PLEASE do not come here, SAVE YOUR NAILS.I went into my appointment today with long, beautiful and thick natural nails. I had previously never done gel nails until 2 weeks ago where I had gel put on from the same shop. They were great with no issues.Today, they soaked off my nails and then used a drill file on my nails THREE times in a row. By the end of the third time my nails were so thin that they could literally be bent in half. I couldn’t do anything without my nails bending and hurting even with more gel polish on.I’ve never ever come back and asked for a refund but it was so bad I wanted to cry. To top it off, all the front desk person did was explain to me that my nails will get bent and thin from doing gel once on natural nails, so I should have expected it. After a long conversation and him essentially calling me crazy, the best he offered me was a $10 coupon, no refund, and no offer to redo my nails. I’m so sad I am literally going to cry.My long healthy natural nails are trashed now and I have to cut them off. See my pics for before (the neutral color)and the damage after (the light pink). You can see in the video how bad it is.Never, ever go here if you have healthy nails that you want to keep.

I wish I can give 0 stars for how poor & horrible this service I experienced was & how the manager of the location handled the situation. I came in on Saturday for a gel pedicure plain & simple white gel pedicure. The technician left a sloppy job, bubbles all over, you can tell she didn’t put enough coats, polish all over my cuticles & skin, and to top it all off by that night the gel polish was already peeling. I payed $55 for this service. On Sunday I call expressing my concern and was told I can come back in and get my toes redone. When I came in, the manager gave me the same technician to fix my toes. This time around the service was even worse. She was removing the gel and cut my toes about at least 10 times throughout the service. She left polish all over my skin and it was dried by the UV machine so she began peeling it off with a cuticle cutter. Which I have VIDEO PROOF OF BC THIS IS WHEN I BEGAN RECORDING HER. The nail polish on my big toes were sloppy. Nail polish was not freshly laid & looked bubble and undone. When she finished I was upset, I immediately expressed this to the manager at the front and even showed him my toes. He asked if I can stay to get it REDONE AGAIN. I declined this offer because it was my lunch break and I had to get back to work. I wasted my own lunch break time to come in to get my toes fixed for the 2nd time and still left with a horrible job. To then offer again for me to come back for a 3rd time is ridiculous, why would I want to come back? Especially when I am a loyal client to this company. I will not ever be returning back to this company. This is not the first time I’ve had to leave a review either. When I left the manager called me and asked if I can come in Monday to redo my pedicure because he did not want me to write a review. It’s now Monday, I went in and decided that I did not want to get the service redone for the 3RD TIME! That is 1. Not good for the health of my toe nails, but also because I have cuts surrounding at least 8/10 of my cuticles on all my toes. I asked him for a refund & he told me this company does not issue refunds to anyone only credit. And I explained I would like a refund because I did not want to come back to this establishment ever again. He declined again stating he can’t refund me. So I left and told him I will be writing a extensive review on the situation. I payed $55 for a pedicure for my vacation and had to come back in 3 times. Not only a waste of my money that I work very hard for but a waste of my time as well, I work 9-12 hour shifts and I came in on my lunch break, MISSED OUT ON EATING LUNCH to be yet again serviced horribly. & the worst part is now I have to go on vacation with a horrible pedicure because for the sake of my toe nail health don’t think it is the best idea to get another set of gel done. As someone who works in the beauty business, this is the most horrible experience I have ever had. The worst customer service ever & I hope that you guys hire better technicians that are qualified for the job and are educated in what they do because if you can’t do a simple WHITE GEL PEDICURE, then you should not be a nail technician let alone servicing people at any establishment. Not refunding me was bottom barrel money hungry motives, but it’s okay obviously the establishment needs my money for than I do & I will never return again. The phots I will attach are literally just SOME of the photos I have to prove the horrible service & I wish I was able to attach the video I took of the technician as well. As you can see cuts on my cuticles and polish everywhere.

