John is amazing! He always makes sure my hair looks great! The staff is always friendly and the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend this as your regular hair salon!

I cannot say how much I love this place. John is my go to for all thing hair, but the Studio and staff have become a part of me and my daughter-in-laws bonding.I never thought it would be this when I first walked in to get her a Christmas gift card…years later I drive from Hampton for all my hair needs.

Just in from a heavenly massage from Carolyn, funny have always thought about treating myself, but usually only do on vacation. Carolyn did an excellent job, made sure I was comfortable, the room itself was very inviting, this old body was in need of a massage and was very pleased and now so relaxed, drink the water and take the nap, will definitely be booking with Carolyn again. #grateful

Keratin treatment didn’t work. After 3 days my hair is back to waivy. Waste of money and time. My hair is back in the same condition when I got there. I would like a refund instead. I don’t have time to waste.

I came to Jennifer earlier this year with dry brittle, damaged hair. Over the course of a few appointments, she’s brought life back to my hair and I always leave her chair feeling absolutely beautiful! I would recommend her every single time to anyone. Thanks, Jen for the great hair.

Sue was my hair stylist who said she had 40 years of hair experience. i came in to get my hair lightened and get the gold out of my hair. long story short, i spent almost 300$ for her to do absolutely nothing to my hair and for me to leave looking almost exactly how i came in. don’t waste your money at this place.

I have been coming to Studio East for at least 16 years, and I don’t know what I would do without the people that work there. About 13 years ago I had a really bad haircut after I had chopped my hair off in anger. I went to the salon hoping someone was available I was going to have to wait for an appointment going into the next week. Sue Coyne, the owner, saw how upset I was and put me in her chair and fixed my mess I will always be grateful for her kindness.Lisa is the best I have all the confidence in her work, she knows what I like and we have lots of fun doing my nails & hair.It’s always a gray day when I go to the salon.Thank you to everyone that works there!!!

Sue, the owner and president, runs a tight crew and always tries to find solutions that benefit those who come in for services. Client comfortability and happiness is top priority. The front desk Claudia, Michael and Amy constantly check in on clients and offers drinks and works with the clients and stylists/technicians to find the best availability. The staff, hairstylist and technicians alike, always go the extra mile for their clients and often come in early, stay late, and come in on days off to satisfy their clients. Not only to they provide services, they offer companionship and befriend about everyone they meet. Studio East Salon Spa is the one stop shop that can meet your needs. It was truly an amazing experience not only as a employee but as a client! A wonderful and relaxing environment that is perfect for self-care.

I went to get a haircut yesterday and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My stylist, Robin, was AMAZING. She made sure every detail was to my liking and tailored the cut to fit my face perfectly. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and was so incredibly friendly. I even booked a color with her for later this month. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

First time there and still newish to the Norfolk area. Look of the salon is very decent. I was aligned with John as my stylist. I have a sporty pixie that was grown out a bit, and I was a little nervous as I have left salons before looking exactly like a man.John NAILED exactly what I showed him and made even better trim. Had my hair cut about a week ago. Great experience. Everyone very nice and professional. Meagan did a great job with my hair cut and made me feel completely comfortable. Good prices, will be going back soon. I had another great haircut and shampoo by Aneta Jan. 11 2023. They take great care of my wife and myself. Fantastic service and prices. They always work with my uneven schedule. EVERYONE should be using them!

My family has been going to Studio East for over two years and love their services. My son started his first professional job recently and needed a professional haircut. His hair is very curly and he wanted it to look a very specific way. John listened heard what he wanted and made that happen for him. My son not only looks professional, clean-cut, very handsome, but also very proud. Thank you studio East and John.

Getting my nails done was fine. My haircut experience was less than fine. I don’t appreciate stylists who ignore me and leave me with a cut I can’t work with in my regular life. If someone says they never style their hair a certain way, don’t style it that way just so you can charge them a little more. Haircut took months to grow out to a point where I could work with it with my actual texture.

