Lucy did partial highlights and balayage for me, one of the best hair appointments I’ve ever had. She gave me exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price. Will be returning!

My husband and I went for a couples massage, and Ingrid and Liliya were awesome! Professional and attentive. We typically have 4-5 massages a year, and they were both able to focus on pressure points that haven’t been addressed before. Services were described accurately on their website. The spa was very clean and inviting. We had a very relaxing experience and would highly recommend them!

Conni has the best deep tissue massage! I’m a grad student at EVMS and am working to improve my posture from sitting a lot…many knots in my back. Conni did a great job focusing in on the problem areas (deltoids/traps) for me, which was awesome. She has a lot of techniques up her sleeve that get to those deeper muscles. I’ll definitely be back again!

Just had my daughters hair cut here. Such a nice place. Iri did a fantastic job. She engaged with my daughter about the look she wanted and delivered at a very reasonable cost. Well be back.

Awesome full body massage. Hit a lot of trigger points that cause pain my neck, shoulders and back, so it was a great way to start a relaxing vacation if you’re in the Ocean View Norfolk area! Definitely recommend if you wanna immerse yourself in relaxation!

I’ve been going to Enrich Spa for a few years now and have just switched to a new massage therapist, Conni, who is amazing—especially if you like deep tissue. I’ve seen her 3 times now and every time I leave feeling so much better than when I went in. Today, I did a massage and a body scrub and both were fantastic. I’m leaving super relaxed and my skin is so soft. Everyone I’ve seen at Enrich over the years has been extremely welcoming and provide great service. 10/10 recommend

On a rainy day, my daughter and I booked pedicures last minute since it was near our VRBO and had a great experience! Lucy did our pedicures and she was excellent. Great attention to detail and our nails looked lovely. Since they only have one pedicure chair, they offered to fit me in for a 60 minute massage while I waited for my daughter and I am so glad I did! Pat (she is from Thailand) was awesome! The salon is extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The services are reasonably priced and both ladies were very professional. We would definitely go back!

Had a 60 minute full body massage with Alessia. It was wonderful! She was great about working out my tension areas and continuously making sure I was happy with the pressure. I felt really comfortable and was super relaxed when I left. The staff was very friendly and the space was clean and welcoming. I will be back!

I had a great experience here, my massage was done very well. They did a lot of small details, the warm towels, blankets, room temperature, candles, very luxurious. The masseuse was good about checking on the pressure, how I was feeling, and making sure I was comfortable overall.

Amazing massage. We had a couples massage with Conni and Dimple. I have had ~100 massages from dozens of therapists and Conni gave by far the best massage I have ever received. We will be recommending them and coming back every time we are in town.

My experience at Enrich Spa was extremely disappointing. Not only were the personnel impolite, but their behavior towards me was completely unacceptable.The personnel not only spoke rudely to us but also seemed unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Additionally, the quality of the massage service was poor - I left with discomfort and an overall sense of dissatisfaction.I would strongly advise against visiting this spa salon due to its disrespectful staff members and subpar services.Dont go there if you dont want to lost your money.

Last Mother’s Day, my partner gifted me a $200 gift certificate from Enrich Spa.I didn’t notice the fine print stated that the gift card must be used within 3 months.On July 22nd, my father died unexpectedly and I spent the entire summer of 2023 dealing with all that losing a family member entails.In the fall (a mere few months after Mother’s Day) I was craving some self care and excitedly pulled out my gift card to schedule my services with Enrich Spa. I was heartbroken to learn my gift had such a short expiration date and I had missed my opportunity to use the $200 of services my partner paid cash for in full.When I reached out to the spa owner to discuss and ask for special consideration and a way to still use the gift certificate l, I was met with zero compassion and zero wiggle room. I was really disheartened by that total lack of customer service and consideration for another human going through a hard time and I decided to let it go.Each time I drive by, I think of how they could have had a loyal customer, but at the end of the day, I only want compassionate people getting my money over and over and Enrich Spa just isn’t it. They took our money once, but myself (and partner) won’t be so foolish again.

Fabulous spa. They put a lot of effort into extra touches for Valentine’s Day, with balloons filling the ceiling of every room and a beautiful balloon heart arch in the front. Our masseuses were very attentive to the areas we wanted focused on and gave a lovely massage. Very professional, very clean, hidden gem in a random shopping strip! You must try it!

