I found this place by accident and followed the reviews and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Exactly what I needed! Natalie was so amazing. She listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with pressure the entire time! Prices were super reasonable. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you!

I came here for the first time and all I can say is.. wow. What a great experience all around. I was greeted at the door by the very friendly person working at the desk (Charlotte?) and given slippers to change into. I got a 90 minute Thai Combination Massage with Kevin as my therapist, and he was very good and strong, and was always making sure that I felt comfortable. The place is extremely clean and smelled nice, and the space was also very inviting and peaceful. After my massage, I was served a cup of hot tea and cookies to enjoy in the waiting room. Such a nice touch. I will definitely be back!

I would recommend Siam Retreat the smell so good And the decoration so cute and suitable for the Valentines Festival Its really nice to spend time together with a couple. Thats important the stuff are so nice and professional, Natalie the therapist she very good massage 👍I recommend “Thai combination” I feel like in the 9 clouds and they also served Flowers Tea with Thai cute snacks , I definitely come back again and next time I’ll do couple massages with my boyfriend

This place is amazing and will be my go to massage haven. It’s clean, smells amazing, and the space is so relaxing and inviting. I did a half traditional Thai massage and half regular deep tissue and it was amazing! Amina is so skilled and I left feeling like a new woman. When you walk in they greet you with slippers and at the end you’ll receive refreshing tea and cookies.I’ll be back soon!!

I loved everything really. From when I arrived till when I left. The polite & welcoming service was 10/10. I booked an aromatherapy massage - lavander oil was used. The massage was very relaxing, the recommended amount of pressure was perfect, I was comfortable throughout the entire massage, it didn’t feel rushed, AND hands/arms/knees was used for my ENTIRE body! My massager, Paula, was very friendly & made sure I was okay throughout the session. Afterwards, I was offered a complimentary tea & taiwanese pineapple cookies. Overall the experience was amazing & soothing, 10/10 definitely recommend.

This place is a gem - so nice to have a true Thai massage (I did the 60 minute combo) and some deep tissue elements all together. My therapist was very professional and used good form to protect the joints.Felt amazing afterwards.The space was clean, smelled fresh and relaxing.Will definitely return

This massage was LIFE CHANGING!! My partner and I did the couples Thai combo massage and I have never felt so rejuvenated. It was like having yoga be performed on you. The customer service was fabulous, we ended the session with hot tea and biscuits :) I will never go anywhere else.

Amazing place! My massage was spectacular, im recovering from surgery and my masseuse was so careful around the affected area but still thorough with the rest of my body. The space is so clean and welcoming, the staff is fantastic and the added tea and cookies are a delightful touch at the end.A must visit!

Best Thai Massage!! I highly recommend. Very convenient to hotels. Once you go up the elevator and enter their waiting room down the hall, it is very nice. They have lovely and comfortable chairs. The massage is on a table, not the traditional Thai floor massage. But all the moves are as expected. Afterwards, you get lavender tea and a cookie. Ask about what type of payments they take in advance to make sure they take your card. I don’t think they have Apple Pay.

After the session, my back felt super relaxed and rejuvenated.The place itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. As an added bonus, they offer complementary Thai herbal tea and snacks after the session. The staff informed me that the herbal tea is imported from Thailand, which was a nice touch.All in all, it felt like I had flown back to Thailand for a premium Thai massage. Truly a professional, clean, and healing spa (10/10).I received a combo of Thai and Swedish massage. Meena was spectacular. She was consistent with her pressure and aware of where my tension sat. The service didn’t feel rushed and I felt comfortable taking my time getting situated post session. Siam is a gem. I went for a 90-minute massage. My masseuse was incredible at stretching while massaging, and I left feeling much more flexible. They warmly welcomed me when I arrived, and treated me to tasty and warm tea after my massage. They were very attentive and friendly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I came here the other day. I booked the aromatherapy massage and it was horrible. Way too rough. I never had a massage where the masseuse put their feet and knees in my back and pulled my limbs. This was definitely a deep tissue massage (that i didn’t ask for) gonna wrong. The person that massaged me was nice but I can tell they didn’t read that i wanted aromaTHERAPY. Not pain. I called the next day and told them the massage was so rough that I felt worse than when i came in, my back was in pain and sore. I had bruising the next day. I gave two stars because the ambience was nice/relaxing and the cookies and tea was a nice touch. I won’t be back though.

Came here for a 60 min couple’s massage and it was amazing! The place was super clean and the staff really friendly. I told them it was my partners birthday and we got free cocktails and cake at the end! We also were offered tea or other refreshments after the massage. The massage itself was so relaxing, and the oils and lotions they used seemed to be of really good quality. Overall recommend!