I just love Studio East. I was introduced to this place by my mother-in-law and it does not disappoint. I often see Taylor for Shellac manicures, and occasional pedicures. Taylor is fantastic and always knows which color to recommend. Everyone at Studio East are professional and friendly. I cant wait to go back for my next appointment. I havent been to many other salons in the area but Im sure that this one is the best one in Norfolk!

I came here because I am new to the area and, after reading tons of reviews for different places, decided that I could trust them to cut my hair the day before a scheduled television appearance. Needless to say, I absolutely could not afford for anyone to make a mistake with my hair this time.No regrets.They worked me into the schedule on a Monday, when dozens of other salons in the area are closed, and set me up with Taylor. She was amazing. She did everything I wanted and did not rush the job. She wasnt intimidated by my hairstyle of choice, which is complex with several different lengths and is truly an artistic expression of who I am. Shampooing and drying were included, and attention to detail is probably Taylors greatest strength.In short, if you want a cheap simple haircut, go to any old place. If you want to be treated like a star and know that when you walk out youll look like one, come to Studio East Salon. All I got was a haircut, but they do a lot more too. I only got my hair cut 3 days ago, but Ive already received about a dozen compliments so far. Will definitely return sometime soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. The front desk staff was attentive and polite. They checked us in quickly and offered beverages while we waited. The salon environment was clean and styled nicely.I saw Anna last week and, after waiting 3 years for a cut due to bad experiences, she did exactly what I asked and it turned out better than I couldve imagined. My 10 year old daughter was seen by Anna this week and all I can say is WOW. Her cut is beautiful. The before and after photos are like night and day, in a good way. See the pic for reference. I highly recommend Studio East to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and comfortable salon with stylists that listen to what you want and then make it even better. Anna will be our regular stylist moving forward.

This has been my go to spot for getting my haircut since I moved to the area 5 years ago. The entire staff is very welcoming and there is never much of a wait once you arrive for your appointment. Dana has been my go to barber for my cuts most of the time but even when she is booked up or gone the staff is great to put me with another talented barber. Never had a bad cut since going here. Highly recommend to everyone.

I came here to get my first haircut since the pandemic started after some anxiety.Amy did a fantastic job on my hair— she listened to what I wanted, made it look clean and beautiful, and tailored the cut a little more at the end to make sure I was walking out happy. One of the best experiences I’ve had.The salon was very clean and COVID-conscious: very generous spacing, a limited number of clients at a time, masks required for entry, and clear cleaning and sanitizing practices. I felt perfectly comfortable.Could not recommend enough!

I went to Studio East for the first time since I moved to the area and needed a new place to get my hair done, and finally I have found a great fit for me! Emily did a wonderful cut and highlights for my curls and I will for sure be coming back in the future. I am REALLY bad about keeping up with my haircuts and taking good care of my hair, which I feel is partially because I never have had great experiences at salons or loved the outcome of my cuts or colors. Studio East was recommended to me and I feel like I am actually going to invest in my hair health now! Matt was amazing! Not only do I love my cut but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and chatting with him! He definitely understood what I was looking for and made it happen. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend! I have been going to Studio East for over a year now and I LOVE IT!. I love my stylist and I always get alot of compliments on my hair! I used to have it colored here also. I recently started doing my own to save money, but I still go there for my cuts. I have also had manicures and pedicures done here and have had no complaints! I feel pampered from the minute I walk through the door. Everyone is friendly....I love the front desk staff and the owner is always friendly.

