Coming back to write my second FIVE STAR review because I love Season Spa so much. Ive been a dedicated client since my first visit. You seriously cannot beat the facials - theyre customized to the current state of your skin and the attention to detail is incredible. My skin is always so much more clear, clean and vibrant after a facial at Season Spa. They offer a wide variety of facials and have the latest machines/technology. I have tried many other spas (when I lived other places or while traveling) and no one compares!

My husband & I are obsessed with Season Spa & have been loyal patrons for over a decade. They offer the best bang for your buck facials & the best body work you could get ANYWHERE, regardless of the price. Massages are deep & therapeutic & get me & my husband out of pain. Everyone who works there is warm, welcoming, has excellent technique & honed experience. We have gone to many spas & they always fall short compared to Season. The ambiance is clean, but no frills. If you are will to ditch the fluffy robe for an unparalleled massage and facial- you will not be disappointed. ❤️

I decided to try out after reading a review on Timout magazine. I was very disappointed with the service. I got the mini facial massage. The price listed on the website is not correct. It’s $50. They were very clear about the cost when I went in. The mini facial was not worth paying $50 as they used tissues to clean off your face every time she added any product to massage and clean it it irritated my face during and afterwards. Very short facial massage with lots of cream, pressing on the eye and cream getting into my eyes. I am not sure if they know what they are doing.

I’ve been getting facials at season spa for many years now. I get the radiofrequency facial for preventing premature aging and the attention to detail is immaculate. Season spa my goto no frills spa with reasonable prices and great service. I’ve recommended many of my friends here over the years.

The body scrub is $20 more than the price reflected online and 15 minutes shorter. There was a massive water bug/cockroach in the shower they had me rinse the scrub off which was disgusting and the woman did nothing about it. I’ll never come back

Landed in New York early morning and decided to treat myself to a scrub and massage. I had such a great experience and would definitely come back!

If you’re getting your nails done ask for Jen! I have never had someone take such care when painting my nails before and I am a frequent salon-goer. She also made sure I was happy with each step (shaping, buffing, cuticles, coats of paint) before moving onto the next. I’m pretty picky and I’m really happy with how my nails turned out.

I am being loyal cutsomer for years due to consistently positive experiences. I appreciate the cleanliness, quality services and friendly staffs.

This is a wonderful place. Once I was done I feel just like new. Highly recommended.

I go to Season Spa for gel manis and pedis. They dont offer acrylics or gel-x as of right now. Raymond is the only person who does their nail services and he is by appointment only. He is super attentive to details and sweet. Will continue be a regular of his. Gel pedicure was very clean and lasted a long time.

A friend and I did the couples massage and mini-facial for $210 total, and it was a great experience. They checked at the beginning to see what kind of pressure we wanted and were responsive to feedback; Kelly really dug into my tight shoulders and checked to make sure I was okay; they worked our whole bodies; and the facial (with extractions) were intense but effective! Would definitely go back :)

So I booked a massage with Season Spa at 10am and was offered a 12:15 appointment. I figured I’ll have to wait since it was a last minute booking. Jennifer greeted me and I waited about 5 minutes. Looking around, it’s clean small and intimate. They also do manicures and pedicures which is a plus. As someone who has very little time for myself, it seems like the best one stop shop.I was put into the massage room and Jennifer started the massage.I would recommend having a separate room for massages and facials. But I guess if you are planning on getting multiple treatments, it is convenient.But it was by far one of the best massages I have had in a long time! She made sure the pressure was good and I was totally relaxed. Highly recommend a massage from her.Jennifer is friendly and pleasant and the spa is a little gem you much try!Will be back often.

The worst facial experience ever! What I did was extraction facial, the lady was extremely roughly dealing with my face. Even when cleaning and wiping, felt she was scrubbing my face. I told her several times pls be more gentle and soft but not improving. The whole extraction process was also done roughly, i can still feel a lot bumping acne right after she finished. I double checked with her at least twice to ensure she finished? Bc the whole extraction process was done less than 10 mins. Also not professional for starting the extraction almost the same time steaming my face. I don’t believe this place or at least the lady yesterday was qualified for a facial service. Every time I asked to make sure, she was like so impatient and told me I know nothing which was also rude.Anyways, don’t come to do facial at this place. If you don’t want to torture ur face.

