I recently started coming here for facials and laser treatments, and have been absolutely delighted with the experience! Sandy is my facial technician, she is friendly and incredibly attentive to my skin’s needs, which I really appreciate. My facials with here are always thoroughly relaxing and I can see positive changes with my skin. Mallory is my laser technician, she is also very friendly and works hard to give you fulfilling results. I have seen an instant reduction in hair growth after the first session! I would definitely recommend this place, their services and technicians are incredible!

I have been coming to Ease Medspa for the past couple months and I’m more than happy with the results of both my facials and back facial treatments so far. My esthetician Sandy is the absolute best and is super knowledgeable about each treatment process. I have seen such a significant improvement in my acne scarring since coming here and will continue to see Sandy! The owner is also really sweet and has made booking appointments very easy!

Best laser place in the city! I’ve been trying to find a good laser place for a while and Ease checks all the boxes. I started seeing results after just the first session! Everyone that works there is amazing and Mallory is a great technician. Would recommend over and over again.

This is a fantastic medical spa. I got a great deal on Groupon that was significantly better than pricing at other med spas in the area. Mallory is knowledgeable and personable and she did a great job making sure the settings were appropriately set for my comfort and desired results. Its easy to schedule appointments and they were usually able to fit me in a few minutes earlier than scheduled. All around great experience and highly recommend!

This was my first time getting laser hair removal. Mallory was very helpful during my initial consultation and is clearly an experienced technician. Pricing on Groupon is fantastic and it is easy to redeem your voucher with them. I appreciate their longer hours, as it makes it possible to come after work (and therefore easier to schedule). The space is very clean, hygienic, and pleasant. I found the treatment quite painful, though that has nothing to do with the quality of service or business. Ill also note that the walls are quite thin and you can hear what is being said in the treatment room while waiting in the reception area.

Came here for 6 underarm sessions and the results were great. Mallory was wonderful and very nice with all my questions as this was my first time getting last hair removal. Will be back to try to new areas. Thank you!!

This is my second time purchasing an acupuncture and cupping package. The service is always great ! Dr. Wong is very friendly and always listening to your concerns. I always leave feeling very relaxed after my treatment. He uses all different types of techniques to address your needs. I would recommend Ease to everyone.

This is the best Medspa Ive visited since moving to New York! The exceptional hospitality from the owner, JJ, and the extra effort that facialist Sandy puts in make it my top choice for facial care. I regularly get the DiamondGlow treatment with dermaplaning, and sometimes opt for a pha peel or deep pore cleansing facial. The results are immediately noticeable, unlike some treatments that take days to show an effect.I wholeheartedly recommend Ease Medspa for its outstanding service, reasonable pricing, short/no waiting times, easy scheduling, and the great rapport with the staff. 😊

This is the best acupuncture place in NYC. It is conveniently located by the train station so it is easy to get to and the prices are unmatched. Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and Judy (the receptionist) is so caring and understanding. They have really helped me with my chronic back injury. Would highly recommend!!!

Will start by saying I dont usually write negative reviews and obviously will protect my identity since I still have a couple of sessions of laser hair removal to continue. I found this place through Groupon and Ive been seeing by Mallory since then, results are not satisfying since Im on my second package which I purchased through the spa after my first pack with Groupon was done and I still grow hair on that same area after 10 sessions which is not normal knowing they use a high tech machine but not sure if the technician is using right settings to make me continue purchasing more packages which is what they usually do to make extra money. Ive done laser with a different machine and after 6 sessions results were noticeable and only do maintenance once in a while but not every month.Make your money count and be aware of settings and post care instructions technician is using and not conversational personalities to make you tip them every time.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ease. I had consultations with 6+ other providers before choosing Ease for their professionalism, knowledge, and care and I could t be happier with the decision. I have dark hair and see saw results after two sessions and continue to see much more improvement after six. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly and the receptionist always remembered my name from my first visit on. I had a great experience with Thelma, who is very knowledgeable and provides great aftercare tips.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this place is worth it. It’s clean and welcoming, with drinks and snacks in the waiting room (but you rarely ever wait and if so it’s not long at all!). The laser treatments definitely work. I only have one more session left and the hair consistently hasn’t been growing back. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I highly recommend Mallory for laser services and will be trying a facial with her next! Plus I just bought another laser treatment for another area today because of my satisfaction. 5/5

Today is my third appointment with ease Med spa for laser treatment. They ladies here are very nice and efficient. I never have to wait during my appointment and they explain the whole process. Additionally. The treatments are effective. I am noticing less hair on my knees and under arms. I highly recommend. I’ve been to a few places in the city and this is my favorite in terms of results and pricing!

