First time customer, first time vape user and they didnt try to sell me anything. Instead they focused on what I was looking for, my goals and wants. Very professional and friendly staff. (Note for those it matters to: NOTHING they sell has CBD Oil in it) Excellent selection. Definitely going to be a return customer.

The store was clean, they seem very friendly, they give veteran discounts, good atmosphere inside the store, fast service and greet you once you walk insides the store. Not many customers inside. ID is scanned for any purchase. Willing to help pick up the product wanted since it wasnt for me . Accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash.

I bought my first vape here with very little experience and knowledge. I admit I was expecting a certain level of announce, but the staff here was incredible. They answered all my questions and even helped me find a vape that better suited my needs. Ill definitely be returning for the long run!

They mostly had what I wanted, but were lacking the pods for my Novo 2 that I was looking for. Nice people and close to home, so Im not complaining. If theyd start carrying the pods I like theyd be perfect.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They always have what I need. When I changed my mod they started special ordering my coils so they cod provide for me. I couldnt ask for better customer service.

The female that works there with the blue hair needs more training even though she has been there for awhile. She is not helpful and rude. Its like every time I come in there I inconvenience her bc she has to get up off the couch and provide service to me that shes getting paid to do.

7 Cities is the only retail chain I trust for Delta-8 and CBD products. A CBD store that knows its stuff is the gold standard; this location abides by this gold standard. Most stores selling CBD products have no idea what they are talking about and spread misinformation about CBD doing nothing. The ladies here at 7 Cities Vape Shop have always provided EXCELLENT customer service; they are kind, patient, good listeners, and help recommend a product that best suits your needs.They have hybrid THC/CBD products, which is a HUGE plus for me! Not everyone gets a smooth experience off straight THC, and having the CBD infused offers a way better high.

Quit smoking finally, and heard Vaping was a nice crutch for the urges. Walked in, told the family my situation, and they helped me 100%. Winged myself off Vaping within a month, and barely spent $50! Those guys were very friendly and definitely recommend! Almost 9 months cigarette free, and thanks to that family for the help!

Pretty good place great customer service. I couldnt figure it out what flavor I wanted and they more patient with me and help me figure out the flavor I wanted by suggestions and also pointing out certain flavors that had the key elements that I liked in e-juice

From out of town, needed glass from dropping tank, went here and no regrets! Awesome store, very helpful staff. Was 3rd vapor store I went in and definitely the best. No comparison to the other shops around the area.

Great staff. 7 cities vapes is the only vape shop I go to anymore. I have been to many of the vape shops in the area and nothing compares to the customer service you will receive at any of the 7 cities location. Most shops you will walk in to and the employees will be to busy talking with their friends to help you but that never is a problem here. Definitely recommend for any of your vape needs.

These guys are hands down the best around! Ive been a smoker for 28 years and thanks to Mike and steve-o Im over a week free from the cigs and counting. They are extremely knowledgeable and take their time with you to ensure you not only get what you want but that your experience is exceptional. They have tons of flavors to choose from and are very welcoming. I have already sent my wife and brother to them to get their vape on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone wanting to quit the killers to go see these guys! Thanks again to Mike and steve-o for everything yall did.

We went in with very little knowledge and came out super informed about everything!!! Including there newest business CBD Oil located in Hampton!!! We immediately made our way from the Newport News location and went to the Hampton location to pick up some CBD oil for my daughter and myself!! Hannah was outstanding and highly knowledgeable about everything CBD based!!!! It helps with just about any ailments you could ever have!!! (RA pain & extreme anxiety was ours) Heading back there Saturday after our first visit on New Year’s Day!! I told my family about the cryotherapy gel for pain and now they all want some. 4 jars of the miracle gel known as cryotherapy pain relief gel!!! Plus an extra one for myself!! I also love the cbd oil for vaping!!
