Eric was phenomenal. Went above and beyond to take care of me as I was unfamiliar with the juice selections. He pointed my toward the perfect juice and I’m loving every hit. Now the store. Cleanest store I’ve ever been into. Cleaner than some of the lounges and a very welcoming atmosphere!

Great service plus a huge selection of everything mods, CBD, Delta 8 and more walked in and they immediately knew how to help me find what I need and they were super cool this is now my go to shop

Their house made Vape juice is amazing a very low sugar content which translates into your coil lasting longer so thats a benefit the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and attentive they have a drive-through window if you in a rush and they keep a good selection of mods tanks and tips

This is my third time going in the store. I purchased a Novo. I had purchased two prior to this visit but today I was taken care of with a great customer experience. He explained how to use it, asked me if I needed it primed and set it all up for me. No one else had done that. I forgot his name. Sorry. But I will be back because of the time and care he took.

Eric was amazing. I stopped in to get an Elf Bar 1500 (kiwi guava passion fruit), I had a minor defect with my initial purchase, however the customer service was outstanding. I’ve gone to Cool Breeze for 2 years now, and I won’t shop anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help answer any questions, they’ll help with your devices and will explain what works better with what you request. It’s very clean and very professional but also very a enjoyable place to be.Plus— drive through!!

Never out of product I need.They Sell Nic Salts!!!They dont push anything on me I dont want. Same core staffing Ive noticed, always super chill and professional.I do know what I like and dont...(usually)... so Im an easy customer for suggestions, but I am sure saying no over and over again can be annoying, theyve never been irritated with me.Ive even stayed a few extra minutes to talk to the staff a couple times!I was impressed with the store after it opened and visiting the first time.I go there now anytime I need to!

The store is always clean, staff is very knowledgeable! I dont know what I need, nor do I know anything about the stuff I want, so Im a very uneducated customer, however, they always are very helpful and explain everything in detail without making me feel stupid. Love this place! Great prices!

I love this company. All juice is made by them and it is some of the best juice I have ever had. The number one juice they have is Vapor Lock and it is unexplainable and unforgettable. This store is extremely clean and has friendly employees who can answer your questions. They have almost everything you need from starter kits to box mods and sub ohm tanks. They will not lead you astray and is great store to go to if you are wanting to start vaping.

Super friendly and patient with all my questions. They have drive thru so I didnt have to go in. Prices are affordable. Only thing that would have made my review 5 stars is if they had testers for the flavors. This is for sure my new spot to come to get my vape supplies ❤️

Usually a loyal Derb customer but had been curious, so I finally stopped to check it out when driving back to Clarksville would have been difficult. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of Cool Breeze. They also have a large variety of various types of juices made by their own manufacturer and the latest mods/tops.Overall, a great addition to New Albany!

I frequent this shop over the others. Aimee and Lacey are so friendly as well as the other employees that work there. Highly recommend to anyone. Great shop and it’s close to my house which is always a bonus!

So idk his name but the man who drives the silver Honda Accord provides amazing service is everytime I come in. Which is alot. Always knows his products very well and has the best recommendations. And extremely professional.

Awesome workers! If they cant fix something theyll help you find someone who can. Always fun when you go in and there are contests on whether a worker or a customer are seeing who can get the bigger cloud. Its a blast there with some kickass flavors!!!!

Only place i will go in new albany. my favorite juice is their reserved gold label. they are really helpful in making sure you get what you need. had some issues with some coils and they took care of it. thanks guys!

The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable only down fall theyre very Pricey if you do your homework you can find same products cheaper. The oil selection is vast but gets caught in A rut offering Mostly fruity vapor and may need to bring in some more coffee,Vanilla,Carmel that way in quality oil. If youre going to make A house Vapor for that price offer more than Fruit. It pushes you to brought in suppliers. Selection of Vape devices great but again pricey if you offered A less in price you would out sell any other Vape shop. I doubt my review will change anything but at least had to offer input. I do like your store Id love to see it at the next level hate to see you all lose business to Smokeys.

I needed a gasket for my valaryan. Even though they didnt have gaskets on stock they still found a way to repair my tank. High quality customer service and unlimited products you can choose from wall to wall. Highly recommended in my opinion. One of the best vape stores ive been to.

They are so awesome about everything. Any question me or my husband as they always have an answer. They always have the stuff we need. I never have to go somewhere else to get anything. They are very nice and respectful.

If they had a zero star I would give it that rating. My mod broke and they are right around the corner and that is where I get my juice so I purchased a new Smok kit. When I left there I called a competitor down the street and they had it 20.00 cheaper. Went back to the store within 15 mins and presented the unopened box to the clerk. I was then told all sales are final. I explained it was cheaper down the street and I buy all my juice with them. The smug clerk said don’t get mad at me we post it on the wall. I explained this would be my last purchase in that store and he said not a problem. Straight scammers and I will never shop there again and will sing it from the rooftops to everyone that I know that vapes (most here in Southern Indiana and customers there). So congrats you got my extra 20 dollars this time and have lost my business forever. I would quit vaping before I ever go in that store again. New Albany is a very small town and word travels fast, can’t imagine this place will be in business very long scamming loyal customers!!!

Thankful that if Im away from my local Cool Breeze location I can get exactly what I need from this new store. Great people. Wonderful customer service. And my go to e-liquid Vapor Lock

Great service and absolutely favor this shop ovee the others npw with their variety of flavors globally known, as well as the fact that they actually help you find the flavor for you and dont stop until they do unlike other shops i have visited.

I would give this place another star, but they cant keep the product I would like to purchase there, in stocks. Ive been to check 3 weeks in a row.

Not informative, did not sell me what I wanted! Im highly disappointed in the vapor device I was sold, battery is almost dead and you have to sit and hold it 30 minutes while its charging, you shouldnt have to do that

During the pandemic it seems you have to buy these things online most stores dont have coils to your already but e-cig, or your favorite flavored juice in stock.

Conveniently located near me. The associates all seem very knowledgeable about all of their appliances and eJuice.
