I live in Chicago and every time I’m in NYC, I make my way to Kimberly Spa. I love that they have the massage in the chair option. The place is clean and service is good! I love the massages. It’s not a 5 star hotel spa but it is great bang for the buck.

I’ve been coming to Kimberly Spa for the past few years so this review is long over due. Every time I’ve come I’m greeted with a smile and rarely have to wait. Today Jack took great care of me. I normally get the 60 minute foot massage and feel rejuvenated after every appointment. I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s a calm and clean atmosphere. Thank you for always taking such good care of my friends and I!

Lovely visiting NY again and yes, must return to get the best foot massage. My masseuse is Nana and she is awesome. Very attentive.and helped relief tension (walking all day). Must try!

Jack was amazing! I came here for my birthday and booked a 90 minute body works massage. It was great. Luckily there was no wait. Jack did a very thorough job and even massaged my face and scalp. :) My back feels great!

Great service! Had a full day of walking around the city and needed a good massage place. Found this place on Google and decided to stop by after dinner. Felt so much better afterward. After 2 long days walking in NYC our feet were killing us so we decided to stop in for a foot massage. This place was amazing, so affordable and just what we needed. CiCi my masseuse was incredible. Will definitely be back next time Im in town.

Did the 40 min body + 20 minute foot massage and overall it was mid if you prefer deep tissue. Not quite sure that the body massage was actually 40 minutes and it was a little rushed at the end. Still relaxing though. They do give out a cool shirt if you give them a 5 star review.

We were visiting for a break and came to Chinatown. I noticed the board and dropped in for a 1hr foot massage. It was an amazing decision and one of the best foot massages I have had in recent times. Lia was my masseuse and was very professional and skilled. It was a very relaxing massage and would definitely come back the next time I’m visiting.

Wow, what a much needed relief from walking around the city! After a traditional noodle soup lunch I found myself on Elizabeth Street and noticed Kimberly Spa. I saw”foot rub” and walked in. Asked for a 45 min foot rub to soothe these aching feet. My attendant was Kimmy who provided great service. He used a combination of pressure point and kneading to work out the kinks. To top it off, my lower legs and calves also got attention. Thank you Kimmy for great service. I will be back next time I find myself in the area.

I got cupping and a massage done here. The massage was thorough and good, when I said harder they went harder, they targeted the pain in my lower back and suggested I do cupping too. The cupping was through as well, they covered my whole back in cups and after that I felt endorphins rush through me, it was great! This place is good :)

Great, convenient, and best of all - CHEAP massage place! Got a 60 minute foot massage for only $40 with Kimmy and it was very relaxing. There was also no wait which my friends and I really liked! Great place for an affordable quality massage. Came in for an hour foot massage and left feeling very satisfied. My masseuse is named Jack and listened to my requests and made sure to get rid of all the knots that have been bothering me all week. Definitely would come back again!

Visiting nyc. Came here two days straight. The best foot massages I’ve had and I’ve had over 500. Extremely strong and knowledgeable. The second day my masseuse’s name was Lucy. Prices are reasonable. $45 for an hour foot.

Walked by and saw they were busy which I actually loved. Walk-in in and was immediately seated. The vibe is very chill, laid back, and friendly. I kept falling asleep during my foot massage. Amazing service! I went into Kimberly’s Spa while on vacation in NYC and the woman name Carol who gave me a full body massage and a facial was so awesome, I decided to come back two days later! A different masseuse, Cici, attended me… but she was just as awesomeas Carol! Not only do they give great massages at Kimberly’s, but their prices are exceptionally reasonable. Anyone needing a massage need not look elsewhere.

Jack did a fantastic job with the 30 minute body work and 30 minute foot rub package. So relaxing and he was so kind, constantly asking if I was comfortable, if the pressure was too much, and if it was too cold or warm in the room. 10/10 would definitely come back.

Cici is the best! She is a great as massage and made my first cupping experience wonderful. If anyone ever asks me for a massage I’m bringing them here to have Cici. My friend has Jack and we raved about the both of them for hours after. If you work standing on your feet a lot this is the best place for a foot massage or desk for back pain.

Had a foot massage with Lia and it was exactly what I needed after a flight and a long day of walking. I asked for a very deep foot massage and she delivered. One of the best hours of my life. I highly recommend Kimberly Spa.

I really enjoyed my first massage there with I believe Sofia, so I went back. I had a foot rub which just wasn’t for me and then another massage were the masseuse upsold me as I was very relaxed I said yes… though afterward I did notice I was left with bruises on my back. There was also a misunderstanding with the tip, but that is ok.

