BAD work! $60 a person to get in (there were 4 of us) they patted us down & made us pay an extra $40 to let us smoke & get our stuff inside. We bought a Birthday Package that included 2 bottles which was $580+ Tip for the bottle girl, which is completely fine. When we were about to roll up a security guard started giving us problems & asked for money even though we already paid the security guard in the front for it. He said we would have to go in the back to smoke. Okay fine, 2 people in our group go to the back to smoke & the whole time they were back there security is still asking for MORE money! We had more people show up in our group that ended up buying another bottle & we all were still getting hounded by all the security guards. Dont go here! No matter how much money you spend here you will get treated badly & constantly getting asked for handouts from Security. & the club was not even poppin like that. I would have much rather spent money somewhere else. We were un able to enjoy our time & our group was uncomfortable the whole time!

Fun place , the workers are nice . Its what you expect in a popping bar. Gets crowded and a lot of hooka smoke but, its a great bar. Food was excellent.

I went to these place last night for a party of Dowba and it was ridiculous, they charged extra money for everything, the hookah was $50, the entrance $60 and the singer only sang for only 20 minutes. The only thing I liked was the service, the waitress was nice and friendly

The place sucks; We paid to enter and the refrigerators where the beers were told that they were supposedly damaged in order to force us to buy another type of drink. The worst of the case is that we did not last 5 minutes to leave and we went to get our money refunded and the man at the door insulted us with his arrogance.

They were asking for $40 for a cover on a Wednesday I’ve never been asked to pay a cover that high especially not on a week day they bugged out didn’t even bother going in

Terrible experience ONCE AGAIN!!!! Lol I kid myself every time I go back to this place and try to give them a chance. They just mess it up AGAIN and even worse. This place is the kind of place that every breath you take costs you $10 bucks. From the moment you walk in you’re down $100 bucks w the entry fee and all the other nonexistent fees that they try to convince you to pay 😂 my favorite one is when they give you the smallest sections for 11-14 people and the people that have not ordered bottles get the “vip” for 4. This place will soon crumble due to their lack of respect and high money demands.

We normally go to Opus or Acapulco and decided to give this place a shot.Only reason it gets 2 stars is because DJ Camilo killed it & the hookah guy was very nice!!Valet told us to circle the block that they cant take any cars even though we did that multiple times. We ended up finding parking up the block after someone left. Security was an a******. Door girl was rude af to the person we were with & the bottle girl was less than friendly with her stank attitude. I came from ATL to celebrate my best friends birthday but was quickly annoyed & disappointed. Never again.

Been waiting for 1 hr for my bottle. Outrageous price came here to seek a place for a venue and I will never again come not because of the prices but because of the service. I never been in a place and felt like I needed to let others know immediately of the horrible service. Terrible.

!WARNING! Don’t you even dare to go there, first they will charge you $40 at the door, the place is a dumpster, fridge is not even working so basically they’re forcing you to buy expensive liquor and dont you even try to ask for a refund because the guy at the door is so arrogant and entitled that he will tell you that he charges at the door but and he doesn’t work for the people inside, which doesn’t even makes sense, just letting you know. If you wanna get robbed in your face go there and you’ll see.To the person that replied that if I didn’t have money to buy a bottle I could go to the bar and get a drink, first, what makes you think I didn’t do that? And how am I going to get a drink there if your bartenders specifically said that the fridge was not working. What were you expect me to do? And thanks for being exactly what I just said, an arrogant that cannot even accept that made a mistake. Anyways keep handling business like that and eventually, you won’t even have one, by the way if you look at your reviews you will see that I’m not the only one saying the same thing.

The lady who Pat us down was going IN digging in my bag way harder than I’ve ever seen and she touched my private lower half and it made me very uncomfortable, the Dj was not hitting for me didn’t like his transitions at all played a couple good songs then all rap and trap smh I wanted to dance not look cool against a wall all night & he also kept talking and interrupting the music which was upsetting AF after spending $40 to get in! As a woman Iv actually never have paid that much to get into a lounge in MY LIFE! And iv been to plenty in my time. Drinks were pricey and small but what topped it off and made it all worst was how HOT AND HUMID it was in there 😒 my hair was a mess everyone in our small VIP was dripping sweat without even dancing much , the lights were dope and The ladies working their were awesome but that all the positives I got. Sorry they gotta do better in my opinion!

