I came here to get a new vape since I wanted to change what I was originally using and Ryan not only helped me with the purchase of a new one, but he was VERY informative about the vape and the ingredients used in the pod juice. I was so pleased with his service, as well as the extremely reasonable prices, that I felt obliged to come and give a five star review! Thank you for your excellent customer service Ryan (and whomever hired him), you have made a weekly customer who will only shop here from now on as long as I continue vaping and as long as this store is open!

Good selection have almost any vape need. One of the guys is really cool and helpful, but the other skinny buzz cut guy is a bit rude. Talks over you and talks to fast making you feel rushed. Also he had a handgun out in the glass display case when I was checking out. I don’t mind guns and understand it is there for protection of the business, but I wound not recommend having it out in clear view.

I love this place, but the gentleman working today was super unhelpful..acted like he knew absolutely nothing about disposable vapes with menthol flavor.

This is probably the best Vape store Ive been to. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have a really good selection of e-liquids and devices, and their prices are very competitive. Every time Ive called to get info on a product theyve been very helpful, and each time Ive asked them a question via Google, theyve responded quickly. I drive past at least 6 vape stores a long the way, not to mention the dozens in my neck of the woods, to buy from them. As long as theyre in business, Ill be buying from them.

I’ve been going here for over two years. They always are very helpful and have given me deals here and there for being a long time loyal customer. They have a huge selection of mods, juice, tanks, coils, batteries, chargers, disposable vapes, and so much more. Their prices are very affordable. Hands down one of the best vape shops/stores in the area! They have the best staff, and the best variety of products for any need you might have! Plus, they’re the only store in the area that sells my juice, and are willing to work with me on finding other juices and disposables my fiancé has questions about! If you are looking for a vape shop this is the one! I have been in VA for a year now, and every place I have gone to was super shady. Customer service here is outstanding! Mods, Juices, and disposables. Best of all they dont have any THC products.If you live a distance it is worth the drive.

The atmosphere of this place is phenomenal. They have the BIGGEST selection of mods, juice, salt nics, etc. within a 100 mile radius. Justin was hands down the most knowledgeable person I’ve met so far in the industry and never hesitated to give his honest opinion on anything I asked about. Justin helped me find a vape the felt good in the hand, looked amazing and a tank the is super smooth and great with flavor. Amazing shop. Walked in and was welcomed right away and asked what they could do to help me. Amazing new Vape Store! Fantastic staff, Justin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful... hes very patient and laid back with people like me, who are still learning how to care for and manage our vapes.The prices are very reasonable too! I mean, of course there is an outstanding discount on juices right now, but even the things not covered under the promotional sale are priced fair.Im just saying, this place is 100x better than the trash vape shop across the street. The people here have always been amazingly friendly and helpful with finding juices and new mods. I got my husband a new mod a few days ago not knowing what to look for, and the gentleman behind the counter helped me find a drop resistant one for my husband to take with him to work. My husband loves it so much he shows it off to his coworkers! Was shopping at Food Lion and noticed a new Vape Lounge next door figured I would check it out. The manager Justin was super helpful the prices were great and the selection is the biggest Ive seen in all of Hampton Roads. Definitely found my new Vape spot and recommend it to anyone.

Went in a week or two ago looking for a cool mech mod. The staff was there helping me out every step of the way, giving recommendations, info, etc. This was the only store I went to that day that actually did this. Staff was great, friendly, and enthusiastic. prices are good as well and they have the biggest and best selection of vape products Ive ever seen. Definitely worth a visit.

This shop has been the best shop that Ive been to in my 4 years of vaping. The atmosphere is great, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They arent pushy in any way and the stock they have is great. Wouldnt recommend any other place to go for vapers.

The best customer service around. Has the largest Juice selection in Virginia, unlike other shops all 60m juice is the SAME PRICE and all 120m juice is the SAME PRICE! No markups because this juice is a great seller! Very relaxed lounge with gaming systems, couches, and TV!