Great spot for laser hair removal! I am dark blond, therefore my body hair are not that dark and this laser worked very well for me, after a few sessions I saw a huge reduction of hair. Would highly recommended especially for blonds for whom other lasers did not work before (which happened to me). Nice receptionist at the front desk and technicians which makes you feel good and welcomed. Thank you!

Ease Medspa Wellness is a wonderful spa offering a variety of services. The entire staff from front desk to aestheticians are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I go monthly for their diamond glow facials. Recently added on the genesis pore tightening treatment. Was wary at first but was truly impressive and amazed by instant before and after effect along with his face looked days to follow. Highly recommend their diamond glow facial. My aesthetician previously came from a high end spa at high end gym and is one of the best people I have had work on my for facials etc.. friendly, patient, extremely attentive and takes time to work on entire face and any problem areas that need improvement. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Groupon and did not receive the full service due to FALSE ADVERTISING. Additionally, the aesthetician was terribly rude about it. Front desk offered a full refund for such an off-putting experience, but I never received it. When I followed up, they refused to honor the refund. I would avoid this place if at all possible if you value your time and money. CANNOT RECOMMEND

Amazing services and great results. Very affordable laser and medspa treatments as well. The waiting area/rooms are clean and modern, and everyone is very kind. The one woman at the front desk who is always there (owner?) is super sweet and personable. Im always seen at my appointment time and am always in and out in less than 10 minutes, which is nice since I book my appts during lunch. Would definitely recommend!

Thelma is AMAZING! I’ve been doing armpits and recently started belly line treatments and I’ve pretty much stopped shaving. The skin under my armpits have lightened up significantly as well. The staff overall are very friendly and the location is very clean, which makes you feel safe considering the pandemic.

Ease is amazing! I received 6 Brazilian treatments and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The staff is lovely and do a thorough job and make the experience as painless as possible. The person who did my back told me I should get a chemical peel. I mentioned that I had gotten strange allergic reactions and rashs lately, and didn’t know if this would cause my to break out in hives. So she offered to do micro derm abrasion on my back instead. I tend to have very back back acne, which is why I got the back facial to begin with, so I said yes.The machine used to cause the abrasions were painful, and in response my body was tensing up. She made a comment about how my skin was too sensitive for a peel and now too sensitive for this. She commented about just how bad my back was, which I am very aware of and made me uncomfortable. Eventually the procedure was over, even though it really hurt. I was able to have some extractions and finish the facial while paying the extra charge for the micro derm abrasion. I was told about how this would make my back look much younger and better. It wasnt even four days later when I broke out all over my back, even worse than before. Please dont go here. They will comment about your body and try to upsell you.

We had a couples massage in a private room and it was a good experience. My husband and I have tried different spa centers, both upscale and per-minute massages on the go. Wholehealth is average in ambiance, not cheap but not as luxurious and pampering as the others we tried. Therapists are Chinese. My husband is a critic when it comes to massages, & he said this is one of the best he had. I agree. The therapists did a great job with those knots and they tailored their massage specific to each person. And it felt like a healing massage, very nice!

Beautiful location, friendly staff. The machine they use is newer than previous ones i have tried. It blows cold air on the skin so that the lasers are barely felt (except in very sensitive places). Overall great experience. After just 2 sessions im barely seeing any growth. 100% would recommend!

