Love You Laser is a professional clinic. I got laser hair removal for 6 sessions. I have always had a pleasant experience and was comfortable for my sessions. The clinic is very clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend with the discounted price and excellent service.

I did a lymphatic drainage session there, which was my first time doing the procedure. It was quite interesting and I did feel lighter after! The spa is a comfortable and clean environment. They offer a lot of services which I am looking forward to trying, and the staff who I interacted with were knowledgable and friendly. After I was finished with my session, I scheduled another one.Also, the location is very convenient, just a short walk from Bryant Park.

I called the week before to ask how much a full leg laser session costs, the person quoted me $85, I confirmed multiple times it was for the full leg, and booked it. When I got there, the owner did my session (very thoroughly) while repeatedly telling me there was no way any of her employees would’ve ever quoted me that much and implying that I was lying. Very rude and terrible customer service.

Alla is the most amazing and professional and pleasant person I ever met. I been doing micro needling & laser hair removal and I am already seeing a huge progress and its only the second treatment. Also have to say the prices are really reasonable!!!Big must!!!Thanks again,Matan Mazalian

Joined by Groupon. For underarm service, had 4 treatments so far.I’m very sensitive to pain. Even home laser device, I can only use the lower ear 1 or 2 out of 5 on underarm. I only felt a bit pitch and that’s it. Total process was only 1 minute n both sides.I see very obvious results after 3 times. Hair is much less thicker and grew slower. It grew back a bit and now I’m on my 4th treatment. Have confidence it’s going to help and remove it eventually with the remaining 3 times.Very friendly and considerate staffs.

Don’t waste money here. Unprofessional and high priced! Contacted via IG, in person they changed what they said before regarding session length. Definitely not able to give a manual lymphatic massage or use the body machinery. I’ve tried radio frequency, they give you only a 15 min shot.

I really enjoyed my experience of receiving the lymphatic massage. The staff is extremely friendly and very informative. They have great packages to keep you coming back for more. I can’t wait for my next session.

Originally went in for one facial on Groupon was so happy and satisfied with the results I ended up buying a package of 3 more. Today I used up my last session of 3 for micro needling facials and plan on coming in next week for another package. Not only is the service amazing and the results exactly what I was looking for the package is super inexpensive compared to a lot of places I normally have gone to. Highly recommend. Staff is nice and they even serve you tea after which I love !

After coming here for a few single EMS sculpt and a lymphatic drainage services, I have purchased the EMS sculpt package (6 treatments). So far I am in love with the results on my 3rd session, and my core and back areas are getting stronger after each time. The machine is very intense and great for those looking to tone up! Elena gave me an outstanding Microdermabrasion facial. She really took her time and I felt so relaxed. There was so much more care, explanation and time put in that Microdermabrasions Ive gotten in the past. I fell asleep twice it was that relaxing...hahah! Once I walked out of the room, I saw a few ladies waiting. It was nice to know she took her time and that each person coming in would not feel rushed or hurried.

Long story Short, my 1st experience was amazing!I got done a Body Detox treatment right after the holidays of New Year And Christmas. The treatment consistent of a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and a Dry sauna treatment.After the LDM, I transferred to the dry sauna feeling calm and rejuvenated from the massage.After entering the dry sauna, the machine is not intimidating at all But it’s one power treatment the heat my sneak up on you. The intensity heat can vary.Over all, my experience went just as expected, a sanitary environment, vast treatments options, and caring team. Highly recommend and will definitely become a regular.

I like the location of beauty spa salon. Very friendly staff. I have made microneedling the procedure was very effective and improved my skin a lot . Alla was very attentive and knowledgeable. Elena provided laser hair removal,and my result is wonderful. I am ready for summer. Planning to come back with my friends for slimming packages. I bought a Groupon for this place and I went in for a micro needling treatment. I’ve seen pictures of how the face should have a sunburn type appearance right after but I didn’t have any reaction at all. If anything my face felt clean. That’s pretty much it. Even as the days went by, there weren’t any side effects like the one you’re suppose to have. The woman who did the treatment was very nice and she explained what she was doing step by step but I left confused since the Groupon said the micro needling was for the face and neck and only my face was done. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she wanted me to come back for another micro needling treatment to do my neck area which didn’t really make sense to me because I would’ve had to pay again. I don’t know if maybe they went easy on me because it was my first time but I was a bit disappointed.

Such a cute place and staff is so nice :) I got a lymphatic drainage massage package off Groupon and I was a little nervous because sometimes when you get Groupon packages at a spa they are not as nice...The ladies there are so friendly and I leave feeling so relaxed. I’d like to think the massages are working haha! The place is very clean and the machines they use are very high quality. Each room has its own AC machine which is nice for the hot months. The heat pod they put you in is also so relaxing that I’ve fallen asleep many times.They have a lot of services so looking to try the sauna and maybe laser hair removal when I get paid!! hehe

Amazing place! The staff are very experienced and attentive. The place is very clean, and everybody takes exceptional care of you. I had a lot of their slimming procedures done, and they seem to have been working very well. The placement of this spa is also exceptional. If you have a chance, I highly recommend.

Honestly, from the starting that I met Ala, I got such good vibes from her that I knew this was the perfect place and atmosphere to try out my first in life time laser hair removal experience. She is so very patient with her customers: very understanding, informative, and accommodating. Not only that, but the prices are so valuable and very fortunate, theyre lucky prices, especially in New York City! After around the 3rd hair laser session, I started noticing a drastic improvement in my skin texture, less hair, and overall more self-confidence! Unfortunately the laser hair treatments did not work for me. I went here because they have good deals, but unfortunately you get what you pay for I guess. I have had laser hair removal before that worked (and that was more expensive) but these treatments didn’t get me results and I found their main lady to be a bit rude. The other staff is nice. They are also a bit pushy and got me to purchase other areas of laser hair, non of which worked for me.

