Three Palms Bar and Grill

Had dinner here on a Monday night. The kitchen was out of several items and the beer selection was down to just two options. While it didnt look like much from the outside, I was absolutely blown away by the food! The chef here takes their craft seriously and you can tell immediately after you take the first bite.The shrimp were simply some of the best Ive ever had in New Orleans and the fried ribs are a must if its your first time. Ill definitely come back here and try the catfish and the wings as well, as it seems like theyre particularly proud of those dishes.Really loved the service and the vibe inside as well, the DJ played some great tunes and the bartender went above and beyond to make sure my lady and I had a great experience. Come down to Tulane Avenue and try this great little neighborhood joint!

We are visiting from Kentucky and wanted some local New Orleans food and they didnt disappoint. The ribs were EVERYTHING and the shrimp was FIRE. They were out of a few things, but the amazing bartender went out of his way to make up for it. I HIGHLY recommend Three Palms. More than anything, the customer service is TOP tier

Great little find on busy the ever popular Tulane Avenue.Drink specials reign supreme. And from the open mic sessions to the game nights with $.50¢ wings to steak night... this place screams of a good time.Ty the bartender & Joe the owner are staples in this place and they and a few others run a well oiled machine.It’s never a dull moment here and this is evident from the crowds that frequent this establishment.I stop in from time to time to meet friends after work and it’s always a relaxing time. The patio is a VERY nice addition to the overall atmosphere and is a great place to duck off from the party inside if needed.Parking is not the the greatest, but it’s Tulane Ave... this is prime property. Street parking is the call for the day.I find prices to be fair and the drinks are always ON POINT.“Cash me INSIDE...” lol

Sweet spot! Great music, very friendly staff, tasty food & drinks all at a great price! I attended a going away party here and we couldnt have asked for a better place. Definitely worth checking out. Ill be back.

Girl ain’t no way that those ribs were that good omg! Also, this man made lemonade out of hope and air like tf. Anywho lol, great bartender, nice vibes, good food, and the music is to die for! Definitely have to check it out..it’s so chill

I came to this place on a Wednesday. The bartender JOJO was super nice. He is a hard worker too, he work as the bartender and the cook! Great job . I’ll definitely come back the music is nice as well

THERE IS NO PLACE IN NEW ORLEANS THAT HAS THESE DELICIOUS FRIED RIBS IN 10 DIFFERENT FLAVORS AND THE FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUTS & THE 0.50 WINGS ON WEDNESDAY ALONG WITH KARAOKE AND A BIG DRINK SPECIAL FOR WEDNESDAY

Will not allow customer to enter the establishment just to place a to-go order, unless they have paid for the cover charge. Whats more, is that the number that is available for placing the order....(while standing in front of the entrance) not one employee would answer the phone....so I can say that I dont know what the food is like, but the service?...... you have the facts.

This place is great. I went there to grab a few drinks with a business partner. The vibe is chill, everything is clean (including the bathrooms). The crowd is comfortable until about 10:30, of which then the high sitting chairs and cocktail tables become a commodity. The food is excellent. Even if you dont want to drink... 420 & grub?

The music, drinks, vibe, patrons and stuff were awesome, but the food was absolutely to die for! I had the wings, if you havent had them you arent living. Jojo the owner is such an amazing man!

This is a great venue. Everyone is welcome. Has a great patio and spacious inside. I think the place is great. They have a lobster and steak night. I have not eaten it myself, but it seems affordable and people appear to enjoy it.

Delicious food, diverse menu, rotating and established events, and daily specials every day of the week are all my types of things for a bar/food spot. When the weathers nice, the outdoor patio and stage are my go-to. Cool bartenders. Always a nice crowd the dozen or so times Ive been since new ownership. Keep it up, yall!

The shrimp basket was good, friendly staff (Pam is such a breathe of fresh air)! The atmosphere is chill and inviting, diverse crowd of people who come.. Definitely cant wait to come back for ladies night on Sundays!

I will never forget the time I had at Three Palms, 3 years ago. I had the time of my life. Sick to my stomach but in the best way. So fun. I will never forget this place.

Only thing good here is the food. Which takes an hour to cook. I understand its cook to order and thats no excuse. Owner is rude wont be coming back and will definitely be spreading the word. Customer service is horrible here

Has grown over its years open. For an expanded experience if live music, various theme drink nights, and a very wide food array. Get you some honey hot/sweet Thai chili ribs or wings and thank me later

Just wanted to say Thanks again. I as an organizer of an event this past weekend for the SECOND time. The staff was very helpful and ready to help. Joe the manager went over and beyond to accommodate us. I’m beyond satisfied. Oh and the chicken wrap was delicious. Thanks again

Tired of the same old service. I only come because my friends like the atmosphere but if I wanted to wait an hour for food Id go to BK right up the street. The bartenders are too busy flirting and talking to regulars to take care of the people clearly trying to spend money with them. Never once got an apology for wait time and the manager was dancing and talking and made me wait even longer for refund. Not returning to spend money where Im not valued.Re: I have no problem with food being cooked to order at all. The problem that I had was that people who came in after me were being served before I was. When I inquired about my food I was told its coming out now. Another 15 minutes rolled by and nothing. Never once was I offered an apology. Thats what I have a problem with. When I asked for a refund the lady was just putting the order in again. I dont need anything free from you. Just wont return.

