Good place smells good in the store good service and prices cant go wrong with this place 👌

The service is OK, but the older lady smokes cigarettes while at the register and its very offensive.

Ive been here like three times I thought they had good customer service apparently they dont. I just wasted money on a defective vape and theyre not trying to rectify the situation.

If I could give this place 0 stars TRUST ME I WOULD. Im writing this review cause it’s okay for them to allow Male customers to walk behind the register and insult a women. Once brought to the manager attention, the manger didn’t even bother to run the cameras to see what had happen she Immediately fired the worker on the spot, cause she closed the store down due to her safety.

Terrible customer service!!! Was refused to return a vape that stopped working less than 24 hrs after purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The man working behind the counter was not helpful at all, this smoke shack has just lost a customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOKE SHACK!! The cashierBrandy is very rude and disrespectful. Ive been there several times and no matter what she has a nasty attitude. To avoid any issues just to 711 or Wawa cross the street.

The humidity is way too high in the humidor most of the product is really soft or has mold growing on it I brought this to clerks attention and she tried schooling me that it was not mold but bloom and was a good thing even though there was straight green mold growing inside the cigar boxes themselves I did not want arguet but this is no way normal and not bloom but green mold due to over humid ification I mean its so sticky in that humidor its ridiculous sad to see all those great sticks going to waste and a hard headed rude clerk that is not doing anything about it will not shopl this location again

Sooo stores supposed to open at 9am mon-fri but, im here monday at 9:34am and its all closed up. Its definitely not open. Totally unprofessional. Wont be coming here anymore.

Went there and was a customer for long time until they put bongs on table and i broke 2. They made me pay for them even tho it was thier fault putting them on table with little space to walk by. 231$ and all i took out of store was pack of maverick cigs
