I received a gift card for Allure Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! It’s a multi service spa and salon but I booked a deep tissue massage (60 minutes) with Laura and she was amazing! I suffer from lower back pain and she really worked out the tension in my back. I left feeling relaxed, having less stiffness and increased mobility in my neck. Recommend.

Great first time experience at Allure Day Spa! Amazing ambience as soon as you walk in! My wife and I received the Couples Hot Stone Massage and it was fantastic! Monica and Glenda were our therapists and they were very friendly and professional! We even received a complimentary glass of champagne after our treatment! Highly recommended them if you are in NYC!

I accidentally showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment. For someone like me that guilt can overtake an experience and I was apologizing profusely from my first interaction; despite my mistake (which can really set back everyone else’s day) , everyone was so kind and I truly felt comfortable in this space. I received a lymphatic massage without knowing what one was before coming. Monica, who took care of me today, was funny, kind, and answered all my questions before we started. She has a very easygoing presence that made me feel immediately comfortable. Her hands are pure magic. I don’t know how else to describe them. I’ve lived in the city for 10 years and usually go to one other massage place closer to my house, because I am very particular about massages. Monica applied skill, her hands were strong and the pressure firm but gentle. At the end, noticing my severe lower back pain, she demonstrated to me with some exercises to try at home to ease the pain. The entire experience was really wonderful and I will be returning several more times. Please try this business, I say this as someone who received no compensation but just truly enjoyed my experience. Thanks Monica, I’ll be back soon!

My fave spot! The body massage service here is outstanding, no matter what kind of massage you choose. Ive been there for 6-7 times and EVERYONE i met was terrific and professional. Me and two of my friends went to the Allure Day Spa, for my birthday. We got the package for a massage, Mani and Pedi. The place is immaculate. The people are all nice and they took really good care of us! This was the first time Ive ever been to a spa. I will definitely be back!

This is my 3rd time coming to the allure spa, and i just want to say everyone in the establishment is amazing!! They are so friendly; they actually care about their customers, and the massages are always amazing. 100/10 i definitely recommend you coming here and giving it a try you won’t regret it.

The deep tissue massage I received was amazing! The therapist worked out all the knots in my shoulders and I can move my neck normally as a bonus lol. Everything was so peaceful, and the champagne treat is such a nice bonus. Can’t wait for my next visit! 🍷

Treated myself to a 90 minute Swedish massage with Laura. She was incredible and gave me that magical twilight feeling, somewhere between being awake and blissful sleep. The spa is also nice and tranquil being downstairs, away from the street. Would definitely return!

Desperately needed to get my nails done and was able to get a same day appointment. As soon as I walked in all my anxiety from spending the past eight hours in the office washed away in the super zen space. Bella did my russian gel manicure and unlike other salons I’ve been to, absolutely no cuts! She did my nails with care and made sure I was happy every step of the way :)

I visited for a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. The therapist targeted all my problem areas perfectly and was ideally gentle. I loved the office itself, it is very serene and calming, and staff is super freidnly too. Great spot, will book again.

I come to get my waxing done every 4 weeks and this is the best place in Midtown. Margarita is very nice and thorough, she does a great job doing it quickly but perfectly. The place atmosphere is also very nice and upscale. Def recommend it 10/10!!! Ask for Margarita if you come!

I had a Great Birthday package - Anne was wonderful doing the pedicure and suggestions colors for my toes.Margarita was was great also while she did my manicure, the massage was the best not forgetting the facial. A10 rating for me.There were drinks on the house!

I received a Swedish massage with Michelle and she was amazing and very sweet. She also made sure that I was doing well throughout the service. I also received a pedicure and everything was clean and I loved how the lady took her time and didn’t rush when completing my pedicure. Overall, wonderful experience very serene and calm environment to come and relax for a few hours.

All tourist should definitely try here. I received the coconut milk body glow and it was amazing. Such a great experience for my first time receiving this type of body treatment. The customer service was a 10/10. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. When we come back to visit, I’ll definitely be back.

