Brock is very nice, informative and provides great customer service. He is super knowledgeable about all his products and how to safely and properly use them.

This is the only place I will shop. I travel out of state weekly and I always make sure I stop in before I leave town because I know I will get the best products and suggestions at KYND. I love being greeted with a smile and a “Nice to see you again” followed by the most accurate knowledge I have had the pleasure of learning. Stop in today, you won’t be disappointed!!

I have been a customer for years and have never been let down. It seems like all of their employees are more than competent and knowledgeable about anything a person could be maybe looking for. Especially Brock. The guy has a heart of gold and only speaks the truth. I will always recommend and go to this location. Ive had some not so satisfactory experiences with smoke shops but never here. 12/10.

Excellent experience. Brock is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I bought two different vapes here and each one is great. Far superior to other vapes I have tried in the past. Both the device and the extract work exactly how I want them to.

Some of us remember when KYND Co. was in a little shoppe in downtown Norfolk. Which was only a few years ago. Now , they manage a large storefront on a busy business route.Those of us who understand business realize youve gotta be selling good products , offering good deals and being helpful to customers with advice and product knowledge to make a change like that in such a short amount of time. These stores open and shut down all-the-time. So , obvviously , theyre doing something right?The staff are easy-going , chill and like to have a good conversation.

Sell you products with no spare pieces or even tell you that they are selling you the only 1 they have and you will get no support on anything you buy at this store. Hunchback a-hole needs a attitude adjustment. Smokin Deals is the better of the cigarette stores. This place is a junk store

Great selection of CBD products! They have great prices on glass and super durable glass as well. The employees were very helpful with helping find the right products for me. Theyre also very knowledgable about everything they sell within the store! All around a great store with a great enviroment.

Every time I went in there someone who was very helpful. They have a variety of great quality products for a reasonable price. If you have the time I would definitely step in there and check it out.

Both times coming in the clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Great glass and CBD selection, with some silicone pieces and other things. Not much for Vape juices considering it’s a vape shop, but maybe they aren’t going for that.

The clerk/manager was approachable and knowledgeable. The products are of great variety and utility. Came from a recommendation by a friend. Probably gonna come back.