Just had a dazzle dry manicure at QQ Nail -incredible! The polish dried super fast and will last 7+days,plus they have a huge selection of colors.

The nails were done hastily and carelessly. Despite requesting a square shape, the first hand had rounded corners, which I had to file myself. Additionally, the nails were not properly prepared, cuticles were not pushed back, there were unevenness, and the gel was applied unevenly with gaps in the corners. When I tried to fix it myself, I was refused the use of the appropriate tools. Moreover, communication in English was difficult. This is definitely not a salon I can recommend. These are some of the worst nails I have ever had done. I went to different salon straight to fix it :(

Pls save ur money and don’t go here. It’s so bad. Spent 2.30 hours getting a regular pedicure because they kept messing up. The girl told me it was dry the first time, but when I left there was a hole on my toes. and I came back the second time I asked again if it’s Alrd dry and she MUMBLED. I had to came back twice. Pls DONT GO HERE SAVE UR MONEY. And the guy had the audacity to blame me because I left without letting it dry, even though I asked twice the first time. Then he responded that they provided free dry pedicure because you guys messed it up 3 times? PLS THE WORST NAILS SALON IN NYC

Very friendly staff, welcoming. They were punctual and keeping appointments to whoever had them first and welcoming walk ins. I am very particular about my nails cleaning, shaping and color application. They delivered high quality nail service. I had a manicure. Also price very reasonable for the current market prices.I would visit them again. Highly recommend.

I called a few hours before i went in and made an appointment, so they get points for booking me last minute. however, over the phone i specifically mentioned i want someone who’s really good at ingrowns because i have terrible ones. when i got there, i resurfaced the request and said i mentioned over the phone i want someone who’s good at getting out ingrowns and the man at the front desk assured me that was the case. that was FALSE. the lady DID NOT know how to take out me ingrowns. I had to keep telling her i can still feel it. such a shame and disappointment to be walking in there with pain and discomfort of ingrowns, HOPING to walk out feeling much better, but instead leaving the exact same way i walked in!!! either they didn’t take my request seriously or that lady was the best they have AT ingrowns - which is a disaster.

Love this nail spa, the staff are incredibly skilled and attentive.they always make sure I leave happy with my nails .highly recommend .

Got a gel manicure on Wednesday afternoon. One nail just chipped today (Sunday). The manicure was fine but bummed that it didn’t even last a week.

Ive been to other QQ nail and spa salons and they are all great except this one The staff and particularly the manager is so unfriendly and rude. Its too bad because her staff does a good job with nails.

The room is very cozy, it has friendly people, especially Cecilia. who does a good job, I like how he does it and with patience I recommend you

I got a gel nail manicure yesterday and the nails keep popping off in a sheet. Im not sure if the area wasnt cleaned well enough or what but I am very disappointed. I spent quite a lot of money and start a new job on Monday and this is less than ideal.

DO NOT GO HERE!I went in for a dip manicure and the technician may have permanently ruined my cuticle. She reshaped my nail (not just the tip but the WHOLE nail) causing significant pain and now consistent discomfort. I know people who have had similar experiences elsewhere and their cuticles were permanently damaged, and their nail will not grow back to its original shape/size. If you decide to go here, please do so at your own risk.

I’m usually not the type to leave a review but I had to for this salon as they did a great favor to me , two weeks ago I visited this salon to get my nails done to go on my sister’s graduation, I loved the design and technician and all the other employees were super nice and welcoming. I had my flight to Utah so right after my nails were done I had to rush to airport and in between these things I forgot my very precious ring , I was very anxious as I was not sure where exactly I lost it , but thankfully the salon found it in the table and they kept it . Earlier today when I visited to get pedicure I checked with manager if they have found any ring , they said they have few ,so I just gave a description about mine and they handed me my ring . I am truly thankful it was a gift from my grandmother. Other than that they provide really good service and I will continue to visit and also recommend other to visit this Salon.

