Would leave negative review if possible. Bought two lost vapes on sale. One wouldnt work & guy refused to exchange it for one that did. Knowing that I had just bought it from him. Total scam. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

It’s obvious that loyal customers does not matter when you have employees with an attitude. Then says to a customer if you don’t like my attitude go somewhere else

I was passing through town & thought it would be cool to try a new vape shop. I clicked on this shop in Google Maps & was somehow told I arrived at my destination as I pulled off Omaha Ave in between Nucor Vulcraft & Dairy Queen. I called the shop & finally got someone to pick up the third time I called. The staff was so rude & couldnt even give me directions to the correct location. They obviously do not value their consumers.

I went in there to get a disposable vape and when I went to hit it there was nothing coming out of it, didn’t even leave the parking lot and I went inside to exchange it for a new on not ask for my money back, I’ve had this happen a few times before and the staff before was very understanding and would exchange it with no problem. I went in today and the girl named Heather was rude about it and points to a sign that said “non refundable” I wasn’t asking for a refund I was just trying to get what I PAID for, taking care of your customers should be a priority not making a quick buck and caring less about what product goes out the door, the rest of the staff there is amazing but Heather definitely isn’t.

The girls that work here and so wonderful, especially Tanya, she always has a smile on her face and is so helpful with anything I need, very knowledgeable and never had a problem with any of there products!!

Girl with nose ring dark hair is so completely rude 1st of all she was on the phone didn’t really want to help me then when I was trying to talk to her all she would say in a very snotty voice is “ok” I won’t be shopping there anymore I’d rather quit vaping then deal with that kind of attitude during work she’d rather talk on the phone then help people. So sad when you have employees that run off your business.

Walked in already knowing what I wanted. Lady behind the counter was absolutely rude. Obviously was more interested in playing with her fake eyelashes on the counter than making an easy sale.

Every time I’m in the shop the guy working seems to not want me there. Every time I had questions he had no idea what to tell me. I went down the street to Chasing Clouds and instantly had every question answered. Chasing Clouds also does have better prices. Their employees are well trained in customer service and very knowledgeable about the vape scene. I will definitely go to Chasing Clouds for as long as I vape. There are legitimately no reason I’d ever come back to vapor hut. EVER!!!

Tried my disposable before leaving the store, was burnt and the girl refused to exchange or refund or anything . Don’t waste your money here . Ron if you see this I’d like your to get ahold of me to make it right

Has a huge selection of juice, mods, tanks and pod systems. Very helpful and nice atmosphere. The prices are unbeatable! Must go and see!

Very impressed with this store. Traveling from Colorado and would have to say hands down this has been in the top 3 Vape stores I have been to. Large selection of Vaping products at a reasonable price.

Some of their products are detective. and they refuse to take their defective products back or give credit, basically making their customers eat the loss. bad customer service.