I had a great prenatal massage from Dimple. Everyone was very professional and warm.

Its ok. Staff was courteous, place was clean. Wax was rushed and had to go out to front to request a finish for patches of hair missed. No plucking offered. Also was not offered a modesty towel, even though door opens toward you on table and people could see you bare. Price list on website not up to date, but was honored by staff. Really impressed with the cleanliness.

One of the best massages Ive gotten

I was really excited to come here. This business seemed clean, individualized, and offered a lot of services. I thought the price of $55 for gel was a bit high but expected great service to go along with that. I was really really disappointed. First, 20 minutes before my booked appointment I got a call letting me know the nail tech schedule was sick and wasn’t coming in. We rescheduled for later that same day, but I was a little irritated for calling so late. Got there with a smile, sat down IN THE DARK and my new scheduled tech seemed rushed, kind of frantic, and not set up. No big deal, I sit down and look through colors. NEXT out my color under the single lamp on the work desk and the nail tech says she can’t find the color. So I pick another color I was definitely not in love with but felt pressured and rushed to pick. THIRD she cut me when doing my cuticles. FOURTH no hand massage, no parabin wax that I scheduled with my appointment, no removal or calluses on feet, no foot massage. I also booked an eyebrow wax and was rushed out the door right after my pedicure because they double booked themselves and so no eyebrow wax for me. I was so so so disappointed

I had the worst pedicure ever. The application of the gel is very messy and the callus was barely removed. I could have done it much better myself and saved $75.

I was recommended this place to get a massage...so I paid for a 1 hr massage..just getting off work I try to rush there but its traffic told the lady and she said ok I get there I know its late so I ask to reschedule for the inconvenience and she told me no and I also couldnt get my money back..but wanted to offer me a 30 min massage but clearly on the website they said that I could reschedule or get a refund but this lady told me no. NO THANKS

I’ve been getting massages for 10 years now, and this is hands down the best massage I’ve ever received! The atmosphere is really nice, too, with an upscale yet young and trendy feel. Will definitely be returning!

One of the best massages I have ever had. Ive been back multiple times, and always had a great experience. Most therapists Ive seen at other places have a routine they stick to, no matter what you say your problem area is. They might spend a few more minutes there, but a routine is a routine. Liliya does a great job of listening to what is bothering you and working that area.

THE OWNER MAKES YOU POST A REVIEW BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I had a Swedish massage and it overall was pretty good and relaxing but at the end the masseuse basically yelled that it was over and flicked on the lights which killed the entire vibe. She then charged me more than what was stated online and asked if I liked the service which I replied yes. After saying yes she said it I could do a review. Right there. In front of her. Before I left. I did and then immoderately took down the review. Not impressed with this business

Do your self a favor and NEVER come here to get anything done. Pretty sure they aren’t licensed to do some of the things they have offered. I left with the worst eye lashes I’ve ever had done. I also have chemical burns in my eyes from where she didn’t put the right protection or chemicals. I left in tears, and had to go find someone to fix what they did. All they did was offer a free massage, which I declined because I refused to ever have them lay a finger on me again. Save your money, there’s a reason they always have openings.

While on a vacation, I needed a spa day for myself.  I booked the deluxe spa package for the all day treatments. Body scrub/wrap, facial, 90 min massage, manicure and pedicure. The ambiance when I walked in was not calming or relaxing at all.  It is clean, but I was looking for something a little more .  During my treatments, the music that was played was great but I could still hear everyone in the main area of the facility and it was distracting.  Along with the fact that the music was continually interrupted by notifications through the device.  Lunch was not initially included in the package and I had to special request it.  I was there from 10 am til 2:45.  I received my manicure and a pedicure while I was there and my nails had been in the dryer for 20 min.  By the time I had gotten home, which is another 30 minute drive and taken a shower, my nails were destroyed and I just had to completely remove all of the polish.

She did massage all body for me and facial. After all procedures I was satisfied and relaxed. I had the most wonderful experience with this place I got a spa package that put me in heaven.....my massage rendered me asleep....I thoroughly enjoyed it. My manicure and pedicure were nice as well. This spa is the BEST KEPT SECRET in 757!!! My husband had massage with Liliya and he is now an annual certificate holder since it was the Best Massage of his life, I had massages with both Liliya and Raniza and I keep coming back - excellent, professional work and worth every penny!!! The spa has very serene ambience and is very clean and I love that you can make same day appointments! Highly recommend!!!!!