This guy knows how to take care of people. Very helpful and courteous and has very good prices. Just today I walked into vapexotic and once again I saw the staff being rude to the customers so I walked out and came over here. I just needed a mouthpiece for my vape so the (owner Im guessing) grabbed one and said you can have it. I dont know why I ever go back to vapexotic across the street when clearly this guy knows how to properly run a business. And dont worry about the point system, he already has lower prices plus military discount that makes it less than those doofuses across the street. So congrats quick vape. Youve earned a repeat customer.

Great prices and selection with a friendly staff. My favorite area shop by far. They don’t hound you, they’re knowledgeable and they have an awesome selection. This is the shop for new vapers who might feel intimidated by it all and veteran vapers will find all the supplies they need.

The best vape shop Ive been to hands down. The options for all of the juices they carry is insane, and they have every modern regulated mod. I was shocked with the amount of mech mods they carry as most stores dont even carry one. I love how much high-end vape stuff they sell, and the staff knows a lot about everything in the store. Theres a very laidback atmosphere and its just a great place to hang and meet new people.

Ignore the 1 star review! That is clearly someone who is supporting another business and has never been in the store. This shop is AMAZING! I recently retired from the Navy and found this corner spot a few months before I did, which was right down the street from my work, so very convenient. Now I live in Hampton and work in Chesapeake and go out of my way to exclusively go here based on atmosphere, price, and most of all SELECTION!!! If there’s ANY downside to this place it’s that the selection is so huge that it’s almost intimidating and hard to chose a flavor!! Definitely a must visit for anyone who vapes in the seven cities. There literally is no one else with even a third of the selection of juices, mods, tanks, or coils. Go see Justin, you’ll never waste time going anywhere else once you do!!! 10/10 for sure!!

Got a disposable yesterday, and they aren’t reliable. you could get one that’s already burnt before you can use it, or you can get one that leaks. i got one that tasted fine but that night it tasted burnt, could have been a user error or a product error. but i came back in today and they let me get a new one at no charge. they are really respectful and can understand mistakes that other company’s make! highly recommend. ◡̈

This shop has the largest selection of juice I have ever seen. The stuff is incredible and they know about every type of vape mod including mech mods, aside from all regulated and salt nic mods they have an entire wall of high end mech mods. This has become my regular shop and they take great care of everyone including military and shipyard workers.

We live right around the street and decided to check it out. Boy, I could not be happier, the juice selection alone is easliy the biggest Ive seen in a store and they have so much more than just juice. I walked in during my lunch stressed out about my leaking vape, 2 guys were working and they were both very knowledgeable, very nice and showed me the problem and educated me on so many tank/vape things. Ended up with a new tank and I will definitely be going back!

Was impressed by the wide selection but one of the employees was rude. I told him which juice I wanted and he asked salt or nic? and I replied what is salt? Rather than educating me, he just blew me off and said how many milligrams?I had never heard of salt before but I would have been interested to know. I now know the difference after visiting a different vape shop where the employees were more helpful and didnt talk to me like Im an idiot.

Reply: I believe it was on a Thursday around 10am mid December. Since it appears you took time to look into it, I appreciate it and appreciate the answer on Kratom so Im upping the review to 4. Might I suggest adding Kratom to your inventory, I hear its a great alternative to pain and anxiety medications. I have seen in another vape shop somewhere in VA Beach.Walked in an empty shop, just had a simple question if they sold Kratom powder. The owner was consumed in conversation with the only other person in the shop. I waited hoping to get can I help you but I guess shooting the breeze was more important.

Accidentally reviewed the wrong location but went here a week or so ago and the staff didn’t really say much till I was ready to buy and than didn’t have a tester bar seen them put it on someone finger to test it 🤦‍♂️ Unsanitary but had a very large selection of lower end juice with big open floor plans an not a big selection of coils
