Wont answer calls from outside*. I called using a 502 number, literally a stones throw from their 812 region and got no answer . Called back immediately with an 812 number and they answered. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE. Look up the CBD shop on Charlestown Rd. Hes much nicer and has a better range of products.

My husband usually goes for me but the staff is lovely, knowledgeable and always kind. They will find a favorable alternative if out of my usual products and the price is reasonable, especially compared to the alternative. Thanks as always.

Good selection. Good prices on good products. Easy to shop and find what I was looking for. Staff was fun, friendly, and helpful. Knew what I was looking for even though I wasnt sure at first. Its definitely a place Id consider coming back to for future needs.

Used to be a pretty solid E-cigarette store. But now days they only sell cheap, low quality garbage that will end up in the trash, and then in a landfill within two months.Basically a glorified head shop now. Absolutely nothing of interest and if you want a real, decent, and high quality vape you wont find it here. Better off shopping online.Hate to see a local business fall apart but if the local business is trash it needs to die and make way for something better.

First off the products are a D- quality. Second they have the rudest staff Ive ever encountered. I stood there10 minutes before being waited on. Biggest complaint this store needs to be ran more professional waste of space. These 2 juices are not only too expensive but will make you lightheaded and dizzy and the blue pod only lasted me 2 months and it was$106.00

I’ve only had a phone interaction, but based on that alone...the friendliness & professionalism, etc. in the guy’s voice... I will be going to this shop early tomorrow. I do phone cust.serv/tech support, so I can generally tell if someone really does want to help me. That phone interaction deserves a 5 star review & based on that alone, the shop just got me as a new customer. Plus they have the coils I need & the employee knew right off hand when I asked. He went so far as to let me know that they have both ohm sizes IN STOCK today! I live in Georgetown, IN so anywhere is gonna be about 40min or more. I’m so pleased w/this shop’s location & Im looking forward to going in tomorrow.

Ive been going there for aver a year now. never had a bad experience.The products are great and the staff is excellent. I dont understand the negative reviews. I guess some people just cant be helped.

Very knowledgeable staff, great flavor selection, good atmosphere, very fair. Also I never knew this but apparently if you dont like a juice you can swap it for another flavor as long as there is more than half left. Overall I recommend this store over any of the surrounding vape shops.

I have been going here for about 2 years now and they are the best. Have given me good suggestions on products and do not push the most expensive ones. Cant ask for more than that

I would never suggest anybody shopping here, they try pressuring you into starting an account with them and I explained to the young man I only wanted a bottle of liquid. So I buy my butterscotch liquid and theres no flavor. Wasted my time and money

I went in there with my mom once, dude was rude as hellto mom, she left crying so I went back to get her juices and the price was awful way to high so I took her to cool breeze and prices were better. They treated us great and flavor is100% better. Id go to cool breeze any day over derb e ciggs

Good selections,but out of a lot of accessories from time to time. Some of the staff are excellent,and some act like they are doing you a favor,especially the girl that served me last month!!

Excellent environment, very patient, and very welcoming to the average smoker looking to quit! They look to go the extra mile to make the customer happy, and always a good place to go!

The employees are friendly and helpful, and the shop has a laid-back atmosphere. Ill definitely be back!

I bought a vape, but they never have the coils in stock...how am I supposed to use the product they sell if they dont have the supporting coils.