It went downhill from the min I walked through the entrance. Had a group of friends and bought 4 bottles still charged us a entrance fee.. $20-$40 ok, understandable. Charged me $10 to be able to walk in with a sweater yes I had to pay to be able to keep on my sweater since I guess no one taught them the difference between a sweater and a jacket. After I guess each staff member makes their own prices since each of them would charge a different price then say that never collected money while I was waiting for someone to actually give me back my card.... and music was trash. Wouldn’t recommend, never going back for that price of money could’ve went to Miami for the weekend.

The rating I want to give this place isnt available. Half a star I would give them. The place is the of a box, it seems as though it was a bodega turned club. The bouncers/security take up all the space in the club. They walk around and hang out in the VIP section which is the size of a shoe box. The crowd young, ages 20 to 30 acting lavish and spending thousands on liquor and hookah. The entrance fee will vary depending on the person at the door and how they are feeling. My wife and I paid $60 men and $30 for women. The reservation system is unorganized and very confusing. The club opens at 11am and closes at 4am. They have no need to be open for longer hours because they make their months rent in one night. Jacked up prices on entrance fees and liquor. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one unless you want to be around drug dealers and bottle girl strippers that will eat away at your cash.

Bottle service girls were rude. Manager is busy running around holding “all the tables for reserved” mind you my people were in the spot before it opened. Hookah is $40 and it’s mediocre and lasted about ten minutes before it tasted burnt. Entry was way to expensive, I spent $120 before I even stepped through the second door. People are inside smoking weed, the place is cramped from wall to wall. The worse money I have ever wasted in my entire life. It’s been a couple of days and I still regret it. Go to fantastic, you would be better off. They are more professional and better service.

I’m very very disappointed , The bouncers were picking and choosing who they wanted to come inside the club. These people were behind us at the end of the line. While me and my friends had a reservation and were at the front on the line. Lady was crossing out names and adding new ones. Also the promoters were terrible. He Guaranteed us that we still had our RESERVED table but never came out to get us. My group waiting outside for an hour or so before the bouncers decided to close the doors and stopped letting people in. 5 Mina later while we were in our car going to another spot. He started letting groups of people in which he seemed to be buddy buddy with. I didn’t want to be that person but I felt discriminated, because everyone he was letting in before us were Spanish. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this club.

Very unorganized with the reservation system. No one knew who I was when I stated my name. They were running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Also they are very pushy to have you spend more money even after spending our money on a reservation that included 3 bottles, money at the bar ordering more drinks, & hookah refills... They claimed we werent consuming & told us to leave. Mind you we drove from CT to NY. I would not recommend this place. Plus the music was regular, nothing too crazy.

Who the atmosphere is very Active. The entrance cover fee is just way too much $50 on a week day this ridiculous with no artist. The bottle service as far as a tension wise is good. But the prices are for rich people be prepared to spend some money.

Went to this place a few times. This review is based on my friends bday party. This place is the most money hungry club I’ve ever been to, and I have paid to be at places everywhere in NYC and never seen anything like this. It was a group of 8 of us, they changed $40 for the guys $20 girls and it was only 12:30. Once inside we was on the list for a birthday package. Which not one waitress came to give us. The promoter my friend used was running late... once he got there he didn’t do a Single thing for us. I had to go to the Supervisor and complain of why it’s taking almost an hour to get bottles. Once we finally got the bottles we were fine. The music is probably the best thing about this place and the only good thing about this place if you don’t like Spanish music. 90% hip-hop 10% Reggaetón/Spanish trap. No bachata no merengue. They need to work on customer service and prices. One Henny bottle is $250! Ridiculous! As I was leaving I saw the sign said $60 guys $40 girls again that is ridiculous!! If you go to this place be prepared to take out a small loan. I don’t mind paying but I expect a certain level of service for the price and this place doesn’t deliver.