Im confused on how many stars I should get, or if I should even leave a review because Im scared the lovely woman that did my hair will get in trouble.This was my first visit. My stylist was AMAZING. I had a horrible hair cut and a horrible color that I was looking to get fixed. Ive gone others to fix it and it just got worse. In less than 2 hours she transformed me. Im ecstatic with her handy work and her personality. However, the manager/receptionist (Charles I think) was one of the most rude people Ive ever met. I cant believe the way he treated me on my first visit and treated the stylist right in front of me. I wasnt sure if I had time to get color so I booked color and cut just in case, and changed to just cut because I didnt want to run anyone late. The stylist gave me some quick color anyway, which was nice of her and she assured me she would be okay staying to get the job done. But Charles didnt like it, and came over to make a quick nasty comment. The manager is standing across the room with his hands behind his back starring a hole into the back of our heads and decides to come over and say I will say this in front of you and you, I just wanted to see why we had changed from color to just cut, okay? End of story. And walked away. I have never felt so awkward.. and I was embarrassed for the stylist. I then go up to the counter to pay and he repeats again what he had said, the entire time with the most rude tone of voice and look.The ONLY reason Id ever come back is because of the stylist.

I dont usually take the time to give reviews but, Studio East deserves it. Since I started going to the salon a few months back I have never been dissatisfied. As soon as I walk in I am greeted with a warm smile and something yummy to drink. I get my nails done by Amber and my hair done by Morgan. Both of them are excellent! I am a very picky about my nails and hair (I think anyone paying for a service should be) but I am beyond pleased every time I leave Studio East. I would recommend to anyone.

I made an appointment with this hair salon to get my hair fix on a Saturday. I was called to come in a head of time. The receptionist was friendly and ask me to have a sit and wait for the hair dresser. A man by the name of John came a few minutes later. He took a look at my hair ask what I needed in getting it fix. I told him I wanted a cold perm put in my hair. He start telling me that the salon doesnt do that sort of perm at their place of busy. Then he proceeded to call another salon to see if they could do my hair. Unfortunately this person was out of town with an emergency. Anyway I thought all hair salons doing hair was up to date with the latest hair style. Any company in this sort of business should know the divert of doing hair.Very unsatisfied customer,Ms. Lee

Just got home from Studio East and wanted to get this up before I forgot. This is my first time here and I was looking for a salon closer to home than the one I have been going to in Chesapeake (I live in Ocean View). Saw the decent reviews here and called to make the appointment at 10:45 and got an appointment for 11:30. I arrived at 11:20 and was warmly greeted at the front desk. Matt, my stylist, came out at 11:25 and greeted me, took me back to the chair.I told him what I wanted (a trim, trying to grow it out) and he offered to dry and straighten my kind-of wavy hair so he could get the best results. I liked the sound of this, so he went ahead.Fast forward 20 minutes or so and I walked out of there with the BEST trim/cut Ive ever had. Ive never had a dry trim before, but now that I know how they turn out, Ill never get anything different.Conversation with Matt was easy and light. Great chair-side manner. I will be putting his card somewhere it doesnt get lost and scheduling regular appointments with him from now on and my hair will never have looked better!Matt also made sure to let me know that they are a full-service salon (Im 8 months pregnant, so he KNEW I could use some pampering). :) Ill be back soon to try out all the other raved about services.So glad to have found this place - and Matt, I will be seeing you again! THANK YOU!

What a pleasant surprise in this hair studio! My husband and I were in a tight crunch to have our hair cut/styled and they more than accommodated us. Our usual hair stylist at another salon was booked. And they fit us right in! We were apprehensive about going to a new/different salon. Admit, we all are.Charles the guy at the front greeted us and he was fabulous! Very friendly and attentive.Matt was our stylist and he did a superb cut on both of us. Very happy with his service. So, we thought wed splurge and get pedicures also. No problem! They squeezed us in also! Compliments to Taylor and Emily who were super great at pedicures! You two were just awesome. Very sweet, kind and a superb pedi.The atmosphere in general was just happy there at Studio East. I watched as they went above and beyond for not only us but ALL customers. Kudos to everyone, you just succeeded in stealing us away from another salon and THAT has never happened! Anyone contemplating on trying them out....go for it!

