Vapor Maven

First off, im from out of state and just stopped in to pick up some smoke/flower. What a great experience. Savanna was very helpful and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I was extremely happy with my purchase. 100% better than my other smoke shop experience. The house flower is as close to Cali flower that Ive found.

Its a fantastic little shop. You can find all those items you normally search for on the internet. Super friendly and courteous staff. Plan to stay awhile, theres a lot to look at.

This store is always clean. There is always a friendly face to welcome you in and to assist you in whatever you may need. Courtney, however, has always went above and beyond to help me with anything I may have needed.

Friendliest staff!!!! This is the 4th store I have went to and the only one from now on! Courtney is the best! Shes friendly, always smiling, and there to help you with whatever your needs are. Shes the first and only person thats ever said well what are you looking for! After telling her my diagnosis she went over what several products do and what theyre mostly used for. I love the mango hhc gummies!

We frequent this store at least once a week the staff amazing and very knowledgeable about the products and help you find what is best fit for you would definitely recommend to check them out if you havent already 😀

The prices are good but the customer service is horrible. They are not very knowledgeable about their products either. I had to wait for the employee to finish her phone call before she even acknowledged that I was in the store. My husband went for coils and the girl sold him the wrong ones but she assured him they were the right ones for his tank, when he realized they were the wrong ones and took them back to the store unopened they wouldnt exchange them for the right ones and told him it was his fault he bought the wrong ones.

Nobody came in the store the entire time I was there (including any employees), and after a few minutes of awkwardly standing in this empty store I left.

Vapor Maven in New Albany has the largest selection and largest range of products. The prices are phenomenal compared to over shops around. 10/10