The people running this place have to be the biggest crooks ever.......Firstly, we came with a reservation for 30 people supposedly - get to the place with our people and not only did guys have to pay $25 to get in but there was no space for our group of 30 - they threw us in an area with 2 tiny end tables and 2 chairs - all this to accommodate 30 people! We purchased alot of bottles and their bottle girls didnt even serve our drinks (total waste).....then lets get to the hookah thieves.......who come every 15 minutes to replenish the charcoal for $20 each time they come around!!!! LADRONESSSSS!!!!!!! Never again!!!! Service sucks....the only good thing in this place was the music....

Very poor service. Not worth the money I spent. I only receive smiles and friendly service from the male workers. Bottle girls were lazy, unfriendly, and reluctant to work. I will never spend my money here again. Also a few of my friends were discriminated against because of their skin color in my opinion.

Good music, good hookah, they charge random prices at the door- soon as you get ready to walk out they drop the upfront price. But overall it was a vibe inside.

Place is trash , rats surrounding the lounge and they charging 60$ for guys and 40$ for women even if you drop 700$ for section..... not even Manhattan charge the way they do

My experience was terrible, one star is not even low enough for them. I reserved a section with bottle service for my friends birthday, when we get there they have us waiting on line for like 20 minutes, when we finally Get inside we could not get our section we waited another 20 min. When we finally got someone to pay attention to get our section the girl was very disrespectful, and the section they gave us was two little chairs by the door with no table, please tell me where was all the bottles going for 11 of us. They are very racist and i am so disgusted with their behavior, I will never go there again or tell anyone else to go. The crazy thing is they gave us that small section, But they had people in the big sections who didnt even buy any bottles, and we had 11 people who all wanted bottles smh never again, I give the playroom a 0.

WORST EXPERIENCE IV’E EVER HAD, THIS WAS THE FIRST & MOST DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME ILL BE INQUIRING ABOUT ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM YOU PEOPLE. First and for most, the open-close hours they have listed INCORRECT. Show up any time before 12am, and they’ll literally have you standing outside. I made a reservation for my birthday, a two bottle package, for 6 ladies. I was told two weeks prior to event AND the night before via text for confirmation on my RESERVATION FOR 10pm. I was given confirmation, everything cool til I show up and get yelled at for opening the entrance door at 10:20pm (was told they weren’t opened) WHEN ASKED “HOW COULD THAT BE WHEN I HAVE A RESERVATION for 10PM” I was told “well, we’re not open right now, sorry, 45 minutes.” DEFINITELY TOOK MY GROUP AND MONEY ELSEWHERE, WAY BETTER OFF STEPPING INTO MADE IN MEXICO. Who are more organized, willing to accommodate! I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE OVER THIS PASSED WEEKEND because EVERYONE needs to know this place has NOT changed, despite name change and re opening. 👎🏼

The place is okay, must go with a group of 10 people. Be ready to pay a pretty high cover charge,bottle service and some hookah. Over hype place. musics tends to be for the younger crowed and I’m only in my mid 20’s.

So they were racist towards black people they were letting people in until a group of black people entered the line they were claiming that it was because of bottle service but that is untrue. I’m bilingual and I heard What they were saying and they weren’t letting us in cuz some of us were African Americans and Islanders (Jamaicans) . I really don’t appreciate it especially because i was being respectfully . They are racist and I dont encourage Anyone to waste they’re time going there if they’re not domicians. I’ve never felt that way as i hope no one ever does in there life , it was truly and horrible experience, I don’t even write reviews but i had to write about this.