Just got a Spiral Perm done by Taylor. She is absolutely amazing, and my hair looks great! Her energy was sincere and sweet. Best salon I have ever been to. Everyone seemed really nice. I cannot wait to call this place my home spa!

I appreciate the attention to detail here. They have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and pampered once entering the door. Ive been going to Studio East for over 1 year now and the compliments I receive on my hair show it. This is a full-service shop and all of the technicians and stylists are amazingly talented and experienced. My wedding was out of town but before I left I was sure to get one last trim, glaze, wax, pedicure & manicure. I recommend Studio East and hope to continue to receive great service and feel special.

Been going here for over 8 years. Sue and her staff are the nicest, friendliest people, and this is the most capable salon Ive ever been to, including ones in major metropolitan areas. Customers are treated with respect, and given time and attention. I trust them completely, even when trying a new style or hair color. Youll want to try their spa services too.

I hate to admit it but I don’t usually leave good reviews but this place deserves 10 stars. It’s hard finding a place that literally has every type of salon service in 1 central location. Hair, nails, massages. You name it they got it. Prices more then reasonable. Customer service was on point and the best I’ve seen in a long time. Knew what they were doing 100%. Everything turned out fantastic! Highly recommend this place.

The best place Ive found (no longer looking)! Emily is a really cool stylist, shes fun, adventurous, and well informed. I have no problem going there (when Im reminded by text) and just enjoying the total experience. The whole crew are totally cool, and open-minded... a very good place to go to be well taken care of....

Ive always had an excellent experience at Studio East Salon. Recently, I scheduled an appointment for a color with Katelynn, and I cant overstate how wonderful the experience was. It was a last minute appointment to dye my hair from natural blonde to copper red, and she was professional throughout the entire time. She took her time to understand what I was looking for, and was diligent in mixing the color to match the shade I wanted. She gave me quotes throughout the process to ensure I understood what to expect for a price. She was patient, took her time, and I left with an excellent color transformation and a new trim, leaving my hair much healthier than when I walked through the door. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone I meet; their service is excellent.

I have been coming here for some months. I love this place. I love the cleanliness and the professionalism, but also the welcoming feeling I always receive. I do my waxing sessions with Gabby, who is so personable and easy to talk to! I love going to her. I have also received a massage here with Alisa and she is AMAZING. I highly recommend getting massage sessions done by her. Just be prepared that it is a little pricier here, but I think worth the money. Its been hard finding a good place coming from California, so this place meets more of the standards I was personally looking for. :)

Matt is an absolutely amazing stylist. He works wonders with his scissors and every time I go I get a great haircut. I live in Richmond but drive the two hours just to see him. I recently brought my girlfriend there to get her hair colored and she said it was the best color she has received from any salon. Do yourself a favor and go get you hair cut/color from matt, you wont be disappointed!

I just moved to the area and I was nervous about getting a new beautician, but my hair turned out beautiful! I had Aneta and she was the sweetest and did an amazing job! I got full blonde highlights and eye brow waxing. The front desk was just as nice! I will definitely be going back soon!

THIS PLACE IS MARVELOUS!!! An impromptu visit and I couldnt be more satisfied. Having naturally curly hair (and long), Im always extremely nervous getting my hair trimmed. Today I decided, What the heck! Chop it all off! And man alive Taylor did a phenomenal job! Not only was her skill and customer service on point, I immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. My mom and I have been going to Studio East for as long as they have been open, I actually followed stylist Lisa G. from her previous salon. Lisa is so talented, bubbly, and fun to spend the appointment with. The staff stays up to date on new techniques and trends, while still being able to cater to and keep modern their older clients. Always friendly, always a good playlist on. We drive from the VB oceanfront to come to Studio East. :)

Absolutely splendid salon :) I received a brazilian blowout with Katelyn and it turned out wonderful! She was very gentle and attentive, when I saw the end result my roots looked fabulous (not frizzy at all) and my hair was very soft and shiny. Would definitely recommend!

