Nice spot Id recommend only going when Nick is working. Whether you want to hang out for a drink or do private rooms, hell take care of you. Other hosts will try and take advantage of you.

Whenever i go here i always hit up my boy nick at the door he takes care of whatever i need i would recommend to always go to him when visiting here.

My card was charged multiple times for the amount I don’t recognize. Do not open a tab or give them your credit card as they will put multiple charges on your card. Still left with no resolution.

My experience here was amazing!!! Customer service was outstanding, Audre the executive hostess was very welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. Thank me later!!!

40 dollars cover charge on Friday night with no cover drinks for a very average club. The doormen had some arrogance for no reason. Very few ladies present at 12 midnight. There was not even a proper seating or the right atmosphere for pole dancing. I have been to the vegas one - it’s really good , but his one at Times Square is not worth the time and money. Go somewhere else and brace yourself.

Was initially excited to head inside and see the girls. I only had a limited amount of money I was willing to spend, and wanted to choose who to spend it on. I was immediately greeted by one lady, and had a good time. After politely declining a few other girls, I finally chatted with one girl for several minutes before. Soon there were no girls coming on stage, and any around on the floor were all huddled up hanging with each other. Between that and me being picky about not spending a ton, my uncle and I were mostly just chilling ourselves. A girl in yellow “accidentally” forgot she already tried talking to me, then proceeded to ask if my uncle was really my uncle. Apparently because I am black and my uncle was mexican (and visibly older), all the girls started assuming and gossiping that we were a gay couple posing as uncle and nephew. The girl in a yellow dress kept lingering and insisting I was lying to her, even after my uncle showed a picture of his wife (my aunt). I was sitting in a strip club being called and liar and having girls gossip about me like I was in high school or something. Ultimately I became extremely uncomfortable and targeted because certain girls seem frustrated I didn’t spend money on them. This all occurred on and just shortly after midnight on my birthday. Happy birthday to me I guess… Just wanted an easygoing time to welcome my big day while in New York. Won’t bother coming here again next time I visit New York.

I was escorted out because I drunk a bit too much and I was there with my partner, instead of having my partner watch over me, they threw me into a random cab and didnt end up home till 7ish am. I lost all my belongings and was not in the right state of mind to wonder on my own. Thank God for the cab driver who told me I was a handful, which is understandable due to the state I was in, otherwise I would have never made it home. I dont have a personal problem with the staff, but I feel that they should do a better job making sure their patrons who are clearly not in stable condition have better means to finding their way home. Ex... have my partner take responsibility over me (which they knew we were together) instead of throwing me into a random cab, or have me call someone in my contacts to make sure I have someone to look over me. Even calling the cops would have sufficed. I just feel like taking peoples money and tossing them out right after is a bit shady, I like to feel safe when Im in a venue, I dont think Im going to drink anytime soon... even though they invited me back I dont think Ill ever step foot in here again.

Upon entry, the latino bouncer is always angry and agitated for no reason. The service varies. If its busy service can be slow because of the one bartender girl who is doing so many things at once. The vibe can be great based on the day and people in attendance.

I have never been one to write reviews be it good or bad, but this turns out to be an exception. My expectations were absolutely blown away by the not only the location itself, but mostly because of the unbelievable staff. From the door hosts to the bartenders, the entire experience was great. Clearly the management is really pushing customer service, and professionalism which is very welcoming. Have been to clubs all over the country, just haven’t been to one that makes everyone around feel so comfortable. Well done all around.

Visited on holiday- found the doormen to be: Abusive & threatening they carry batons (extendable) to intemidate. They tried to charge an additional entry fee & even had an older undercover ‘tout’ gentleman to try and charge a mediation ‘fee’ to grant us entry… a complete shambles… avoid. I was there with my wife for a what should have been a fun end to the night.

Stopped by this gorgeous venue on the way back from our hotel and we were not disappointed! We were greeted by such a friendly and attractive staff who were very accommodating. The dancers were all so beautiful and so fun to hangout with, even went to the VIP area! It’s definitely a must see when you’re in New York!

I was excited to throw bands on some lovely ladies and the guy at the door was so rude and condescending it made me not even want to go in. If you are treating your customers that way I hope you’re taking care of your dancers A LOT better. The girls deserved my money but this venue did not. Took my money else where. Also they did not let me and my friend enter without a man?!? Weird.

We visited here on 13.6.22. Very professional and courteous staff. Was a nice vibe for a Monday night...wide variety of ladies. Only thing was we were charged $20USD for a single drink of Campari...that seemed a bit over the top. But it was overall a good night.

Stopped by Sapphire Times Square on our last trip to New York and we were blown away! The club is as gorgeous as the women. The bar staff kept strong drinks flowing all night! Highly recommend checking out the VIP rooms!

Came from Europe, was accused of not choosing proper table (next to bar or table next to dance floor) bartender was very rude, dancers didnt notice u if they start a dance with you, so you have to pay for what u didnt order. Sh1t13 place.

Went for a bachelorette party and had the best time. The club was so upscale and had some of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen. The bachelorette hasn’t stopped raving about how much fun we had. And the staff was so friendly and professional. We felt so welcomed!!!!!! Can’t wait to visit again on our next NY trip.

