Overall great place as soon as I walked in I was greeted with fast friendly service. The place was very clean and organized. Troy the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable he helping me pick out juice, a good flavor from the large selection they have, vap pen, coil, and they even had the cbd gummies I was wanting. The prices were very reasonable. With the service, prices, and selections I will definitely be going back.

Awesome shop! Id recommend everyone to go here. Troy the owner is a really cool guy and he really takes his time to find you what youre looking for, finds what you can afford or spend, and you can hangout for a bit if you want and you dont feel like you need to buy and get out. You feel comfortable in there and its just a chill place. Its the only vape shop I buy from, simply because the owner is a cool guy that deserves it.

This is my FAVORITE place to go into town ! I could talk about this place and how great it is all day long but them I would be writing a book !! So instead Im going to say that Ive never walked out of that store without a smile on my face ! And Troy is the best most greatest vape store owner Ive ever saw! He doesnt pressure u into buying anything and he will take however long it takes out of his day to make sure u walked out of there happy! Hes always up for helping people out and that u just dont see in people no more thats another reason its my favorite! I could never imagine myself going anywhere else!!!

I called 10 minutes before closing asking about a product. They unfortunately did not have it, but the owner told me she would stay open to wait on me to see if they had anything similar to what I vape. I got there right at closing, she was so attentive to the taste I was explaining to her, she picked the perfect flavor 1st try. I also had a incident with my coil and she gladly replaced them without hesitation. She is the best and has such great hospitality.

Always a great experience at this shop. We drove up from south Florida for the weekend to visit family, Past a hundred shops and still came to Newport Vapor. Picked up 2 new mods, 2 tanks, 3 bottles of juice, batteries and some coils. Jill and her new right hand lady are the best and thank you for everything.

Kill is such a wonderful lady! Her store layout is very nice and the prices are amazing! My fiance wont go anywhere else for his devices and tanks now! Will definitely be back!

Great staff very helpful and friendly. Had an issue with my husbands first mod and while the owner couldnt help because it wasnt in warranty she told me I had to to contact the company (which worked and I got a replacement for the defective product). She gave us a discount on a new mod for him. Definitely the best vape shop in the area!

Awesome staff. Absolutely love this place. Anytime Ive ever had a problem with my rig they knew exactly how to fix it. Anytime I wanted to switch juice all I had to do was tell them what I was looking for and they easily picked out a new juice for me. I will continue to shop there

We’re from Wisconsin and were following GPS to another vape store when we passed by Newport Vapor and decided to stop there instead. Great decision!! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, had a good sense of humor, and the quick stop turned into a little bright moment in the day. She even had the charger my son needed for his Juule, something we didn’t think we’d find anywhere. Great little store with a nice selection!

This is absolutely the BEST vape store Ive ever shopped in, hands down (I would give it 10 ⭐s if Google would let me). They have a great selection with so many different things to choose from, with new items added at least once a week. Save even more money you werent expecting to save that day with the free discount program where you earn stars for purchases, then use those stars for discounts. THATS why everythings sold cheaper here than the other vape stores in town. If you have any vape-related questions, just ask Troy (the owner) and he will make sure he gives u the correct answer...not the answer thats guaranteed to put money in HIS pocket, but the answer you needed to know. And if (for some reason) he doesnt have the right answer, hes not gonna be happy with himself unless he finds it for u before you leave there...even if that means calling another store and potentially losing the sale to his competitor. Youre never gonna hear any complaints, period, but ESPECIALLY complaints about how much time was spent trying to help someone who ends up not buying anything. I honestly dont know any other businesses that happily help someone like that on a daily basis, and thats probably why I love this store so much and look forward to visiting. I firmly believe we need more people like Troy in Newport.Be sure to check out this one-of-a-kind vape store the next time youre driving down Cosby Highway and realize youre low on vape supplies. You might end up liking it there, just like everyone I brought with me.

Not bad. Not very knowledgeable & The Sale seems more important than sincerity & repeat customers. Every shop I have visited has been more than happy to assist in helping with a vape machine that is having issues but here they just try & sale you a new one. I guess the other shops across the US are illegally helping customers & going against FDA guidelines.

I love this place!! Always friendly when you walk in very knowledgeable on products. You actually feel like a customer and not some stranger walking in that your ignored, like when going into H&H vapor. Went in that place 4 times (H&H) over a course of a year and it was horrible!I definitely recommend Newport Vape Shop, don’t waste your time or money @ H&H

This is the best place around. I was driving 9 hrs to get my favorite juice vapor lock. Now I drive 3 1/2 hrs to get it. The owner is amazing and you cant beat the awesome customer service you get there.

The guy s and fellow vapesters were great!! They accidently have me the wrong vape but replaced it with the one that I wanted, no problem! And, gave me the one that I had opened thinking it was the right one. Most excellent. Thank you.

Newport Vapor has all you needs and wants. Jill is extremely friendly and we LOVE her. The atmosphere is laid back and you feel relaxed when you walk in the door. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. There isnt any pressure to make purchases. Shes always been very helpful and accommodating when Ive asked for specific items and has assisted me when I wasnt sure what items might work the best for what I was trying to achieve. Prices are competitive and the lowest in this area.

Best vapor store and the most welcoming. I have been to alot of different vapor stores and no one has ever taken the time to go the extra mile to make sure the product I purchase would be a great fit for my needs. Not only did she fix my current mode s issue but also explained why I was having the issue to begin with. Never felt pressured to upgrade from my current unit and was given excellent customer service and local dos and dont s while visiting here in Tenn. This type of atmosphere is hard to find now a days thank you for showing me there are great people still around. Also great selection for all your vaping needs😁

Love this shop! I love the atmosphere and the rustic decor. I love that I feel like family everytime I walk into this shop! Dropped in to pick up some things and what I guess is the owner or manager lady told me if I wrote a bad review for the other vape shop in town she would let me write on her chalk wall. Well needless to say I dont care about writing on your wall. I find it mean and childish to ask, not to mention I like the other shop much better than yours. My home town is a place i come to sleep at night and thats about it. I work/shop/eat and do most of my business out of town because its just easier. So when i need my vape fix its not because its easier or more convenient, it’s because of the friendly owner and staff that work there. When u walk in and talk to them u can tell they would rather have a conversation and answer any question u have then to just ask you what you needed and push you out the door and wait for the next costumer. Thats why i am a repeat costumer and will continue to be. Its nice seeing a business in my small town thrive because ive seen very many locally owned businesses come and go in this town. So to see a business stick around and do so good is proof in its self that the owner and staff are doing somthing right.

The staff were very friendly and answered any question I had with vast knowledge and explained it where I, a first-time vape buyer, could easily comprehend. They even helped demonstrate how to use the new vape and filled it up for me ready to use as I walked out the door. I absolutely love their sampling counter! I always am uneasy spending money on anything if I dont know how it smells or tastes, so I was ecstatic when I was able to sample more than 2 or 3.