I went o this place first time and one of my finger got infected badly red and pain the facility looks clean but dont get fooled by it. infection only one finger was seriouse. I contacted the place no answer

I went to get my manicure and pedicure done at QQ Nail Spa, while doing my manicure the lady cut my finger, it started bleeding. After we finished, she came and she requested a tip, I spend 70$ for a terrible experience and I gave the lady, which didnt even speak English 6$ tip and she said that i was cheap. It was a terrible experience, and I would NEVER go there again. It was so disrespectful to hear that from her. Overall good tip is based on the quality of her work. I dont recommend this place to anyone, dont go there!

I have been couple times and this one was NOT a good experience at all. I spent 70$ for a pedicure and bad manicure. I went on Monday and by Tuesday, my nails were all chip and the nail polish gone. I came back and instead of helping me with my complain, they wanted to charged again for reg manicure. I ended up paying twice to get my nails done.

I have been here twice. The shop is new so it is clean and bright. The manager at the door has been unfriendly both times I went there. I had a basic manicure that did not impress me in terms of the experience, but the painting of the nails was done very well and I would go to that technician again. I went to get a pedi with a friend another time and it was terrible. The technician was rough with me and very unfocused. She jabbed the tools at me and did a poor job on cuticles, callouses, filing, etc. The paint job was slopped on and I had to ask her to trim my cuticles more and clean up paint all over my toes. I wanted to leave during the pedicure, but my friend was really enjoying her pedicure and I didn’t want to ruin it. Long story short, I wish the manager was more friendly and there is a BIG discrepancy in the talent/care of the technicians, so it depends on who you get.

I had an appointment for a pedicure. The man at the front desk told me to take a seat in the back. After 10 minutes, he told me that they were running late. They started my pedicure 1 hour after my appointment. I saw other people coming in after me and being taken. Will never return.

This place is new and I live near that area so I decided to check it out. They do a good job and the place is nice and clean. However, two months ago, I left my three rings on their jewelry cup, and I called that same week, telling them to please keep it for me. I had to travel for work and was sick for a little bit so I did not get a chance to come back right away and ask lady at the front was very rude to me because I said I haven’t been there in over a month and she was like well it was more than two months . She asked me what kind of rings three times and I told her three simple rings, and she asked me with such attitude. I will never ever go back to the salon again. I urge the manager or owner for the staff to be trained to be nice and professional and not to be rude to paying customers especially I have recommended my friends to the salon so many times. Very disappointed.

This business is extremely unprofessional and racist not to mention . I had an appt. At 12:15 pm , which I arrived for by 12:10 p.m.when I walked in they seemed a bit confused as if they didn’t know that I even had an appt . This was the first thing that through me off . Secondly , the owner tells me to go have a seat in the back . I am thinking that I’m going to start my pedicure at this point however , I wasn’t . The lady takes my polish off and gets up . She doesn’t say excuse me or anything just gets up and goes to the back . Now another tech comes 10 minutes later and begins filing my toe nails then gets up out of nowhere and goes in the back when another client comes in (Caucasian women )to serve her ( mind you it’s 12:40 pm at this point and my appt was supposed to be at 12:15 pm) . At this point I’m upset and I ask what seems to be the owner “ what’s going on here this is extremely unprofessional “ she looks around and she now starts to do my feet now we are on the 3rd person an hour later and still not even starting to clean my cuticles I just decided to get up dry my feet from the water and leave . It’s absurd . Unprofessional and unorganized !

Friendly and good service RIGHT UP UNTIL They ask you to pay. As soon as they get your money and tip it’s like you don’t exist and the manicurist was soooo rude. I should have paid right at the end, lesson learnt- never pay and tip mid treatment. The way she was before I paid compared to after was like day and night. I won’t be going back here again sadly.

Not great. No A/C, and they messed up my nails twice. My nails look mostly okay, but my cuticles are still in pain. Really disappointed.