11 out of 10. Took my 10 year old niece for mini facials hair and make up. The entire staff is SO nice and made her feel so special. The mini facials were excellent and relaxing. Her hair and make up came out so stunning. From start to finish the experience was superior and we can’t wait to go back.

Booked this place for a mini bach spa day with two friends. Had a great Swedish massage that was super relaxing with the appropriate level of pressure. Then we upgraded to a gel pedicure and Bella was so thorough and precise. Would absolutely recommend this place and be back here again.

I really enjoyed my experience here- deep tissue was great, my masseuse was very skilled. Lovely mimosa at the end. The only thing I am missing is a hot tub or steam room, but otherwise a wonderful experience. Staff is so nice!

Did a fantastic mother/daughter spa day. The whole process was great and ran smoothly. Specifically, Lauras massage and mini facial was amazing and left me loose and relaxed.

Selected this spa because I wanted a relaxing, clean atmosphere for my pedicure. Which I received, however the actual pedicure itself was just okay. My feet were not properly scrubbed at the heels, nor did I receive any type of massage that was in the description of the pedicure. $55 plus tax and tip for a basic pedicure is not worth it imo.Edit- Just finished a very thorough, relaxing and great pedi with Bella. Will return to see her for sure! Thank you Allure for making sure I had a wonderful experience.

4/23/23 my 2nd experience:Came here for a much needed 90 minute massage this weekend and it felt amazing. I was booked with Kristen but was given Soukaina, who I had last time as well. No one mentioned anything beforehand but it was a pleasant surprise since my last experience was so great. Only complaints, as mentioned in my last review, are that the room was a little cold and the clock ticking was distracting. Other than that, the customer service was amazing and when I want to treat myself, this is one of my go to places.First experience:Had a really nice experience here today! I used a spafinder gift card for a 45 minute deep tissue massage ($115). They prefer cash tips. I made an appt online and arrived early. One of the ladies made a fresh pot of coffee so I sipped on that and waited on the couch in the waiting area until my appt time. They put your jacket and clothes in an unlocked closet by the front desk, and give you a robe. Maybe for those getting multiple treatments, as I kept my clothes on and stuff with me and brought into the treatment room. No locker room or lounge. They also offered mimosas and champagne to a couple of women. They have tea and candy as well. The massage felt great, bed was comfortable, room wasn’t too warm or too cold, & massage had just enough pressure. Soukaina was sweet and skilled, but didn’t ask if the pressure was okay or if I had any sensitive spots or injuries of note beforehand. Fine by me, as I could have told her if I did. The clock in the room was a little distracting as I could hear the seconds ticking, but was mostly able to tune it out. I was bummed that the 45 minute massage did not include time spent on my legs or feet, and I wasn’t turned onto my back at any point. It’s tough to massage the whole body thoroughly in 45 minutes, so it’s not shocking. This massage was much needed and I would definitely go back!

This place is 100% worth every penny. The energy is soothing and everyone here makes you feel really comfortable. Great vibes and excellent service. Highly, highly suggest treating yourself to this experience! I got a facial & a massage. I suggest booking massage with soukaina and facial with Laura, both excellent and warm energy!

A quick google search led us to the most amazing spa experience ever! From the moment we walked down the stairs we were pampered and treated as if we were the most important people in the world. The massage and facials were heavenly and my mothers manicure was fantastic. We cant wait to come back to New York and plan a full day with everything there is to offer here!