Love this NEW, BIGGER space. The SPA office moved to another floor!!! HUGE!!!I did my laser hair removal there.They have promos for this service and others. The best experience ever, I took a slimming package at first, the place is very clean, glowing the guidelines for covid, they explained the process very clearly, after that I decided to take the laser hair removal very good service, detailed in explanations and also in do the procedure. Stay away if you are trying to do Laser Hair Removal.I signed up for full body laser hair removal and COMPLETED the package that lasted almost a year and a half. I have thick black hair and light brown skin, which is most suitable for laser hair removal. There was probably 10-15% hair reduction overall after my entire treatment. I think I am growing more facial hair than I had before. Also, bear in mind, I chose the right/painful enough setting so the laser hair removal could be more effective. Despite all that, my body hair is back to what it was before. Please DONT waste your money here. If I could go back, I would rather go to another spa and do laser hair removal for a specific body part than spending more than 1200 bucks for no results. Also, Ada is so rude - I liked Elena but Alas, I wish the results were better!

Genuine review! Today is my 2nd day over here to do my lip color touch up. First I came on Friday, to do it and today is a free touch up just to make sure everything is going fine. This was my first time at “Love You Laser,” and I must say I am not disappointed. Upon arrival you are transferred into a world of relaxation and leave all the stress and worries behind. The staff went out of their way to ensure that you have everything you need. I tried the lymphatic drainage massage along with the infrared sauna. Coming out of the spa felt as if I were reborn. I would highly recommend. Definitely coming back again!

Today is my third visit to Love You Laser for Microneedling service, that’s how much I like the place and the service. Alla is wonderful to work with. UPDATE:Very UNPROFESSIONAL My review is 100% my real experience that I PAID FOR. Instead of addressing the situation the owner is calling it fraudulent which shows how unprofessional she isI found a way better place with better equipment and way more professionalAfter using this new place I realize even more how bad Love you laser is . The equipment for laser here is outdated SAVE your money for something that works! In the long run this place will cost you more due to ineffective laser treatment!! and rashes from cheap gel.I had a 6 session package i didnt use the entire thing because of the reaction of redness/itching and discoloration I was getting from the laser. The place doesnt offer proper consultation such as to protect face from sun after treatment etc. I wouldnt be coming here again.

If youre looking for laser treatment, look no further. I am going to my 4th session next week. The results are superb, always have been looking into laser but could never decide where to go. The staff is friendly and they offer a variety of of other treatments. I also did carbon laser facial and was amazed at my results. Cant recommend them enough...🙂😁

Got the deal for my bf from groupon, probably is too cheap, so even they said it’s a 45mins procedure for microdermabrasion, but it only lasted about 20 mins. the staffs just tried to get over with us, and you could feel they tried to be polite but at the same time just want to fill as many spots as possible. the girl who did my bf’s didnt even talk to him what’s coming next, and she doesn’t understand most of his questions. when he was done, he had to pass the other female customer half naked in the room next to him doing other treatment. not a very pleasant experience overall. and my bf’s face look exact the same as he came in. not recommended.

Alla really knows what shes doing. Ive had laser hair removal, lymphatic drainage massage, and microneedling done with her and she handled each procedure with a level of detail and care that you can only get with someone experienced. For example, during microneedling shell cover the areas that a lot of aestheticians miss, like under the nose, the crease above your chin, and behind your sideburns. The spa also uses really great, up-to-date technology like pens instead of rollers for microneedling (which is super important) and an effective laser for hair removal (just in the first session, I saw more hair permanently removed then the other spa I used to go to). So if thoroughness and top-notch technology is what youre looking for in your treatment, you should really give this place a try! I get so many compliments on my glowing skin now, thanks Alla!

I went to Love You Laser just 2 days ago. I did microdermabrasion followed by Micro-needling. The staff is amazing and the office is very clean. They took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through each step of the procedure. In addition to an esthetician they also have a RN who also works there. No other spa I have been to has had a medical professional on site. In just 2 days I can see noticeable improvement in my skin. Cant wait to see the final results in 7-10 day. I will be back again soon!

I had a Botox and Microneedling session done that left my face swollen and puffy.My frown lines are still there !! Ala was my attendant. I had a allergic reaction according to her. Today the 28th of May 2022 ~ i went back and left dismissed and non comforted about my serious issue. She never even looked at my face and made it seem like it was my fault for the allergy when she should have been more aware and resolution oriented.She just shoved dollar store face masks and systane eye drops to take care of this serious issue. It was extremely inconsiderate and callous when I feel she should have taken me into a room to check my issue. Instead of recognizing the botched job and treating it to rectify it ..which I now believe she gave me uneven injections she told me to come back in a few weeks ??!! Like SERIOUSLY!!!NEGLIGENT UNPROFESSIONAL & CALLOUS

You can go in for one service and they’ll push you to get more. They come off money hungry, my card wasn’t working for their machine and they were very rude and unprofessional about how we could go about it. They talk back to you in a smart slick way the owner and her assistant are very rude.

I went for the lymphatic drainage massage. It was a bit too rough. Both my friend and I woke up in pain the day after. My other friend who was scheduled for a diamond facial couldnt even do it because the facility gave priority to another lady who came after we did. A bit discriminatory I feel.

Very small and crammed inside also they try to offer you other services when you just come for one I felt bullied into buying the ultrasonic cultivation the next day I canceled and she told me I had to come in person to get my refund which was pretty annoying she could of just done it over the phone
