Great store, cool and down to earth personnel. I usually get ringed up by Stephen. Hes given me the rundown of almost every product behind the glass. Great customer service, and Im always satisfied by the time I leave the store!

He said his name was Stephen and he was one of the nicest workers I’ve ever encountered at a smoke shop, lol Somehow even convinced me to purchase items I’ve never seen before! They sell you still cigar products and won’t exchange them over price on everything as it is you’re better off at a 7-Eleven. I’ll never return to any of these all they had to do was exchange it and wouldn’t even do that. That’s piss. Poor customer service selling expired products

Was out looking for a different kind of store with a different kind of product. Popped inside of this store as Ive been to the Lynnhaven Pkwy and Laskin Rd locations. Gave up on the other stuff and bought a few items from a friendly and knowledgeable young man. I think he said his name was Steven.. Papas Joes hasnt failed me at any of those 3 locations...

Reasonable prices, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They aways have a good recommendation if you want it, but arent pushy. Clean and well organized.

16th time Ive been there for cigars and the last time I go. The one black guy with glasses has a nasty attitude,if I ask a question he acts like he didnt hear me and just stands there and just looks at me like hes retarded or something. Its so uncomfortable to just be in there period. For being a smoke shop the vibe is super off. Will not recommend this place to friends or family.

Went in to the little creek location around 8pm and bought a rig, a banger, and bead set. The guy started wrapping stuff up as I picked it out, I paid for it, he didn’t offer me a receipt at all. I got home at 930 to give my wife her Mother’s Day present and the female piece to the rig is not there. Now I have to drive 1.5 hours back because he failed to do his job. What a poor inconvenience. I used to like papa joes. Since I moved away everything’s going downhill. Probably my last purchase.

Si was very helpful, she was in the middle of doing inventory and as soon as I walked in she greeted me and asked how she could help. I asked her a lot of questions about certain products and she had every answer. She is great.

For all the hype you hear on FM99 I would have expected much more from this place. Really not much to brag about in this closet. They did not have the coils or tank that I was looking for so I settled for a disposable. The staff was nice at least

I went in for a banger, was sold something that I was assured was the right piece and that I could come in and exchange it if it was not the right piece and it was unused. It was the wrong piece but when I returned to the store 15 minutes later the same employees told me that they couldnt exchange it, wouldnt refund it or offer any credit. Scam artists. Wont go back and recommend you dont go either. Only given one star because I have to to leave a review.

I get all of my Vape stuff from here, they have the best rewards program also, I had $75 in Papa Joes money, but I used $25, so now I have $50 for a future purchase. I really got to give this place some credit. I love the location. I love the prices on my smokes. I love how native the staff is and also super friendly!! Especially Matthew! They were even kind enough to order my favorite cigarette papers after finding out they didnt sell them the first time I visited. I just love this place five stars all the way.

I went into Papa Joes for the first time and my last. The staff were very rude and didnt greet any customers when they came into the store, the guy was acting like he didnt even want to help me and my friend, so I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and fyi dont put a shop in the hood and expact to be rude to people, it wont last long. Well I guess your policy is to also be rude to customers and not help or greet them when they come into your place of business

Cant keep staff. Prices are high and vip program kicks back 10% if your spending big time. Their Kratom is priced high and sources online sell the same stuff for much less. Like the opms gold costs $32 online with next day shipping. Buy 3 get one free. Papa Joes charges $52. So many people have discovered kratom extracts ease opiate withdrawal big time, not the leaf powder because it sucks and in my opinion the powders taste nasty and wreck your gi track.

Got a bad vape from this location. I took it in the next day and they were happy to gladly exchange it for me! She started going through boxes of the vape that I had originally purchased, and found that most had the same battery error issur that i I had. I Decided to upgrade from Smokz to a different brand and only had to pay the difference, very happy with my new vape! Its the Vaporesso Luxe with SKRR tank. Highly recommend! Anyways, all the staff is very friendly and I definitely recommend Stephanie. She was very knowledgable and even took the time to show me -how- to use my new vape!!