(2/16/24): I came back, this time I tried a lymphatic drainage massage with Monica. I was brought to a different room this time and I did not know there was so much more space and rooms behind the simple door! The ambience was different, I enjoyed the color changing light. Monica was very attentive to this specific massage, providing an overview what shell be doing for the 45 minutes and through each step provided instructions. It was a different massage than Im used to, but I had reasons to try it (better blood circulation and bloating). This time I was offered tea for this massage its recommend. Ill be back soon!(1/19/24): I try to do a spa day every year on or around my birthday. I had a go to spot for a few years and unfortunately they closed their midtown location recently. I had to find a new place and after much searching in the same area, I found Allure. While a bit pricier than my old spot, the 90 minutes deep tissue massage was amazing and much needed! Worth it!As a new customer, their online booking system was easy to use, I booked probably with 1-2 days notice. I didnt have a preference to who my masseuse should be, I took whoever was available, I got Cristina who was wonderful and attentive to areas I needed more work on.After my long massage, I was offered champagne (or if youd prefer mimosa, coffee, tea or water) and relaxed in their common space for a bit before getting ready to leave. The space is utilized well and definitely has a good relaxing spa atmosphere. I now receive emails with discount deals and offers which I always look forward to and plan to pay another visit here soon. 🙌(See Photos section for pictures)

Allure Spa is AMAZING! My fiancé and I had the couple’s massage and it was so relaxing! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in NYC!

Allure was an outstanding experience. I had a facial and deep tissue by Christina and Michelle, respectively. The authenticity of their warmth and friendliness was as wonderful as the services they provided. I felt so taken care of and left feeling more relaxed than i had in years. 10 out of 10–I will return.

Absolutely amazing massage. I woke up with a crick in my neck and had trouble turning my head and Michelle massaged it away. also got a delightful gel pedicure and so my toes are all ready for the rest of the heat wave.

Hidden away in a basement, they kindly squeezed me in for a fast mani pedi. They made sure I was out when I needed to be while providing great service. Lilly and Nelly were great, as each worked my hands and feet at the same time.

We came here with a group for a bachelorette party! The staff was incredibly welcoming. It was very organized for 10 people in a party. Also the massages were absolutely fabulous.

This place was ok. Did massage, meni, pedi and hair treatment. However, maybe because I am Asian and used to get “hard and strong” massage, I found the therapist was to gentle (as I saw it’s a predominantly white women customer there lol). Meni pedi was great, I expect a little massage tho. But I like the great quality of the nail colors that last for 3 weeks. I feel a bit upset with the hair treatment. It was $70 but I think it’s not worth the price, they only washed my hair and gave some kind of hair mask, massage a little bit. I had to ask for hair dryer since the blow costs like additional $70 which is too much. So, I think the hair treatment is not worth the money. And since all the treatments were done by different therapist, I had to pay tip for 3 people:3Not sure will come back or not.

Allure Day Spa is an oasis in the middle of midtown. Everyone is so kind and sweet, the fantastic manicure is just a bonus!

But terrible mani pedi and customer service.I was feeling super relaxed after my massage and it all went downhill from there, and I left in a crappier mood than when I walked in, after spending more than $400 and 4 hrs!My first nail technician was asked to switch to another customer while she was in middle of my pedicure. She left me without a massage and an obnoxious lady took over who was almost screaming at me for reminding her what I had asked for originally. She pulled off too much skin, used her sharp nails to take off excess paint and was not apologetic. I left with painful bleeding cuticles, and most of the paint immediately chipped off. Some lady from the front desk and other staff constantly kept interrupting and the whole environment was chaotic and stressful.To end it, the front desk staff was so unfriendly and were not really interested to take any feedback. So I left and decided to not come back again, what a shame since the massage was good.

We had my boss’s daughter’s 11th birthday party here with 10 girls. The staff was absolutely amazing and made the experience super special. I highly recommend this spa for a girls’ day or birthday party. They were even understanding and accommodating when we needed to reschedule due to the birthday girl getting COVID 2 days before the original date scheduled. It was such a great experience! I got a Swedish massage for 30 minutes and I had Glenda. She was such a sweet woman, made sure to always communicate with me, and always made sure I was comfortable! She was so nice, and honestly my experience was so great. Drinks were also included, so she went and made me hot tea. I highly recommend going here, and if you are looking for a massage I definitely recommend getting Glenda!

I came to Allure Day Spa for a 60-minutes couples deep tissue massage at the recommendation of a friend who has an incredibly positive experience with Glenda. The environment and staff were welcoming upon arrival. My partner enjoyed his massage with Kristin and was very relaxed. I had Cristina who got every knot out of my back and was very receptive to any feedback I provided throughout the massage. The massage was exactly as described but think I should have gone with the Swedish massage for something a bit gentler. Additionally, I called ahead to ask about the products they use due to allergies and the staff was very helpful.