I was visiting New Orleans so maybe my Houstonian urgency doesnt work well with the New Orleans laissez faire attitude... Or maybe I should expect a brunch advertised at noon to start....at noon.Outside of the hour wait that we werent expecting... I actually liked the place. The food was probably worth every minute of the wait (and it helped that we had cocktails and mimosas to carry us through).Definitely would come back, but probably for an evening event to get a better feel if the experience

The bartenders were friendly, but the wait for the food was ridiculous. 45 minutes for 2 orders of wings & fries is way too much. Even if you’re cooking them to order it’s 13 mins top, 20 for large batches. Please get a more effective kitchen, to handle the amount of orders.

I organized a Benefit Show at three Palms. the Staff was extremely accommodating and the Owner Joseph was very helpful. The day of the event that staff was all hands on deck. They setup the venue just how we asked and made sure all of my guest were taken care of. if you need a bar venue for you events i suggest you use Three Palms Bar and grill

What a wonderful and inviting establishment! I’ve never seen such a mature crowd. The atmosphere here is amazing! Everyone speaks and the bartender Cedi is EVERYTHING! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

Went with my gf to the $12 steak night and had a great time!Staff was so friendly, good was amazing (giant pieces of steak and baked potatoes), great vibes and prices.Will definitely come back!

Came here on a Sunday night to enjoy their $11 all you can drink special but ended up asking for a refund. As soon as the bartender swiped my credit card she walked away and started helping other people, left me standing there waiting to order. Stood there for 20 mins as all 3 bartenders walked by and took orders around me. If I had just paid for a drink don’t you think the 1st thing you would do is ask “what would you like to drink?”I then asked for a manager. Took him awhile to get to me to give me a refund. (The manager is really nice) He did offer me a drink to make up for the bad service. I turned down the drink and asked for fries instead. He didn’t want to but then said he would and replied with “it is going to be awhile before the fries come out.” I have been waiting for 45mins and still waiting! Not returning or telling anyone about this place.

My experience here has always been wonderful. Great service and indicative of a great New Orleans experience. I noticed a review by Michael Marsh, and it appears he negatively reviews all black owned businesses. #dobetter

How did I miss this place? Its on Tulane Avenue between Treo and The Drifter. They have good music, cool bartenders and great drinks at a good price. The courtyard is the perfect after-work chill spot and they even have good food.

Ignored at the bar forever, brought out a piece of our food in 2 minutes and waited and hour for them to bring the rest. Music was way to loud, and the food was far over priced for the small portion. Not to mention a very obvious racial awkwardness.

3Palms the food is amazing, the people are great, and the good times are rolling. Recommend for a chill Friday night with friends or reserving the venue for an intimate party.

I was only here for bottomless mimosas. Did not disappoint. Ty the bartender is cute and friendly and makes excellent drinks and I would definitely come back whenever Im in town and have down time.

Taco Tuesday the shrimp tacos were awesome. I like the vibe and music. Im looking forward to going there more. Oh happy hours is 4pm-7pm

I patronized this place once before..and had a pleasant experience with a female bartender....went back again tonight for the taco tuesday and sat at the bar with a colleague and waited for 1 of 3 bartenders to aknowledge us and it never happen. As a black business owner i acknowlege eveyone who enters my doors no matter color gender or sexual orientation. May i offer some advice to the owners of this establishment....if your employees dont treat people well they wont return and succesful business have repeat customers. Ps ...bad employees have nothing to loose...its not them who invested Money in YOUR business. No hate hear...sometimes we dont know until we know.

Great food, Those Crabcakes served with a lemon dill sauce are awesome , The gumbo, by Dbestgumbo is hmm, hmm good, Burgers, Hot sausage sandwiches,And those Chicken Wings by Veejay are over the top! Along with a Cozy Atmosphere, Attractive surroundings that includes a romantic courtyard, with some Delicious Frozen daiquiris, Superb

The food was excellent, the drinks are great,and the personality of the staff is phenomenal,that bartender whos name is sunshine is a sheer delight,I will make this my go to spot for food and drinks, oh and dont let me forget karaoke Wednesdays and spoken word Thursdays

They said they have no gumbo.....then apparently if you leave a review you will be confronted about it by I guess the owner.. !!hey..no one downed the restaurant with negative comments Im not to be villianized because you think everyone should feel bad for any comment all I said was you have no gumbo which you dont and that you get approached at the register about a less than 3 star review if I had put 3 instead of 2 things would be different but after all this I can give it a 1 star it is my right Since Im some bad guy for stating my opinion and Im surprised how you the owner really decided to handle this whole commenting process. When people rate you it is not just based on what the food taste like its there overall experience As the owner you will defend approaching a paying customer if they post something less than what you want just to keep your rating up?...ok thats fine your choice and the no gumbo comment was mine.. There was never any banking issue until I posted the review about the gumbo but you can tell me to contact my bank when I still used that same way of payment to pay you just not by your employees hand or register..a coincidence. Again not downing the restaurant itself I then was merely commenting the professionalism of whoever approached her about my review. Im just a person who goes to NOLA quite often and its my choice to say that was my first and last time to come to your restaurant/bar and definitely wouldnt come back because Im being told what to write and how to write it. Obviously attacking me makes me wonder what exactly you consider a negative comment what I originally said hurt no one and then I messaged the bar which was not public so you can say what you want to argue with me after you still took my money that Im posting negative comments which is just not true. Delicious naked chicken wings with garlic and parmesan sauce. I like the courtyard you can eat out there and still hear some of the music but youll be able to talk so I like sitting outside in the courtyard.

Walked in had special, i consumed 2 bowls of gumbo, Salmon Salad was Great! NICE staff, they do have 3 palms trees in courtyard 😁.
