Tick Tock Smoke Shop - New Haven

These usually last me a week. Bought this yesterday and it died today. Don’t know it if was a refilled vape or a bad batch but hoping to not run into that issue again if I try this place out again as it is convenient and the lady there is super nice!

Love the friendly very informative staff!! Drove from downriver and was not disappointed! They have a large selection of tobacco and smoking products to select from. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I had a rolling tray in hand and the manager noticed it was the same one on display and showed me how cool it was by dropping it on the floor and it didnt break 🤯 SOLD! I will be back for the MIGHTY. Also love how perfectly snug it fits on my lap, not too big, not too small, Goldilocks!

I love going to this place! The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like family! I love the Ticktock tuesdays!! It really shows how much you value your customers! Nicole is such a sweetheart and how she took her time to describe all the elfbar flavors? Love her! And the other guy who’s in there a lot! He always makes me laugh !

Not sure whats going but not impressed. This is the place I usually hit when I come down state for work but lately the service and atmosphere has been off. Not sure whats going on but you guys might want to fix it.

Amazing customer service! The girl behind the register, her name was brooklyn, I came into the shop with no knowledge of wax and seahorses and left fully informed and aware of what I was buying! Excellent store, definitely recommend coming to this shop opposed to the others around new haven.

I keep trying to give this place a chance. Everytime I come and buy anything its always sealed and stale. The guy at the counter is more on his phone then dealing with customers and will not say anything or pay attention unless you call for it. I used to like them but Im hating it more and more.

This is the worst smoke shop around. There used to be this awesome girl Nikki working there. Now that shes not there its just a really rude experience. NEVER RETURNING

My mom went into this store to get a vape. Because this is a relatively close location to her home. She was waiting patiently at the counter to be helped. The man working was screwing around with his phone and did not acknowledge her. When she did say something he acted like she was being a nuisance and then went back to screwing around on his phone. 🙄 congratulations you lost a customer.

Nicole is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and is always more than willing to help me find exactly what I’m looking for!

This is my go to, one stop, smoke shop. They have everything I need from cigarettes, CBD, Kratom, and tons of accessories. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. On my last trip, as one of three people in line, Ketta was able to list off what each of us was there for. Service like that gives the store the feeling of a local corner store where everyone knows your name. Stop by, you wont be disappointed!

I bought a Randys Electronic Nectar Collector from them and at the time I didnt know that I was overcharged. On the website they are 35$ and they are selling them for 95$. I didnt know this at the time and in 2 weeks the tip broke off and I called them and they said that they couldnt do anything but if it was the following night that it broke then they could.I will never be going here again.

Sitting here at 945 am been here waiting since 9 am when they where supposed to open watched u guys lose like 6 customers one person who walked here in freezing cold and they ended up leaving if your shop opens at 9!make sure someone can open it

Elisabeth was very friendly and helpful when I went it to buy liquid! Great shop, always get what I need when I go in. The Vapetasia Milk of the Poppy liquid is out of this world!

I witnessed the owner cussing out the manager right infront of me. Also im pretty sure they dont card anyone because they even sold a vape to my 14 year old cousin. Shop should be shut down if you ask me

This place is awesome always has a large variety of woods and wraps cigarettes are priced fairly and the employees are so nice and helpful
