what wattage I’m vaping on and lays out exactly what I need every visit. I don’t have to remember brand name or all the specs of my mod just juice strength—-6 , flavor fruity , size Large , coils.. whole pack Quick in n out is very helpful for me!!

Amazing customer service! I have a product purchased from another vendor and needed parts that were damaged. Even though I did not make the original purchase at Craft Vapor, the gentlemen at both the Bellevue and Nashville locations still went above and beyond to assist me. I will happily be a return customer!

I’ve been going to Craft vapor now for about a year. It’s been a great experience every time. I’m one to not visit other than when I am having some issues or need some juice. One thing I will say is these guys are on top of it and very knowledgable. It’s been a great experience. When it comes to good business this is the place. Scott and others have been very informative. They have always been able to resolve the issue and take the time to inform me of what’s going on. I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business. Five stars all day.

I’ve been to many many vape shops around nashville going all the way towards Nolensville Pike. No hate to those shops, but I don’t feel that the customer service is as informative or pleasant as I have experienced at Craft. Thankfully this location is just a 5 minutes drive from my house here in Bellevue. From the 1st time I’ve been into Craft to the many times after, I’ve received great informative service from the guys who work here. They’re so nice and helpful. This shop is so clean & organized. I have not a single bad things to say and all of their employees offer phenomenal customer service. I’m so excited that my new salon is just a few minutes away from their 8th ave location, so I always have one near me in any situation.

These guys are always honest about products, especially with all of the new varieties bombarding the market! If they havent personally tried something they will tell you which brands to typically trust, best customer feedback, best sales, and even go so far as to steer you away from overpriced/lesser potency items. A+, Craft Vapor!

Fantastic juice and help with choosing. They have a lot to choose from. I told the cashier what I was looking for and he was able to help me out in finding a good flavor. Will be going back!

The staff here knows what they are doing. They have real expertise and are always happy to help.I’m fairly new to the world of vaping but it’s not as intimidating when all you have to do is ask a knowledgeable staff member.They’ve done right by me on multiple occasions even if they didn’t have to. I’m a simple man with a simple nicotine addiction. I was lead down the road from my normal vape-shop because of this shop’s extended hours. Upon entering I apologized profusely to the attending clerk (Evan) for my less than ideal timing (about seven minutes to close). He smiled (I assume.. he was wearing a mask at the time) and assured me that it was fine. I then sought to replace my mod. Evan was incredibly cordial and very candid about each brand, and I was thankful for his honesty.. as it was both informative and refreshing.I was soon on my way with a lovely new mod and a smile on my face (under my mask). I may have just found a new primary haunt for my vaping-needs. What ever they’re paying Evan it’s not enough. (Also Evan I’m sorry if I’m butchering your name’s spelling)

I CANT BELIEVE Ive been going someplace further away. I just found this on Google because I HATE driving so far on Sun.When I looked at the pictures I thought there is no way this place looks this good and has tham much product.Nick met me at the door and MY GOD is he UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!I so warm and helpful. The guy seems to know everything about what is im that shop. ( hmmmmm thats an idea lol)They actually had everything and more for my for the vape im using.And lastley, the selection is even more rhan tge pics.Thank you Nick!!!!!!Today you just made me forever switch th this store.

From the newest up-to-date hardware, the best juice selection for miles, affordable prices, and the friendliest staff you can find in the south, nobody can do it like Craft Vapor. Both the original location and the new Bellevue location are absolutely incredible. If youre in the area, and are looking for the best vapor shop in Nashville, look no further.

They were nice and polite on the phone, however I would make sure to check the device before buying because I brought the device after a month and it will not work. I asked them if I could exchange it but they have a 3 week policy. Due to this not fixing the problem, I am going somewhere else.

Came in looking for juice. Wasnt sure what I was looking for except that I wanted something to test our the new tank I bought here recently. I was extremely impressed with how the staff guided me through available options and helped me to find the best deals on a juice that fit my needs.

Fast friendly service good selection

Im reminded of Howard Hughes and the movie the Aviator. Despite this store being less than a mile from me, I purposely drive 10 miles away to get my vape juice from another store. Yet, I continue to get spam texts from Craft Vapor asking why I havent visited the store lately.... Store gives me bad vibes, and I will take my business elsewhere.

They have a great selection,as well a great customer service. My previous shop closed, and since Ive done all my business with Craft.
