Josh is an amazing helpful worker, he didnt have to put together or clean my mod when I came in but he went above and beyond.

Just stopped by to check out their signage that can be seen a mile away. Super bright and gigantic in proportion. Lots of vape materials are available, too. Makes the UPS store look small in comparison with all of the LED blaring out LOL.

I have been loyal to epic for years for years. My reasons are ,they are honest and do what they can if there is any kind of problem with in reason obviously. Thanks guys

BAD BUSINESS. Won’t be coming back. Got a brand new “Fume” vape took a few puffs & it stopped working. even charged it, still no luck. Store won’t do an exchange or return. This has only happened to me once before & the other store I got it from actually let me at least exchange it! Taking my business somewhere else.There vapes are NO GOOD. Beware

I have been coming here for 3 years now and it’s one of my favorite shops. I love the consistency of their products and the personalities of their employees. Tyler is the absolute best! He is always ready to help and super friendly. Love this shop and will be a costumer for life!

Everything I wanted in a vape shop! Clean, well presented atmosphere. Almost 100 flavors for demo. Staff demonstrated a thorough and practiced knowledge of all of their products. Every question was answered completely, and politely, with detail sufficient to satisfy the experienced and adequately educate the novice. And a 10% discount for military. 5/5 all day!

Store went above and beyond for me and my girl ! He personally brought us vape juice to our hotel because we weren’t allowed to leave for two weeks! Customer service was great and Chris was more then professional definitely r Recommend this Vape shop for anybody looking for great customer service and great product!! Every time I come in here with my out of state ID the clerk proceeds to tell me how fake it looks but still sells me product. Its not a fake ID and I live with my sister who is in the Navy so I try to give that information to the clerk and verify that my name is on my credit card but every time it seems like its not good enough and that its fake, they still sell me my stuff but its really embracing to be held up at the checkout with other customers in the store. The clerk also seems to not like that disposables are sold, its the closet place to where I live that has them. Every time I walk in I get a cold stare from said clerk and makes me not to want return.

Newer shop, extremely helpful, excellent customer service and ill be coming here again. 10/10 good people with q good business

Came here to buy an RDA and some coils . Pretty knowledgeable when it came to deck building. Reason I gave a 4 star is cause I felt rushed and was told about any deals till i asked .

Great local vape shop. The guy helping us was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They do in store warranty for the mod I bought. Which makes it very convientent for me.
