So not go here they are scammers!!!! My husband and I came to this location to buy a tip for a Vape.The worker took the vape and showed us the color tips we picked one he charged us 10.00 .He opened the pack and said he would put it on for us, he then attempted to put the tip on it didnt fit he tried a few others he said the gasket was broken we needed to buy a gasket another 40.00We asked if he could deduct the 10.00 he charged is for a tip we couldnt use he said its not refundable we never touched the vape he wouldnt deduct the 10.00 .We left and went to another vape shop only to get a to get a tip that for for 5.45 .Please do not go to this establishment unless you want to be scammed out of money.

Went in to buy a vape battery and asked for a receipt just in case to which the guy replied, after the sale, that there were no refunds. I replied, “so if this thing doesn’t work, I’m just screwed then?” And the guy behind the counter said “yeah basically”Heck of a business model to sell stuff that may or may not work, not mention that there are no refunds prior to the purchase (there’s a small paper sign below the register that mentions this which the worker pointed out AFTER my purchase), and pocket people’s money.

Great place stop by on my way to to work every once in awhile people are always nice and friendly. But I will say recently you have been out of sourin air pods a lot more than usual this year. I don’t know if it’s because it’s become a lot more popular as of recent this year. But would love to see more in stock.

I got an RPM 40 about a month ago from here. However it malfunctioned for no reason but when I came in Lamar took care of me by replacing it for me. I always get great customer service here and love the juice selections.

Incredible store with incredible service and product selection is vast. I bought a device from them and went back to get a rare replacement piece. They didnt sell it so they sold me one off another device. Amazing. Theyre great.

Just spent over $100 on a vape and juice, but cannot use it, because the juice is way too harsh. I came back to try a squirt of a different juice, but Lydia denied it and got very unfriendly. I expect that bit of service from a store. Besides, Lydia wrote her own review where she praises herself. Says it all ! !

The Middle Eastern guy ( possibly Latino? ) REFUSED toExchange a Hyde Vape pen, for my Son-in-law. The vape pen was DEFECTIVE after the FIRST DAY!!! We just wanted to exchange the vape pen but the man was so rude and argumentative and confrontational . PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VAPE SHOP. The products are DEFECTIVE! And your defective product WILL NOT be exchanged! Their VAPE products and CUSTOMER SERVICE are KHARA💩🤌🏻👎🏼

I purchased a Vape from this location, two seconds out of the door I opened up the Vape to discover it was defective.I stepped back inside the location and informed him the product was defective. The worker refused to return the product.UPDATE: Spoke to the owner and he remedied the situation by replacing the defective unit.

Jamal was professional and courteous to me and all customers that came in.He was relaxing with me as I wasnt sure what I needed ...He helped me the entire time.This place is awesome 😎
