Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful place!!! I can’t stress that enough, especially since stress is the last thing you’ll experience at Esoterra. The environment is very calming from the moment you step in to the very last moments before your treatment (unfortunately) ends. I came in for the salt cave. Staff was really nice and welcoming. I was able to completely relax and be at peace, for real. We all need this right now so thank you Esoterra! I will be back to try out other offerings.

I’ve been getting acupuncture from Enensaauas and it is phenomenal! It’s helping me release physical pain, and mental/emotional blocks. She is very well-educated, holistic, and effective. The space is beautiful. I’ve attended and hosted events in the space which include meditation, sound baths, breathwork, reiki, and dance. I love the meditation salt cave.

Esoterra is a magnificent and special space. There is an immediate calming energy created by the visual aesthetics of the interior, coupled with the warm welcome of all who you come into contact with. As someone who has used the space for creative wellness workshops, I feel blessed to be there and supported in the work being done. It is a rare and beautiful safe space that allows for personal wellness, and exploration.

Dr Enensaauas is not just a fantastic acupuncturist but also the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. She has a deep and broad knowledge of spiritual health in general and she applies those insights to enhance the healing process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is truly a gem!

Excellent calm zen acupuncture spot in the heart of NYC. Dr E is the best acupuncturist I have seen and is so knowledgeable & with her method I have healed so many aliments that prior required pain medication. She is a amazing gem and I am fortunate to have been referred to her

The space is really designed for a holistic and wellness practitioner. Aesthetically it is the perfect atmosphere to promote a calmness and serenity for clients/patients in the hustle and bustle of midtown Manhattan. It is a beautiful oasis that is kept neat and tidy. The practitioners there are all very friendly and highly skillful. And renting has flexibility of options. I highly recommend it.

The salt cave is amazing! I really recommend!I sleep well the night I enter it. The place is conveniently located and very clean.

Love the place been going for a long time a lot of different reasons and but by but have been getting better. First my scar where I had surgery then shoulder with a torn rotator cuff now I go for stress release. I recommend her to anybody that is looking to improve themselves physically, and mentally

Great and beautiful place. It is so clean, the staff is very friendly and you feel a lot of peace, especially in the Salt Cave. Its really amazing and helps your breathing. I slept like a baby that night...... I highly recommend it!! Thank you Esoterra, Ill be back for sure!!

Esoterra is beautifully decorated, very cozy and feels very welcoming. Enensaaus and her team were incredibly professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this well located space and I will make sure to book an acupuncture treatment there on my next visit to NYC.

Esoterra is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. I rented the Salt Room and the Yoga Room to do a workshop event and it was a WONDERFUL experience. The space is clean and GORGEOUSLY designed with a their special Salt room for self solitude or cozy groups. It was perfect for our pranayama (breathwork) practice. There are a few private rooms towards the back and a relaxing lounge area. There is even a charging station for phones which was helpful to remind us to park our phones while enjoying the benefits of the inviting ambiance. Enensaauas was very WELCOMING and warmly accommodating when planning my event. Tal at the front desk was very helpful every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience all together and I would recommend anyone to visit this SANCTUARY space to see for themselves all that they have to offer. I will be back myself to ENJOY.

The salt cave is a beautiful, naturally cool space, and incredibly peaceful. I came for relief of seasonal allergies and left with clear sinuses. I also noticed that my skin was glowing. It was the perfect escape.

I cannot say enough great things about Esoterra. I not only love the space, the salt cave, Qigong sessions but each of the accupuncurists. Depending on my moode or what my body is needing/craving I will alternate who I see to get an incredible massage, healing energy, craniosacral with my accupuncurture. I sleep better, my migraines have been reduced, I barely have any more ankle pain and overall feel much better. I always leave feeling amazing and looking forward to my next session! Hello dear ones, i facilitated a winter solstice circle, the last one of the decade! at the transformation lab, yoga/event room at esoterra.esoterra is a beautiful sanctuary, a space of restoration and alignment, located in the belly of the beast, midtown nyc. entering esoterra for the first time, i remember dropping down into my body and grounding - feeling the clean, earth tone calming environment, with a blend of ancient archtypical works of art, crystals, sacred geomety wisdom - a healing frequency was perceived. another time, entering the salt cave there, i was breathing in an elevated himlalayan ionic dimension of tranquility. faciltating a shamanic circle amongst high rise buildings standing tall through wall to floor windows, the space felt very solid, safe and in fact sacred, a place of anchoring Light and healing frequency amidst the hustle bustle in nyc. the tranformation lab is a great space for yoga, drum circles, womens circles, and all kinds of healing art circles and classes.

Enensaauas is an extremely knowledgeable and valuable specialist in her field. Her background and intrigue for her profession grants her a tender hand and heart as she provides useful, practical, and effective services. From acupuncture to Qi Gong yoga, resting in her restorative salt room to massage therapy, the services are impeccable and limitless.

I highly recommend this provider. Enensaauas and her team are excellent, very knowledgeable about the body and make you feel very comfortable every time you go in for a visit. I trust her to help me with any ailments that come up and to keep me feeling well. Great acupuncture service!