I just experienced my first reflexology on my feet, immediately after my spa pedicure. How exhilarating! Lisa gave me my awesome pedicure, and then Lauren, massage therapist, worked on my feet. Lauren worked out all the kinks in a relaxing environment. Loved it! You all need to schedule these two services together. Best therapy ever!

Matt did an amazing job on my hair! I drive in to town alot and I took a chance on this salon. I was very happy with the quality of his work. This is by far one of my favorite haircuts. He will be my go to person.

My wife went here and had a problem. I wrote a review and was contacted by the owner the next day. The owner is a very nice lady, she let me talk and explain what happen from our side. Sue Coyne has been cutting and coloring my hair for around 25 years now. She has incredible knowledge and expertise which she continually shares with her staff and stylists. She is all about training and providing great service. Always a great experience at Studio East!

Absolutely love Matt!!!! I recommend him to my daughter and after her seeing how happy I was she finally went. Matt was just as wonderful to her. Shes still bragging about her color and Keratin! I get mine done tomorrow. Keep in mind we both have very thick, corse and wavy hair. Yet Matt knew exactly what to do with it.

I came in yesterday 12-10-18 and was treated to the fullest! Very professional and comfortable place relaxing environment with the nicest of staff. Matt Macaranas (master stylist) went above and beyond my expectations. As a client with thick curly hair, its always difficult to find someone that can truly handle such a task. But Matt was exceptional from the cut to the dye. Highly recommend this place!

First time getting my eyebrows done with wax like in 7 years and it was gooood, Echo was super nice and asked first about my skin to make sure she used the correct wax. My Eyebrows look good❤️ The team was really nice as soon as we walked in, 10/10 will come back for that eyebrow tint!

I came here for my 21st birthday. Its a cute little space and very comforting. My stylist Katelynn did such an AMAZING job cutting, styling, and coloring my hair!! And i have a LOT of hair! She was very patient, sweet, and funny!!I will be returning hopefully sometime soon!!I honestly just found this place by googling... Best google search Ive ever done!! :)I SO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I just went and got my nails done here and they were amazing! Emily, the lady who did my nails, was super nice and did a great job on my mint green nails! Everyone there was super nice and was really welcoming. They offered drinks and hot towels aswell! Ill definatley come back!

Taye is fabulous. The whole shop is full of friendly people. The new people are really good and arent afraid to ask for help if needed.

It’s always a special relaxing experience to go to Studio East. The staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their services.

The place is super clean, respecting social distancing and COVID guidelines and the service is good. Only hiccup is that the service is slower than other places, also although the hairdresser tried, I didnt feel like she fully knew how to deal with my half African wavy kind of hair, especially in the front.

Great service, wonderful conversations, very clean. Front desk was very sweet, everyone worked as a team. My hair cut and color was done by Dana Mallen and she did a fantastic job. She truly is an artist. And she totally gets curly hair. Ive had others cut my curls and layer it but they always either do too much or too little. Its hard too find a curl expert, which Dana is. Ive been going to her for 4 years now, she has taken me from burnett to ombre to balayage blonde to burnette balayage for my wedding and now red/violet/brown. Shes is a hair artist extraordinaire. I went in for hair treatment, cut & blowdry. I told my stylist Katelynn I was nervous about cutting my hair cause the last time the lady chopped all my hair off. She constantly checked on me during my treatment & was VERY patient with me. Before she cut she always made sure she showed me first & that i felt comfortable. If ur nervous about cutting your length PLEASE go to Katelynn she’s the best!!! 💞

Religiously go here to my eyebrows done by Brandy; shes great at what she does & I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!! Its very hard to find someone who actually knows what they are doing; I ONLY use her now. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice and helpful, evening going out of their way to help you!!! I have yet to have any other services but I am sure they are great!!

