Tobacco SuperStore 38

I shopped here for years, but the past couple of years they’ve slowly stopped carrying what I need. They sell Zippo lighters, but were out of wicks and Ronsonol lighter fluid. Flints are hit and miss, too. After 3 months of being out, I have changed stores. It’s a shame, they used to be great. Whoever is ordering stock is costing them sales, since I can’t buy what they don’t have.

I told the clerk I was new to the area. He charged me $20 more for 2 cartons of cigarettes. I called my cousin and while I was on the phone with her the clerk reduced the price $20.

Good and spacious. Its inviting and staff are friendly. The only little bitty flaw is the feeling that their selection is a little limited. But I suspect that with a select clientele that they can only accommodate, it is expected and remain in business.

Travel over 30 miles, for some certain wraps, and they had them! The New Albany Smoke Shop had someone who looked like an addict worked there and second day on the job. Not this one. Friendly staff, products on hand, neat store, what not to like about this location. Informational as well. They have our business, as long as those wraps we love are still there.

The new manager is simply bad for business . Cant order and keep cigars that i buy every week . she laughed oh i forgot to place your order. The last manager would never let this happen . She is like a deer in the car headlights when talking to her .. Thinks she knows it all, knows nothing !! Whom ever owns this place just lost my business and my wifes. thats 100 dollars aweeks and im sure more as people will not out up with dumb !!

Great for smokers. Dont come if u need any vape products.

TOBACCO STORE 38 NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD KNOW INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. IT SMELLED OKAY. IT WAS NICE AND COOL .

I love working here. We are trying to get this store to where we never have to tell our customer we dont have what they are asking for. Your 1 stop tobacco and smoking needs and wants.

I wasnt greeted, but the cashier was nice while checking me out. I was told to have a good evening.

The lady behind the counter gave some good coupons to use! She was very nice!

We stop in here every so often and it has a huge selection of tobacco products sense sticks and lots of vapor flavors to choose from. Very friendly people too.