Customer service is horrible here. I walked in and the man working there looked up at me and didnt say a word. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. He literally shook his head no and went back to doing the nails of a female customer. No sorry or make an appointment or anything.

I received a sensitive skin facial this evening at the salon. I went there because it had good reviews. But, all these reviews are misleading. Don’t go there. I paid $55 for 10 minutes massage and 40 minutes mask. They put mask on my face and forgot about me. After 40 minutes or so a girl came and took the mask off. But, she even did not wipe the oil off of my neck and shoulders area. It was one of the worse facial I ever had.

Came here with my mom recently to do our nails and the service was excellent! There is currently only one person doing nails so an appointment is a must. A french gel mani with regular pedi and a regular gel mani with regular pedi came out to be around $130 and they are CASH ONLY! The attention to detail is incredible and the service was friendly. I would definitely come back!

I came to get a pedicure on Saturday (02.05) around noon and was excited as I had seen this location recommended on tiktok (I’m from Seattle and was in town for the weekend) but was very disappointed to be denied service.I had noticed one person getting their nails done and one woman waiting on the couch so I greeted a woman behind the front desk and asked how long the wait for a pedicure would be and was told they could not do pedicures. I assumed “maybe whoever is working right now doesn’t do pedicures” so I then asked about a manicure or getting acrylic nails done and was also told no.I understand she didn’t owe me any explanation as to why I couldn’t be serviced but it seemed very targeted (I’m latina) to be told none of the services could be done when there was only one person being seen and only one waiting. It was an embarrassing experience to say the least as the others saw and heard the whole denial of service.Truly disappointing and confused why I experienced this after reading only positive experiences and good service.

Just had the most amazing facial here! My skin is glowing after just one facial. The staff is very nice and friendly. Amazing work on my semi problematic skin. They also just renovated so the spa is beautiful and extremely clean. Highly recommended!

I normally go there for my nails. one day I decide to get my facial done here once. so I have read all the descriptions on each skin care treatments on their website. finally I chose eye treatment and collagen treatment. eye treatment should be 45 minutes long and collagen treatment should be 80 minutes long. but I finished both in 90 minutes. no machine for my facial, just a few minutes on my eyes. I have paid $133 but received basic facial service. the funny part is that the mask has no brand on the bag.When she did extraction for my acnes. I got very bad infection afterward. i highly discourage to go there for facial.

My foot massage was good. My sisters facial, not so much. I tipped well, I felt as though she deserved it. The shop owner insisted that my sister leave her 20% and said if she doesn’t have cash why didn’t she leave it on her credit card?! She didn’t ask how was her service or anything. YIKES! We won’t ever go back. That’s bad customer service!!!!!

Season Spa is a true gem. You cant find better service and the spa is very clean. Jennifer and the entire staff are very professional and welcoming. Ive been going for years for my facials, massage and nails. Highly recommend!

Season spa has great packages that dont expire and a friendly staff, I have been using them for years. They never push products on me and give good recommendations for maintaining my skin.

Excellent facial treatments. I highly recommend Season Spa for any facial needs. Their best in my opinion may be their mircroderm, but the staff will recommend facials based on your needs each time and never once have they tried to push any products or unnecessary treatments on me. With all the options in NYC, I am really glad I found this great place and its about time I shared with yall.

Cannot wait to go back. I had a sore back and Karen was phenomenal and had no bruises like other locations in Chinatown. Even tho this place is cash only, you can pay via Venmo.

My child’s acne was getting worse from one week to the other. I brought my child for a treatment at Season Spa. In less than a week, her blemishes are healing and the pores are getting smaller.

Clean place. Got the microdermabrasion facial because that was recommended to me. Thought the experience was nice. Forgot to ask which spa products they use... overall, very good experience and would return.

Raymond did an amazing job for my friends and I. We did a wedding theme nail and he was spot on. Better than the picture we show him. Amazing