I had made an appointment and wasn’t seen until 30 minutes later for a simple chin wax. The seat was not properly cleaned before i got inside and was being rushed through. The lady did not get all the hairs off my face while also multitasking, answering phone calls during my wax. The worst part of the service is that my chin in now burned and scabbed from hot wax and repeated tearing. The waxing person switched waxes when unable to get all the hair off though i told her that area was sensitive. She then burned me with alcohol rub and said i need a facial for my acne and that this happens all the time. The service overall of poor.

Very clean and accommodating! Excellent package deals and worth it! I recommend body scrubs/wraps, you never felt fresher and new!!! And as a first time waxer here, it was a great experience!! Will be doing all my SPA treatments here in the future. I usually never write reviews but Enrich SPA deserves one!

Myself and my daughter got las extensions by a Russian woman…didn’t bother getting her name! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I can’t say it enough. This woman punched my kids, TAPED MY EYES OPEN RESULTING IN BURNS TO MY EYES, and then we told her we were NOT at all satisfied she responded she thought they look beautiful. It’s my that PAYS AND ONLY MY OPINION MATTERS. NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME ON LASHES HERE!!!

Got a couple massage loved the atmosphere

I Recently relocated down to Norfolk from upstate New York, its really hard to find a masseuse that knows what they are doing and if you do not pick the right Practitioner, they can do more damage than when you started out with. With that being said, this past weekend I was feeling pretty beat up after doing some tree work, from my neck all the way down to my wrist and points on the body that I never knew ached lol.. So I went on Google and started scanning local massage spas And came across the description of this place Enrich spa, the ratings were pretty high it, was close to my home so I say, I gotta pick a place. I called at 10 oclock made an appointment for 11 oclock Got a text in 15 minutes confirming my appointment.I arrived a little early, From the beginning of walking in I could tell the place was professional and clean and relaxing my practitioner met me a few minutes after entering the building She was extremely friendly, put me at ease.When the session started she somehow found every ache, pain,twist,tension spot... I walked in there feeling like 50 cent and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I give this place 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 also the hairstylist looked like she knew exactly what she was doing, cant wait to go get a haircut and return to get the hot stone therapy. I felt so good after my massage this weekend, so energised l went home completed 3 of my 5 long standing projects. And again I just cannot wait to come back for a second session and recommend this place anyone looking not to waste their money and getting the results that they pay for 5 🌟 for me...😊

The massage therapists are top notch, although they could use a little more elbow grease. Ive been to places where a deep tissue meant they walked on top of you, but overall, they are very professional, wholesome, and provide a needed service.

If you like a deep tissue massage, ask for Kia. My experience was wonderful. I was sore and tired after two weeks of work. Whe Kia was done I felt so much better! She really got DEEP into my sore, tired muscles. Excellent massage!

I have chronic back pain, and I incorporate a lot of different therapies in coping with it - inversion table, TENS machine, chiropractor, hand-held electric massagers, creams, exercise, S1 kenalog injections, etc, etc. However the most effective relief I ever get is from getting a massage. I have been to several massage therapists over the years and I am VERY critical when evaluating them. Some just rub, grab, pull, etc. with no real cohesive treatment plan or discipline. HOWEVER, I cannot stress enough how great Liliya at Enrich is at providing a full course of therapeutic techniques. Every massage I get there is so superlative to every other therapist Ive been to, I cant heap enough praise on her! She really is top notch, a master at every pressure level, utilizes proper stretching routines, and the relief I get from her is always very thorough and, in a word, amazing! If you are in pain, or just want to relax and shut the world off for an hour and feel incredible relief from stress, etc, this is the place to go.Always VERY, Id say clinically, clean, reminds me of a first class hospital environment. Very relaxing new-age-ish music will further chill you out. The spa is next to a cross-fit, gym type of business, and on occasion youll hear the music played there (at what Id term, frankly, inconsiderate levels) bleed over through the walls. But with the service and professionalism at Enrich, its easy to overlook and they have too much class to complain about it in front of clients, as far as I can tell. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.