I wasnt kept waiting!! That alone is worth 5 stars!!! I have been to other salons where I was kept waiting more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. My stylist (Jill) gave me a dry cut which was all I really needed. See you in October. Thank you🤗

They used to have great stylists but every time I have one I like, they quit. Then I pay $40 for a haircut (no wash & dry), but not for the cut, but for who did the cut. Apparently it would have been cheaper if Id gotten someone else. The worst part is this person didnt do a very good job so now I have to pay more to correct it. Unacceptable.

Tay does my nails every time and she always does an excellent job. She is a perfectionist and will not let you leave unless you are completely satisfied! I always look forward to see what kind of art/ suggestions she has for my nails!!!!! Love her!!!!!

Clean salon. My stylist wasn’t very talkative, I’m used to being told what they are spraying on my hair when they are styling it and cutting it. They also don’t let you tip on your credit card which i think is a huge con due to most people not carrying cash on them all the time and you don’t know beforehand until you go to pay.

Clean, kind and SKILLED!! This crew treats you right from the moment you walk in. Taylor does my gel nails and shes a dream, so funny and creative and such a great job. This is the hidden gem of a salon in 757!

Tay is amazing. I went in to get may nails done. So professional and extremely helpful. I told her what I wanted and she totally delivered. I wouldnt think of taking my business anywhere else. She is absolutely the best. Thanks Tay.

My husband had been going to Matt for years before I started taking my son. Matt is the ONLY person that can cut my sons hair properly. The only reason I give three stars is because it is WAY overpriced. $24 for a CHILDS haircut is a bit much to me but if I take my son anywhere else they mess up his hair.

Went there today to get my eyebrows waxed. Place was super clean and all the ladies were friendly. They waxed my brows, but my skin got burned in the process! I also think $16 is a bit steep pricewise. For $16 i should get a lot better service than I did considering I walked away burned. When getting my brows waxed at a nail salon, Ive never paid more than $10. I think Ill stick to going to Ultas Benefit Brow Bar in the future.

I absolute love this place. I was skeptical at first since I have thick hair and past experiences elsewhere have not been good. I was in dire need of a cut so I decided to give Studio East a chance. My thought was if I dont like it then Ill look elsewhere. I think I found my go to place. Chrissy did a wonderful job with my hair.

My wife, my daughter and I have been going here for years. I was spoiled rotten on my first visit and every visit since. Everyone is so friendly and talented. Want some me time? Go to Studio East for mani/pedi and facial (and for me the beard trim). Want some time with a friend or loved one? Take them to Studio East for a mani/pedi and chat side-by-side. Ms. Sue Coyne and her staff are top shelf professionals, you should meet them!

Your desk representative is a very rude and a condescending individual. She is not only rude to your customers, the way she speaks to her fellow co workers is unacceptable. You should reconsider that position and fast. I will not be returning until she has been removed from being your salons first impression.

They totally butchered my wife’s hair. It was left uneven and the stylist was refused to cut the hair after she realized that she messed up and hurried to get rid of her. Now we have to go another salon to fix it.So ladies beware coming here. Go luck and god bless.

I will not come back to this salon! The people are nice and can not do short hair for Afro American women. I could have did this hair style at home myself. I just can’t find a good hair stylist here in Virginia.. it’s a beautiful salon and that’s all! I paid 61 dollars for this mess! Wasted my money!! ☹️😡😡 Friendly People but I will spend my money some where else! Thanks but no thanks!!!! I wish I could my money back. Going home to restyle my hair ughhh! I’m getting mad every time I look my hair! So disappointed! I need to go back to my Georgia hair stylist!!