Best home spa experience ever, loved the services, and the girls are amazing. We had massages and manicures, and we loved it all. Our boss went with this company to organize us an amazing day off, and it was a blast!!! Each of us 8 got an All-Inclusive Spa Package (Facial, Massage and Manicure/Pedicure) , and I don’t remember when I felt so good last time. The ladies were extremely caring and very attentive, they really did their best to make sure our corporate party went great. Wonderful experience! Came from out of town to celebrate hubby’s birthday and stumbled upon Allure as one of the highly rated spa’s in NYC. Prices were very reasonable and the massages were fabulous. The facials were even better. Hubby and I both felt so relaxed and pampered and the glasses of champagne and mimosas didn’t hurt either! Highly recommend !

Could not say enough great things about this spa!! I booked a mommy and me package for my daughters 6th birthday and Every. Single. Person. Made her feel so special!!! The hair/nail area is lively and welcoming, and the massage/facial area is super quiet and relaxing. We each got robes and flip flops, then we were served champagne/sparkling cider throughout all of our services. Every technician was incredibly professional, and we added last minute services and they were extremely accommodating to us. I highly recommend this salon!!

Wonderful and relaxing spa! My massage was perfect and my manicure was flawless.

For my Birthday Celebration, my friends and I chose to stay at the Marriott Marquis Time Square Hotel and treat ourselves to an in-home massage package from the spa. The experience was simply beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. I had the pleasure of having Monica as my massage therapist, and she was absolutely fantastic. Polite and knowledgeable, she patiently answered all my questions and delivered an incredible message. The relaxation I felt during the session was unparalleled. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I cant wait to return for another rejuvenating session with Monica and the spa amazing team.

I was booked into a Bridal Package for 60 min Massage and Pedicure with 5 other ladies. It was a wonderful and relaxing. I was running late due to transportation issues, but they were able to accommodate me for the full service. I would definitely recommend this Spa for anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

I took my wife for a couples massage on Valentines Day to Allure Day Spa . It was the best thing we did today . Massage therapists Glenda and and Michelle are very professional. My wife had aromatherapy and I had deep tissue. Brielle at front desk was very nice. They offered us champagne . Spa is very relaxing. Looks like they just finish renovation and everything looks cool and clean . My wife already wants to schedule another appointment but we had to go for dinner. We definitely coming back.

During my holiday’s in New York I have visited Allura Spa twice and Soukaina gave me the massages. After walking so much I had pain in my shoulders and neck, Soukaina did a deep tissue massage and helped to realease the pain. The second time she helped me with my back pain! So what should I say! Definitely recommend her for 100%!

I have initially learned about them at Marriott Marques, and I have already booked my returning visit, and bought a few of the products that they recommended, which I love! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and there is no rush to get you out.

My teenage daughter had her first teen facial here, and it was such a positive experience. The staff was gentle and understanding, making her feel comfortable throughout. The place is super clean, scheduling was easy and everyone was very welcoming

The extraction portion of my facial was no joke but it was followed by a relaxing and skillful deep massage. My skin looks seriously radiant today. Amazing Spa ! I got an acne facial here last week, and the results speak for themselves! The esthetician , I think Marta was super friendly, and knowledgeable and tailored the treatment to my specific needs. She used high-quality products that effectively targeted my acne-prone skin, and they smelt adorable btw. The entire facial experience was relaxing and therapeutic, and I am in love with this place. This is definitely the go-to place for facials that leave you feeling refreshed and confident.

I have been coming here for facials for over 4 years now. My skin is in a much better state than it was when I walked into this spa space. I had such a Phenomenal experience here with my son. He was excited and got to wear a dope robe and sip on complimentary cider that looked like champagne. We had a mommy and me massage, and not only did I enjoy it. But my son fell asleep. I love this place!

