Massage Envy

Everyone needs a little me time now and then and there is no better place in northern KY area. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The masseuse communicated very clearly before beginning (I have a neck issue I wanted to make them aware of) and throughout the entire massage. She took notice of my body language as well... if I tensed up, she eased up. It was an amazing experience that I recommend to all!

Rusty is absolutely the bomb. My husband actually signed up for a membership solely based on me raving about her constantly. Weve been going to her for years now.The management here is also better than at some of the other Massage Envys that Ive interacted with, so if you had a bad experience elsewhere it might be worth it to try again.

BEWARE* Went for a facial it was nice being it was my first time getting one done, great therapist she was very intelligent and professional. Went again on a good day, for a basic massage which was too a good experience. The second massage therapist was also cool as well, and professional. Only issue is I was charged twice for a good amount because Massage Envy is costly which is fine. The manager and her front desk werent professional at all. Instead of them being honest about the charges they do not acknowledge the charges. When I asked for the District Manager contact, were hung up on. Contacted their district manager told that its franchised by someone else and theyll be in contact via email. Still no update, no response. Just money sitting in their account that does not belong to them. So beware that this can happen unfortunately. Been past two weeks now no refund. Wow. 🤔🤔

Ive suffered with chronic back and neck pain for two plus years. My wife and I were on a weekend getaway, and I decided that a massage maybe in order.Becky was amazing. Shes thorough, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable. She taught me ways to help me cope that Ive not ever heard after going to 17 different doctors.The desk staff are very pleasant, the location is very clean, and if I didnt live five hours away, Id be going there monthly!Thank you to the staff, and Becky, for an amazing experience.

Highly recommend. I visited this Massage Envy location in June 2020 and had an amazing experience. Aaron at the front desk is very helpful to set you up with the right massage therapist based on your needs and areas of focus. Additionally, if you like extra pressure or a firm massage I highly recommend Eric who was very good, professional, and helpful.

Great place to go, they take great care of you. The front desk staff are great, therapist are great and know what they are doing. What a great location to get massage done. Couldnt be more happy with my experience with Therapist Michael, Diamond, and most recently Bridgett. All very knowledgable and worked on the spots I needed most! Thanks so much and I will be returning for future appointments!

I had a massage with Rusty at the Newport location. I walked in barely able to move without pain from a muscle spasm. She listened to all of my concerns, found every tender spot & knot that needed worked out & I walked out feeling so much better. Highly recommend!!!!

Erica is amazing at the Newport location. I recommend her 1,010%. She is thorough, firm, and knows exactly what you need to feel better. I was hit by a car while riding my bike back in the summer, and I can honestly say she has been a huge factor in helping me recover. Between my muscles and joints that were damaged, on top of my migraines and overall damage I cause to my body cycling (especially my shoulders and neck), I can’t thank her thank enough. I feel like a million bucks when I leave there.

My massage therapist was very professional and very nice. I just didn’t like the style. I’ve never had a massage on my side before and I have to say I was rather unimpressed. I wasn’t comfortable at anytime and unfortunately even though the conversation was fun to have I wish it had been over dinner not while I was paying for the 90 min.

This was my first time getting a massage at a Massage Envy. I had Chris and he was AMAZING!!! This is hands down the best massage Ive ever had. Like I told Chris, I need to find a way to fold him up and put him in my purse because hes that good. I will be back.

This location is terrible. I left a poor review when I got an automatic email following a massage. My 60 minute massage was only 45 minutes. This was a second massage; when I paid after my first one, and scheduled the second one, no one told me the price would alnost double unless I signed up for some membership. I wasnt told this until I went to pay for my 60 minute massage that was only 45 minutes. The manager, Julie, contacted me but never offered any resolve. I called her out after she stopped responding to me and she claimed she had been trying to reach me although I had no missed calls or voicemails. I again called her out and she stated she had tried emailing me. Funny how her responses to argue with me went through though. She never responded again after that. Awful business practices there, especially considering bait and switch is illegal.

Had an amazing massage with Alex, one of the only massages I’ve ever been able to feel fully relaxed during. Will definitely come back here!!

Got a couples massage with my lady and loved it! They made us feel comfortable before, during, and after, and of course the massage was fantastic as well!

If you are looking for more of a therapeutic, deep tissue massage then you should request Diamond. She does an excellent job, very polite, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend her!

Visited for back pain and soreness, left feeling amazing. Several days have passed, still feel great. Colleen is a great therapist and was very kind and professional.

Came here for a facial. Had an Esthetician her name was Mindy, she was fantastic! Very clean, very knowledgable. Will definitely go back to see her!!

The entire staff is friendly and attempts to make your experience as perfect as possible. Therapist Amy is amazing and would recommend her to anyone!

Haven’t had the best experiences with Massage Envy. Seems like there is a high turn over rate with therapists.

A prompt greeting. Plan for request taken with full explanation. Massage at customers request for areas and special support for aches or pains. Sure want to go again.