I called in for a TRIM. I arrived and the girlThat was supposed to cut my hair arrived from the back around 10 minutes later than my appointment and she seemed off but I pressed on anyway. When we sat down and she began talking, Her behavior super erratic and when she asked me what I wanted I tried explaining and she kept cutting me off and telling me I got you girl. Irritated, I sat there still just encase she actually did understand and maybe I was being to presumptuous. She then proceeded to tell me that she prefers to cut hair dry and she doesnt understand why people like to wash it first (I have wavy flippy hair so this made me nervous that it would be uneven) but I trusted her judgement and allowed her to start my trim. She then told me to uncross my legs and said in a hushed tone, my boss makes me tell customers that I dont get that either but I dont want to piss her off. Immediately red flags went off and I wanted to stop her as soon as she said that but I really needed a trim to stay within uniform regulations so I pressed on. She then proceeded to put up half my hair on my head and unevenly at that.. didnt take a comb and line up half my hair or anything just lazily put up half of my hair in clips on top of my head (when I told her I wanted half an inch off all the way around, longer in the front and shorter in the back, no layers or texturizing.) she disregarded this and told me dont worry again, shes got me. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I TRUSTED HER. she then picked up her scissors and took them and cut at an angle on the side of my head, leaning her body to the side and started snipping. 2 1/2 nches off immediately on the right side my of head and I froze up. She said girl I got you. Then cut MORE on that side. I asked her to please keep my length in the front and she snipped more off in the front and lined it up with the back. The entire time I knew she was messing Up my hair I tried stopping her but she kept rambling on sporadically and telling me not toWorry. Finally I got fed up and I stopped her immediately with tears in my eyes and she offered to get the owner. The Owner came by and was very nice and very adamant to make it better but my hair was now 2 1/2 inches uneven and a bowl cut on one side and long and uneven on the other and I was crying at this point and there was no fixing it but to cut it into a pixie or let it be drastically uneven and looked like it was cut by a toddler. The owner snatched up a random bottle of shampoo and conditioner and tried offering it to me as a gift for my bad experience but I couldnt accept it. She didnt make me pay (thankfully) because now it looks like I have a bowl cut bob trimmed by a toddler for hair-but I hope she fired that psycho unprofessional lady that cut my hair. Bottom line, if you go to this salon dont let the lady with the pinkish-reddish grown out-dry curlyish hair cut yours or do anything to yours. I think her name was Ashley. I dont remember. Horrendous experience. Ill never go back :(

Excellent social distancing/safety protocols in place. Staff all wear masks and many also wore shields. The equipment was cleaned and disinfectant was used on all items that were touched by anyone. Felt very safe and pampered during my pedicure

It cost an arm and a leg just to get a trim to your hair. So shampoo. Just cut $35.00. Then $50.00 to get it blow dried. Goewoufzy n nnn n. Nn PccPlease except my apologies this is a great Beauty Salon Too bad I was under a lot of medicine and it messed me up. I did not realize what I wrote until today please forgive me have a wonderful day.

I will never go back to this place. I was so disappointed on my last visit. Apparently my manicurist quit but no one bothered to let me know. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told no one was available to do my service, by a very rude receptionist named Claudia. I live all the way across town and have a very busy schedule. It was a major inconvenience.

0 stars for owner who would allow one stylist to bully another. 0 stars for stylist who attacked another while customers were in salon. How sad that in a time where women should empower each other...beauty industry has a salon that is catty as ever. Really disappointed in this experience.

Omg!! i love this place they are so friendly, and i came in to change my hair color. i had red and black in my hair i wanted to go to blond. And they did it i am a blond. Its amazing that they where able to do so. I cant wait to go back when i can

I have been here a few times for a cut and color. They are nothing fancy, just a few young chicks who dont seem to have much attention to detail. I would go back, and will probably go tomorrow because I have a job interview coming up. Overall 4 out of 5. not bad, not great though.

I will not be going back. Their website shows $42.00, when it came time to pay the girl says $50.00 I told her that there website shows $42.00 , she said its wrong, its $50.00. I pushed the point that they are advertising $42.00 , its wrong I ended up paying $45.00.