I have been getting lazer at a different place for 3 consecutive yrs and this is lazer and customer services at another level. The lady took her time and helped me picked whats the best package for my needs.When you go there. They are very friendly and they have good deals. I highly recommend Ease MedSpa for your laser needs. Ive been coming here since January and not only is it affordable, it’s also painless and it works!!!! This is my go-to spa for all my facial and laser needs. For reference, I have olive skin and black hair, and the Cynosure has worked great for me!! Also, I come down from Westchester and its literally a ten minute walk from Grand Central and there’s a ton of street parking right outside!

The location is a little difficult to find for the first time visitors, there are no clear and bold signs for directions! I love the fact they still take my laser hair removal treatment package I purchased about 2 years ago before they moved from their old site located in east village. But the laser technician who served me that day was very unprofessional and not responsible. She did a lot of gossiping but not really focused on what she was doing. She missed a lot of spots and the hair removal result was not good.

I bought a Groupon and went to this spa for a back facial because I am Black and have sensitive skin I am especially careful about what goes on my skin (hyperpigmentation etc). Sandy was amazingly kind and concerned about my overall well being , and proficient with the treatment . Afterwards my back looked and felt better than it had in years. Today after purchasing a three month membership for my Bday I went for my second back facial and my back feels so smooth and soft. Thanks Sandy

Need a 0 star option. Called to make an appointment for a facial. Was being put on hold the moment the lady picked up the phone, which was fine. I asked for any day that has an after 5pm slot available. She said nothing is available except for next Saturday at 2pm. How about the following week? She then put me on hold for another 2 minutes. I called back more than 10 times right after but no answer. Do I really want to go there? Do need to call enough times to leave an accurate review though. Good luck.

I stumbled here via groupon and loved it right away. I love Asia based spas because A: I am from Malaysia and B: the service is very different and by that I mean, they are very nurturing and a massage feels like its done with care and love instead of time.If they find a spot that needs to be worked on, they ask and focus on it.The owner is lovely and honors previous promos and such but especially very accommodating.Tina is my friend and masseuse.. I have taken friend there and everyone has loved it.

Previously I wrote a really bad review based on my experience for this spa. I had laser hair removal for two sessions and my experience was very bad, the name of my technician was Thema. However, today I was with another technician who was very friendly and professional, and I was very satisfied with her. So I thought it would be fair to change my review for the spa, because I think my bad experience was related to that technician but the whole spa

Great service, the girls are very nice and the location is convenient. I went for laser hair removal, results were perfect.

So this was my third time coming and I was really hoping this time was a little different than the times before. When I walked today I was paired with a different person, which is fine although I believe a connection is formed by try scheduling with the original person who consulted you and advised your next treatment. At my last visit I purchased two 50 min. session for two different treatment. So after today’s visit I would have another treatment of my choice. Upon getting to the corner to leave my tip, it was then explained that because she did a deep cleaning before my peel (which is the only thing I booked), it was considered a facial and peel so I used both sessions. All I could do is think to myself confirmation that this is your last time. Outside of not being able to enjoy my session for the consistent cross-selling conversations - I then was misinformed or never informed that I was using my two session. The staff is great and could really grow the business if they allowed customers to enjoy their experience and share with other the amazing time had.

I have had countless confirmed appointments, and this Spa has been so accommodating and kind on the phone. I love the Derma Silk machine, facials and products. The brightening serum treatment is my favorite as I have dark spots and old acne pigmentation spots. Such an easy process and relaxing!

I go to MedEase for acupuncture, and its always a nice, relaxing experience for me. Its clean, cozy, and I feel well taken care of when I come in. I often doze off, and feel better afterward. Front office staff are cheery and professional. Thank you!