Charged us $60 to go in. Once we got inside we were the only ones in the place and so we asked for a refund so we could leave. The manager said that because of a nonexistent “house policy” we couldn’t be refunded

I would give it NO stars if I could. Place is way over-priced, over-rated and over-hyped. If you want to be cramped up in a tight space with a bunch of Dominicans just take a vacation to the Dominican Republic it will be much cheaper than this dump. If thats not enough you will get charged just for blinking your eyes in this place. They over-charge for EVERYTHING! You take 1 breath you will be charged. Also, the girls who work there are shady and as lazy as it gets. Music and hookah was trash, drinks were watered down and expensive, mandatory coat check Smh, false advertising as far as what time you can get in free (but the doors are never open before 11) Waste of time, energy and most of all money. Stay away from this dumpster like I said it will be cheaper to vacation in DR for a few days if you want to be surrounded by nothing but Dominicans.

I am writing this at 3:25AM because this is by far, THE WORST experience Ive ever had at a club: the small round tables are all set up basically in the dancing area, and apparently those tables are specifically assigned to the bottle girls, therefore unless you pay $230 for a small ass henny and cranberry juice, you cannot STAND by them. The only other place to go is the bar: at the bar you cannot dance because it is right in the way of a passway where people walk back & forth from the bathroom. The security guard standing by there with a constant flashing flashlight (which he would purposely light in your face) had a FAKE reservation made for a FAKE Juan which NEVER SHOWED UP. He kept touching me and being rude! He even threatened me and said I swear on my mom I will kick your ass out tonight all because I was dancing! Mind you, we had TWO hookahs at the bar and drinks. The security guard had it out for me: I would understand if I was making a mess, spilling drinks, starting drama or being obnoxious.... But I WASNT. I was simply dancing and having fun, celebrating my best friends birthday. The music was OK, DJ A BOOGIE ..... YOU COULDVE DONE BETTER! Anyway, we complained to the manager and he actually felt sorry for us and offered us all (group of 11) free shots, which we appreciate, but after he turned his back the bottle girls and the security guard would not let us live! If it wasnt one thing it was another! We were so fed up, eventually we had to leave. All in one night, the bottle girls and the security guards harrassed us the whole time. 1. We couldnt stand by the small tables (even though they took up all the space in the club) unless we bought 1 bottle for $230. 2. We couldnt dance by the bar. Which means no table no dancing. Moral of the story: this place is MONEY HUNGRY. I was disrespected and threatened by a security guard just for dancing. Eventually we just decided to leave, it wasnt even worth TRYING to have fun anymore. Please do yourself a favor and go next door to Maid In Mexico, I gurantee you will have a way better time. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. NEVER.

I went there for the lounge, Place is over price it and they dont let anyone to get in if they dont have reservations ,plus they dont play variety of music, they just play hip hop and trap music..if I want to listen just that kind of music I could do that at my house. Plus is always a fight.

Very expensive and overrated! Many young and immature, grown boys If youre under the age of 25....this the place for you otherwise, unless youre older, but in the same mind set, you too will enjoy yourself! Im in my early 30s and was brought out here by my younger brother, wow was I disappointed! I was born in Harlem raised in Washington Heights Manhattan, this threw me back to when I was 18! Lol 😂 In all fairness, Im much older, I suppose, thus this rating derives from the lens of such! Good luck! Oh, almost forgot the best part....price gauging! SMH 🤦🏽‍♂️

The Dominicans that work here at RACIST! Everyone from bouncers, cashiers, promoters, hosts etc. I literally watched them discriminate every Black person that walked through the door or attempted to but let Hispanics in with no problem

Horrible I would never do my party there again I was completely disappointed with the service I recived. I went through a promoter named Alex and couldnt believe how small my section was it was more of this friends then mine absolute takcky and I paid top dollar.

This place is a scam. I called @ 9pm to ask about ask about any cover for ladies and was told it was free before 12am. I made sure me and my girl were there by 11:30pm and we get there to find the place doesn’t open until to 12am..... not worth it. Save your money and get into the LES for free.

Super expensive, if you make a reservation make sure you go see it in person before you pay. I reserved a space for 8 people over the phone, when i go there i had enough space for 3, literally 2 seats. Not worth the money at all.
