They do have a great selection. Yay. However, if you go here, be sure to know what you want and comparable prices of other places, or you will be hustled like you are a tourist (no offense to tourists). I was there today and the prices quoted to me for items I purchased were much higher at first until I mentioned that they were TEN DOLLARS CHEAPER ELSEWHERE (like 99% of other smoke /vape shops). Dude backtracked and quoted correct price immediately when I made it clear that I knew info on what I was asking for. Despite that issue (hey, its NYC) they have great selection and a myriad of items one would want.

To the owner, who I hope was not the one I interacted with today.Your employees should not ever grab a customer.If you as the owner, were the one that did so today, as I said in the store, I truly hope you learn not to grab another customer lest that customer teach you the hard way 🤷🏼‍♂️

This place is great. They have a wide selection of vaporizers and take care of their customers. Anytime I have had an issue with a defective cartridge, Rocky the owner has replaced it for free no questions asked. It may look like just another convience store but this place is a hidden gem.

What an amazing collection with great prices. Obviously there will be price different if you compare “online” to “retailer”. + it’s in midtown.... come on people... an amazing staff + rocky is da best.... don’t pay attention to to some of the bad reviews some people are just stuck comparing online store to retailers... and still buy from the shop and leave a bad review grow up people...

Friendly staff and large selection of products. They treat their loyal customers well and always have new items added to their inventory. Ive shopped at all of the smoke shops in midtown and I only come here now. Im glad they opened. A++!

I go in here all the time when I’m in the city. It’s clean always well stocked and the customer service is great. Being from Cali it feels good going in there and always being remembered. Perfect spot for all your smoke needs 👌🏽

Dont buy relx products from here... extremely overpriced with bad customer service rep. They sell them for $30 a piece while other stores have them for $20 or you could just get it shipped online for $15.

This place has a wonderful wide selection of smoke accessories and snacks. They really have everything you could need. The customer service is unmatched. I definitely recommend this place.

The 2 guys that work in the afternoon are very rude and only care about money, I wouldnt recommend going there, bunch of Punjabis trying o rip America off

Worst smoke shop, the owner does not know nothing about the vapes he sell. He gave me something that did not work and he did not assume responsibility and refused to give me a refund. The store don’t have good products and the customer service is horrible.

Went in there for rolling papers, everything was EXTREMELY over priced, and they would not sell me papers because i had no ID, yet i am going on 35 years old and i was dressed in business attire i had just gotten off work!!! Never going back