While I’ve had good results from my laser treatments, I’d have to say my visit today was extremely disappointing. Like many laser spas, they offer great deals on Groupon. I’ve been here before but this was before the pandemic. Unfortunately, unlike my better experiences, the Asian woman who controls the front desk provided less than warm customer service today. I literally called yesterday and spoke with her, specifying EXACTLY which areas I wanted to do, inquiring about sessions as well as their Groupon deals. She told me they could only honor 1 Groupon deal so I’d save more money by going with the most expensive deal and paying for a cheaper area with the in-house price. She told me to look through Groupon to see the packages they had for sessions with more on their website. As I look through Groupon, the 2 additional areas I was interested in was listed under “small” area. I arrive at my appointment, my tech, Olga, did all areas I wanted, gave me my info and I was done. As I went to pay for my services, I tell the front desk woman which area I wanted to honor for the Groupon deal. All was fine with that. Then she tells me the additional 2 areas I wanted was not considered small but medium. I showed her Groupon and how they were in fact listed under small. She said “that’s only on groupon. In house they’re considered medium areas”. She proceeds to show me their pricing chart where it’s highlighted as the first 3 areas under small are for “groupon only”. Misleading much? However you want to price your services are fine, but you should have told me that while we were on the phone the day before or at least when I arrived for my appointment. To tell me that AFTER I received the service is just so wrong. I made a decision to get a service based on information you guys placed. To basically tell me “it’s going to cost more” is immoral and just poor businesses practices. At the very least, even if you provide me with this information, simply honor it because you guys made the mistake and should take responsibility. At this point we’re arguing and she continues to provide contradicting information regarding Groupon deals. If this experience wasn’t aggravating enough, Olga comes out the back and chimes in, asking if when I go to restaurants, do I try to pay a cheaper price than what’s on the menu. See what happens when you get involved in something you know nothing about? Not only was that rude but Olga was wrong! I had to explain to her that her colleague gave misinformation and is now trying to charge me higher. She had nothing to say. Ultimately, the price was honored. I gave a suggestion but all the front desk clerk did was give me an attitude and not respond. At one point, she even tried to tell me that no one has ever challenged their pricing and Groupon deals and they’ve never had this issue. She actually swore to God. Well she was wrong because I read a review with a client doing that very thing! Go here if you want. The results are good. Customer service and providing ACCURATE information is not something you’ll get. As humans, we all make mistakes. But the proper way to handle these matters is to admit your faults and correct them! My wife got me an appointment here. I haven’t had bodywork in about two years, even thoughI am a manual therapist/physical therapist.The bodywork was so good, I wrote the review in the waiting room before I left the appointment.I’m really hard on people who do bodywork/manual therapy. This place is a really good value.

Ive been to both locations for laser hair removal and laser lipo. Its been a great experience. The staff is great. I recommend to anyone who wants to do something nice for yourself to look and feel better.

I just finished my 6 session package of large area 2 days ago . But i am gonna say unfortunately i am not satisfied at all ! Cause she burned me twice . Once it happened after 3rd one and it gone 1 week later . And now again .. technican is fine , is taking care of you but the job its not good !

After so many years investing in wax, I would have already had the laser done and saved money. I made the decision to have the laser, Happy for the result, only on my second visit 75% disappeared and goodbye wax. excellent attention.

I cant speak for the massages and other services but Ive been several times for the hour-long foot reflexology treatment and have never had better. Everyone has always been super polite and so what if the masseuse/therapist doesnt speak English? I dont really like anyone chattering at me anyway while Im blissed out. For the foot reflexology, you stay dressed (removing your shoes, of course) and soak your feet in a tub of warm water while your therapist massages your back and arms. Then youre turned around, given a blanket and allowed to doze while careful attention is paid to your legs and feet. I walk severals miles a day around the city and this is what I need on a regular basis to put a spring back into my step.

Everyone here is so nice and professional. The space is clean and I’ve seen amazing results. Highly recommend!

Great result for Asian skin! Had my underarms hair laser removed in mid 2019. It has been 2 years, I’m still worry free!

I like the facility, its overall nice and clean HOWEVER I felt very pressured into tipping because the front desk asks after every session for gratuity out loud in a packed waiting room.... it makes you uncomfortable because tips are not guaranteed, they are a bonus for service and results.

While the front desk and most staff are great - especially Olga and Zorina, one staffer is extremely rude and makes the experience not worth it, will refuse service even if you’ve done the same thing multiple time’s. If you do go here, make sure you only go to Zorina or Olga.

They were very nice and worked with me when an issue arose. I highly recommend this laser clinic