The massage was very good but a little pricy $20 usd plus tax for 15 mins. I had a very sore neck coming in here and watching my friend get a foot massage. But I decided to get a 15 minute neck massage while I waited for my friend. The massage was great and I felt instant relief afterwards. Definitely recommend it…however, when it came to pay they pressured us to tip and wanted a minimum of 20%…that turned me off because putting people on the spot is rude. In addition, they offered us free t shirts if we wrote a 5 star review and we saw them doing that with almost everybody sooooo it kinda explains why this spot has thousands of 5 high reviews. They WERE good but not much better than my average massage that I’ve gotten.

Best massage place in Chinatown. I have been coming here since 2017, and the quality of the service provided is very consistently high, unlike some of the other places around here. Prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this spot!

Got a 30 min foot massage from Allen which was fabulous. They sanitize your feet first and then get to work. I asked for more pressure and Allen delivered. They end the massage with a hot stone which was lovely. After walking around Soho all day this was perfect!

Kimberly Spa attracted my attention because we are both named Kimberly.I went for a calf and foot massage for 45 mins that far exceeded my expectations! It was SO GOOD.The massage therapist really knew what he was doing. He employed reflexology techniques along with focused pressure and rubbing on my very tight and sore muscles. I left there able to walk another 15 mile tourist day in Manhattan! Thank you, Kimberly Spa!

I love the foot massage there 🥹 I came here first time 4 years ago and since that time I always come back. I could stay there for hours. Jack attended me three times, today as well and was doing such a great job. He is experienced and has been doing foot massage for 7 years. Sia and Itsen were great as well.

Best foot massage ever. My wife and I walked in with no appointment, this was no issue for the staff. They have plenty of friendly very qualified staff and tended to us very fast. They made my hurt feet and leg muscles melt like butter. I will be coming back!

I came here for a foot massage because I have very flat feet and a sagged Achilles tendon. Kimmy did my massage and was very thorough and helped release a lot of tension from my feet and ankles. He used a lot of pressure which I really liked and also worked on my calves. It was great to recover from a weekend of walking around New York!

One of the worst massages I’ve ever received. I got two one for me one for my friend (who said hers was a little better) To make it worse, when I tipped 15% he took out a calculator showed me what 20% looks like and then took $15 for each of his masseuses. He then took our phones out and gave himself 5 stars. I came back here to edit. Don’t go here.

Kimberly Spa is a great place to take a break from the fast life of New York. What makes Kimberly Spa special is that you can not only rack points for body massages, but also for foot massages. I have been going here since they first opened in Bowery, and they work late into the night always trying to accommodate as many customers as possible. My masseuse today is Jack, and he is excellent. A Downward Spiral in Service QualityI recently visited Kimberly Spa, a place Ive frequented for five years, but my recent experiences there have left much to be desired, pushing me to reconsider my patronage. During my last appointment, I opted for an hour-long massage and a cupping session, which was priced at $55 for the massage and an additional $20 for cupping. Unfortunately, the visit was marred by several unsettling incidents that have become a pattern at this establishment.The masseuse, Cici, exhibited highly unprofessional behavior right from the start by pressuring me into elective services without clear communication about their costs. This lack of transparency was followed by her disengagement during the session; she spent considerable time texting, with her phone audibly vibrating beside my ear, which was incredibly distracting and detracted from the relaxing atmosphere you expect in such settings.Moreover, the service itself was below par. Cici’s attempt at cleaning my ears involved merely tickling them with a feather and blowing compressed air, which felt odd and unnecessary. More disturbingly, there were several instances where her touch uncomfortably grazed my private areas, adding to an overall feeling of discomfort rather than relaxation.The cupping session was equally disappointing. It was hastily done, focusing only on the back and completely neglecting the front of my body, contrary to previous experiences which were more thorough. The treatment room itself was in a deplorable state, strewn with the masseuses used socks and other signs of poor hygiene that one simply cannot overlook.Upon concluding the session, the financial aspects were just as frustrating. I was unexpectedly upcharged $125 more and coerced into tipping beyond what I felt was reasonable, amidst the audible snickers of other staff members. This pressure to tip, regardless of the service quality, has been consistent over my last few visits.Previously, I overlooked certain mishaps like an unfortunate incident where a masseuse farted near my face during a session, hoping these were isolated cases. However, these recurring issues highlight a stark decline in the quality and professionalism at Kimberly Spa. It seems the spa has become desperate, losing the essence of customer care and service.Given these experiences, I cannot justify returning to Kimberly Spa. For those looking for a serene and respectful spa experience, it appears there are numerous other venues that would better respect their clientele and maintain higher standards of service and cleanliness..