Nina was AMAZING! Everything about this place is a 5/5. When going there definitely ask for her won’t regret it!

Exceeded my expectations, even as an avid club goer. Strippers here were beautiful, and plentiful. Great mix of girls they fly in from Las Vegas every week along with the best NY has to offer. And, even though I came for the strippers, I fell in love with a bartender. Bartenders here are beautiful too!

Stopped by for a drink before taking my wife to see a broadway show - I couldnt believe in the center of NYC where everyone is too busy to give you that extra special attention. But at sapphires it’s like you’re the center of attention the wait staff is extra friendly and attentive to your every need. And they made sure that what ever I ordered came out right away so I didn’t miss my show. You guys rock. I’ll always stop by whenever I’m in that part of the city..

From the moment you walk in the building it’s a high end experience. The staff is welcoming and very professional. Grade A girls, best in NYC by far! Service is phenomenal, anytime I needed anything it was available right away. Between the Lazer’s, flat screen tv’s and Karaoke vip rooms it was by far the best experience ever!!

Anyone who doesn’t give this place 5 stars has an alternate agenda. My husband and I just left here and WOW - beautiful ladies everywhere 8’s 9’s and 10’s. Best Gentleman’s Club in NYC - World Class service. Your missing out if you haven’t checked out this NYC Hot Spot.

Having been to Sapphire in Las Vegas, my expectations ran high as I entered the steel gray blue entryway down the sleek stairs into an intimate but beautiful brand new strip club. Its New Years Eve, and after a glass of complimentary bubbly from a gorgeous bartender Meg, Im guided to a table near the back with my friends, to let the ambience take me over. There are plenty of ladies. The music is loud and clear, but not overpowering. I can still hear the DJ clearly speak dancers names. Mallory, our server was super friendly and very attentive, but not overbearing (thank goodness). Lots of people coming in and its starting to get crowded, but I was very comfortable in my nice leather chair.What caught my eye, was Lacey. Highly entertaining and skilled on the pole, well crafted technique. Her eroticism, her demeanor, balanced with her dancing had me enamored. She smiled and my focus was devoted.Upon using the ladies room, I am greeted by the loveliest attendant, very polite and gracious. Walking back out I notice huge HD theater screen that play music videos, and I was told they show the UFC fights and the Superbowl on them too. Apparently you can purchase pre-paid packages online for the big games, etc. They even have karaoke rooms!Theres a large selection of champagne, with many exclusive and highly sought after bottles such as Krug Clos dAmbonnay, Dom Perignon P2 Rosé, and Ace of Spades. With all kinds of sensual buildup, Im ready to leave 2019 with a bang (heh hemm), it was time to take this party into 2020. We got a bottle of Ace and found an intriguing young lady, Emma to take into a private room.Picture this, Emma, medium height, great curves and dark hair. In a fantasy of all fantasies, it may not just be her softly perfumed skin, or her beauty, but the WAY she looked at me and my girl friend and read into our souls, then she gently glides her body against mine. I felt a rush, a sensation that I cannot achieve outside these doors. And while she may have been artificially stroking my other friends confidence...this is all I will reveal on Yelp, but let me tell you my heart was racing.... :)After we finish the bottle, Mallory offered to put us on her guest list for the following evening. Upscale and sophisticated vibe. l guess some people equate sophistication with being washed up. Girls are beautiful and are able to hold an intelligent conversation. If youre looking for butt shaking type of things in your face, this club is not for you. This establishment would be most suitable for men with class.

John Lee one of the managers and his staff took great care of my party on NYE. Anything we need was just one question away. Some of the best customer service you will find in NY. From the front door staff to the beautiful ladies of Sapphire. Sapphire always makes me feel right at home. Good times and Fun!

I went to sapphire on a Thursday and I had Katelyn as my waitress she was gentle, nice, and sexy all at once. Her customer service was spot on. loved her and the place I’ll be back very soon. Thank you for the hospitality.

Former dancer & was physically assaulted by 2 male security.. one is light skin tall with a beard he injured my rotator cuff the other is bald light skin .. I’m a skilled pole dancer it matters that I use my rotator cuff at work .. I was non aggressive & only trying to do my job 😭 .. they seemed polite when I met them .. Maybe he wanted a date who knows but he changed & started showing me a different side of him .. he would start giving me dirty looks then defaming me .. then it got physical From then

The owner Dominick was very rude telling me I had to tip him a certain amount, since when do owners ask for tips. will never go back to this place.

I solely come to this club to see a dancer named Mel. If you’re willing to spend $$ you can take her to the VIP and she will do anything you want. There’s no cameras in the VIP, so whatever goes ! However I had a horrible experience with a host named Maria who was rude and disrespectful

Jade is phenomenal the staff over accommodating.. the management staff Lucia was beyond accommodating… we were treated better here than anywhere in our trip to NYC.. being of diversity… you can’t miss out on this place!!!!

Went there for the grand opening back in July and it was one of the best gentleman clubs I seeing before. Everyone was very nice, beautiful girls and the vip rooms even better.
