The Vapor Shoppe Smoke & Alternative Plus

I love this place! This is the only shop I’ll go to for my vapes because the prices are competitive and fair and, more importantly, the staff here is attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. I only go here for vapes, of course, but it looks like they have just about anything you can think of, including some very intricate and unique glass pieces. If you find yourself in the area, it’s worth a stop. You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding customer service to say the least. Inside they contain a wide range of high quality products all featured on display in a clean, fresh, modern atmosphere. The vibe you feel when you walk in is unlike any other smoke shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly answering any and all of your questions. They really take the time to show you around and go that extra mile which is rare these days and very memorable in such a highly saturated market. They take care of you as family rather than just another transaction and make you truly feel valued. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be a returning customer!

I have been a customer previously at the Vape Shop but due to fear in 2020 i fell off the wagon for over 2 yrs...now just stopped in this location and there was Jacob!!! This place is the best vapor supply store in the Chesterfield area. I was greeted by AC and he continued to take care of us until we left the store. We signed up for the rewards program, and was educated on CBD, KRATOM & DELTA 8. Most places will not take that kind of time, but AC did and we are now lifers at TVS. I was happy to see a Vape Shoppe open up so close to my house. I have been a loyal customer from the get go. AC never disappoints by keeping me up to date on new items. Awesome! First visit! Marvin was so patient with explaining vape products, ingredients and choices to my friend and I. I chose coffee and cream flavors for my new pink vape! I love it! The products are great and truly great employees! My best friend was visiting from Arizona and he sent her home. We chose great nicotine free products Menthol oils for our sinuses and coffee and cream for morning pick me up. All are delicious!!

Stopped in here the other day and Marvin took care of me. Answered all my questions and helped me find the right set up with the proper nicotine level I needed to help me quit cigarettes. Very knowledgeable staff, clean store, and so many flavor options, you will want to try them all!

I came in looking for a new vaping system and Hunter was very knowledgeable in helping me choose a new one. He had answers to all of my questions and made finding a new vape super easy.He also made me feel like a human being. I’m in a wheelchair and my mom has to take me places because of my disability. Most people don’t bother talking to me and directly speak to my mom over me, or when they do talk to me they nervously tip toe around thinking I can’t speak. I am an adult capable of a conversation, I just have a disability from the spine down so I’m in a wheelchair. So a super extra thank you to Hunter for talking to me like I’m a person. You wouldn’t think I’d need to thank someone for this, but being newly disabled you’d be amazed at how people end up shunning you so as not to stare or who think just because I’m in a chair I can’t have a conversation.I will definitely be returning to this vape shop!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences going into The Vapor Shoppe and dealing with A.C. All the time. Great customer service and the in house juice is some of the best.

Wow so I see this place took my review down but again, horrible customer service $7.55 and a bad attitude was all it took to lose a customer that was there when you opened and all you had was your POS sale station in the building. Would not recommend.
