West Garden Spa

1st time going to get a massage and tbh, it was okay. Its 125/hour and I got a cute lady who kept calling me baby after I told her I was 18. Massage was very relaxing and Ill definitely come back sometime. Since that is the case Ill give it 3 stars for now until I experience some other places.

West Garden Spa is my favorite spa. I have had many massages throughout the US, and I must say West Garden is my favorite. Let me start by complementing the management , Their focuses on professionalism,cleanliness and customer satisfaction is is outstanding. Dear, recent renovation has given the place a new refreshing look. Jasmin has to be my favorite masseuse. I have been going to her for three years and I must say she is a true professional. I have had massages with other masseuse, and they to are very knowledgeable. Of all the spas I have been to. I would definitely recommend West Garden Spa to anyone who truly appreciates a great massage.

125 for one hour and 250 for 2hour thats pathetic too expensive and I got my money back I will never come here and Im giving all those girls and the staff a 1/5 why customer service is trash too greedy for tips so no I gave them nothing plus the massage was wack Ive been to better ones 1000x better than this where Im at. The atmosphere and the price and the girls there are very unprofessional and boring and not capable of anything

Places a hit or miss but most of the times its a mess you never know who youre gonna get to massage you and most of the girls are busted... But it is clean thats all I would say about this place and the mass is good

A $125/h anecdote: At first, mandatory body washing under the strict supervision of a scary Mexican old woman who puts men upside down on the table and hoses them down like in a morgue and only then gives them a dressing gown/slippers. Washing and sauna are strictly deducted from the massage time. The faces of masseuses also do not correspond to the picture on advertising, but they are industrious and they offer extra seems without tips, but it’s a bummer, ugly face plus legs are packed into bulletproof trousers. While you lie naked, one part is at work the other part of the body freezes. After massage, I asked a respectable client, he said he didnt like this place, but he had to, as friends at work brought him here, massage acceptable but you’d not want to do it again.

One of the worse massages I ever got in my life. No pressure at all.. half hour she was only walking on me, no arm massage , no right side of my back only left side..The woman giving the massage I think was depressed or something. Never going back here.

This is the best place in New York. You should try here.Recommend.

On June 21st 2021 I emailed west garden spa. To asked specific questions about their services, like what are prices and hours rates for the different styles of massage services offered to clients they respond back saying they would respond back to me as soon as possible but they never email or call me back I have never been to this spa before so I couldnt rate them on their massage therapist on how their perform their skills. I can only say there seem to be terrible lack of communication from this spa!.

Best spa in New York City. I regularly visit when I am in town. Great service, very clean and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Ask for Lilly or Lucy both incredible and can fix anything. I had a bad shoulder and after visiting with Lilly numerous times I was able to workout again and have no pain. Great people!!

My husband and I just had a couples massage given by Michelle and Mimi and we loved it. They were sweet, professional, and did a wonderful job working on our problem areas. We were pleasantly greeted and the facility is clean and relaxing. I frequently get massages and this is one of the best that Ive had. Highly recommend!!

Had the worst experience ever!! Therapist wasnt friendly at all. Barley talked English. And guess what, after turning over half way through my massage session, I found out the room door was open!!!!!! I cant imagine I had most of my massage session door open and no privacy whatsoever. In addition to laundry room was next my massage room and drier was on al the time. So un-relaxing.However, I complained to the front desk lady and gave me a 50% discount on my session.

I used to really like this place and came here after every Knicks game but it has gone downhill. All the masseuses are old.....everyone is at least 40. Until they start getting some younger women I won’t be going back. Oh and also the table shower is awful

My friends and I tried it for the first time. They provided service professional. so relaxing. also, it is clean and well disignied. to my surprised, excellent service with great price. I will come back for sure. Highly recommended!

Worst place, all masseuse are old.

The best four hand massage I ever had, but the table shower could have been better other than that the place is very professional and the staff is wonderful I will definitely be going back thanks Tina and Anna 😊

Whatever you do, do not go here. Do not give them your money. It’s honestly a sketchy skeezy place. There are lots of great massage places in the city—this is not one of them. Go somewhere else. Wish I could give negative stars.

Although I have experienced many spas. This is my first time experiencing a massage as clean and professional as West Garden. My masseuse, Tammy, was in her early 20s, very friendly and beautiful. I especially requested a young friend to work at the front desk and enjoyed a fun and unique experience. Highly recommended.

This massage was absolutely amazing. Been to many massage salons around the world, but this was the best so far. Friendly staff, you get flip flops, a bathrobe & you can lock your personal belongings in a locker. The hour is fully utilized and not ended after about 40 minutes like others. Great ladies, very sensitive. And the HE was fantastic too. :-)