I had a great massage with Jacson last night. I was running late an he was very accommodating. The Spa is in a ktown with a doorman and the spa itself is clean with a nice environment. Jackson greeted me offered me tea and some Thai snack and led me to a massage room. He is very polite soft spoken.I would definitely recommend. Six out of five stars 👍

I’ve booked couple package yesterday for me and my wife it was a great gift idea as it’s her birthday as well. The location is easy to find with nice atmosphere and friendly staffs. Kelvin & Meena was very professional to clear all the knot on my entire body with a good stretching. We would definitely repeat.

An amazing experience are very detailed oriented. They make sure that you’re comfortable and they really put their heart and soul into it and their knees in your back lol. It was phenomenal! And what I needed! I will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone who needs a good stretch and a massage.

I got a combination Thai massage and it was excellent! Henry was skilled, attentive to my needs and checked in for pressure and walked me through each step as it was my first Thai massage. The place is supremely clean. I chose a herbal tea for my post-massage snack which was accompanied by some yummy Thai pineapple cookies. I will return!

Did a 1 hour combination massage with Vicky. Start time was prompt and the booking process was easy. Massage wise she was amazing! Good pressure and clearly experienced... I liked how she was able to detect tightness in my body and tailor the massage accordingly - I felt like a million bucks after! Ive had some inconsistent experience here with other therapists so would recommend to book ahead!

While this place might be a bit difficult to find, it is completely worth the time and the money. Jonathan is an amazing masseur, he is extremely skilled and will have you relaxing in a matter of moments. I will say I never had a Thai massage before and Jonathan made it comfortable and enjoyable. He is really a professional and know his art.

There is no fluff at all about their approach and give consistent form hand and method the entire length of your choosing. they work hard and its worth every penny!!! My therapist is Jenny! Shes awesome!

I had a massage for the first time ever here through class pass and and I was a bit nervous but I absolutely loved it. Nicki made me feel very comfortable and she made the experience truly one of a kind. After my session she pointed out things she noticed which I really appreciated it!

I haven’t written many reviews generally but my experience here was so bad that I had to write one in this case. I am truly surprised at the terrible customer service considering the positive reviews. I called to book a massage and spoke to the manager / owner on the phone; she asked me and my husband to come at 8:45. We came at 8:45 and she sent me a text if 9pm was okay - I responded and said it was fine. The masseuse then came out and said that she can’t take any of us. I explained to her that we took a 30 minute train ride to be there and also confirmed our appointment on the phone beforehand. She said that the manager / owner was just confirming appointments without being aware of any masseuse’s schedule. I ultimately had to go back home - I wasted at least 1 hour of my time. Before I left, the front desk asked me to call for a refund and I had to insist that the manager / owner take care of that. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am really surprised.

I had a great Thai massage here! The setting is very relaxing and clean. The pressure during the massage was perfect -- really melting away all my knots. Afterwards, the owner gave us the best cup of jasmine and lavender tea and for Valentines Day, she gave us a rose. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back.

Jenny is amazing. Her pressure is just right. Not too hard not soft. She uses several techniques and she doesn’t short you on time. She goes out of her way to ensure your happiness and comfort. I have had about 30 different therapists in my time and I would say she is top 3. Maybe even the best. Great affordable rate. Willing to accommodate to your schedule. At the end she does a very light touch that sent shivers through my body. I think I fell in love. Go to her! I promise you won’t be upset.

Khun Jenny was absolutely amazing!!! She’s one of the kindest and sweetest people I’ve ever met. She made me feel very comfortable and extremely relaxed. If I could give her more stars, I would. Glad I found this place. My lower back was killing me and needed a good massage. Called a few hours ahead to set an appointment with Bella. She seemed to be the most reviewed here. Im glad I got to see her.First off, the spa is very well kept. Was offered tea and water when I got in as well which is a nice touch. In the room, Bella was excellent. She stretched out my lower back and gave a good hard massage. Left feeling like a million bucks!Will be back again next month!

Amy was absolutely wonderful and was great at listening to what my body needed. Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this place, and I cannot stress enough how awful it was. Youd be better off seeking a massage elsewhere, where you can find both better quality and more affordable options.

Pros: nice masseuse, ambiance, and great tablesCons: sorted me 17 mins. The manager told the masseuse to only give me 45 mins after she (manager) asked me and charged me for an hour. There was no one else there for them to rush my massage. I brought it up to the masseuse, and she gave me 15 mins next time. This did nothing for the problem areas I asked to be addressed. The massage felt shortened and mediocre for its thai portion.

They are very warm, welcoming, and accommodating with their customers. The providers always do their best to help soothe my chronic back and hip pain, and they’re always super patient with me when I ask them to focus on some areas or avoid other areas. Definitely recommend Watty! 🥰😊

Personally, I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and my masseuse did not disappoint! Watty did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and back walking, all was fantastic. I recommend Watty!I will be back for sure 👏👏👏