Had a girls’ night out at Hilton Hotel and ordered a mobile spa party. Everything was organized to the slightest detail. A totally relaxing experience. The estheticians and massage therapists were on time equipped with everything they needed to provide us heaven on earth. After all the treatments, I felt like a new person. I had a great experience at this spa! I walked in and the facility was clean and smelled great! They took my coat immediately and offered me a refreshment. I didn’t wait longer than ten minutes, I made an appointment. My masseuse Glinda was excellent! I had a deep tissue massage. She asked me what parts of my body need more attention and adjusted the massage to my request. I would recommend this place.

Gorgeous spa. Went above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience for 8 of us, taking care of every detail; they were incredibly prepared to deliver the highest quality services to each of us, by name, before we even walked in. We booked the Celebration package, (mani, pedi, massages) for eight people, for 10:00am on a Sunday morning, and had a fantastic time. It ran like a well oiled machine, seamless, we were all having so much fun, so well taken care of. And we were done by 12:30.

What a lovely place! I went for an infrared detox body wrap and a pedicure and it was so worth it. Also had a mimosa of course ;-) I did spend quite some time in there but it was worth it. Pedicure was done by Angie and she was super nice, did a great job. Glenda started with me on the wrap and Nelly helped me halfway, both being wonderful and making me feel comfortable. The ladies at the reception were great. Elizabeth and the other one I didn’t ask for the name but very nice and welcoming too. I really love that they provide q robe for everyone, which makes it feel more special. I know I will be back and if I can get some girls to join me that would be great. Keep up the good vibes ladies!Edit: I went back to get a haircut and Nube understood exactly what I wanted. She does beautiful blow dry too, and has a nice genuine personality. I ended up bringing my boyfriend for a haircut with her and it was perfect. He actually loved it and said he would be back. This was after he had tried several barbers that were okay but not convincing. I’m pretty sure he also enjoy being offered a sparkling glass lolI also went back for infrared sweat therapy and still enjoy it, especially for those days I feel like I’ve been retaining water. Makes me feel lighter. Very clean too, unlike a traditional sauna at a gym.

Top notch spa! I had the detox wrap and massage. Martha did my wrap, she explained every step to me, made sure everything was to my liking and was very personable. Laura was my masseuse. She made sure to ask about any medical conditions beforehand and made sure the amount of pressure was to my liking. She was gentle and gave a great massage. All of the staff here from the moment we walked in the door were extremely friendly and helpful. The mimosas were delicious. I will definitely be back!

I planned a bachelorette here for my friend. Allure spa was extremely accommodating. They were easy to work with- flexible and able to handle cancellations, additions, and modifications to our reservation. During the visit they took excellent care of our group. They gave us our own area of the spa and helped set up food we had delivered. Everybody loved the services they had from mani/pedis to massages and facials. Every girl agrees we would highly recommend Allure Day Spa to anyone interested in planning a party or just a one day escape! We will be back. I walked in with no appointment and they had availability within the hour. I got a deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. I feel such a difference. The receptionist and masseuse were both very friendly and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and I felt I got great value for money. I absolutely recommend this place.

I planned my sister-in-laws bachelorette party here. We did a spa day with 14 girls and each girl selected two treatments of their choice. ALL FOURTEEN GIRLS STARTED AT THE SAME TIME! It was amazing. They even let some of the girls switch their service choices last minute. They also had a private area for us to sit where we were allowed to bring platters of food. I brought wraps and fruit and rosé. They were great.

This was a very adequate spa experience, but not 5 Star.The concierge at my hotel made the reservation- same day. I was told I could arrive early. I was more than 15 minutes early. As I sat in the waiting area- which is right next to the reception desk I overheard a gentleman come in. As the manager spoke with him, she said “and my credit card machine is not working, please pay cash”. I was concerned- as the concierge who made my reservation said I would pay with a credit card- and that didn’t seem to be a problem. I watched the gentleman put his card away and pay cash. When I left, I used my Amex- no problem. I believe honesty is the best policy- and if someone wishes to pay with a card- you accept it. Deception is never classy.In the waiting area, there were only magazines that would be of limited interest to a broad clientele (Elle and Allure). In this day and age, I would think that a wider range of periodicals would appeal to all the customers.I requested a deep tissue massage, and I’ve had them around the world. I confirmed the service with Michelle prior to her beginning work on me.- and quite simply put- it was NOT deep tissue. It was more of a firm back rub with lotion. I know Michelle was a kind person, but she was a bit preachy- telling me I should get massages much more frequently, and drink water every hour. At the end of the massage, she asked if I would like a drink…and I declined. She challenged me a bit and said “you must drink more water!”I will. I promise!The tiny massage room (laying on the table, I could touch both walls at the same time) had two holes in the plaster walls., and was located behind the hair cutting area of the salon, which is located in a basement. The holes in the wall were covered in duct tape. That told me their story- they are a good mid-tier spa, but not first class/5 star. After my massage, I had to navigate around the hair trimmings on the floor. I found this gross.My message is that they are nice people, doing the best they can- but there is opportunity for improvement.

My daughter and I have an anual tradition for her birthday to enjoy a couples spa package as a mommy and me package. It includes a relaxing facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure; we extended the massage to an hour. My daughter loves the sparkling cider.

I hosted an event with clients last night and I have nothing but great things to say. Allure was so accommodating and flexible with our group. We had a group of 14 and each person received a 30 minute mini facial and a 30 minute massage, plus champagne. I was also able to cater in some food and they had a great little area for us to sit, eat and converse. The services were amazing and the staff was even better. Everyone felt refreshed during and afterwards. We were even a half hour late and they let us stay to finish our services and every last person completed the session. I highly recommend Allure Day Spa to individuals and groups of people.

Visited on a Tuesday morning. Establishment is very clean and very organized. I had the Relaxation Package (60min Swedish Massage + 30min facial). My masseuse Michelle was wonderful. The champagne was a nice touch. The relaxation music was divine. I didnt feel rushed at all. They work to accommodate you as best they can. Appreciate their service standard and all the wonderful services they provide for both women & men! Enjoy:)

We celebrated my daughters 11 year old birthday with 4 of her closest friends. It couldn’t have gone any better. It was so organized from the moment we walked in. The girls were whisked away to put on their robes, offered chocolates and sparking apple cider and then each girl was started with their nails, hair, or makeup. There were so many smiles and joy and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The girls will remember this forever and we will for sure recommend and return next time we are in NYC. I attempted a basic pedicure for $55 and found it lacking in quality. Despite the price, which might be attributed to the salons environment, the atmosphere was subpar and did not justify the cost.

My Mother and 2 Sisters came to Allure Day Spa for an early Mothers Day Celebration. ¹ This was my first visit to Allure Day Spa. My experience was excellent. Nellie did my pedicure and foot massage and I enjoyed every minute. I didnt want it to end. I definitely want to come back for the detoxifying mud wrap. Everyone was very sweet. Loved the mimosas.

Highly recommend! My husband surprised me with a couples spa day, we just had a baby so it was much needed. There was a scheduling conflict when we arrived but Brielle worked it out and made sure we were taken care of, the mimosas were 10/10. The massage was heavenly, we both walked out with our lives changed. The mani-pedi technicians were amazing and so genuine with conversation. Yulith(?) and Nellie made our day. Not to mention my manicure lasted almost two weeks, it normally peels after one day. All this to say we left feeling brand new and refreshed. Thank you everyone here for taking such good care of us!

I needed a massage because of the back pain Ive had. I told Margarita the employee who works there where I was having pain and problems, she was so welcoming and loving. After the massage I started to feel relaxed and loose. The back pain Ive been having went away after that massage. I would 100% recommend this place! they are so professional and safe by following the Covid 19 guidelines. Everyone wears a mask.

A truly zen, surreal experience given were in the middle of Manhattan.The staff was extremely friendly.I really enjoyed this experience and cant wait to go back and try other services.
